We had a very nice lunch on Christmas Day at La Pizza & Pasta restaurant. I had ordered the lunch special menu: burrata, Tuscan ragu tagliatelle and panettone. They didn’t have a nut free panettone so I got the Amalfi dessert instead (limoncello curd). All delicious with very nice service on a busy day.

Eataly is the best marketplace! Filled with so many choices of restaurants and shops! All with delicious options for whatever you crave! Options to sit and relax at any restaurant or grab a bite on the go!

A very lovely place. From ready-to-eat meals to coffee and desserts, there are plenty of options. It feels like a small bazaar, and there’s also a market section. The bakery area is especially beautiful, and the coffee is excellent. Everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I also noticed that the items in the bakery were clearly labeled with allergen, alcohol, and vegan information. It’s a very thoughtful and considerate touch.

We walked past this not realizing what this was, not realizing what rabbit hole we were about to go down. Such a cool place to check out. The focaccia sandwiches are so good!

The experience at Eataly World Trade Center was amazing. From the service to the food I was super impressed. I’ve never eaten authentic Italian cuisine so this was new to my taste buds. The atmosphere was restaurant dine-in and a fresh market together. So it was a bit nosier than most restaurants, but we could still hear each other. The area where we ate was a tad bit tight but still comfortable. I ordered two pasta dishes, butter squash, ravioli and just regular spaghetti no meat. Both were a phenomenal. I’m not sure exactly what was the name of the dishes of the pasta or the dessert? Hopefully, the pictures will help.

Came here and had the gnocchi arriabata special from the takeaway pasta spot which was delicious! The asparagus was cold, which I wasn't expecting and didn't like. The potatoes were decent. Also enjoyed foccacia with tomato and oregano. This is on the third floor. Escalators and elevator available right to the entrance of Eataly.

Eataly is one of those places that manages to capture the true essence of Italy from the aroma of freshly baked focaccia to the sound of baristas calling out espresso orders in Italian. The moment you walk in, you’re surrounded by a vibrant mix of markets, restaurants, and wine bars that make you forget you’re even in New York. The variety is unmatched. You can grab a perfect cappuccino in the morning, a fresh plate of pasta at lunch, and finish the evening with wine and tiramisu. The ingredients are incredibly fresh most of them imported directly from Italy. The pizza is a standout, especially the Margherita with its chewy crust and fragrant basil. The gelato counter is another must-stop; the pistachio flavor alone is worth the trip. One time I stopped by just to grab olive oil and ended up in a full conversation with one of the staff members about different types of truffle salts. He actually opened a jar for me to smell and recommended pairing it with roasted potatoes or scrambled eggs. That small, genuine gesture turned a quick errand into a memorable experience and yes, I left with the truffle salt and zero regrets.

Our server, Cristian C, was attentive, answered our questions and responded professionally to the one food concern that we had. Great experience!

Absolutely amazing! Fresh Italian cuisine that’s hard to put into words. The supermarket section is incredible, and I even got to watch mozzarella being made (and was given a sample!). The staff was so friendly, and the meals came in generous portions and were incredibly yummy. I had to make a coffee stop and get an affogato—wow, it was the perfect finish. The Italian soda was also a big plus! I love all the fresh options in the market, with the highest-quality ingredients. So many choices, and the view is just stunning.

Oh I’ve missed this place so much. The last time I was here was 2018/2019 and I was dreaming about coming back. I was able to order the lasagna again and it was delicious. I traveled here with my friends and they also enjoyed it. My friend got a pistachio cake (forgot what it was called) and she really enjoyed it. I got my precious lasagna again. My other friend and sister got pasta and a cannoli with some wine. I wish I took more photos but I was too busy enjoying the food. I highly recommend this place to anyone you won’t regret it.

We stopped by Eataly Flatiron and picked up a tiramisu. It was really nice — creamy, smooth, and with a good coffee flavor. It is a little on the sweet side, but still very enjoyable. Eataly itself has a ton of stuff inside, so it’s fun just wandering around. Pasta, bread, pastries, cheese — there’s so much to look at that you kind of lose track of time. If you’re already exploring the place and want a simple, tasty dessert, the tiramisu is a good pick.

