My client and I had Sicilian pizza and cream soda,with brown butter marshmallow crispy treats.The food was delicious! We had just come from William Thatcher state park hiking,and we were famished !This food hit the spot!

The pizza at Paisano's is amazing. We have not tried the other things on the menu yet, but after trying 2 pizzerias in the area and being disappointed, Paisano's did not let us down and we have enjoyed their pizza ever since. We will never get pizza from any other place again.

These reviews are insane. I feel a sort of bombardment from people who are personally tied with the relatively newly opened village pizza. But seems time is doing it’s thing and they’re dropping and paisanos is rising. Thanks for the food.

It seems like I have the unpopular opinion in Altamont, but they by far have the best pizza I have ever had! It’s always hot, and super cheesy which I love! They also have delicious burgers, subs and finger foods! I order from Paisanos on a weekly basis...never disappointed!

Everytime I go to Altamont I stop by Paisano's. Great pizza and food, I also drive about 25 min once in Awhile because it is that good. Can't believe it has such A low rating. I would recommend Paisano's to everyone.

Food is great. Customer service is awesome. The delivery drivers are seriously the sweetest, extremely respectful and my son even loves meeting them at the door as they always greet him with high fives and small chit chat. the pizza is the best pizza I've had in 15 plus years. I drove 40 minutes each way for it. it is well worth it. my husband thought I was absolutely crazy for driving that far for a pizza, until he tried it himself. and agreed pizza was amazing.

Great Sicilian rectangular pizza, sold by the slice. I was working near this place so we have had lunch there multiple times. Today we had a chicken parm sub, steak sandwich and cold subs. All were very good. Looking for some thing to do, get food here and go to Thatcher Park. Its only minutes away from them .

Danny, the pizza maker, was incredibly nice and welcoming. He made us feel right at home while crafting our pizza, and honestly, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had—fresh, perfectly cooked, and loaded with flavor. I can’t recommend this place enough! My son and I moved to the village over the weekend and we stopped into Paisano's Pizza Villa today for lunch. Service was quick, friendly and our pizza was delicious. Being new in town, we felt completely comfortable and welcomed, you gained a new loyal family today. Thank you♥️

Their pizza is very good, but they always mess up the order. Good for pick up so you can check, but not great for delivery.

We get delivery to New Salem regularly and we like the food and the ease of ordering on their website

Altamont locals here - Paisano's is a cultural staple of the village. We know it's not the best pizza in NY and no one's claiming it is! But for a great family dinner, you won't be disappointed in the price or serving sizes 😜

I love the pizza they have for lunch. It seems to be a little thicker than ordering a whole pie. Always fresh and delicious. There whole pies are very tasty as well.

I stopped in this evening (4/23) while I was passing through for work.....the place was clean, the person that took my order was pleasant (not quite friendly.....but far from rude), my pizza was delicious and was ready very quickly......theonly reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there wasn't enough sauce on it

I placed a large order last night It took an hour to get here thats perfectly ok I get the fact busy Saturday night. The food was all cold , mozzarella sticks were like rocks ,mushrooms were mushy the small pizza ..cheese had all slid off it. The 12 cut was cold but delicious! We were missing our garlic knots I called and they said oh they are right here ill send him back.....were the only warm part of the meal. Was disappointed. Thank you for responding i didn't mention any of that at that time because we were just starting to open everything and didn't know.i am changing my rating because you were quick to respond and seem to care and we do love your pizza and will try again

I am truly surprised by the number of 1 star reviews I see for this place - I wonder if they are even talking about the same restaurant, truly! I have NEVER gotten sick from anything I ate at this place, I have never felt the portions were skimpy (as some of the 1-star reviews have claimed.) Again, not sure they are even talking about the same restaurant. It has long been my go to when I want to grab some wings, fries, and a sub, or maybe a stromboli. Also recently, I ordered a stromboli in the roast beef variety that was almost comically oversized to the point of me going "Well, I have lunch tomorrow because there is no way I'm finishing all of this tonight!" Which IS a positive, because, in a world where the portions of everything and anything are shrinking.... it is a pleasant surprise to see something come through that is BIGGER and, yeah.. that's a good thing in today's world of "shrinkflation." So yes, dear google reader, if you're seeing this, please do give this place a try. Also, owner(s), if you see this, please reply back and let me know! XD

