A new favorite! ✨ Everything was so good and the service was great. Everyone was very attentive and offered great choices. The large meatball was probably my favorite and the dessert was sublime. Great wine selection too! 🍷 I can’t wait tog eat back!

An absolutely amazing experience and atmosphere. I was very lucky to join a collaboration between Pazzi and Academy of Canine Excellence for a pizza leave it challenge with my service dog. Pazzi was wonderful from start to finish. The pizza and the ravioli were amazing. I am very picky on what I like in pizza as well and this has to have been the best pizza I've ever had. The truffle fries and mushrooms were delicious and their lavender Italian soda for dessert was such a wonderful finisher. Both the patio and restaurant are beautiful, they make their pasta in house and there's a place to view them making it. The staff were so friendly and I really appreciate Pazzi for putting in this event. Definitely going to be coming back.

Fantastic wine list! Started by sharing fried polenta and a winter salad, was perfect for 3 of us to share. The entree's are divine! We shared the pistachio coated lamb shank, locally sourced lamb that was perfectly cooked with an amazing presentation. We irdered a side of potato pave..yum. Lee and his wife stopped by several times to chat and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for the tiramisu to go, it's a thing of beauty and we can't wait to dig in! Looking forward to our next visit.

I loved the new look! I also enjoyed my meal and service! I had the crab cake appetizer (melt in your mouth yummy!), Chicken Marsala and a wonderful wine. The staff were attentive and friendly without being too present. I highly recommend them.

Was absolutely delicious! We tried the Ceasar salad, lamb shank, chicken, and margarita pizza. It was phenomenal! The pastries were a whole vibe. Can’t wait to come back.

All I can say is oh my goodness. This is BY FAR the best restaurant in Albuquerque! The service was phenomenal and the food was to die for. I highly recommend the crab cakes and the lamb shank.

Great and attentive service, the lasagna was delicious (very bright and vibrant sauce), and gorgeous atmosphere. The owners were present to ensure everybody’s experience was good, we will be returning!

I'm excited to have a new, high-end Italian restaurant in Albuquerque! The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is perfect for any date or celebration!

This was my first time at Pazzi, and the food was amazing. However, it was the service that really put it over the top for me. Our server (Susu) was so funny, professional, and kind, all at once. Also, the bartender (Rob) also had me cracking up. They really made the experience feel high-class, yet personal. I would definitely recommend visiting Pazzi if you like great Italian fare with a friendly atmosphere.

My first time at Farina was amazing! Right from the start, our awesome server Feddy made us feel so welcome and gave us some spot-on recommendations that really took our meal to the next level. The fried artichoke was the real star of the night—crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. And that pesto dipping sauce? Wow, it was the perfect match. To wrap things up, my husband and I treated ourselves to some gelato. We went with pistachio and salted caramel, and both were out of this world. Seriously, each bite was a little slice of heaven. Farina, you've totally won us over! We can't wait to come back for more.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and looks very modern and clean. Every single person we had contact with; servers, food runners, management, was kind and attentive. Food was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful service, beautiful food. Extremely accommodating, the menu has gluten free options clearly marked with a (gf) besides dishes. Gluten free alcoholic beverages as well.

This was my second time at Pazzi in its two weeks it has been open - I would really give it a 4.5/5 but I can't figure out how to do a half rating. The food was better this time - it wasn't bad the first time - but it was just better. As an italian, I'm critical of red sauce/gravy/marinara (whatever you want to call it) - and felt it was more flavorful today and closer to what I know/like. The giant meatball was perfect.

Pazzi is insanely good. Chef Martin Torrez thoughtfully curated a brand new menu with every dish you could possibly think of and want. The non-pork bolognese is SO good. Fresh made pasta all made in house. What more could you ask for?! Thank you for the amazing meal and thank you Martin! 🫶 You really made this place so special!

Excellent greeting, comfortable seating, attentive waitstaff. Wonderful menu choices. Delicious risotto, tomato basil soup. Birthday celebration resulted in first rate dessert complementary choices. Will go again and again!

Absolutely wonderful service all around. Everyone was so friendly. And they make their own pasta in house and it’s delicious! Already can’t wait to come back.

I have tried three different meals, and each was delicious and well presented. Kelsey and Santana have taken good care of us every time we’ve come. I’ll be back!

Susu did an amazing job! My fiancée was feeling VERY hangry and Susu service and personality made all the difference! If we’re ever back in Albuquerque, we’ll come back by just for Susu!

Had a delicious lunch with my wife and some friends. The food was amazing and the portions were very generous. I had the cast iron lasagna and my wife had the butternut squash ravioli. Our friends had the Red Bird Chicken Breast prepared two different ways. (Parmesan and Marsala) the chicken breast was beautifully prepared and they both loved it. They make all of the pasta fresh every day. Bella, our server was terrific and was there in a flash to refill our beverages. Another great server was Kelsey. She was fantastic. Dan, one of the managers came by twice to check on us. I give them five thumbs up. Go for lunch or dinner. You won’t regret it.

