Went tonight for the first time and the burger was amazing. The Hershey’s shake was great too. I’m really glad I finally checked it out—I’d been curious for a while since I rarely see people going in. The location isn’t the best since it’s a bit hard to get to, but honestly, it’s still a solid spot and definitely worth a try!

First time here and I plan to be back. The double burger made with never frozen beef was hot, juicy and tasted great! Also the onion rings/fries were great! I recommend you giving it a try by downloading their app and accepting their free burger offer promo.

Delicious burger. Cooked quickly and tasty, strawberry limeade is my favorite. Got the char and fries and the portabello and onion rings. I love the onions. Solid burger and soft buns. Fries and onion rings were properly salty and crispy. We spent about $23 and enjoyed it. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all.

Used a coupon for free kid meal. We had a great experience. The burgers were flavorful, and cooked perfectly — with fresh toppings and delicious buns. The fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right, and we loved the option of adding pickled peppers from the bar on the side. Parking is a little tricky if you need to make a left turn.

My four year old daughter and I came here for the first time tonight. She’s never had a burger before so she was excited to try one. Food was made quickly and was served fresh and hot. Portions are generous, especially the fries. We both loved the strawberry limeade.

New restaurant that has delicious Burgers and sides. Food is always cooked to order and comes out hot and fresh and delicious. Service is really good and staff is courteous and helpful. Restaurant is clean through out and plenty of seating in the dining area. Use the app for even faster service and to get specials. The fried green beans are really good. All the Burgers are absolutely amazing. Outside seating area also.

Drive-thru experience was quick, especially for a new restaurant in town. Staff members were personable and professional. Went inside to check out the atmosphere. I appreciate the ordering kiosks, it's so much easier for everyone! The inside has a clean, modern vibe with decent seating area. Randomly they don't have coke zero, only normal or diet coke. The chargrilled burgers were full of flavor. The vegetables were fresh. Fries were decent, with a bit of crunch but not dry. Outside has an extended parking area. Good experience.

She greeted me with such kindness and professionalism that it honestly set the tone for the whole visit. The food was great, the restaurant was spotless, and everything ran smoothly — you can tell she truly cares about the place and her team. Claire personally checked in to make sure my order was perfect, and it’s rare to see that kind of genuine attention to detail anymore. I’ll definitely be back — not only for the food, but especially because of how wonderful Claire made the whole experience. She’s a perfect example of what great customer service should look like.

I can see why they call it “habit” burger because coming here could seriously become a habit. Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had with tons of customization options. You can order fries extra crispy, and their avocado ranch dressing is excellent. Perhaps even more importantly, the staff was warm, friendly, helpful and employed “service with a smile”. I will definitely be back.

The Habit Burger Grill never disappoints! 🍔 Juicy, perfectly cooked burgers with fresh toppings every time. The fries are crispy, the shakes are awesome, and the staff is super friendly. A solid spot for a satisfying, no-fuss meal! The early 2000s rock music always gives it a nice vibe too.

I only got a burger & fruit punch (no fries). My burger was good but it was definitely cooked medium. I'm okay with that - others may not be. The juice was also good in lieu of soda. I placed my order online & it was ready when I arrived. Next time I'll try the fries.

Glad we tried! The Cobb salad was fresh and delicious. My husband had the sirloin steak sandwich and it was great too. The kids meals were huge my kids could have shared one. We were expecting fast food but everything tasted freshly made. We will be back!

Great burgers. Something very unique about them. I love the teriyaki one. All the fries are delicious. Many topping options. These are not greasy. Not cheap but not crazy expensive. The shakes are great 😃

I love that Habit has a vegan burger, if it's ordered without cheese, but it would be nice if they added the Beyond burger or the Impossible burger which taste much better. I do enjoy their veggie burger, but they should have the other options. ✨

We haven't had Habit in a while, and our experience at this location was a let down. Our burger was good with flame broiled flavor and freshness. The chicken bites (nuggets?) were bland and stringy. These also didn't come out with the rest of our food for some reason. We've enjoyed the fried green beans in the past, but this time they were so bursting with liquid that it was just like eating fried water. Employees were friendly, but food coming out separately was disappointing.

It was a very average meal with one exception and that’s the tempura green beans. They were extremely good. The fries were better than most fast food places and had good seasoning on them. My burger however wasn’t great. I had the BBQ Burger that had nothing BBQ about it. No sauce just mayo. A few ( way too few) grilled onions, a couple pickles, 2 tiny slices of tomato, lettuce that I didn’t want and bacon & cheese. The burger was thin , unseasoned and DRY. Most definitely a frozen premade patty and a disappointment. There are some tables outside with umbrellas however there’s only a trellis roof so it’s not suitable when raining.

Food was good! Ordered sirloin sandwich which fyi was delicious, kids meals-nuggets, burgers. Cheeseburger meal, onion rings, patty melt was okay but the bread was yuck, burgers were uhhh strange, the texture was more like an hockey puck lol everything else was great. Staff though? Meh, not inviting, acted as if they were mad we all showed up, kept giving us bad looks. My daughter ordered her own food, when it came out it was missing a shake that was supposed to be for my younger daughter, my other younger daughter has awful anxiety and wouldn’t speak up for her shake missing, staff didn’t say anything until I asked where the shake was and then they mentioned there was no peppermint shakes..like, were they hoping we didn’t notice?

It was extremely unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. I will be reporting this to corporate as well, other than that. The food was delicious.

I've had good experiences here before, but my most recent visit has tainted my opinion. The blonde haired woman who's name I did not get was extremely condescending and rude and did not provide the customer satisfaction that I've come to expect from Habit. She got my order wrong and forgot my honey mustard and then she tried to gaslight me into believing the ranch she gave me wasn't the classic ranch and that it was avocado ranch! (You can see in the photo attached to this review it is classic ranch.) Seriously WHY is an employee trying to gaslight me, and trying to play games with me on the clock! It was extremely unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. I will be reporting this to corporate as well, other than that. The food was delicious.

It sat there for 5mins before he told the girl wiping down trays it was finished. I did glance in the bag to make sure everything was there and asked for the additional dressing that was missing. Once I got home I noticed the chicken was wrong on both salads. The Caesar salad was suppose to have grilled chicken and the Cobb salad was suppose to have fried. The bun for the burger was completely burnt and rock hard my daughter could not eat it. $56 order and was very disappointed. First time, and would not go back.

Food was not only expensive, but dry and and flavorless. There was no "char" taste. I could get a better burger at Waffle House honestly. My son's bun was burnt and hard. Their tea was not good. We had to douse everything in ketchup for it to taste any good. So disappointed! There was no service, you order at a kiosk, they cook (or burn) your food and you pay. That's it.

I’m putting one stars bc I ordered a sandwich along with two green beans orders. Was so excited to try this restaurant out since I’m not local and was extremely disappointed when the wait time was long and one of the workers was on her phone instead of paying attention to the orders. She missed my sandwich and they tried to cover it up by putting a lot of napkins in the bag to make it look fuller!!!!