It's been better than it was.... You'd think they wouldn't argue with a long time customer.. shouldn't have to explain their menu to them still they looked into the bag to try to explain the discrepancy in price thanks!!! Also didn't get the garlic bread it's supposed to come with the dinners. Sorry,but I didn't mean the 15-year-old I meant you... I don't blame the 15-year-old at all. I blame you and from what I've read I'm not the only one, as for response I'd like to see at least once where you apologize or agree with the customer thanks. As for the menu it says all dinners receive garlic bread and the fish is in the dinner section sorry for not understanding

The pizza is good and the wings are great. However, the staff is rude and they act like they are doing you a favor.

Frozen burger patties, microwaved and grilled.,ordered med well, got med rare.. Burger served on huge sub roll, not a burger roll.,. could barely find lettuce, slender sliced tomato.. No bueno.

Food tasted good. But the pizza dough was gummy. I had a issue with my pizza order not going through properly. The staff repeatedly said they would have some one contact me about it. I got blew off. Sadly I won't return and I hope others know that this establishment doesn't stand behind their word.

The pizza is objectively bad if compared to almost any pizza establishment in the capital region. The style and the flavor is just not good. Service is fine.

Greasy pizza that is at best sub-par. Also the staff can often be a bit rude. The only thing they have going for them are their wings. Other than that I would not recommend it.

This place need to be shut down, the food is horrible. Nothing speaks real Italian, the food taste and look lke there are lazy cooks who don't care what they serve to patrons.

For the fourth time in probably six months, Paisano's is out of grilled chicken. How can a business run like that?? Grilled chicken isn't some exotic food, it should be a staple. So we cancelled our order and have to go somewhere else. Perhaps they need to rethink their ordering of supplies.

The kid at the counter couldnt understand our order, I wanted to tell him to get high after work. He couldnt answer simple questions about menu items. Had to correct the order 3x's. Buffalo chicken sub was good, Taco salad was ok.

Menu did not indicate multiple locations and both are on Main Street but 45 minutes from each other. Staff did not say there were multiple locations when we were confused as to why they didnt have our order. Antipasto had onions even though I asked for none and was jist a garden salad with meat/cheese tossed on top.

Unfortunately village pizza was closed and I didn’t want to drive to pizza gram plus so I took my chances. I took a fat L. I ordered buffalo chicken pizza and what I got was the worst buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it’s a different style you use when making it or what but I would much rather prefer Stewart’s buffalo chicken pizza. Walk across the street and take notes. Other than that the pizza was okay. I think I’m just gonna stick to the basics and get cheese when I order from you guys from now on.

The pizza is really good but within the last year, the service and cleanliness has gone downnhill. The place could use a good cleaning especially the bathroom. Some of the young teens that work there could use some better training. We travel 25 minutes to eat there but if it doesn't improve then unfortunately we will be looking for another place.

Pizza is great if you walk in and order a slice or call for pick up. Delivery is terrible. They tell you a 30-35 minute delivery time and 80 minutes it shows up. This has happened to us twice, and it’s always the same old excuse - they don’t have enough drivers. Don’t quote someone 30-35 minutes and then show up almost an hour late. Next time we will go elsewhere.

