Very attentive HERE. Good service, much better than the CORNING McDonald's. I AM so addicted to their SMOOTH mellow coffee I HAVE TO have a large cup a day at least. I TAKE my dog through the drive thru SO he gets his CHICKEN nugget FIX AND THEY ALWAYS FUSS over him which makes me feel happy.

Post 5 stars but really a 1 star... can't make an order and if the order is made.. they forget to put it into a bag and give it to you.. not worth it.. tired of them always screwing up..

The chicken nuggets are MASSIVE, the one of many things I like is the low sugar items, for someone like me. They taper the seasoning so well it doesn't fade.

TLDR Katie is the best, the rest is irrelevant, pray you don't get Zach, thank you Katie!!! Karen was right, I leave too many bad reviews, this will be my final edit. I'm changing my review from one star to 5 stars because today my fiance and I came through the drive through (to my chagrin as I was sworn off this location due to Zach and his BS) and we had the SAME EXACT ISSUE my fiance ordered a double cheeseburger plain with an extra slice of cheese. When we got it it had ketchup mustard pickle onion. So we turned around came back through let them know through the speaker that our order has been messed up and that it was supposed to be plain, they said no worries pull up to the second window. This is were we met Katie and McDonalds if you're reading this you need more managers like Katie. It took me longer to write this review then it did for Katie to give us a new burger with the correct toppings, and she even offered to make us something else to make up for it! Which honestly just the fact that she fixed it without issue was more than enough for me because like I said I was sworn off this location because of Zach. In any case my faith in this branch has been restored. We love you Katie you deserve a raise. Exemplary service! ------my original reviews are below here---- And for the record, Karen is bias 😉 Hey let's add to this since I'm big mad The manager Zach, after messing up my entire order, after I paid for my food, asked me if I would like to pay for an extra slice of cheese that I already ordered, after not having half the things I ordered and neglecting to tell me after I already paid. As if it were my fault they forgot to ring up the extra slice of cheese. And when when I understandably got upset about it (charged 1 dollar to my charge anyways) Zach proceeded to get huffy about it and tell me all about how he had to charge me for a slice of cheese (even after waiting to tell me after I paid that he didn't have the ingredients for another burger in my order) I get home and the order is entirely wrong, ketchup and mustard on things that aren't supposed to have them the only thing that was right was the fries but at this point I'm surprised those were right. I call in and ask for a refund since my entire order is wrong and Zach once again gets all huffy and unprofessional and refuses to give me the number to corporate. I promptly tell him off and decide to write the pretty tame and mediocre review listed below. One of my favorite McDonald's in the area. I have never had an issue of waiting too long nor getting the proper food that I ordered and prepared as I asked. Although I actually live in closer proximity to another McDonald's, it has always been worth my time to drive a little out of my way to get the food and service from this establishment.

We are very frequent customers at this McDonald's and I can't think of a time they have ever let us down. They are always kind and professional. Our food has never been messed up or cold. Highly recommend this location. It's our favorite McDonald's we have ever been to.

Highly recommend this McDonald's. The crew on 08/11/2024 at 9:38 AM had a long drive thru line and lots of people in line inside. When I walked in I thought about leaving because the wait would be too long. But it was fast, the line was quickly cleared and I had a hot, well assembled meal way before I expected it. Good job!

Popped in to celebrate Grimace's birthday with a Grimace Birthday Meal. The crew were too focused on putting together Doordash orders to be bothered with walk-in customers even after several acknowledged us with "The Nod". After 4-5 minutes we were waited on and our order was ready quickly. The louder tweaker lady in the dining area was annoying but they seem to be a staple in any McDonald's nowadays.

Food was great as usual, employees very polite and helpful. My main complaint, though...it was cold. It felt like the heat was not on.

If it is a quick bite you want. Then for your money this is a good place to go. Their prices are still reasonable. Unlike other fast food restaurants. I really enjoy their menu specialty items. Cause only here can you get a shamrock shake or a McRib sandwich. Of course their French fries are still the best. And let's not forget their desserts. I love the Apple pies and ice cream cones.

This is a nice mc Donald's, I've never really had an issue here. They have a nice big dining area and some outdoor seats as well as a play place for the children. Food is always good and fast.

