Opinions de The Bureau 510 Alameda
This is our 3rd time here and it’s excellent every time! It’s warm inside and have good music playing. Amazing service from the very friendly staff. The Burgers, so good! I love the BBB burger and a cold ipa!
First time eating at the Bureau. Tuesday night dinner. Not crowded at all. My partner got the Nostalgia Burger with Parmesan Fries. It was a tasty, classic burger with no complaints. I opted to go for one of the chef specials and got the Chicken Katsu Curry plate. Very tasty! Definitely want to return and try other items from their menu. Restaurant was clean, not busy and the staff was friendly.
My partner and I stopped here for happy hour the other night and it did not disappoint. The restaurant has a lovely calm vibe with a lot of plants placed around the restaurant. The servers were all so kind and attentive. We really enjoyed trying their burgers and Parmesan fries. I tried the blackberry mojito and it was so yummy. We can't wait to come back!
Had a great experience at this burger cafe! Pleasantly surprised by the Asian twist on many dishes. The spicy sauce wings were delicious and the salmon salad was fresh. Will be back to try more on the menu.
At that jazz club downtown on Broadway and hooked it up with a little Singapore Sling aptly named Sling Me! Well...I ended up in Alameda, again! And, since I'm here I figured I'd hit up The Bureau 510 again for one of their world famous BBB Cheeseburgers and some Tots! Everything was simply Amazing! 5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆
Nothing like an old fashioned hamburger. Melted cheese with fresh vegetables. Flavorful parmasean fries. Thai iced tea perfectly sweet. Prices are reasonable. Staff are great. I'd definitely come back to try other menu items.
Scrumptious lunch! First timer and definitely looking forward to next time! They have specials besides burgers and sandwiches, they also have drinks, pints and sake bombs. However, I went for a mellow lunch of burger and parmesan fries. The meat was perfectly cooked, and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious, the sauce for the fries, little scoop of salad, and pickles, brightened up all the flavors. Service is genuinely warm and top notch caring, the place is impeccably clean. I only gave 3 stars in atmosphere because there are no windows. Like it is an old school bar. There are two tv screens and they were streaming sports, while music was playing. I guess it’s easy to ignore if you come with a crowd but my visit was solo. Definitely recommend it, excellent food and service for a good price!
I loved this place a lot. Starting with a friendly staff to outside seating to fantastic sandwiches. I had an Asian-influenced sandwich with some kimchi on side. It was great and large enough to feed two. They also had a good selection of beer on draft. Would come again once in Alameda.
The culinary offerings were of exceptional quality and offered at a reasonable price point. I highly recommend the B.B.B burger and the Parmesan fries. The service provided was also commendable.
Brand new joint on Webster. Menu has a wide variety of options and the chefs specials are even more unique including seafood and Asian cuisine . Burgers are what you want: simple and tasty. I’ve been looking for a solid burger and beer joint for awhile and this scratched the itch.
Tried this place last night. Food was great! Service was attentive and fast and friendly despite a packed house. Prices are very reasonable. Can't wait to go back with my kid so she can try their children's menu.

Out here visiting family and friends is one of the best places I have eaten at since being out here. The service is great. I only had one issue one of the server charged use for the water when we didn't ask for it. We went back closer to the weekend and was not charged for the water, and he gave us the water in a craft with a lot of ice. The burgers and steak were great. Go for happy hour that starts @4:30 just fabulous.
My first time in Alameda came here on a whim. My husband and I both ordered burgers, mine basic and his the BBB burger. They allowed us to customize our burgers no problem. The burgers were juicy and mine was cooked perfectly medium (my husband’s was slightly overcooked ) but both burgers were juicy. The environment was calm and mellow with good music choice. The parm fries were very fresh. The servers were very kind. Overall the food was very tasty and the atmosphere was perfect. If I’m around again I would try it again. Couldn’t get a pic bc we cleaned our plates before I remembered to take pics and write a review
Super friendly and fast service. Loved the burger I had here. Will go back to try more things. 🍔