Our server Marlee was amazing and very friendly. She had great recommendations when I asked about cocktails. The place was very clean and elegant. They had many gluten free options as well. Everything from the food to the drinks and the desserts was amazing I will definitely be coming back.I highly recommend

From the moment you sit down, it’s clear this place is operating on a different level. The meticulously curated menu, created by award-winning chef Martin Torrez, shows rare cohesion and intention—each dish thoughtfully composed, beautifully plated, and grounded in humility rather than ego. Lorenzo, the gracious manager, sets the tone with genuine hospitality, while Jasmine, our server, was attentive and poised—sophisticated in her manners yet warm and welcoming throughout the meal. The experience is elevated even further by a dedicated pastry chef, Steph, whose desserts are just as impressive as the savory offerings. With so many thoughtfully crafted options, it’s impossible to choose just one—I’ll definitely need to come back often to try them all. I highly recommend finishing your meal with dessert paired with a cappuccino—it’s the perfect way to close the experience. I’ve dined here multiple times, and not once have I been disappointed. I continue to enjoy working my way through a menu that balances elevated technique with approachability, something very few chefs and restaurants manage to achieve here in New Mexico. This is a place that clearly understands its identity—and executes it with confidence and care.

We enjoyed our evening at Pazzi and are happy we checked it out. Opening a new restaurant is hard, and it’s obvious this team is putting in the effort and doing their best to get things right. Rose was wonderful at the door and made us feel welcome right away. At the bar, Marlee and Kelsey were awesome — friendly, attentive, and fun to chat with, which made the night even better. The food was a standout. Chef Martin Torres absolutely killed it with the menu — thoughtful dishes that were well executed and really enjoyable. You can tell there’s a lot of care coming out of the kitchen. Overall, the service, the food, and the people made for a great experience. Pazzi is off to a solid start, and we’ll definitely be back.

Pazzi is an absolute gem in Albuquerque—hands down one of the best Italian spots I’ve been to! From the moment we walked in, the warm, welcoming vibe and aroma of fresh ingredients had me excited. But the real star of the show was their homemade pasta. It was perfectly al dente, silky, and bursting with that unmistakable fresh-made flavor you just can’t get from anything store-bought. Every bite felt crafted with real care and love—simple yet incredibly delicious. The sauces complemented it beautifully without overpowering the pasta itself. We couldn’t stop raving about it! The service was friendly and attentive, the portions were generous, and the whole experience felt special without being pretentious. If you’re craving authentic, soul-satisfying Italian food, especially pasta that tastes like it was made just for you, Pazzi is a must-visit. I’ll be back soon—probably craving that pasta again already! Highly recommend—5 stars all the way!

Although the lights could be a little dimmer, our evening at Pazzi's was magnificent! We sat at the bar with Marley, and Abe. Their attention to detail for our every need was off the charts! This is definitely a six-star alert! If you like Italian food Italian cocktails and magnificent wine, come here it's the place to be!

This establishment has been a mainstay of mine for a long time and now it's even better since the reopening. I liked the food before, but Chef Martin has upped the game across the board. I had the bucatini bolognese this evening and the seasoning was on point with hand-made, fresh pasta. The service was also very attentive and extremely easy going. You won't be disappointed with Pazzi, and I look forward to my next visit.

I was born and raised a New Mexican, but I’ve got about .001% Italian in my blood… well not really I just love fresh pasta, pizza, and tiramisu. 😄 I was honored to get a sneak peek tasting of the new menu, and let me tell you the food is amazing. You can tell Chef Martin and the kitchen staff truly care about the quality and ingredients. My group and I tried something from each section, and my favorite dishes were the lasagna and the tiramisu. I’ll definitely be back when they fully open to the public. Welcome to the NE Heights!

We had a great experience with this new up and coming Italian Restaurant we were 18 people the wait staff was fantastic, the food was good, I see great things for this new addition to the albuquerque scene. I would recommend give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

We tried Pazzi for the first time during its first week of opening. The food took a long time to come, but the quality was good. My husband enjoyed his lasagna, and my lamb shank was big, tender and tasty. We also liked our sides of green chile risotto and mashed potatoes. The green chile risotto was especially an interesting twist. Will definitely go again to try other dishes. Hopefully the service speed will improve over time.

The food was so good. I think the best Italian food in Albuquerque. The service was incredibly slow though. Our server was pretty chatty and because of that, got completely overwhelmed. We noticed all of his tables just sitting in between courses with empty drinks waiting to pay. Also small thing but it’s too bright. Dim the lights. If the lights were dimmer and the service a little better, this would be the best spot on ABQ.