Always feel like you are eating the freshest food at Eataly. Since you are surrounded by products and groceries, it certainly adds to the feeling. Love the Italian accent of the service personnel and the specials. Don’t count calories if you are headed there.

I visited Eataly recently and overall had a pleasant experience, though with mixed feelings. The place is large and lively, combining an Italian market with several food counters — pasta bar, gelato, pastries, coffee, and ready-to-eat options — which makes it convenient and appealing at first glance. I had a small salmon sandwich that cost $12, and while it was good, I personally found it a bit overpriced for the portion and quality. In general, prices felt quite high compared to what you actually get. That said, the atmosphere is nice and enjoyable, especially if you’re stopping by while exploring the area. It’s a comfortable place to sit, take a break, and grab something quickly. However, it does feel more tourist-oriented than truly authentic Italian. Overall, it’s a good option for convenience and variety, but not necessarily for an authentic Italian food experience.

It’s always refreshing to visit Eataly, especially when you finally find what you’ve been searching for! We have been looking forward to trying their famous pistachio croissant for a long time. After visiting two other Eataly locations without luck (they likely sold out before we arrived), we finally found them here. I can’t recommend this croissant enough! It’s definitely on the heavier side—it could practically replace a lunch in terms of calories—but it is totally worth it. Pro tip: Try to go in the morning, otherwise they will likely be sold out!

Eataly New York is a great place to experience authentic Italian food in the heart of the city. During our visit, we tried several traditional dishes and everything was delicious. We tasted different pizzas, which were well cooked, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The dough was light and crispy, just like in Italy. We also had rustic bread served with olive oil, which was excellent and very fragrant, with a rich and genuine taste. Another highlight was the Italian-style potatoes, simple but perfectly prepared, with a homemade flavor that reminded us of traditional Italian cuisine. The quality of the ingredients really stood out in every dish. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the place is well organized despite being quite busy. It’s a perfect spot for a casual meal or to try real Italian flavors while visiting New York. So, offers an authentic Italian food experience with excellent quality and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian cuisine.

Eataly at World Trade Center is an easy win when you’re craving a quick pasta fix without committing to a full sit-down meal. For an elevated food-court setting, the execution is excellent: the pasta is freshly made, well-sauced, and consistently flavorful, delivering that comforting Italian simplicity Eataly does so well. Portions are on the smaller side, but thoughtfully so—just enough to satisfy without leaving you overly full, making it ideal for a lunch break or a pre-errand bite downtown. Everything feels efficient and polished, from ordering to pickup, which matters in a high-traffic location like WTC. The only real drawback is the price. While the quality justifies it to an extent, it does feel a touch expensive for what is, at the end of the day, an upscale food-court experience. Final take: Excellent pasta, smart portions, and reliable quality in a convenient location—just a bit pricey. ★★★★☆

I wanted to love this place. It looks like a farmers market w/ a lot to buy, but it seems tourist trap’y… I say this, as the food at the restaurant was bland and over priced, with all the locations we tried, were all packed with tourists. The staff were all nice but clearly extremely overwhelmed. Also the restrooms smelled horrible of urine and were clearly too small for the amount of ppl in the building.

I give Amalfi by Serra in Eataly, NYC a 3 stars. I had ravioli which was good but not exceptional. However, the appetizer burrata was very good. I’m not particularly keen with the decor, the ceiling has all plastic plants and flowers not to my knowledge taste.

Food was pretty good. Service was on the slow side. Surprisingly came out very lukewarm warm and they brought my wife a veal dish accidentally when ordering a vegetarian one. Wouldn’t go back necessarily.

