Very good pizza, delicious 😋

The pizza is always delicious, come here at least once a week, it would be 5 stars but every time we come to get food there are homeless people or junkies trying to shake us down for money. One guy even said "the banks right there, atm since you don't carry cash" that guy can eat my left nut like i ate my whole pizza. Will keep coming back but someone's gotta tell 'em they can't be sitting outside the damn door, offered them food and they say "no, give me money". P.S - The meatballs are pretty lit dawg, no cap.

This is the ONLY Papa Johns in the 956 that offers a Lunch Buffet! M-F 11-3, it's $7.99 for Adults, and $4.99 for Kids drinks included.

They were helpful with offering me deals to get what I wanted and the food was hot and fresh..

Disappointed, placed a simple order and didn't get it. I won't be returning to this location. Pizza was very dry like if the pizza was from a previous order and not freshly made. Even the boxes looked greasy like if they have been sitting for awhile. Not good for business.

First time ordering from Papa John’s since I moved from San Antonio. I figured they would all be the same having good customer service, but I was wrong. Came in to San Juan Papa John’s server from the back had to come and take my order because the other server she did not greet us as we came in the door or offered anything. I asked for any specials I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni as per their coupon. And ordered a large pepperoni with sausage as per the coupon along with a Pepsi. Gentleman charged me. I paid for our items and they told us it would be a 15 minute wait. I did not get a receipt after waiting. 15 minutes came into the store to get my order. Only to find out that I was charged wrong and only one pizza was made. Had to pay for my second pizza and had to wait another 15 minutes. The female server do not apologize for the inconvenience. All she kept telling me was she did not know what happened and she did not know why the pizza was not me then she asked me if I still wanted it. In my opinion, I believe customer service is very important and every business. But in this establishment, they are lacking great or at least good customer service.

Boneless bbq? Nasty!

Very disappointed. I asked for delivery, they told me I was getting boneless chicken with bbq and they brought me chicken tenders with no bbq. It barely has any bbq sauce on there and the pizza smells like pee.

Your app is painful, and doesn't allow me to order until I try repeatedly... Eventually it takes it! If you order for a set time? It will have sat for a long time...They don't read! The manager, a young guy; Tried to berate me with insults! To his demise, and career at Papa Johns; His actions were on video...I live next door to this business, and will never return! I ordered $50.00 worth of food yesterday since I had people over and i got a call advising me that they delivered elsewhere. They told me that I could dispute the charge with my bank or they could remake my order...I chose to have my order remade and I did not hear anything back nor did i have my pizza delivered. I called this morning and the manager had no empathy towards the situation. I had people over that I couldn't feed and im still short $50.00. I was advised that they could only give me credit and could not refund. I have to contact my bank and try to see if I can get a refund for food that they did not deliver to me or have remade. Horrible customer service!

I said let’s just meet they said yes I order it and now I’ve got to dig through onions and green pepper and all that garbage that I did not want. If you don’t have something that is meat only then say it!

The pizza was awful,It was burn from the crust I ordered it with the normal bread and they give the gluten free, they didn’t even bother to cut it right.My gf was disappointed because she wanted to treat me and to get this pizza after paying for it

I called to confirm my choices immediately since their online was a little tricky. He immediately dismissed me and didn’t even bother to help me. He said you paid already not my problem it’s your fault. There was no effort to salvage such a large order just by confirming that I had indeed got what I wanted regarding toppings on all 6 pizzas so I canceled my order. Don’t go there do not recommend.

Over an hour to deliver, Ordered a Large Epic Stuffed Crust The Works Pizza Whole Toppings: Spicy Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Onions, Black Olives, Jalapeño Peppers, Green Peppers, Pineapple.
