Food was made correctly and staff on Friday Oct 24th (12:45pm) were stupendous. The ladies working the counter, and the drive through were very nice and easy to work with. Shout out to the Management, those girls did great. Will return because of them.

Olivia at this location rang up my order wrong charging me extra, she argued with me when I tried to say that was wrong, then after that she didnt give me my receipt or change. That was all 12/20/25. I went back on 12/21/25 got my my money back and was told she would be corrected. I went in on 12/22/25 and had a mobile order but when she went to hand it to me she rudely set it on the counter and practically tossed my straw at me. I also tried to politely say thank you and she didnt speak to me at all.

No matter what time I stop by the order is always correct and the food fresh. It was packed tonight and I still didn't wait 10 minutes after ordering Update....During lunch time they still moved pretty fast. I ordered the boneless honey BBQ wings and wasn't impressed at all because they had maybe a tablespoon of sauce on them. Not at all like the picture on the sign. Lesson learned. I wont order that again.

Rude staff at this location. I placed a mobile order and arrived to check in at a stall. No signs, nothing on the app that shows the stalls close at 10. Employee comes out to tell me that stalls close at 10pm and I need to go through the drive thru. She said for “future reference” that I needed to know for next time. I asked her if I needed to go through or not since the app checked me in. She tells me to do whatever I wanted and rolled her eyes to hop on her cell phone and walk to the sidewalk. I go through the drive thru and mention I had a mobile order. NOTHING was ready at all. The other employee hands me a bag and was like are you missing anything else and I’m like yeah. I read out the other 4 things I’m missing and he gets them made. Not busy at all. Just rude staff and nothing was good about what we ordered. I will not return to this location as this place is staffed with the rudest people.

At 9:15pm on September 15th, I ordered a sonic blast with extra Oreos. First, my extra Oreos wasn’t in there. I wasn’t going to complain but whoever was working tonight and put a sticker under my cup knowing it’s BROKEN, is FOUL for that. It melted all over my cup holder and car. I just wanted my ice cream. I couldn’t even eat it anymore.

Ordered a large chili cheese fry and this is what I received. When I questioned an employee they said I received the correct portion amount. The employees then decided to gather around the window and stare out at me while I was sitting at the stall still talking. I politely asked how to go about getting a refund and they never once offered to come out and correct the issue. Very rude staff at this location.

Talk about food inflation! We purchased a Medium Vanilla Shake and it cost a whopping $6.09. It came in what looked like a 24 oz. cups with about 20% being whipped cream on top. Now I know why they add whipped cream — to replace more expensive milk shake with less expensive whipped cream. FYI, Chick-Fil-A medium vanilla shake (also has whipped cream on top) is $4.49. In what universe is ANYTHING at Sonic worth more than a similar item at Chick-Fil-A?!

Horrible service! These people pulled me up & 10 min later no sight of them. I went inside & 10 more min, I was given a burger all the way when I ordered mine with only cheese and ketchup, took another 7 min so 27 min to get a burger & fries but the worst of it all was they are rude!! The girl tossed the bag on the counter when she saw my hand out, TWICE, she smarted off at me that they were short staffed as if it’s my fault AND then that she probably rung my order up wrong, because they’re short staffed, then wasn’t expedient to grab it when it was ready, and isn’t giving out receipts!

First of all I waited 20 minutes just for a milkshake or wtv. The I get it and it’s straight vanilla ice cream and just cookies on top. Then when I got further down it was yellow liquid in my milkshake. Poor service. Never againn.

The inside service was slow. For some strange reason the employees kept looking at us and never came to the counter to help us(but clearly saw us standing there). The food was very bland. The french fries and tater tots were burnt. The trash bin was overflowing.

I got the bacon queso chicken wrap and they put a half of a chicken tender in each one. I'm pulling a 20-foot trailer so it's hard enough to get in there in the first place much less being able to turn around and do something about it. People need to do better

Had to go in and ask for part of our order that they forgot. Forgot utensils. Inside REEKS of marijuana. Can you spot the chili on my chili cheese tots? I sure can’t. You could have 0 expectations and still be let down. Go anywhere else