The food was cold when I reached home I live .02 miles so it should not have been cold. I used the mobile app to order and it took longer than it would have if I just went through the drive-thru. I waited in the parking lot for 12 mins. Not happy with the service here.

Associates were polite and the food tasted good. Would have given 5 stars except that there was a long wait before I could order and then a long wait to receive my order only to have the order messaged up.

McDonald's is successful for a reason- very straightforward every time you visit. This particular location just underwent a remodel so it is very clean and nice. Wait times aren't bad, though the establishment is usually busy. Drive through is expedient and efficient. Nice place!

I have always preferred McDonald's over the other chains ever since i was a kid, however, the food quality has been on a downward spiral for some time now, im not singling out this location at all, it's really across the board, and it seems that some of my favorites from the menu are always out, ie. Mocca frap, sweet tea, just to name a couple. Overall this location is my hometown and I do prefer it over the others close by.

This location is currently under construction and the only service available is drive-thru. That is what we needed so it was fine. The food was warm so that is my only complaint but staff is following COVID protocol by wearing masks. Service through the drive-thru was pretty quick. Staff were friendly. We ordered chicken nuggets; cheeseburger; double cheeseburger; fries and fish sandwiches. We made special requests and the order was correct.

Just got my McRibs! Delicious. Probably good they aren't available all year! Both girls were very helpful and friendly. Service is so important, and good service is a treat. No contact practices were evident. Breakfast in a pinch. Hot and tasty. Would give five stars but prices are getting high.

Went through the drive through. Service was fast and the employees were friendly. The food wasn't super hot, but it wasn't as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp forever. Not the best McD's experience, but definitely not the worst.

They got our order fast but I paid for cheese on both of my items and they never put them on.

Stopped at the Horseheads store for a quarter pounded, with extra onions, pickles, and mustard. All that was fine, what I didn't care for was the over done piece of hockey puck I got with the pickles, onions, and mustard. I worked McDonalds for ten years, I know that burger had been sitting in the cabinet for at least one maybe two full cycles.

The food is usually decent, sometimes they forget things from your order. $1 large drinks are cool though. Order your food somewhere else. Go to McDonald's to get your drinks.

Quick and friendly service. Todays visit was great. However in the past I have had a bad experience at this location as my burger was not cooked all the way. Other than that they are usually great.

Seemed busy or they just didn't have enough people to work, grimace meal is not worth the money. They should have had some kind of souvenir (beside the cup or big mac container) to entice sales.

Service was slow, and fries were cold when we got them. They even missed one of our happy meals (which they made up, but still).

Foods not always hot. Ice coffee has no consistency. One time you'll get a ton of flavor/sugar, the next theres barely any. Staff is decent but drive-thru person is usually impatient and hard to understand.

Ordered two regular McChicken. The two chicken patties we recieved both spicy hot and there was so much mayo on them it was dripping off. The French fries had no salt. Unfortunately, ordered drive through and couldn't return. Wasted money. Food went in trash. Drive thru service was good both employees were friendly.

We stopped at the McDonald's on 143 E High St, Painted Post, NY, on our way back to Buffalo after a few days of fly fishing on the Delaware River. The restaurant was impressively advanced with its technology, making ordering quick and easy. The service was friendly and efficient, providing a pleasant break from the road. However, the food we received was a bit disappointing in terms of presentation. It looked quite different from the appealing photos typically seen in advertisements, and it seemed like just a few extra seconds of preparation could have significantly improved its appearance. Despite this, it was a welcome break, allowing us to stretch our legs and find refuge from the rain. While it wasn't the healthiest choice and added more calories than we needed, it served its purpose for a quick and convenient meal.

Hire a lot of kids. Not everybody's always on the same page. Very friendly very eager to help and fix any mistakes.

Always get drive through, people are always super nice but they always forget something, The food is okay it's Wendy's

We got 2 big macs and there was way too much big mac sauce on them which made it extremely hard to keep it together the eat and the last couple of bites of mine the bottom bun was mushy and it had an off taste.