Paisanos Pizza used to be our favorite place to get pizza but lately the customer service has taken a sharp decline. Tonight we ordered pizza on our way home, about 5 pm told 30 minutes. Arrive 25 mins later, and my partner was inside for 30 mins waiting for our order. We left at 5:50 pm. If its going to be longer, communication is the key to success. Also, didn’t realize there was a garlic shortage. You should inform people you’ve changed the recipe on garlic knots and your facility has decided to use garlic powder instead of real garlic, not good. I understand every business is busy and cost of goods has doubled, but I don’t feel like we were communicated that our ordered had been screwed up while we were waiting. Bad communication and juvenile customer service skills lol

Last time we were there it was horrible. Extremely rude employees who really did not want to help you at all. When asking them about allergy information the one guy to Shrugged his shoulders and said, while I don't really know. When we got our pizza, finally, it was raw. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he told me it was fine. I peeled off the cheese and showed him raw dough. At that point he just got annoyed whisked it away threw it back in the oven, and I had to go get it when it was done. Again. I don't know if this place changed ownership but it has totally gone downhill since last time we were there. The pizza place across the street was much nicer and much more accommodating. I don't think we will return to the store with rude people

I have came to this pizza shop 3 times in the past 2 weeks and they have 0 slices at 12:15 pm "lunch time". Why even bother opening up if your not going to have pizza at lunch time. Hire someone to run the business because your not.

This place is so dirty they don't clean. We had ordered food and the burned it they will not replace it the managers and the workers are so rude! Didn't open on time told her that the doors were not gonna be open until after 11 o'clock because the food wasn't ready I called to order a sizable order of (4) 24 cuts to bring to the campsite and the campsite At Thompson's lake the people there were rude and disrespectful we knocked on the door after 11 AM and they wouldn't open the door for us so I guess that's the last straw.

Paisano's in Altamont it's disappointing tonight. I have ordered many times in the past without issue. I order dinner at 8pm and said Delivery please, gave my address and was informed by the girl on the phone it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. At 9:15 pm I call wondering where my dinner is only to find out there was a mistake made in the taking of the order and Paisano thought it was a pick up... Why you have my phone number not attempt to call and verify the order? The disappointment is 15 minutes later driver arrived and the pizza is burned and cold and chicken tenders are cold and rubbery. I can understand the mistake it's a busy Friday night, however, a customer service oriented small business would have made a fresh new hot pizza, and chicken tenders. It's hard to enjoy $34.00 plus the tip for cold and burnt food that we had to throw way, the pizza was burnt to the paper, and typically ordering from Paisano is considered a treat for us . I would like to order from Paisano again however Very dissappointed in how this mistake was handled.

My boyfriend and I came here during calm hours and yet, it took us forever to get simply three slices of pizza and wings. Everyone who came in after us got their food well before we did. Finally, as I was beginning to get hangry, my boyfriend had asked what was taking so long. The guy at the register finally gave us our pizza and then later comes to our table to ask how many wings we ordered. They didn’t even start making our wings at this point. Very irritated at this point, we left. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Never going back.

Placed a large order for the next day and they delivered it the day of order. Ordered three,eight cut cheese pizzas and they delivered three,eight cut three cheese pizzas that no one would eat. Arrived 30 minutes late even though I gave them 26 hours notice and the buffalo chicken pizzas were burnt black on the crust. So burnt it crumbled in your hand when you touched it. When I called to complain they were basically silent and said " oh sorry" and that's about it. Crazy high prices that are misquoted over the phone also.$163 PLUS for 7 pizzas two were burnt black and 3 were the wrong pizza altogether. Never ever ever do business with these people. Sloppy burnt food and horrid customer service.

Received a menu in my mailbox so I figured I'd try it. Delivery time was long...about an hour, but I didn't mind. We'd ordered from there about 5 times. I called one night and they said they didn't deliver to my address. I told them I ordered from there 5 other times and the night before. The delivery driver (who was a rude girl) told me they must have made a mistake! I said 5 times they made a mistake?! I told her she was mistaken and she said listen Honey and proceeded to yell over me. I asked her to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager! Then had the nerve to hang up on me. That might be their problem having a deliver driver "ACT" as the manager! She has no right dealing with the public...She def hurts their business. Extremely rude and unprofessional....I feel sorry for the new owners that are trying to get business. They have a rude person working for them who has no idea what the word customer service means. Order was for $50! and they are 6 minutes up the road. Now they have me on a cant order list.....what a joke....like I'd EVER order from them again. They are garbage.

