I came here one Friday evening to this underground restaurant for dinner and a drink. The place has a very classy decor. I ordered one of their pub burgers, which had a lot of different toppings laid on top of each other and overall I enjoyed the taste. It's a nice place downtown.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly service and appropriately attentive - responsive and not hovering. Crisp fish and chips, loved the mashed peas and the coleslaw- wished there was more of both if them. Buffalo wing were excellent. Definitely a great place to escape the heat and have some excellent pub food.

We had a private lunch for 60 ppl but ended up with 34 extra at the last minute and the kitchen and service was spectacular and was able to manage the extra guests. Mike was great with the IT and setting up the tvs to advertise our sponsors. Maire was running the show and I loved how she organized 2 buffets and the tables and atmosphere was very welcoming! The food is great too as always! Successful luncheon event!

great place to eat, excellent price, service was super nice, they even gave us a free ny cheesecake because it was my wife’s birthday. loved the mint Irish mule drink too

really enjoyed this place! dont let the storefront fool you once you go down the stairs it’s very large two bars big area! French onion was in my top 5! Cute Halloween decorations bartender was as sweet as could be I didn’t get her name but def will visit her again. The cheese pull tells u everything!

Came here for lunch. Ordered the Chicken Pot Pie 🥧 😋. NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL!!. As like most places I visit, I really like the local feel, u can hear the chatter at the bar, lol everyone is a sports expert here 😉. It's 1155am, so crowd is all at the bar counter 😆. I have a few hours b4 heading to the airport. Great ambience great staff. 👍

Food was good, great fish and chips. Waitress had too much going on and we got our food before appetizers. The did comp a drink for our troubles which was nice. I would definitely go again.

My Son and I needed food and ran into this spot. It was about 9:30pm on a weekday and not many people in there. Couple regulars at the bar but they have a dining area. When we walked downstairs there wasn’t anyone at the door so we almost sat at the bar. The hostess/waitress was covering both and she properly let us know kids can’t sit at the bar. She was very kind about it. The menu isn’t big at all but maybe that’s based on the time we went and limited menu? Burgers were good! $19 for a simple cheese burger. The red haired waitress was amazing and kind. She knew what we needed before asking. She checked in on us at the right times (mouth not full of food). I would go back thanks to her service.

Great Food, but Service Needs Improvement The pub has a cozy atmosphere and serves excellent food. The quality of the dishes was impressive, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. However, the service left something to be desired. The waitstaff seemed more engaged with each other than with the guests, which made it difficult to get their attention. A bit more attentiveness would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, if you’re looking for great food and don’t mind a laid-back service style, this place is worth a visit.

While exploring the area, I stumbled upon this bar and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was, with plenty of seating available. I really enjoyed the open and comfortable vibe. This is an English-style pub, so they offer a great selection of traditional English dishes and beers. We ordered nachos and calamari to share, and both were delicious with generous portions at reasonable prices. However, one downside was the service. Our server wasn’t very polite. After we placed our order and asked to keep one of the menus, they tossed it onto the table without a word and walked away. Throughout our two-hour stay, the server’s attitude remained unfriendly, which made it feel like they were having a bad day. While the food and ambiance were great, the service could definitely use some improvement.

Great spot right across from our Sonder vacation rental apartment. Service was wonderful, good food. Nice mixed vibe. We did however let management know that the multiple wait staff were incorrectly UNDERcharging us, as we spent well over $100 in drinks and food. The first bill we got was $7. After telling the confused busboy/waiter(no clue where our original server went)all of our food items, 2nd bill was only $50. After telling him again he missed more items, 3rd bill was only $75. Still not right, but at this point it was time to check in to our room, so I just made up the difference with a really good tip. Great place, but staff needs to make sure they stop losing money on undercharging table.

My friend and I came for dinner here and some drinks. Ordered the fish and chips, grilled lamb lollipops and a classic burger. The fish fillet was quite soggy and dry. Would be nice if it's crispy on the outside and soft juicy on the inside. The grilled lamb was definitely better the last time I came but this time was hard and dry, not juicy at all which probably was overcooked. The beef pattie on the burger was huge and well cooked though. Having drinks here is great though as the staff are polite and cool. No discrimination and they can be really fun too! Customers are also well behaved and it can be crowded when there's live games showing. Would love to go for their karaoke nights sometime soon!

The Irish American Pub has very good service with attentive and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food and atmosphere were both just average and didn't match the quality of service. Worth visiting for the hospitality, but don't expect much from the food or setting.