We were a 4top. I ordered a martini, and it was made as i requested (stirred, twist)…but note to bartender: if you're going to serve a 2oz martini, serve it in a nick&nora, not a regular martini glass, where it looked pitiful. I ordered the meatball pasta. My eife the ravioli. She thought the ravioli was good; my pasta was actually cool (in temperature) when served, the mearball was dense and salty. Regarding service, it was attentive to a fault; the waitress would come to the table and rather than wait for a pause in the conversation, or for our acknowledgement, just rarher loudly interrupted us with whatever she was asking. Very annoying. I usually give restaurants thay are new a second chance so ill go back in a few months. But at a minimum they need to better train the wait staff.

This just made me sad that it wasn’t Farina. I had high hopes as we ate at Farina Alta about twice a month. I knew it wouldn’t be the same, but it was pretty disappointing. The chopped salad was blah and the Gorgonzola dressing was definitely lacking. The gluten free pizza was mediocre. I don’t know why they didn’t keep the verde salad. That was everyone’s favorite salad. We have a lot of celiac/gluten free people in the family and that was a huge reason why we went to FA. Pazzi had GF menu options on line, but then none listed on the menu when we actually sat down. Our waiter was nice. Overall, just mediocre.

l
larry simon

I was there with my family. Most liked their food but the burati salad strangely was more of a hunk of cheese and had very little greens. Our bread was burnt. The steak and kale salad was good. The vodka pasta could use some improvement to get to Farina standards.

R
Robert L

The chopped salad was good but this Margherita pizza is highly disappointing, where did the cheese go? I used to enjoy their gluten free pizza a lot but I think this pizza is the worst I have ever had. There was way too much sauce. The salad and pizza was close to $50. Not recommended.

We’ve been coming to Farina for over 10 years (mostly the downtown location, sometimes this one). We have sworn by it as one of the best local restaurants. The reviews regarding new owners/quality of food decreasing substantially are true. We are so sad as we live up here closer to this location now, but we will definitely only be going to the Central one from now on.

Wowzers, does this place have a lot to work out. Ordered an appetizer and a pizza in a half-full restaurant. Appetizer was overpriced and tasteless, while the pizza (which was decent and saved this from being a 1-star review) took over 45 minutes. We sat so long without any food (they didn’t even volunteer bread) that a clueless server stopped by and asked if we were ready for dessert — before we’d even seen our pizza. When the pizza finally arrived and the server was grating Parmesan on it, the grater broke, and half the grater fell directly onto our long-awaited pizza. Based on my scan around the room, others had similarly slow experiences. Good grief.

J
Josie Chavez

Service was good but slow. Took a while to get our main course. The appetizers was just ok, my noodles were undercooked stuck together, had the tailgletta, not enough sauce. The dessert cake was dried out like it had been dethawed. Mushrooms had no flavor. For the price we paid, this was very disappointing.

I was genuinely excited to try Pazzi, but unfortunately this ended up being one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered five different dishes—pizza, pasta, salad, and appetizers—and not a single one stood out in a positive way. For a dinner that easily runs over $100, you expect not just decent food, but a well-curated experience overall, and this fell short on multiple levels. Front of the house / ambiance: The restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold, and the lighting and music didn’t match a dinner setting at all. Lower lighting in the evening and music that complements the mood would go a long way. Service-wise, there were several concerning issues. We had to remind our server four separate times about a food allergy, which is a serious oversight. There was also a female manager moving through the space with very frantic, loud energy—clearly trying to keep things running smoothly, but it had the opposite effect and disrupted what should be a calm dining environment. Despite having reservations for over a week, the hostesses struggled to figure out where to seat us. I understand the restaurant has only been open for about a week and a half, and some hiccups are expected—but these are foundational front-of-house issues. The food (most important): The Caesar salad tasted overwhelmingly fishy. While the pasta noodles themselves were cooked well, everything else in the dish fell flat. Overall, the food tasted rushed and under-seasoned, as if it hadn’t been properly tasted before being sent out. The wait time for food was long, which would have been acceptable if the dishes delivered—but unfortunately nothing did. We added chicken to one dish and it was extremely dry. Pasta sauces were some of the most underwhelming we’ve had. The pizza arrived soggy, even when fresh, and the sauce and toppings tasted raw, almost as if they came straight from a can. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps Pazzi improve. I truly want local restaurants to succeed, and there’s clearly effort being made—but execution matters. I won’t be returning unless there’s a noticeable shift in both food quality and overall experience, and word gets around that things have meaningfully changed. I wish them success and hope this feedback is taken as it’s intended: constructive, honest, and aimed at helping the restaurant become what it could be.

