Was very well attended to. Had a coupon I wanted to redeem for two foot longs. Wasn't sure which items qualified. I inquired about the options I had to choose from. It was kindly explained to me what I could choose from and that I could alter which ingredients I wanted from the pre-made selection. I was very pleased with the service along with the quality and taste of the food.

Been here a few times and service have been good. BUT when a guy manager with glasses amd tattoos is behind the cashier, he acts rude, makes excuses every time. Been wanting to give a second chance but this is thw last one. So long Alamo subway unless they remove him and out someone with good morals. Not recommended when he around. He will make your day bad.

Decent subway. Nothing wrong with it. Staff could use some smiles and overall better customer service but my sandwich was as expected.

I never dine in (place can use some cleaning). Have never used restrooms, so I can’t comment. This is place is always packed and I never wait long for my order. The staff is always very nice. I like they accept coupons. Thank you. Overall, great place 👍

I went and my sandwich was plain dry worst customer service ever !!!I repeat worst customer service ….they won’t redo your sandwich !

Rude cashier, I was about to order and had to wait because nobody answered. I proceeded to the window to order and I was at the window already with nobody behind or in front and she asked me to go around and order at the drivethu when she could have just gotten my order right there and then. I like subway, but the way I was treated was the worst I've ever gotten there. The service at the Donna subway really sucked.

Ordered online once and they got my sandwich completely wrong. Decided to give it a second try, they got it completely wrong again.

Customer service, the lady’s specially the girl in glasses Yailine )making sandwiches have a very rude and bad attitude, is been like the 4 time that we come to eat here and she’s always been like that, not coming back for the customer service I rather go to different restaurant

Went by the drive thru, got the wrong order and on top of that the chicken so crunchy. I go back to get a different sandwich and the lady who I assume is the manager tries to tell me very condescending that it was my fault and I order the wrong thing. The other employees were rolling their eyes and pretty much just threw my new sandwich on the counter and turned away. So rude . Do better.

Went during my lunch to get my food, waited 25 minutes in line. They're drive through machine is not updated so i usually just wait till i get to the window to order the correct bread. This time a RUDE girl which is supposably one of the managers said my order was ready and she couldn't remake it for me. Her tone was so rude. It's unacceptable. I litterally wasted all my lunch in their line and still left empty handed. Subway should really consider who they hire. It's not the first time i have issues at this location. A bunch of kids with an attitude working there.

Went through drive thru and placed my order on the touch screen. I selected all my items I wanted on my sub and was charged $18.39. I received was roast beef toasted on wheat with out anything else on it. I did get my large drink and chips. Next time I'll just go else where.
