Amazing white sauce pizza. Felt like I was eating the famous Skippolinis Olgiasca pizza from the bay area. Would absolutely go again and try something new. The small portion was more than enough for me. So tasty and runny with cheese and delectable flavors.

Excellent food and service. It's a blessing to have a restaurant the likes of Antonio's Cucina Italiana in a small town like Alturas. Ordered a couple pizzas (they have a special on large pepperoni pizzas for $12.99) and Chicken Alfredo. The pizzas were really really really good, like the best around in Northern California, the crust was excellent, the pizza sauce was great and the ingredients were extremely fresh. A very tasty home made pizza and at a great price. Also ordered their Chicken Alfredo but that was a bit not as good in quality as the pizza, sorry to say. But all around great service (they do delivery!) and for someone like me who is new to the community, it's a God send. Thank you Stan, the girls and co!

A very busy little joint, so call ahead and reserve! Their Buffalo Wings are delicious, but if you want heat, grab the hot wings. The pizza is a bit spendy, but well worth it. Antonio's is the perfect place to take my wife on date night. Definitely has atmosphere! Grab a table towards the back as it's less noisy and the front door drafts won't get you. Thanks guys!! Your best pizza and pasta option for a hundred miles! Best to call ahead and order to go. We love the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza or the meat lovers pizza. Ask for a side of honey to dip on your pizza crust! They deliver but we nearly always pick up there. Dine in also available.

Good food and a regular stop along 395 to take a break. I was a little off-schedule one trip and needed a place for the night (I usually make it to Bend, but couldnt). One of the kind ladies made some calls and found Chimney Rock travel center for me to spend the night at. I was beyond relieved to not have to drive a few hundred more miles. The food and beer are commensurate with location (pizza is great, I chomped on a large for three days of driving!), but they're genuine people who'll go above and beyond.

Loved the clam fettuccine with garlic and olive oil. I got the pasta marinara with meat balls the red sauce was really good. The salad with the honey vinaigrette was amazing

Super yum! Super friendly! Been there about 26 years ago ( yes that's right) when my oldest daughter was a baby and ate there, remembered it and was hoping it was still there and it was. The food was even better than I remembered. A must stop on hwy 395 when you are out that way!

Great pizza and good very large salads. Also good ice cream. The people who work here and the owner are very helpful and is very willing to answer questions. They also helped me by checking all the ingredients to see if it was penut free because I wanted to bring my kid in.

We come through here once a year on the way to Burning Man... and always stop in. I can't say enough that the staff make this place. Friendly, caring, sweet, great conversationalists, and community connected. When we come in we feel that they're wrapping us into the family. Their food is great too, from wonderful sause and noodles to pizzia. If you're near, passing through, live here, or can get here they are worth it. Tell em' Roses sent ya' and give them my love.

Excellent dinner last night! I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was so cheesy and creamy and delicious 😋. The hubby had the meat lovers pizza and the marinara was sooooo good. Definitely recommend.

Excellent gourmet style dining. Authentic. This is a nice intimate setting either for a solo meal or a meal with a date. The kitchen is right near the dining area, so you can smell the deliciousness as it is being cooked. The staff is ultra friendly, yet professional! Skyler is excellent at her job! This was the first place I dined when moved to the area, & I'm so glad it happened that way! The restaurant is on the main drag there in downtown Alturas, so you can wander the strip & see all the cool little shops etc. There is the historic Niles Hotel/Restaurant/Saloon, that is incredible to see, along with other historic type venues. I had the ravioli's with Alfredo sauce! So delicious & rich! Highly recommend this lovely place!

Nice little restaurant, pretty busy for it's size. Two of us came in on a weekday right at noon and it was full! We got seated quickly and got waited on by a nice waitress, everyone was helping each other out and the most common words I heard inside was "please & thank you," from both the staff and customers. The food was delicious and generous portions! We got the grilled chicken salad and a creamy garlic pizza with chicken! The only thing that threw me off a little was that the chefs weren't using gloves..

The food was great. The only complaint I had, and it's kinda messed up, we walked in with 16 people and it took some time. The service though was great. The food was excellent, we had no complaints for any of it. I highly recommend this spot for dinner.