Staff was extremely friendly. However the food just wasn’t the best and took quite some time to come out. Our pasta was undercooked and sauce wasn’t anything special, we had also ordered the pork chop and it was dry, the filet mignon was really the only good dish but still nothing special unfortunately

My family frequently visited Farina Alto. We were excited to find out that Pazzi is owned by the same ownership. We know this is week one but have been waiting to get some of our favorites. We loved all of Farina Alto food. Pizza, Pasta and Salads. After reading many of the reviews. we chose to get our food to go. Chopped Salad, Pizza, Meatball w/ Pasta and Risotto. The chopped salads were not chopped salads. It was a majority of lettuce with a few vegetables. The pizza and pasta were cold. We were told that if we wanted a pepperoni pizza we had to get the pizza that was full of different meats. Unfortunately, my child doesn’t eat, meatballs, sausage, prosciutto or salami. I found it interesting it was all or nothing. When we arrived for our pick up time it looked disorganized. They were unsure about our order and thought we were getting someone else’s order. We will go back but will definitely be waiting for the kinks to be worked out.

C
Cristin Heyns

Yikes, maybe give them a bit longer to find their rhythm. From being gaslit by two different employees about what ingredients were supposed to be on my salad, confidently poured a 1.5 oz martini (because I didn’t order it dirty so I got less?!), served scallops so overcooked that they were hard to cut with a steak knife, and recommended a pavlova that was so chewy it was almost inedible, this was a really rough experience. The highlight of the meal were the green chile risotto and the Caymus wine flight. Unlikely to go back any time soon.

C
Cass H

Made the mistake of going for first time to celebrate a birthday, what a disappointment. Servers were friendly, however forgot our salad. The drinks sound amazing but the Pink Floyd just tasted like cranberry juice and could taste no alcohol. The fritto misto tasted burned like they don’t use fresh oil, the burrata was bland. The rigatoni à la vodka had no taste and the tagliatelle pasta was one giant clump of messiness, and pizza was average. Only thing good was reading the menu that sounds delicious but doesn’t live up to its promises.

T
Tequila_and_Bullies

Came to Pazzi for a bite to eat, not busy at all… people at the bar and only 2 tables have people. Been waiting 40 minutes for scallops. Tequila selection totally sucks and the bourbon selection is not what it used to be. The people next to us who sat 15 minutes after us just got their plates and we still wait. Maybe, we will give them a year to iron out their kinks. So far, I can’t recommend. The photo is the bar with no food 55 minutes later.

J
Julian Hernandez

First off, beautiful restaurant aesthetically speaking. My partner and I were very excited to try this new spot in town after hearing about it all over social media. However, we were highly disappointed in our visit. We were sat in the lounge by the manager, which is no worries, but when the lounge functions as a break room for employees, then guest should be sat there. Especially for the price point for the food. The complimentary bread we were served was cold and the 18$ shrimp cocktail was average. Honestly, you’re best off spending that type of money somewhere else.

I
Isaac Lopez

Me and my boyfriend decided we wanted to check this place out today after running some errands. we were greeted by who i believe to be the manager she had seated us in the “lounge” but to me it seamed like the brake room/ hang out for employees. The drinks were good but the food and overall execution wasn’t the best

We’ve been coming here since it opened in 2014 as Farina Alto. While the refreshed look is nice, the food was a big disappointment this time. We ordered our usual chopped salad and Margherita pizza with pepperoni, green chile, and jalapeños. The chopped salad now includes low-quality filler lettuce, and the pizza is a shadow of its former self. The pepperoni is now large, perfectly round slices that feel more like store-bought Hormel than what they used to serve. The cheese was also overly salty and super oily. Maybe they’re still working out the kinks, but it didn’t feel that way. It’s sad to see how far this has drifted from the quality Farina Alto was known for.

L
Lori Frohe

What a disappointment! I took my husband there for a post Valentine’s treat. He ordered the chicken marsala. I ordered a huge meatball and a salad. My husband‘s chicken marsala was quote “strange tasting” He said that “the noodles are clear but they look like and taste like they weren’t even cooked. The sauce is very watery and there is no mushroom taste”. My Huge meatball was delivered lukewarm to cold (esp cold in the center). The salad I ordered was not the type of salad delivered. So I informed the bartender. The bartender said “oh I’m sorry that must be another customer’s salad.” She asked how the meatball was, but I didn’t want to complain again! Additionally, they were out of Peroni! We’ve been frequenting Farina Alto since they opened. New owner, new name-Food was terrible. Service was OK. The two televisions they have in the bar area, streaming pictures-no Olympics, no sports.

Popped in for dinner on a Tuesday night at 7pm. The waitstaff were lovely and service was quick. Ordered wedge salad and lasagna. The wedge salad was disappointing but fine to eat. The lasagna was inedible. We both had a hard time attempting to eat it and then we just gave up. Too much cheese, not enough sauce, tastes like a microwave lasagne from the freezer section.