Had the Chicken Bureau for lunch. It was a good sandwich. The garlic parmesan fries were really good and had a spicy dip that I enjoyed. I would have preferred if the brussel sprouts were charred instead of squishy. The service was good and the beer was cold.
Food is good, but could be better! Brussel sprouts is really good however it’s like soggy and it needs to be more char or crispy. The wings and the yakiniko are also decent.
Stopped by on a chill Sunday evening to grab an early bite, and I couldn’t wait to try their famous burgers. The place had a super cozy vibe, and I loved that you can see the kitchen right when you walk in – perfect for a chef like me. And guess what? They had American Ninja playing on their big TV, which made it even more fun! Now, I’m no stranger to burgers, being a part of a burger pop-up myself. I went for their BBB burger and paired it with IPA battered onion rings. Let me tell you, the burger was absolutely delicious, especially with that zingy blue cheese. The buns were nicely toasted, and the patty was grilled to perfection. Just a tiny downside - it was a bit greasy, and the presentation could’ve been a touch better. Those lettuce leaves sticking out like they’re waving hello were a bit funny! But here’s the highlight – the service was top-notch! The servers were not only on the ball but incredibly friendly too. I casually mentioned needing more ranch dressing, and they brought it right away. Huge props to the service team for making the whole dining experience extra special! Will I rush back for that burger? Probably not, but what’s got me intrigued is their secondary chef specials menu. Hot yai fried chicken and katsu curry? Now, that’s tempting! So, while the burger journey was enjoyable, I’m excited to explore their other mouthwatering options. See you there next time!
A strong Burger contender on Webster Street the bureau 510 serves up a well-constructed burger, with quality meat, and delicious side sauces. My only setbacks with the burger which was fairly perfect is the butter lettuce which they serve on the bond which is wider than the bun creating a circle around the bun of lettuce. It looks aesthetically pleasing but it's not functional. Secondly, and this is my only real critique, their IPA onion rings, were 90% better and 10% onion. There's not enough onion in these onion rings to get that delicious sweet onion flavor that makes onion rings tastes great. Also when you have onion slices this small the batter overcooked creating a slightly burned taste which was what I got. However, the burger was excellent and well constructed and I will probably go back and try again.
Onion rings 9/10 Parmesan fries 10/10 Chicken wings 10/10 Tamarind cocktail 7/10 (too sweet for my liking) Service 10/10! They have 1 TV for sports and the atmosphere was cozy. Restaurant is tucked in the back and it’s bigger than it looks on the street! Parking is tough on the street

The well lit space of The Bureau 510 exudes a simple charm, making it an ideal spot for a laid-back evening or a night out with friends. The friendly staff were attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through their extensive drink menu. As a non-alcoholic drink enthusiast, I couldn't resist ordering their renowned Blackberry Virgin Mojito. It did not disappoint! The blend of muddled blackberries, fresh mint leaves, and zesty lime resulted in a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The mocktail was beautifully garnished, adding a touch of elegance to the overall presentation. The Bureau 510's commitment to using quality ingredients was evident in every sip. The attention to detail and balanced flavors showcased the bartender's skillful craftsmanship. Even though it was alcohol-free, the Blackberry Virgin Mojito provided the same level of enjoyment and satisfaction as any well-crafted cocktail. Aside from the drinks, the food menu was equally impressive. I opted for their selection of small plates and was delighted by the diverse range of flavors and textures. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and showcased the chef's culinary expertise. The cozy seating arrangements and background music set the perfect tone for an engaging conversation with friends or a relaxing solo outing. The Bureau 510 strikes the right balance between a vibrant social setting and a tranquil hideaway. Overall, my experience at The Bureau 510 was outstanding. The combination of excellent mocktails, delectable food, and exceptional service make it a standout destination. I'm looking forward to returning soon to explore more of their offerings and to savor another round of their delightful Blackberry Virgin Mojito. Just ate here and my friends and I will not be coming back. We were all very much looking forward to this place because we frequent the area a lot and wanted a little change. Service was poor. It took 20 minutes to get to our order in, another 30 min for our food to come out, and having to ask the manager for the check (even though they had cleared our table). I ordered The Bureau chicken sandwich which sounded incredible on paper, in reality it was bland, dry, overcooked, and had more breading than chicken. Also had a side order of onion rings, they were lacking in flavor as well. My friends had a similar experience with their food. Devoid of flavor and substance. Our recommendation, "skip altogether."

Ordered fried chicken sandwich it did not come out as fried chicken it had a soggy breading on it. When waither asked if it was OK I said no his response was well maybe next time we could fry longer. Did not ask if I would like to change to anything else. Won't be recommending this place i only gave a 1 star cuz you can't give no star review