Did you pilot a balloon today over Alturas? You needed to make an emergency stop in the middle of the intersection of Modoc and Main and dash into Antonio's to order these tasty, fried, moist and meaty fall-off-the-bone pieces . i had them plain vs bbq and a side of ranch. These rival 'others' in town IMO.... let me repeat that.. these rival others in town.... That's not the end of it .... Are you the test pilot on the prototype of the sky-motorcycle ? You need to set your GPS luckily not as the crow flies to Antonio's. You need to make it early enough or call ahead so you don't miss out on these satisfying morsels. Please refrain from falling off. Or perhaps you are the usual/ casual trucker that comes through with errant commodities only to make that semi-tight left onto 395 on your way through Klamath. Are you going the opposite direction to travel south towards Susanville but before doing so pass though the vast, higher tree/animal-to-human ratio through 1.5 hours of acreage of the beautiful Northeastern California terrain? Or are you a happily grubby farm machinery operator that passes through town on your way to pick up more seemingly never-ending hay bails that needs a pick up at mid or end-day? Or are you an in-town 'Alturas-die-hard-lover' worker that has endured all the manic seasonal swings that this town throws up here? Did you have a long Cal-fire day? Long day with well-drilling drama? Are you limping your winter/road/deer-beaten vehicle each day through town? Limp here! Did I make my point clear? Stop on in and give your stomach some happiness.

I have eaten here for more then 15 yrs. The food has always been great. Our order was complicated and it came exactly right. The prices are reasonable. The staff are outstanding. I used to meet my daughter there and have a salad. We would get there about 10 minutes before they closed. They always treated us very well. It has been a favorite spot to go for a enjoyable meal.

The building is old, but the food is new. Actually, the pizza was delicious and plentiful. You can have wine, beer, soda, coffee, tea, and more. The wait staff are attentive and efficient. When you sit down here comes the garlic cheese bread. And they keep coming until your meal arrives. If ever you're in Alturas, swing by and say hello over some food.

Ordered a large pizza and chicken wings for takeout. Waited 45 minutes, which is fine since it's Saturday night and it's a popular place. No biggie. Get there and learn that there was a miscommunication and the pizza was never made. A lady who I assume was the owner (?) apologized and offered our money back as well as to remake the pizza. 20 minutes later, we come in to learn a dude took our food and money under my name which I'm reasonably sure is was never a a man's name at any point in history. It's safe to say none of us saw that coming. The owner had us yet another pizza made and still gave us our money back. The food is delicious (try the mozarella sticks) and I would always come back for that alone, but the way that this situation was handled has cemented a sense of loyalty in me. 10/10, will come again.

The day we were scheduled to leave our transmission went out in our work van. We depleted our bank account ordering parts and were facing having to stay in our work van overnight until the parts came in. Stan offered us transportation, a place to stay and a free meal if we needed it. Who does that nowadays! There are no words to describe what a wonderful man he is and the staff there are always helpful and pleasant. If you are driving through Alturas and want a great meal at a more then fair price stop at Antonio's, you won't be disappointed.

Both times we have gone to Antonio's it's been really quite good and the customer service is great. I enjoy this place quite thoroughly a little on the spendy side but worth it. The bathrooms where the only thing I wasn't completely satisfied with. Food and Customer Service when last we went was 4stars.

Very polite and friendly staff. The food is pretty good but just a little over priced. $20 for a 1 topping pizza is high. Also putting honey on pizza seemed weird at first but actually is really really good.

This place is a gamble because it's expensive, and you never know if there going to get your pizza right or not. I ordered the same thing twice one week and the only difference was no soda one of the times.. and it made a ten dollar difference. But when you catch them on a good day, it definitely hits the spot n leaves you satisfied.

The only place near the Niles hotel that was open on Sunday evening. Great staff who were accommodating of some of my custom edits on a dish. The venue is a little tired / cluttered though. I don’t think they’re trying to go for “The Ritz” type of vibe, but there doesn’t need to be “back of house” items on a table in the dining room, that needs to be cleared off when a party comes in. Food was good, people were great. Would come back. Their house made salad dressing - vinaigrette type- was very good.

The same pizza that had cost me $22.75, has now turned into $31.33ish, a different person took my order, & I believe she wanted to pocket that extra $8.00?! No other explanation!!! She just cost them a valued customer.

Great, friendly service and the food is good. I had the pesto chicken Alfredo but there was too much sauce although the flavor was good but could have had a more dominant pesto flavor.

Pizza has gone downhill, constantly overcooked. In a town that is a square mile it shouldn't take an hour to get a pizza delivered. Being put on hold for five minutes when ordering is not a way to drive a business. 45min to 1hr really means around an hour and a half.

