DUDE! This is my spot, closest to me. I live outta the way in the country. Last night, the weather was bad, but through communication and execution, the staff here fulfilled my order and expectations, abounding. They even left me a "post-it" not with an apology and statement of a couple extra sauces on them! If I could give 10 stats I would!

Love this location. The manager is awesome, had a small issue with my order and Kelly fixed it. Highly recommend.

The guy's were so sweet it's the first time we have walked in to a domino's and felt really welcomed they got are order right and got are order out fast we really appreciate the service there and is very convenient and the place was very clean will be visiting again.

Okay, so the tracker first off like REALLY threw things off. It said my food had been delivered, and I was standing outside. Even showed the driver like approaching my house and then "complete". So, that.. don't trust that. Even if it's tracking your driver. Driver showed up about 4/5 minutes after that, but the store had been very understanding when I called and driver showed during the call. Regardless of that Oops, my food did show up within a decent time, hot, and up to expected standards. Driver was polite, didn't seem miffed at my confusion and all was well. Long story short, service was good, food was good, don't trust that tracker at ALL.

It was great very friendly staff quick to help my every need and even held the door open upon leaving with my delicious pizza If I can recall correctly the staff member that was extremely kind and curtious that helped me was Karissa! So if you happen to read this thank you again Karissa for all your help and warm welcoming smile upon walking through the door.

The food is great, from what I've gathered the working conditions are not. Imagine working in a place with a pizza over constantly cranking full speed ahead, with no AC... in Texas. Love this crew, well deserved props for the level of quality achieved. Try the sausage and onion pizza, its fire.

Great little pizza store. I needed my fix and stopped in on a busy Saturday night. The crew had a great vibe, all smiles and fist bumps with some sublime tunes rocking the place. Within 15 minutes I was on my way, smiling like I had made new friends..

Once again, here in Texas, I ordered a pizza from Domino’s this time they got it perfect the right crust the right amount of sauce. It was so delicious. I’m just sorry I couldn’t eat it all but this way I have leftovers for tomorrow. Thank you again dominoes in Texas.

Best Domino's in the County. Hands down, IMO, could compete with any other Domino's in the area when it comes to quality service and deliivery timing. I've Never a bad experience.. repeat customer for about 9 months now.. food items always come out fresh and hot. Not once have I got a bad delivery. A good tip always gives the driver more motivation to get your delivery out with a purpose, and thank you notes to Kitchen Staff go a long way too..

I went to the store and ordered while waiting at a red light, (good location). Ordered a pizza, it was ready fast. It was very good.

I have never had any problems with this Domino's and I've been coming here for many many years all my deliveries are on time still hot.

Pizza is usually on time and fresh. Wings are cooked well, but they must be having a sauce drought. This will be the last time i order their wings, because they're basically tasteless at this point.

Compared to West Texas Domino's this place is quick! Minus 1 star due to you cannot purchase chili flakes or parm cheese here.

The service was quick and the servers were very nice. It's pizza so you can't really go wrong, though I would recommend the pizza hut instead just out of personal preference.

Staff were friendly, pizza ready quickly, and food was hot when I picked it up. It just wasn't something to shout about. It was just okay pizza with an okay flavor.

The pizza was good but the wings weren't the best. They were soggy and weren't crispy,it was almost like they weren't done . I recommend the pizza not the wings. And service was rather slow.

I had written a bad review 2 months ago. Since then I have gone back 2 times. The first of the two the guy who wouldn't take my order ran to the door locking it instead of going to the window. I parked and from the side a different guy came outside and talked to me. I was able to go back to the window and order. This time I ordered and the service was great. I also did not see the guy who caused me problems the first 2 times. The lady who served me was very nice. Hope she is there the next time I stop in.

This Domino's is a clean and friendly store. I don't get takeout pizza often but it was very good and the bread twists and baked cheese and marinara sauce I highly recommend. Great job guys!

I saw a delivery vehicle at the store after I walked 3/4 mile to get there after being told they don’t deliver to the nearby hotels. I wouldn’t have minded much if it weren’t drizzling, windy and 35 degrees. The food as always was worth it. Next visit I’ll book the hotel across the street.

I ordered a 2 for $5 mix and match with a garlic bread twists and habanero wings one of the pizzas were chicken with mushroom and Alfredo sauce which was great but the other on was a pepperoni and jalapeno and I found a piece/strand of hair on one of the pizza slices so I called them and told them what happened and they said they were gonna remake it and send it out here and they did and this one was great so I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars

I had bigger expectations for the taste but it was average. The pizza, salad and paste plates we ordered were just OK.

Ordered online and went through the drive up to the windows. Saw someone clock out, walk about 2 feet away from the windows then walk away, and was ignored till I knocked on the windows so I could get my food.

I have ordered cinnamon twists my past 2 orders & on both orders I am always missing the icing. On my recent order I ordered an extra icing & was charged 50 cents more & STILL got no icing. I wish the workers can get their act right. (:

Food was good, but ordered online and chose the drive thru pickup option. Problem is they didn't have anyone monitoring the window and I sat there for 15 minutes trying to get someone's attention before an employee accidentally stumbled upon me. In that time 2 more cars had pulled up behind me. He claimed they didn't hear the bell inside to let them know someone was at the window. Made the convenience of drive thru pretty pointless if they aren't going to pay attention to the window. Tried calling the store but it just goes to an automated system.