I tried Paisano's a year and some months ago when I moved to Altamont. I ordered a full pepperoni pizza. When I picked it up I was greeted with a gross undercooked mess with an INSANE amount of cheese on top of it. Literally reminded me of the pizza we had access to for lunch in middle school. I gave it to a neighbor after trying 1 slice. Today I decided to give them another chance, after over a year. I called and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. Was told over the phone that they don't make those...well literally online under their hot subs it says under buffalo chick sub "available as a wrap". He asked whoever he was working with if it's ok and placed the order, I specifically asked for no tomato. Bring it home, 4 giant hunks of tomato and ZERO buffao sauce, and it was cold as if it was made in 5 minutes when they told me it would be ready in 30. I generally don't give places second chances if it involves my money, absolutely will not be returning and will never recommend this place to anyone, 0-2 is enough for me.

Called and ordered delivery and was told 25 mins. About 5 mins before they were supposed to deliver they called to tell me they were out of dough in the size requested. How do you not have any idea what you have in stock when a customer places an order? Also why aren’t the doughs stretched when you order. Worst customer service. The worst possible place to eat, total pig sty. No plates no knives and forks grab a beer from cooler no place to open it. The pizza was total slop so greasy it fell off the crust , yeas we had to eat it out of the box which was stuck to the table with the grease that had soaked through. The napkin dispensers had not been cleaned for quite a while. The pasta was served in the heat up alum pan that it was stored in in the freezer and it was cold asked if if could be heated a bit more it dissapeared never to return. What a total waste of $30 we had to just leave as I said total slop served

I ordered 2 dinners, one eggplant parm and one spaghetti and meatballsThe egg plant parm was OK the other order was some kind of pasta with chicken so I had to reorder and drive back. The spaghetti and meatballs were about the worst I ever tasted. The spaghetti was dry and the meatballs were like hockey pucks. Never to order those again.

Forgot to give us our pizza and when I went back to get it and asked for some sort of discount or compensation they said there was nothing they could do. As I was leaving the manager said "well it's not really our fault" how isn't it???

Placed an order online through the website for the lunches of everyone that works in my office. Selected delivery. an hour and a half later, I called since I still hadn't recieved the second email or text saying it was on its way. The employee who answered told me in a condescending tone that they don't deliver until 4 PM. When I asked where that was written on their menu or website he stated "I don't know, that's just how it is". When I asked why someone hadn't called me, since they had 2 phone numbers to reach me at, he said "I don't know, I just thought someone else had". I can't believe how unprofessional this place is. I'm praying they don't give me trouble about refunding my money. The kicker is, if they had called, we'd have had no problem going to pick it up.

Recently moved to duanesburg area visited today (3/3 around 430 pm ) received terrible service at the schoharie shop from the "boss" as well as the employees. The wing price would not be honored from the flyer I received in my mail two days ago. I was met with unprofessional service all the way around. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 mins to the pizza shack in cobleskill they are rated number one and you will always receive top notch service. Done with paisanos get your act together.

Very unhappy with the service here today, stood at the counter trying to order my food and the girl couldn't not get my order right for the life of her, now mind you I ordered a buff chx sub with cheddar cheese and ranch. Pretty simple I thought but I guess clearly not. Her excuse was "I don't know the system unless it's pizza." No offense then you should not he taking orders. The other kid standing behind her on his phone who knows the damn system didn't come over to help unless the girl asked for it. This place has gone so downhill since the last time I was here. Update to this post I went for my birthday today and they really messed up my guys order it was supposed to he buffalo chicken and they gave him bbq and then the kid at the counter looked at us funny like he wasn't wrong...