Very unhygienic circumstances. Sat and watched our waitress fix salads usung her hands without washing them after handling the menus, money and popping food in her mouth. Had the chicken marsala and swear there was no marsala sauce in it at all it was extremely dry and tasteless. Also had chicken alfredo which was good. The wine is very overpriced $6.75 or a glass or $30 for a bottle. They have music playing from some tiny radio that sounded so tinny you think it was back in the 60s we also watch them wipe off a table and then use the same rag at the same time to wipe off the seats not too different Rags the same rag which is very unsanitary for a restaurant. The cook didn't even do our order or waitress had to check on it he was working on all the to go orders before he did anybody that was seated in the restaurant. Not a place I would ever come back to you again

Food is OK at best and the service is terrible. Had to wait almost eight minutes for drinks, get our own menus, and go to the kitchen to get someone to take our order. Once placed, it took over 15 minutes for the food to arrive. When we came in, they were busy, but not packed, and the place was almost empty before we got our food.

We used to love this place.... when the food was good. Now it all comes out of a package or a can. And talk about over priced. I don't mind paying for good food, but that crap was as bad as a jar of Ragu dumped over an old left over piece of chicken. NASTY!!! The 2 stars are for the staff. 5 is deserved by the staff but I can't take the chance that some one might think I was giving the food the 5 stars. We live about an hour away and will NEVER eat this garbage again...YUK

Our dinner was tasty and reasonably priced, and the wait staff worked hard to serve us on a difficult night where the power in town had gone out so the restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant man (maybe a night manager or owner) who ruined the night for many including us. He sat at a central table and yelled at the staff, harassing them when they were doing their best under difficult circumstances, and he actually threw out a couple who objected to his treatment of the staff. It was disturbing to see someone treat good people with so little respect.

He made up a rule out of nowhere that alcohol isn’t served until five AS the server was about to serve ME A Beer. He was very loud to the workers and rude to his own employees. No wonder no one wants to work there. I had to put a review because that’s bad experience was just when the boss/owner was there. Even his employee have to correct his attitude.

Long wait and cold pizza. I was told pickup would be an hour on a Thursday, came in exactly an hour, my pizza was freezing, they told me they would remake it, that doesn't help when my wings are going to sit their and just get cold. I'm a local and this will be the last time I order from here. Try the brass rail if you want pizza in this town or just pick something different.

Dirty silverware, dirty coffee cup, broke water glass, portion was really small (10 pieces) for the price. The servers white shirts were disgustingly stained. This was the poorest quality we have had. The last few years, the service and quality has dropped 75% and we will not recommend this place to anyone. Definetly not worth the price. For this price, go to the Frosty across from the High School.

I get diarrhea every single time i eat from here. Some might call that food poisoning. Extremely expensive...pretty much if you want pizza of any size besides a small personal, be prepared to spend close to $20. No 5 dollar deals here, ever. Absolutely horrid treatment of employees in front of guests. And if you phone in an order, you will almost certainly be placed on hold before even saying hello, and they may or may not have a delivery driver availible. And also this restaurant serves stouffer's lasagna for an exponentially high price compared to what ill buy literally the EXACT same box of lasagna for at the grocery store (and get more than just one piece, i would get the entire pan for less than one piece at what they charge here) i have also been told by current employees that the health inspector failed the restaurant for decrepit equipment and that the owner has 30 days to repair and replace or be closed down.

They took 2 or more hours to give us 1 large pepperoni pizza and people that came in way after us they did not call in and got their order before us

I come here a lot . This time it was really disappointing! When I call back to fix my order it would go straight to voicemail. I even text them on Facebook and they said just keep calling someone will pick up ! 1hr later they did pick up and they sent a new one to me. Good customer service at the end , however chefs are hit or miss .

The food well let's just say as long as there isn't hair or napkins in your food then yes it's good . It's very unhygienic environment. The service is horrible. The employees seem to be busy doing other stuff ... Then making food or washing there hands no hair nets no gloves

Owner stan is very rude. I tell everyone don't go. Unless you want to be mistreated. His attitude is gonna be the downfall of what he has left. All staff quits on him because hes hard on them in front of customers.

I ordered the chicken Marsala. it was a pile of black olives onions and bell peppers concealing a piece of chicken breast, atop a tongs worth of linguine. It was all swimming in at least a cup of olive oil if not more. No seasoning, no wine sauce. There must have been an entire can of sliced black olives in total, what the hell. It's all sitting in my stomach like it really should have gone in the trash. Sorry but a massive no from me, gross.