6 people working so not short staffed. How do you get a cheese and pepperoni order mixed up to ham and cheese when you order face to face. Pizza wasn't fully cooked. Will not return here.

Listen I understand they're short staffed but after an hour and a half I called and they said they still didn't have my order out. I decided to come and get my order and they promised to make me a fresh order because mine was 2hours old by the time I'd get there. I pulled up just as their two delivery drivers came speeding through the parking lot and they handed me cold pizza inside. The kid was very apologetic and polite but there should have been some sort of warning on the website that the wait was over 2 hours. I don't like dominos on general though I only order when my kid is in town.

I called and ordered 5 Pizzas and a sandwich...got to the store to pick it up and they were short a pizza.... wasn't even on the receipt. The first girl was rude and had major attitude, eye rolling and all (that was pointed out by my 12 year old). She went and got another lady who said obviously I didn't order that extra pizza because it wasn't on the receipt, like it couldn't be their mistake. Waited longer for someone else to come to the window to explain how I was gonna have to pay for another one. Before I let her get too far into it though, I just asked her to ring me up for another pizza and I'll wait. I wasn't trying to get a free pizza out of it to begin with...she did it and said it will be 7 minutes. Finally she hands the pizza to me and what sounded very sarcastic (also pointed out by the kids in the car), said "have a great day."... i get home and find that my Philly cheese steak sandwich doesn't even have enough meat to cover the bottom of the sandwich. You shouldn't have a job like that when your cutsomer service skills aren't great. I was only stating I was short a pizza and needed another one.

Ordered my pizza at 8:45 got it at 10 o'clock. Nowhere on the app did it say that it would take an hour plus to get my pizza. Nowhere on the app did it say that my pizza would sit for over 40 minutes and come to me not hot. I could have walked to the store and got it and been home before 10. Usually love the food, love the price, and love the delivery time.

This location seems to skimp on both the cheese and toppings. The three out of the last four times I’ve ordered there have been two inch spots in the middle of the pizza with no sauce or cheese and the cheese has been so sparse that you see more area with just sauce. I guess I’m gonna have to start ordering from Pizza Hut or papa John’s going forward.

I have ordered from this location for awhile and everytime it seems like it's going downhill. They seemed to not follow instructions very well. And can someone please learn how to cut the pizza. Everytime I get my pizza I have to cut it better myself. It is not that hard to cut pizzas. I have worked at a Dominoes before and it was the easiest job they have.

We love pizza and usually have no problems, but for some reason when we ordered this time they were VERY skimpy on the toppings this time. Not sure what's going on. We like our pizza to actually have toppings and not a dusting of them! Barely any meats and my child's mushroom pizza has barely any mushrooms and you'd think with it being the ONLY topping it would have more than like 10 mushrooms. We spent $51 and that's after the 20% off coupon we had for 3 medium pizzas. Ridiculous we spent so much for so little. The atmosphere was off when I walked in to pick up and they seemed annoyed.

So, dont think for one moment they will honor the ad that says they will replace your pizza if you don't make it home with it in tact. My husband just got home, the pizza fell out of the box that wasn't completely secure and the pizza slit right out of the end and splatted out on the ground. We called the store and was told they wouldn't replace it unless it fell out of the box in THEIR parking lot. NOT was the ad says!!!!!!!

Was the best place til they no longer deliver to my job.. i always order either once a week or once every two weeks.. and at my job i dont have lunch breaks so having them delivered to my job made it easier to have lunch...not happy at all. Very pissed off at this

Very Bad Customer Service, and very Irresponsible with their orders. I waited and one hour and a half for a pizza i ordered and it never showed up. I called back and the lady was very rude and said if i still wanted the pizza i would have to wait another hour. Dominos won't be getting another order from me.

Dark place, no lights around parking lot or building structure. Seems it has been mismanaged over the past several months. I call to place an order and no one answers. The last 4 times that I placed an order someone from the store called to tell me that they won't be able to deliver for 1hr and 30 mins. no delivery driver's and order. I won't be using this location anymore and I strongly suggest that other customers use another pizza place (Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars etc.) in Alvarado

This place has gone way down hill since Lucas sold the store. The new management does not care about its loyal customers at all. Its so awful now i wont even pickup a pizza from them.

So we make an order, we're sitting there waiting for it to show up on the app it says it's been left on my front porch 5 minutes later I call the store and they're telling me it'll be there in a few minutes it comes they leave I go in to eat and they left the dipping sauce to the cinnamon twistsI called them and they say they're going to bring it out to me after a 20-minute conversation of why they should bring it out to me and then they never showed up with it 😡

Experience was awful! I ordered online where I can track my order which is great. It tells me when the driver left the store, so when 15 mins go by I tried talking with someone at the store to ask about my delivery order. I live two miles away literally; I have two kids under the age of 2. And it takes over 20mins to get my food? Then when I try to call the phone was picked up then disconnected. I had to call again then when I asked if someone can tell me what happened to my order. I'm told there's 'no way to get a hold of the driver' and told excuse after excuse? No thank you Dominio's. Just awful Customer service. Awful.

