Jeremy and Memphis were amazing. We had a large party of almost 40 of us and they took care of all of us so well was able to make sure that all of us were given our food on time. It was just a great service.

Our server, Jeremy was such a pleasant experience. He was on top of it and was very attentive. Most importantly he was very considerate. Definitely coming back for his amazing service!

Nikki was our waitress this evening, and my gosh. She was incredible. Attentive? check. Funny? check! Fast? Check! I never found myself wanting for anything. She anticipated our group's every need, and is in my personal Top 3 for favorite waitstaff I've ever had in my life. Absolutely coming back, due in no small part to her service.

My server was great he went above and beyond I dot. Memebr his name but he was very patient with us my pregnant daughter could not make up her mind she finally did. And he was fantastic definitely deserved a good tip hope he gets good shifts. But I don’t Memebr his name .

We had a great dinner at BJs tonight. Our server Megan provided excellent service, way above expectations. The seared ahi salad is my favorite and they loaded it up with veggies for me today, I was very impressed!

Our server provided excellent customer service & has a great sense of humor. She listens well & was very good at communicating that the kitchen was busy. We enjoyed our meal & experience and will definitely be back in the future. The food & drinks are always great along with the service.

We love coming here for a late night meal. Once your day is winding down and there is no time to make dinner. We see Nikki here and she always takes amazing care of us. When you come in head to the bar and make sure Nikki serves you. Ahw is the best.

Nicole was such a great addition to our dining experience. It was so nice to meet her and have her as our bartender. But she was more than that. Such a nice friendly soul. We could be friends if we lived here. From Michigan, and so is her mother, apparently! Love you Nicole!

The food was terrible cold and burnt. We waited over 40 minutes for nachos just to have hair in our food. Although the food was bad we had the best server we ever had named Megan. She was compassionate, caring, and took care of us. Not only us but she took care of several tables at once. Megan went above and beyond for us and will be the reason for trying the place again. She should be promoted to manager because she truly exemplifies what good customer service is. I gave BJs a 5 solely because of Megan! Thank you Megan!

Nikki was our server and she was amazing from beginning to end! The food at this location is always excellent we had a little issue with our pizza but Nikki took care of it and the mgr was nice enough to come by and speak with us about it also took care of it. Excellent customer service!

Overall an excellent experience tonight! Food, atmosphere and service was excellet! Our waitress Cheyenne was amazing, drinks were always full and food was brought out promptly when it was ready. Very friendly service from all the staff!

The restaurant was freezing and we almost left. Everyone including the staff were wearing jackets and hats Destiny was so nice and helpful. She asked to turn up the heat so we could enjoy our stay. She is one of the best servers I've ever had.

Isahia is our go to guy! He works the bar section, but we love that we are able to get a table in his section reliably. He knows our order and makes us feel welcome on our weekly date night! Highly recommend this location!

Once again without fail, SHEENA was absolutely the BEST! Her generosity and attentiveness is beyond my expectations!! We ALWAYS feel welcomed! She’s not only attentive to us, but ALL her tables! Nikki was awesome! Though the food took a while to get to us, she stayed in communication and made everything worth the wait. She had great recommendations on our meal and made this an amazing experience. Hostess staff was awesome as well! Great food and great time guys. Keep up the great work!

Our server was Cheyenne and she was fantastic. She was very friendly, she made sure she took good care of us and I highly recommend you sit in her section when you go. The one on the west side.

Jeremy was amazing and was kind and very well attentive. Hope we get him next time. Katia was also very kind and sweet. She did great for the time we had her. Both are a great addition to this place as we come pretty often.

This was my first time here and everything was fabulous! Nicole is one of the best servers I have ever had. I'd hire her if I owned a business.

This was my first time coming to BJ and I will tell you right now this is the place to go have a good time with friends or family. I went with my mom for a Mom & son moment and Jacklyn made the experience even better by being herself which is sweet! She never left us unattended from refill to our drinks to extra dipping sauces and we left with smiles after a hard day! Thank you Jacklyn keep being you!

We frequent this place pretty often and the food and service is very consistent. Cocktails are always good and not watered down. This last experience with Megan as our server was exceptional. She's the best. Thank you BJ's team!

Nikki is the best server in this place. She was very attentive to our needs, never had to ask for anything because she just knew. Her personality is very chill and funny. I’d come in just for her. Thank you girl!

We came to BJ's to celebrate my husband and daughter's birthday, and let me just say, we had such a great experience. Our server Destiny was phenomenal. Seriously, she was so attentive, helpful, and just had the kind of energy that made everything feel easy and fun. The food? Delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh and exactly how we ordered it. And of course, the pizookies were the perfect ending. Overall just an awesome night with awesome service and good vibes all around. Definitely coming back.

We went on Sunday day of Super Bowl. BJ's had lots of TV's in every direction for us to watch. BJ's wasn't too busy due to this fact. I ordered the Cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I have to say, this was the BEST tasting burger I've had in a long time! I don't know what seasoning they used, but it was superb. I'm not much of a meat person, but I had to try the burger. I loved their sweet potato fries as well. I was so happy with my choice. My friends also ordered chicken wings as an appetizer. I DO NOT eat chicken off a bone. But my friends had me 'just try" one. I used a fork and knife...lol. It was actually really good. I had 2. I haven't eaten chicken on a bone in over 40 years, and BJ's just changed my mind. But I think it's BJ's wings that might be the only exception. Our server Nicole was exceptionally good. She was busy, but she always made time for us. Refreshing our drinks, bringing more napkins. Little things, but we really appreciated her. She's definitely a keeper!