This restaurant truly needs an intervention in how to manage orders and customer service. Ordering pizza, wings, and garlic knots led to major confusion as they incorrectly made the pizza the wrong size and we waited for new pizzas. Once the correct pizzas were ready, they realized that they had not put the wings in yet. After another 10 minute wait, the wings were ready but at this point the garlic knots were cold. Meanwhile, they ignored a growing line of other customers and tended to a busy phone rather than serving people, even a woman who simply wanted slices, politely asked for them, and then was ignored for 15 minutes. They are both understaffed and poorly trained. Rather than being rude, they just retreated to behind the counter and tried to avoid making eye contact with patrons. This is not an issue of poor workers but of poor management who are likely the largest beneficiaries of our dollars. We will certainly never return.

I live very close to here and have ordered there many many times.I have a large family and they are the closest. The food can be good but the customer service is atrocious. More times than not I get mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them or something I didn’t even order or wrong version of what I wanted and ordered. I’ve gotten salsa delivered with my mozzarella sticks instead of marinara and I’ve gotten barbecue wings instead of hot wings The list of mistakes is endless...the people that work there just don’t care. Honestly, been getting food from here for years. Their pizza isn’t always made the same and they tell you “ 45 minutes to an hr “ lately they always say “ we’re waiting on delivery drivers “ or “ we’re not delivering today “ if you don’t need delivery go to Pasta & grill or Wolfe’s pizza. Their pizza tastes better than Paisano’s. Your company’s name may have changed but so has your quality, quantity and service.

Super slow service, got a slice while waiting on my salad, it was blah, nothing special. Prices where high for what you get and quality of service. When food finally came they informed us that there were NO forks. I asked how are we supposed to eat, we ordered 3 salads, 2 dinners? They said the owner was on vacation and he buys the forks, I suggested one of them go buy plastic forks and the response was "we can't buy anything I'll go see if I can get some from subway". She came back with 3, we needed 5. I asked again how we were supposed eat and she said fine I'll see if they can give me 2 more. With a whole lot of attitude and ZERO problem solving skills, she is not a great people person! This place is not worth the hassle!!! Save your money!!

Used to be my favorite, (until the Owner passed away). Now, under new management, they never get my order right. Deliver other peoples food. Usually burn the Pizza, (then have the nerve to deliver it). Most of the fried Appetizers are burnt. Sometimes they melt through the Styrofoam carton! The last straw was when I ordered a half Hawaiian ham pineapple and half cheese. I got only cheese. They charged me for the extra toppings but said that they won't credit me back for the things that they charged me for. I will also be complaining to the Better Business bureau.

Ordered pizza and wings with extra sauce for wings. The kid taking the order clearly understood what I wanted. Upon pick up I asked if extra sauce was in the wings. The girl said yes it is. Get home... No sauce on the wings and no extra sauce. I called to tell them thinking I could run back and get the sauce. Instead the kid just argued with me! Over a little thing of sauce. Very poor customer service!

Placed a order for three items same things I’ve ordered many times before. Kids tender meal, crispy mild wings & a pepperoni calzone. Now what we received was mushy wings, boneless bbq wings & half a piece of pepperoni in a piece of bread! After calling to let them know that there was an issue they would not refund me for anything or provide me a discount for next time. Needless to say our love for pizzagram has grown tonight!

Called to place an order for a large pasta salad. Kid on the phone was rude, cutting me off and seemed annoyed with me. Then he proceeds to tell me it will take 20-30 minutes. For a pasta salad? I didn’t even bother picking it up. Went to Village Pizza across the street instead and got a Chef Salad in 2 seconds. Same price. I used to come here a lot a few years ago, but honestly, these kids don’t care about the establishment or the orders. A change in management is essential for me to ever go back and pick up the pasta salad lol.