I’ve been here several times, mainly because I stay at a hotel just across the street. Every visit, getting a table is difficult. I’ve tried breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The food quality is excellent—really very good—but the prices are extremely high and, in my opinion, overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the overall experience doesn’t match the quality of the food. The place is very busy and noisy, making it hard to relax and enjoy the meal. The staff are not very polite or communicative, and I never experienced a welcoming attitude or even a smile. One particularly annoying experience was when I ordered a pizza for takeaway. The pizza was already prepared and sitting in front of me, but because the staff member I ordered from wasn’t there, I was forced to wait another 10 minutes just for confirmation—even though there was only one pizza and one order. Because of the high prices, noisy atmosphere, and poor service, despite the excellent food quality, I would rate this place as average

Went here for my partner’s birthday dinner. I truly want to give this place 5 stars because the food was really good and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Our servers Johnnie and Justin were really accommodating and quick. The only thing that really ruined the experience for us was the manager/ supervisor. We’d taken some stuff to go and had already paid our bill, and my partner was in the middle of finishing his drink, when out of nowhere, an older female supervisor rounds the corner and basically scolds us and tells us that they have to set up for a party. No apologies. No warmth whatsoever. She had never interacted with us prior to that moment. She didn’t even give us a chance to respond and just high tailed out of there. Our interaction with her just ruined what was a pretty good evening and left a bad taste in our mouths. Funny enough, someone else wrote a bad review about her. Maybe someone could teach her a lesson in hospitality.

The Eatly restaurant has a great location in the Flatiron District, but my experience on Valentine’s Day was disappointing. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and the menu selection felt limited. I ordered the fried polenta, which unfortunately was too hard. I also tried the trio of pasta samples—one dish included ham, and I actually enjoyed the ham more than the pasta itself, which says a lot. Overall, this visit was a thumbs down for me. That said, I’m open to giving it another try on a less busy day and hope for a better experience next time.

Wow Brand Relations

We arrived 15 minutes before closing and were told we could only order one dish, even though my young daughter was starving. We already had other food to take back to the hotel, yet we were repeatedly met with complaints about the restaurant closing. I understand closing procedures, but the attitude and manners were unacceptable. Beautiful place and great food, but very poor service.

Eataly NYC at the Oculus has, unfortunately, become a consistently disappointing destination, with quality that seems to decline with every visit. For a venue positioned as a premium Italian food hall in such a prominent and expensive location, the overall experience falls well short of expectations. Food quality and execution. Also the pizza arrived cold. The pizza is presented on a metal plate, covered by paper. Which feels more cafeteria than curated Italian dining and does not align with the upscale image or pricing of the establishment. The dough itself is chewy and lacks depth of flavor, weak execution for a dish that should be a cornerstone of any serious Italian offering. Burrata The burrata, traditionally prized for its soft, creamy center, was served unusually firm and dense, closer in texture to a standard mozzarella than to a fresh burrata. For a brand that markets itself on high-quality Italian ingredients, serving a burrata in this condition raises concerns about both product handling and quality control. Value versus expectations Given the premium pricing and the high-traffic World Trade Center / Oculus location, guests are entitled to expect a higher standard of culinary consistency and presentation. Instead, the experience feels misaligned with the cost, leaving the impression of a concept trading on its name

Update: No one has ever reached out to me to address the situation. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Eataly this Thanksgiving. The service was especially poor compared to my visits last year. Our server was barely present. She took our order at the beginning and then disappeared until it was time to bring the bill. No one checked on us at all. It took 40 minutes just to receive the antipasti with the first course, and during that entire time, no staff member came by to check in or update us. We simply sat there waiting in silence, unsure of what was happening. Meanwhile, another staff member was constantly refilling water for every table around us but consistently skipped ours. I understand he may not have been responsible for our section, but this only added to the feeling of being ignored, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The food also fell short of expectations. The beet with walnut antipasti tasted off; the walnuts were oily, as if they had been sitting out for too long. The Brussels sprouts were heavily burnt, black, bitter, and unpleasant. Although they offered to replace the side dish, the second serving wasn’t much better, as shown in the photo. I’m genuinely disappointed that what should have been a warm Thanksgiving celebration turned into such an unsatisfying experience. I hope the restaurant can take this feedback seriously.