Ahhh too much of a wait for a hot coffee and cold coffee. Ordering directly would be better than kiosk I guess. When asked after 15 mins of wait, he said order has come, but he had not seen it yet. I mentioned additional sugar, but none were put.

I am not looking for a hand out. As people no longer get a second chance in my world. Came in about a hour ago. Ordered nuggets and fries. I haven't been to McDonalds in months and was craving McNuggets. The nuggets I recieved were extreamly dried out. As well as the fries didn't have that fresh crispy taste to them. I recently worked at a Mcdonalds but switched jobs due to relocating. Not sure about this store but we had a General Manager who came through drive threw every so often to make sure we were serving the freshest food possible. We would've failed our General Manager inspection with the food I was served. Other than that great friendly staff! Awful food.

The prices go up, the quality and customer service keep going down! Plus the size of the Berger's, sausage, bacon... Everything keeps getting smaller. And just once I would like to have them get my order right! If you say no onions because you are allergic, why do you still get onions? Once you are driving down the road, all you can do is throw it away... Big waste of money and they could careless!!

This McDonald's almost always has soggy, undercooked, and way over-salted fries. I am so tempted to ask for some fries with my salt. It doesn't do much good to order a large fry, because the container is usually filled no more than a medium. You would think that when someone is making almost $15/hr that they could cook fries. I think they must be trained to undercook the fries. If I wanted great food though, I probably shouldn't go to McDonald's to begin with.

Went thru the drive -thru 10/14/22 at.12:07 placed my order Big Mac a large order of fries (which I was charged for the fries) triple cheeseburger and a 4 piece mcnugguts with honey mustard when I got home there was No fries fries and the sandwiches were just literally thrown in the box and the wrapper the cheeseburger

I was thrilled when we found out that I could order scrambled eggs and bacon a la carte. The price for this was less than $4.00. I am working on losing weight, and limiting my carbohydrate intake. So I ordered 1 breakfast burrito to split with my husband, plus the eggs and bacon, as I was working at the race track that day, and was going to burn through the calories. Anyway, the food wasn't ready. So we pulled into the reserved spot to wait. This was fine. They came out within 5 min. with piping hot food. After we drove away we discovered the issues. There was no fork for bacon and eggs. Then on top of that, my burrito had sausage and eggs in it, nothing else. No cheese, no veggies, it was bland. Thank goodness I did ask for picante sauce today. My husband did eat it. But I did not waste my calories on something with carbs that I didn't like.

Help is lost poorly trained. There having a buy a burger get a burger for a buck. So I ordered a Big Mac meal. Apparently that doesn't apply to the big Mac meal. So I cancelled that meal ordered two quarter pounders, two big macs large fry two large drinks. The cashier then asked me if I wanted to remove the medium fry that she had put on my Big Mac meal that I canceled. I said yes. I waited for 10 minutes for the meal. In that time frame another customer got so frustrated with the person taking his order that he reached through the covid shield and rang him self out. The cashier watched him. When I got my food finally. I had to ask for my drinks.

If you dine in be careful sometimes the floor is slippery and no one the bathroom is nasty and it seems like the workers don't want to do anything they're always on their cell phones and I never can get an order correct online I'm sorry I mean the drive-thru there is always something missing

I just went thru the drive thru. Ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce. I don't ever have a problem with it, some new girl at the window, handed me my sandwich. I had to go to work, got to work and my sandwich has tarter sauce on it. My receipt and paper on other box clearly says no tarter sauce, but it's got it on the sandwich. I can't leave work now, I'm here. I guess I go hungry today

Gross! Very disappointed! This was in Wellsboro, Pa. Sandwiches were cold! Fries weren't cooked all the way! And the girl at the pick up window dropped our drink of iced tea and poured a new one from 2 cups sitting at the drink dispenser! Awful!!!