Been getting food here for over 40 years and always thought it was really good. Recently, the past couple of years, the food quality has really gone downhill. Tonight we got Stromboli that was NOT even cooked all the way. Last time we go there again, MUCH better food and service from Village Pizza, Pizza Gram or JayCees Pizza

DISGUSTING. From the raw chicken wings on the floor under the fryer to the top of the pizza slice warmer being all fuzzy with dust and dirt this place is gross. Every single table top was dirty on a Sunday evening. Inexcusable to have 4 people working and to have your establishment look the way it does. Absolutely no one should be leaning on a table talking when your kitchen floor is littered with broccoli and sauce and chunks of other food. I gave this place 3 trys and now I'm out. Never again will they get my money.

Just got a pizza from here and the driver said something about a black list cause we didn’t tip my husband called and a women who claimed to be a manger was saying that we have to cause we live 15 minutes from the shop . Last I knew mangers are suppose to try to calm things down not make it worse you can’t demand a tip besides that rude … very unhappy and will NOT order from you EVER AGAIN

Ordered pizza fries and garlic knots. When I called originally I asked for a chicken Caesar wrap, the girl on the phone was unaware such item existed on the menu. So I declined the wrap and went with a 24 cut pizza with a coupon, fries and garlic knots, order arrived within the time give hence the 1 star. When I received the pizza it was smashed to where the cheese stuck to the box, no ketchup with the fries and then being called hours later that I didn’t pay when in fact I gave the driver $50 on a $41 order and a coupon, will not be ordering from here again should just close up shop. As a previous manager of a pizza shop this is horrible customer service and training of employees, the owner should be ashamed

Went in for a Buffalo Chicken Sub not entirely sure what u was given but it was NOT anything remotely close to a Buffalo Chicken sub and the amount of sauce I’m not sure how the bread tasted so dry but I definitely won’t be coming back here again

I had stopped there some years ago and remember really liking their sandwiches.decided to stop thwre aince i was in the area. Spent almost $15.00 on a grilled chicken sandwich. When I first opened the container, I was surprised at how big it was. However, the grilled chicken was literally about 1/4 inch thick. I had 3 inches of bread and about 1/2 inch of fillings including the chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese. One chicken breast must make them about 5 sandwiches.

Usually they are good but they forgot the sauce (main ingredient???) I went to contact them and they never responded. They looked at my message and ignored me. Terrible service! I get things happen but to not respond after viewing a message is terrible! Their pizza isn’t cheap either. After this experience I will not be going back. In the past they have burnt the pizza bad. I went in and pointed it out and asked for a new pizza. The kid behind the counter was extremely rude about it. They have messed up orders and the customer service is so bad they do not correct it as they should and are not nice about it. I see all these reviews of people getting so frustrated about their orders and the customer service back talk…. I totally understand the customers getting pissed off when the owner or kids are not being nice in the first place. You see the responses of the owner are so unprofessional and show how not nice they are. I’d rather starve than get talked to the way they talk to their customers. Just saying.

Wow what a rude phone girl. When ordering I asked if there was Gatorade or Powerade. She responded Gatorade. I ordered a blue one yet my receipt says Pepsi and I got a Diet Pepsi. I called the store and she was extremely rude and combative when I was direct but did not raise my voice or cross the line in anyway. Never again will I order here. The sub is below average and the customer service is terrible. On the grand scheme of things this is a non issue until the phone girl put her emotion into the situation. Update: Great response! It’s always nice to see an owner double down on their rude employees behavior. Blame the delivery driver hahaha. He was the only one that was nice! When she offered to have it redelivered she already had a rude tone to her voice. Zero empathy as a customer service rep should. The customer is never right judging by your reviews. 3.5 ouchhhh

We have ordered from this place multiple times and have always loved the pizza. Today we decided to once again order pizza, but decided to try the chicken bacon ranch calzone and a pepperoni pizza - we normally order just the chicken bacon ranch pizza - not sure what has happened to this place but the quality of the food and the service is absolutely awful. We paid almost 50$ for a calzone that is all dough and zero flavor, the crust on the pizza is way thinner than it normally is. The sauce is greasy with zero flavor as well.. really disappointing because this was our favorite pizza place but unfortunately we will no longer be ordering here - also, if you’re going to hire children to run the place you should make sure to teach them some manners. I didn’t bother to even call to ask for a refund due to the fact there are children behind the counter and from reading the reviews the owner could careless… hope this review helps others from making the mistake I did, check out Anthony’s instead on maple!

