Great selection of tea that’s available in this location and great service from Gourav who is one of the baristas there. Would highly recommend stopping by.
Gourav made an amazing coffee with beautiful latte art!! Very friendly and fast service
Super nice and cozy place. Food it’s of excellent quality and service it’s top. I highly recommend it!! Açaí bowl it’s to highlight!!!
A cool place with a great atmosphere and service. They have excellent coffee and food. We ordered a regular coffee (single origin from Ethiopia) and a Specialty Latte Cookie Butter (decaf and with oat milk), as well as a bagel with egg. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the restroom was clean. Highly recommended if you are in the area!
Great coffee and delicious food! And the staff are so friendly and even gave my dog a pup cup with treats!
I really like it ! Gourav did a nice job, he served me my food, the chai latte is great and also the music I really liked it. Quite a nice place.
First time trying this coffee shop, from the moment I walked in Fatou greeted me with so much joy and enthusiasm. I also recommend this place to anyone. Affordable, clean and tasty food. Inside and outside dining. Wish I can give more stars !! Thank you for such an outstanding service !!
We found this when looking for breakfast, my wife and daughter like açai bowls, but I find them too cold. They also had overnight oats, which was delicious. The coffee is also very good. A nice place, clean and very nicely decorated, the atmosphere is very relaxing. One does need a little bit of patience, however. If you have any appointments, come early. But the food and the coffee are worth it.
Honestly. I came here like a fish out of the water after a rather shitty day of work. I looked pretty disheveled and messed up. That being said, the cafe barista was kind. Served me my mocha and my cakes along with my sandwich. The vibe is cozy and since its out of the way, it isnt crowded to hell.
Beautiful coffee shop with excellent service, drinks and ambiance. My favorite in downtown/FiDi with chill vibe and location.
We were starving and walking around nyc and found this spot. We are vegetarian and found plenty of foods to eat. We were pleasantly surprised that the food tasted VERY GOOD! Very high quality flavors. My daughter loved the s’mores stuffed waffles and my husband and I got the egg and avocado sandwich and the tofu and greens salad. Highly recommend !
The perfect comfort food for a day like today is a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup! It’s not even the run of the mill soup and grilled cheese either. This was delicious, and well made. I enjoyed every bit of it. The dining atmosphere is cozy, with window seating and pillows. There’s relaxing contemporary music that’s played at a very reasonable volume as well. The only tiny thing that I wish were different is the blazing bright lights in the cafe. I’m not about to deduct an entire star on account of that, though. Overall experience was divine!
The most amazing grilled cheese and tomato soup, the atmosphere is great too. Enjoyed as a family with two younger kids.
Me and my friend were staying at a hotel across the bridge. We tried it one time and went two more times. So worth it. So clean. Fresh and delicious. Must try if you are in the area!!! First time just had a croissant Second time Nutella French toast (yum) Third time egg avocado sandwich
We were looking for a quick place to sit down and eat for breakfast and found the perfect spot!!! Janet Jackson radio was playing which just added to the amazingly fun atmosphere before we even ordered our food. The s’mores waffle was delightfully but not overly sweet, the mango fizz drink was refreshing, and everything was plated wonderfully. Highly recommend if you’re looking for awesome food at great prices. If we lived in NYC we would be here all the time!!
Nice quiet cafe. I've been here multiple times and it never seems to be too crowded. Great place to grab breakfast or get some work/studying done with a nice drink and snack. Recommend the lox bagel and the mango matcha (i never had this drink combo anywhere else ). The mango soda is also good.
I wanted to take a better photo but I couldn’t resist — the mango matcha was delicious and the waffle was a 10/10. Plus, the service was super friendly and the place was clean and perfect for taking a break if you’re sightseeing around NYC.
Love this cafe. I tried the Red Velvet Latte and it was so unique and beautiful. It's not too sweet and for the price it's a really good portion.
I really enjoyed my visit here! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the sandwich I ordered was delicious ,fresh and full of flavor. Definitely a spot I’d come back to
first time here and Gourav really gave great service and made the best matcha ever!!! Great atmosphere and very clean love it
We weren’t able to find any Jain options (no onion or no garlic), but the coffee flavor look amazing here. We tried the Mango Matcha Latte and it was on point♥️ would definitely visit again to try other summer flavours.
We were looking for a quick coffee and ended up finding Ateaz Café—and we’re so glad we did. The atmosphere was so nice that we decided to stay longer and grab a bite. Their mango matcha latte was incredible—not too sweet, really well-balanced, and super refreshing. The food was really good—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We had the egg and avocado sandwich and the Nutella French toast—both were delicious and hit the spot. The vibe is cool and laid-back—relaxed without being too quiet—and the staff is genuinely kind and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re into great coffee, quality food, and spots that feel easy to hang out in.
Really great addition to the neighborhood. Abundant seating and natural lighting from floor to ceiling windows. The interior design is very clean and modern. Coffee was very tasty! And they serve a large selection of different Martha’s cakes (like Neapolitan and strawberry short cake). They also offer food items like açaí bowls and such. They’re soft opening right now so stop by and say hi!
Incredible place!! A must try cafe… we ordered a ton of food here, all the way from apps to drinks to everything in the middle and more…all tasted delicious, smelled awesome. My son (7 yrs) loved the treats too…I’d give 5/5. Coming back for sure!! Service was over the top!
Nice and cozy place, everything was good and fresh. We have been around 12pm and place was not full with plenty of seating spots.
If you’re in the mood for fresh, healthy food, Ateaz Cafe is the spot! I really enjoyed the avocado toast and their cold-pressed juice. Service was nice + friendly, and the place has good ambiance for working too!

Always fresh, home made delicious and organic food! This has become my go-to lunch spot!

Absolutely love Ateaz! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying some quiet time with a book. The coffee is rich and flavorful (easily some of the best I’ve had in town) You can really feel the care and passion that goes into everything here. Highly recommend stopping by, you won’t be disappointed!

Honestly had a stellar sandwich. Plus, you can add tofu if you’re plant based and want some protein. Matcha was good and earthy, they have lots of unique flavors

Great local place for good coffee and healthy (and indulgent) treats. Love the vegetation on the walls. I met a work colleague here for breakfast - great relaxed chill vibe. Unfortunately sometimes the staff has techno on at 9am and it ruins the atmosphere. I had to leave with another work colleague on another occasion because the music was loud and distracting. Owner might want to consider the demographic they are looking to service and consider time of day. I work on Wall Street and am probably a good customer. Am sure the younger kids nursing their coffee over laptops for several hours like the fun vibe — this place will be successful if it figures out how to make money attracting people to come back.

Nice place and staff. But coffee could be so much better. I wouldn’t return for this reason. I don’t think it was actually coffee?
The place is clean, staff welcoming but their cookies are stale and over priced.
Their iced matcha was really disappointing, honestly bad enough to leave a review. It’s the most flavorless matcha I’ve ever had, even considering how matcha here in the U.S. usually isn’t that authentic. The atmosphere is nice though, a great spot to sit and relax. I just hope the manager considers switching to a better matcha powder brand.

$14+ for cheap tasting grocery bought white bread and premade avo paste.. for that price I thought the avocado toast would come with fresh avocado and nicer bread at least Also fries flying around which was annoying But the coffee is ok and more importantly they have outlets and bathroom and nice decor. Barista/cashier was also very nice

Disappointing food, the green omelette comes with only feta, tomatoes and arugula and is super dry... the tables were dirty, we requested to have them cleaned and the waiter cleaned only one of the two we were sitting at. Dirty toilet, no paper towels available. Blue matcha is a gimmick. Skip that one.