😡VERY POOR, UNCARING customer service with Shift Manager, Amber & Supervisor, Erica! As a retired teacher traveling home to Cleveland, Ohio from a Benedictine Monastery retreat in Westfield, Vermont, I was absolutely dismayed by the lack of Thanksgiving kindness and basic human compassion. I spoke to Amber as the Manager asking if she could please comp me "just a fish sandwich" as I was needing to use the remainder of my cash for gasoline (15 hour trip) and I was feeling very hungry and low on energy to finish driving home at night. Amber was cold, callous and UNCARING towards a person in need. She stated (and quoted her Supervisor, Amber) by saying "If we do this for you, then we will have to do it for everyone!" 😡SERIOUSLY?! They both lack true leadership ability and should be ashamed of their lack of human compassion. I hope Corporate McDonald's retrains and/ or DEMOTES these heartless workers.😠

I did a mobile order and bc the manager didn't know how to bring it up with the fact that I paid she made me show her proof as if I was lying. Then continued to give a rude attitude. Worst experience in a McDonald's ever! Got cussed out by the night manager for entering, when it should've been locked of you can't go in, and I was told it's not her problem my food was wrong. Then told go ahead and call corporate...so I am. And she was on the phone before we got there and was still on it 2 hours later...I know this as I tried continuously calling to establish her name. She is the worst McDonald's manager I have ever seen in the whole US.

Tried mobile ordering. Never went through. They had me try the other store can n town. Drove across town and they didn't have it. So I had to reorder when I got there. They screwed up my order. McDonald's sucks in every aspect. Never going there again.

I’m very ashamed that this restaurant stayed open during renovations. It’s unfortunate that Mr. Foster is too cheap to shut the store down for a couple days. He’s rather have his workers run back and forth about a 40 ft distance to take payments and deliver food to cars in the drive through. Mind you it was also sprinkling outside... McDonald’s employee had to wear a hard hat and do this for however long. Not acceptable. I really hope this employee received some type of compensation for the asinine requests made by their place of employment.

The staff are very rude, seldom is your food fresh, and your order will actually be correct maybe 1 out of 80 times if you’re lucky. I’d highly recommend holding out until the next town for even the simplest thing as a 10 piece chicken nugget

This McDonald's is usually one of the better ones (Corning). Maybe it's just cause after the lunch rush or something but it was a disaster! The sanitizing hand wipes were gone, ketchup pump is broke, trash is full, tables are dirty, and fries were cold! Guess I'll have to try a different location next time I wanna treat the kids to lunch!

Terrible service, and unfriendly staff. Congested parking and horrible drive thru location. Food was gross, definitely sat around beyond serve safe requirements. Did not offer condiments or extra items when checking out.

I absolutely hated the experience of eating the food from this restaurant. They made us pay for two mcdoubles and while we did order them, we never received them. I ordered a ten peice chicken nugget and they only gave me nine; and the slushie had no ice. I normally like McDonald's but to be honest burger king is better by miles. I would rather eat from a trash can than eat at this McDonald's. You might think it's easy to just check the bag before you leave the drive through but for a good customer experiance, you don't think you would have to, especially in a place that calls themselves a good fast food place; when in reality the opposite is true. This McDonald's in particular is just stomach churning in comparison to others. The fast food employees were not friendly at all and they didn't even do their job correctly, and lastly I believe it might stem from a lack of proper people in charge, making sure everything is in shape and if I could give no stars I would.

What makes anyone's order more important than anyone else's? Drive thu time. Nothing more important than that.....oh they already have your money so they tell you pull forward and wait. Been there twice, and both times!! Also the manager was rudely talking over me when I walked in to get my order.

Literally the grossed McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. You open the front door and there are just BUGS ALL OVER and those bugs are on the tables. It was just really nasty. If there are bugs all over the store I can even imagine what gets into the food.

Apparently when you order on the app you still wait 20min weather you go inside or go to the drive thru. When I went in it was absolute chaos. Drive thru was backed up to the Main Street and inside no better. I waited at the counter for almost 20min for a 20pc chicken nugget that I ordered ahead of time. Not happy!

It was horrible in all fairness. I have been to this same exact McDonalds and had a great experience. Short staffed, short attitude, short training , they argued amongst themselves, very embarrassing. So, I hope they work it out!!

Definitely a minus if i could rate that. Went for lunch today. No dressing on chicken sandwich. They wanted to charge an extra 40 cents after we realized there was no sauce on it. Had to wait 15 min for dressing. Also ordered Big Mac. Cold all the way through, cheese was not melted. It had two buns on top nothing between them. No bun in the middle... Definitely an Fail for today. Maybe certain employees need more training or new career.