Philly cheese steak was burnt. Very little meat Garlic parm boneless wings were chicken nuggets. Gave me wrong dressing Antipasto salad was 2 giant pieces of lettuce Consisted of a few cucumbers, onion , 3 pieces of pepper, 4 grape tomatoes..asked for dressing & anchovies on the side (never got the dressing) Overall VERY disappointed with whole order. Definitely not the Paisano's I remember from years ago Wont be back In response to owner. I did call, put on hold, hung up after 5 minutes, looked for some kind of email, which i would have preferred over public comments Also, i live 30 minutes away, so coming back was not an option

Bad Alfredo sauce, that was not our fault and they will not let us order from them anymore.my family and I have been ordering there since I was very young. And that was the only time we called back and said the food was spoiled. Thankfully there's another pizza place nearby there food is better anyway

I stopped ordering from here years ago due to declining service. Today... I had no choice as Rosa Villa was closed. We ordered the family meal (24 cut with 24 boneless wings and 2 2liters). The pizza had NO sauce on it and the wings were mediocre at best. My kids were hungry so they ate a few slices. My husband and I had 1 each and we could barely choke it down. Called them up to explain the situation. They don't give refunds even though I offered to return the pizza. They offered to bring a 12 cut replacement because between my 4 kids and 2 adults 9 slices were eaten.. so we had 3 additional slices taken away from our replacement. Lady says "well..half the pizza is already eaten.." DUH! Geez I'm sorry my children were hungry and I wasn't going to let them look at the pizza and not eat it. They don't understand terrible quality. The lady I spoke to was so rude about it. That's what we get for not following my instincts. NEVER AGAIN! I'll stick to Rosa Villa. Look at the pics and tell me how the hell 15 slices left is half of 24.... UPDATE: We're at the 1.5 hour mark and still waiting for our "replacement". Said 45 minutes... UPDATE 2: Just called and the lady in charge was like "oh, well our drivers are still out delivering, so we'll just give you partial credit for your order". Stellar customer service guys.. *insert sarcastic eye roll here*. I said okay and she hung up, no other spoken words from her. WHOEVER YOU ARE, YOU NEED TO LEARN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. UPDATE 3: Never received the credit for our pizza.

NO stars! Your level of delivery incompetence is unbelievable! Delivered to the wrong address....will be another hour after the hour and 15 since the order? Can't speak to the manager? Come down and say something? Lady on the phone wants to know where her pizza is, I don't know what to tell her......bye? You suck and I will NEVER patronize you EVER again!!! Pretty sad after 40 years of great food! As if that all wasn't enough...3 hours later got a call from the nursing home that's in the OPPOSITE direction of our house saying they have our pizza do we want to come get it. LOL! Where does the incompetence end? I make better pizza anyway.

Attempted to order dinner on 2/12 at 7:22 and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude. I asked for a “medium” pizza, as listed on their menu, and was told “we don’t do mediums, how many slices do you want.” She then listed off several slice amounts. I tried to get clarification to understand how large of a pizza I was ordering to no avail. After dealing with her rude going back and forth with me for a while over that she told me the total, $42 for a “not a medium” pizza and fried pickles. Upon asking her to reiterate the cost of the fried pickles, pizza, and delivery charge the amount still wasn’t at $42.. even considering taxes. At that point I decided not to order because it was frustrating to deal with this person.