Nelly was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She really made our experience at BJ’s stand out. If you’re lucky enough to have Nelly as your server, you’re in great hands!

Had an awesome experience at BJ’s Brewery, thanks largely to Nikki! Her service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Nikki’s personality really stood out and added so much to the overall vibe. The atmosphere was warm, upbeat, and made the whole visit feel relaxed and fun. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. Nikki is a real asset to BJ’s—can’t wait to come back!

First off, I LOVE that reservations can be made online, so easy!! The food we order is always hot, fresh and incredibly delicious. Tonight I ordered a rare Rib Eye, and I got a rare rib eye. I highly recommend their Mac n cheese balls app and their honey siracha Brussels as a side to your steak. Nikki was fantastic!! She gave great recommendations, answered all questions, was so friendly and just a happy human. From now on we will be requesting a table in her scheduled area. She made our evening fun and we really appreciated her help and bubbly personality. Great job BJ’s for hiring her!

My friend and I decided to have dinner here. I had eaten here with my daughter once, and the service was mediocre, but this time, our service was excellent. We were seated quickly, food came out in a timely manner, and our waitress checked on us often. The food was delicious, BUT the pasta shrimp scampi was cold. That's why I gave them 4 stars. Otherwise, it's a good experience. Poozooki was delicious! They have a large selection on the menu. The handcrafted beers were delicious as well. If you want to spend money on some delicious food. It's here. Sorry the lighting wasn't good.

Our server Ricky was super attentive and never let our drinks go empty. He was moving the whole time we were there! Making drinks serving patrons, working non stop! He gave an excellent recommendation to my husband and was all around a funny guy! Would be 5 stars but they were out of salmon, which is such a bummer. Otherwise wonderful food and service we will be back.

Our server Nikki was phenomenal, she was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She was truly a breath of fresh air. Great job Nikki, we will come back to sit in your area again. Now, I ordered the cherry Chipotle salmon with spinach couscous and asparagus. The kitchen was slow in preparing our orders. Once it made it to the table it was very cold. I informed Nikki and she put in our order again to have it freshly made. Again, for a night that wasn't busy, the kitchen was very slow in preparing the second order. Nikki was very apologetic and order us free 🍨.

Nikki was an amazing server. She was kind, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. When our food was not as expected she offered to make it batter and have the kitchen remake the food. The kitchen was very slow and got the order wrong or not 100% correct despite there not being a whole lot of people in the restaurant are time we came.

Deep dish pizza was da bomb. Our server Nikki was top tier. Restaurant was a little noisy for my tastes, but over the place is clean and well organized.

I love bjs and never had a problem but recently ordered from uber eats and they rip you off with the amount of food they give you and the price. My husbands burger was also completely raw, we threw it out as it was completely cold and unedible and we had nothing to cook it with. Very disappointing, recommend in person dine in as delivery was no good.

Nothing extraordinary but decent for frozen appetizers. There are too many items on the menu that will leave you overwhelmed. The burger however was cooked to perfection a medium rare. The waitress and hostess had a high quality of customer service. Would I come again…possibly for drinks and appetizers.

BJs is hit and miss. Sometimes it's awesome. Other times it's not. This last time we got the family pasta dinner to go. The tray of fettuccine Alfredo was so dry and bad no one ate it. The next day I went to olive garden and bought a side of their Alfredo with bread sticks. The whole tray was reheated and it was all gone. But the pizza was good. And when we eat there in person it's been good. Never great but always good. So I guess an average 3 stars is warranted.

The server was great. Not so much for the food. My burger was supposed to be medium rare, but came raw. The seared ahi was very fishy(not fresh) and grainy. They remade my burger, but my fiance was finished with his meal by the time I got my burger. The manager came and apologized, but never asked how anything else was. Never offered to comp my burger. The servers laughed at us when my fiance asked where my burger was and that we had been waiting approximately 15 minutes. Very disappointed.

I haven't been here since they opened and I remember the food & service was amazing, so my daughter & daughters in law went there after some shopping. The place was nice and clean, the waitress was very friendly and helpful, however the food wasn't all that great. I ordered the fish and chips, it's a good amount of food but it was very greasy and the piece on the bottom was very dry, kinda like jerky. I absolutely loved the fries even ate some of my daughters. My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and it was burnt, she had to dip it in ketchup and she never does that.

Horrible!!!!!!! Worst dining experience of my life. We were a party of 3 and arrived at 1:52pm. We received 2 of the 3 entrees at 2:45pm. Our last entrée, a small cheese pizza, arrived at 3:30pm, with no apology from a manager or our server. Our server avoided us at all cost after her mistake after mistake. Cold food, rotten tri tip steak and an overall awful and disgusting experience. My family was treated like we didn't matter. I will never return to this restaurant again.