Love this place. Very fast workers and really yummy food. WAS a good place but now they changed staff into young lazy people. Had so many problems and when asked to fix, they just made the same mistake. Waiting for food for 15+ minutes. Everybody else that ordered AFTER us got their food first. Our food was prepared, just not handed to us. How dumb can they be??? Flark that.

( we did a mobile and they ONLY OFFERED DRIVE UP AND NO PLACE TURN AROUND,PEOPLE LINED UP BEHIND US There was a 25 minute wait in the Drive-Thru then we got our food ice cold I think the fries was never cooked just put under heat lamp the people had to open our sack to see if our order was right 5 times they did this and top it off it was NOT ,it was a mobile order , and the manager was just standing there staring at a piece of paper why all the young workers was trying to do a job that they had not been trained for. To be honest I know everybody is short-handed but when everybody pitches in it becomes a crew🤢

Trust me guys, save yourselves. Everytime we go something is wrong, broken or missing. They've run out of lids, large cups, large fry containers, ketchup, ice, and Big Mac boxes! The manager snapped on me on the drive thru, yelled at customers in the store and the store is dirty AF. I swear I don't know why weve gone back but if you must go prepare yourself and please don't let your kids run around with no shoes on, unless you want them to get monkeypox.

Ended up waiting 15 minutes for fries i thought maybe theyd be fresh thats why we waited so long i was wrong they were already cold when we got em and no the store wasnt even busy we also ordered some sauces and proceeded to get the wrong sauce again yes its happened before and no it wasnt out i saw them give other people the same sauce they decided not to give us this was ridiculous ive never had this bad of an experience with them

We ordered two large meals and the emplyee rang us up for medium drinks. We ordered a 4D and employee rang us up for a 4C. They didn't give us the sauce we asked for and the employee who served us our drinks spilled the drinks on my girlfriend. This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. We have a problem everytime we come here. Go to the Corning mcdonalds instead.

Recently visited this establishment out of pure desperation, only to have my food made entirely wrong and not a single person in this establishment was wearing gloves. I watched the person putting fries into bags and his fingers were all overs peoples food. Not very sanitary, honestly didn’t even want to go back in to have my food remade but I already paid for it

Stop here on my way home to watkins glen. Order food for myself my wife and kids. We get our food and by the time I get to eat about 20 mins down the road I take a bite of my burger double quarter pounder and the whole top patty is raw see photo. I will never go back!

If you go through the drive through, and you order chicken? Get ready to wait. I actually have never gone to this McDonald's. Without having to wait in one of their reserved spots. And then the wait is over 10 minutes.. When I was greeted by the staff. Finally to receive my food, staff was very rude, another time I was left to wait. They decided to have a snowball fight before bringing me my food and every time it was brought out cold. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend going to this McDonald's. At least 1 in 3 cars. It is left to wait for their food.

Narrowly averted a diabetic incident, we always ask that no ketchup be added, receipt was marked no ketchup, but this place was rushing and likely behind. This was the first time we had this issue, but please beware this can and will happen

Ordered 4 meals for dine in and the wait time for our food was 30 mins.. we understand they were a bit busy but 30 minutes for the amount of food we ordered was ridiculous. People who ordered after us got their food well before us. Was never given a reason for why ours was delayed or apologizes for the wait. The tables outside were also very dirty as if they hadn’t been cleaned or looked at by staff all day. Several tables still had trash from previous customers and one had what looked like spilled milkshake that had dried on the table and ground below it. Overall cleanliness was horrible on the outside seating, service was less than subpar.

This used to be great back when I was a kid and they had a playground attached. Now, the drive through always has awful wait times, especially at night, those kids have no clue what they're doing. I just ordered a cheeseburger and an iced caramel macchiato like I always do, and this new guy argued with me that the machine stirs macchiatos....it does not and I have never gotten one stirred before. I buy these way to often to want to admit. Please someone teach the painted post McDonald's how to make the drinks on the menu. He offered to make the drink again but said the machine would stir it again 💀
