The front and back staff are always so professional and efficient! I love how they are patient and helpful to their customers, especially to older adults who are sometimes slow to decide what they want to order and to people who do not speak English well. Every bite was giving 😮‍💨🔥 And let’s talk about that ice-cold lemonade—sweet, tart, refreshing… the kind that makes you pause mid-sip like oh okayyy 🍋❄️ Now the real star: Christina. Customer service was TOP-TIER. Friendly, patient, and had that “I actually care” energy that’s rare these days. She made the whole experience smooth, welcoming, and just good vibes all around. Good food is one thing, but good food + good service? That’s why I’m coming back 💅🏽 Popeyes Alhambra understood the assignment.

Great service! The staff is friendly and extremely patient. With serving a community that’s both Asian and Hispanic, it means a lot when the staff is patient enough to help a customer walk through the menu. Gotta love a place like this! And the food is amazing !!

Beatrice at the alhambra store is incredibly nice,friendly ect i will be going the always for my food. I don't know the guy that works at the front register is incredibly nice also. He close tonight always working give them a decent raise.

The chicken was hot, crispy, and packed with seasoning, with juicy meat inside every bite. You can really taste the signature spices that make Popeyes stand out from other chicken places.

It has been years since my last visit. Before they do not have non-spicy, only mild. But on my recent visit, I was surprised they have 'Classic' and 'Spicy'. Classic, not spicy, is the one I have been waiting for. Great service still. Another big change on this location is the drinking fountain is only accessible to the staff. Probably because it was being abused by some people who goes there and steals drinks.

I ordered the blackened tenders combo on the app and it was very cheap, when I got there the young man Alex was very nice and got my order out within minutes. The blackened renders are similar to grilled chicken and are a low calorie option. Parking depends on the day, Tuesdays are typically full. Always great service and cleanliness at this location! 👍

First time trying the pizza hut 'the big new york' pizza. Very lacking in pepperoni, pizza 🍕 was on the greasy side. Cheese felt artificial too. I wished I just got my regular 2 middle pizza with 2-3toppings would have been better. My son still like it because it's pizza.

Personally speaking, it is not so juicy for the fried chicken 🍗 of Popeyes. However, the sandwiches with chicken are great. For the recent seasonal truffle products, I love the truffle fried chicken sandwich as the truffle sauce is great. Regarding the store, it's too small as the seats are less and the fountain drink is not by customers' own. Not convenient.

They sell you pizza with toppings ..very few if you ask for decent amount if toppings they charge you$3.00 extra for EACH topping..that's fraud...don't go there...lousy taste...and surprise ants walking in their pizzas

staff in this place are not great. they must have thier own job because some walked back and forth doing nothing instead of helping me, seeing me waiting in line. when i finally got someone's attention to help me, i felt like he was doing me a favor. I got my food but that's about it. No "thank you", no "have a good day", etc, so i won't tip anyone here. curbside pick up did not work for me, app told me to call restaurant so i just walked in after waiting in parking lot for 10 min.

This was my 1st and ONLY time I've come to this location. I ordered a beef and caramelized onion pizza. I recieved a sausage pizza with cheese on only half the pizza, no joke, and a thin layer of cheese. My other pizza was half pepperoni/half chicken. Barely small traces of shredded chicken. I'm not even sure if my cheese bread was cheese bread. The ladies were nice but the food was terrible. My order also said it was ready when it wasn't. Now I understand why this location is always empty.

We ordered a pizza and it arrived with a slice missing. We called the store to ask what happened and express how weird and gross it was that someone clearly took a slice out from our box before it arrived to us, and the manager was defensive and claimed it couldn't have been anyone at his store who did it. Unless the delivery driver paid a toll to some pizza bandits on the way to our house, I'm sorry, but it's definitely one of your employees dude. He was unhelpful and punted us to the next day's manager to obtain a refund. He didn't offer anything else to make up for this, not even a real apology. It's vaguely embarrassing to have my name google-able on a negative Pizza Hut review, but this is important for other pizza fans to know -- don't order from this location, they cannot be trusted. Totally gross. First photo is what the pizza arrived looking like, as though someone had tried to hide the fact that a slice was missing by placing the remaining slices kind of askew. Second pic is when we moved the slices together to show that one slice is clearly missing.

Pizza Hut used DoorDash to deliver our food. Guy couldn’t explain why he was really late but our pizzas had been squished and boxes wet with soda.

The service fee is a fraud, supposedly it's to "offset the cost of operating in California". I should only be charged the sticker price + tax. If they can't afford to operate here then just don't or adjust your sticker prices accordingly, but don't be trying scam your customers with fine print schemes...

Never again will I do bussines here I rather pay the italian restaurant for fresh pizza over covinience

Why do we still have Pizza Hut ? Let me guess it’s for the worst service and pizzas to be served. I wish I could give 0 stars, the pizza tasted stale, didn’t have the toppings I ordered, had to wait 5 mins after being told the order is ready like why even try at this point? Absolutely ridiculous to order a pizza from this place and expect it to even taste good

Wow, if you wanna visit the store with unfriendly staff in LA, this is the place to go. 1. I said, I'll be waiting outside for the pizza to finish. When after 15 minutes, I still hadn't been called in, I got in the store and asked. - It had been ready for 10 minutes. She was just to lazy to go outside and tell me. 2. When I wanted to give back the empty box after finishing, I was told to go around the building to backyard where the dumpster are. 3. Restroom? "No, but you can go to Starbucks, just 5 minutes from here." Taste below average, price above, service missing.

Posted hours say 7:00 PM. Doors were locked at 6:45 PM. No sign, no warning, no apology. My pregnant wife was craving Popeyes, and we arrived before closing, only to be turned away because staff decided to shut down early. If you don’t plan to stay open until your listed hours, update them. Closing early without notice is unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time. Won’t be back.

I bought a chicken sandwich and it was really dry and stale like they gave me some old cooked chicken. They lady was very rude and was very unwelcoming to me and that wasn't cool because I'm a very friendly and polite person to people so I'll never go back to that establishment ever again

Tonight I went to his house to buy fried chicken, spent forty dollars, an eight-piece fried chicken family set, only gave me one sauce, if I wanted another, I had to pay for it, the sauce was free before, and the male cashier's service attitude was very bad, quite bad.👎