The past two times we have ordered here, there has been something wrong with the order. This last time, we called to let them know, and they said they would remake the pizza and that we could pick it up in 10-15 minutes. Whenever we got there, they asked us for a picture of the pizza after we had already gotten up there, which we didn’t have. So, we couldn’t get the correct pizza. Too difficult for low quality pizza.

What's the use of having an app that you can't order from ... Tried ordering 2 pizzas and wings for the kids .. apparently this location will not allow you to place an order if you're paying cash ... I called they verified that anything over $1.00 has to be put on a card. I live in the area and you won't deliver to my place , and now you won't let me place an order unless I'm paying with a card ... I really see no use for your place of business ... I'm sure their will be more if their isn't some kind of middle ground ...

If i could i would give negative stars. Came in to this location and the three teenagers working here were rude and standing around talking about the customers. They need to be trained to have great customer service skills. The mangers need to know what is going on in this place.

Dominos Pizza in Alvarado Tx needs to be shut down for good. The management at this store absolutely socks. Every time we try to order food from this location, they have some excuse to not get it out in a timely manner. Tonight we have been on hold two different times for more than 30 minutes each. If they can not have better service than this they just need to shut the doors. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. Do not order from this store anymore, and maybe they will finally get something done.

I just went to this place because google showed that it stays open till 1 am. The open sign was on but the store lights were off. But I could see two employees working and making food from my car. They looked out and saw me in the car too. So I went to see if they were in fact open. The door was locked. I knocked. They looked at me and then looked away. They both just ignored me as if they didn’t see me. I could see them glancing at me and talking to each other but they didn’t even bother to respond or come to the door. Even if the store was indeed closed, they cld’ve let me know that instead of just ignoring me like they didn’t see me. At the very least, they could’ve just gestured from right there that it was closed. I just moved to the area. So I was trying to try out the food from nearby places and now I know which place I WONT be going for sure. I have never seen this rude employees at any place ever. This was the worst experience in customer service in my entire life. If I could rate negative, I’d give it negative five stars.

Worst staff and customer service ever. We placed an order online at 8pm took 2 hours to get our order, driver was exceptionally rude. Then gave us the wrong order, tried to call the store, they answered then hung up on me and my wife. I called to have a pizza and wings delivered to the Five Star Inn in Burleson Texas they are only three or four miles away and said that I was in The Dead Zone. That is not true it is not a dead zone. The manager and the boy who answered the phone for very very rude. Two of the Dominos. Little children running businesses they have no business running. So if you're in East Texas don't order from Dominos. Order from Pizza Hut like you normally do like you have all your life. This is why Pizza Hut will always beat you Domino's you will never win. We waited an hour and 20 minutes for pizza that never came when we called to see why they said it was canceled... they charged our card we did not cancel the order. We called them directly to order and was not ordered online. When we called they extremely rude.

We live in Venus, with not a lot of options for places to eat. We ordered from this location very frequently for delivery when we didn't have time to make dinner or go out to get it. We know are told they no longer deliver to our area because we are more than "5 minutes" from the location. Trouble with living in the country, places make stupid rules and make it harder on you to get options for dinner.

Worst customer service ever!!! 3rd time we get our order all messed up and they were suppose to credit our account for the order and know they just credit the pizza. Kind of funny when we order $25 of food and we get a credit for one pizza worth $5.99. We order almost ever Sunday night and the same thing every time. Felt pizza delivery was taking longer than usual. Checked email for an update said order cancelled half hour earlier. Called the store. After 9 minutes on hold the person said "We got so busy that we cancelled all delivery orders". WHAT?!?!

I never leave reviews, but I sat at the drive-through window for over 10 minutes with employees looking at me and no one ever coming to the window. When someone finally did, she had the worst attitude that it was all I could do to not say something ugly. I sure hope she’s having a better day And I hope someone will do some customer service training at this location.

I came inside to pickup my pizza that I had ordered and go figure it wasn’t ready.so I was waiting in the lobby when all the sudden I see something run across the floor and it was pretty big so I’d definitely check the place for rats! And the pizza was the greasiest pizza I ever eaten.

They always call after you order online and tell you it's gonna be an hour and a half....they want you to cancel your order I guess. They always seem mad or annoyed when you say that's fine deliver anyway. Not sure if franchise owner or GM knows about or encourages this....bad business practice though. Lots of ways to get food delivered nowadays... competition is steep. Do better Alvarado Dominoes.

After placing my order on line, I drove 15 min to pick up my order only to be told it was just now going in the oven. I was told to pull forward and wait or come back. So after 15 min of waiting I went in and my pizza was in a pick up area. I told the lady I have been outside waiting 15 min for this pizza. She said "sorry". So after my 15 min drive home. I now am 45 min into is adventure with a cold pizza I now have to put in the microwave. Thanks Alvarado Domino's.

Had ordered Dominos to save time, not waste time. I travel for work and got a call that I needed to go to Oklahoma as soon as possible. I had ordered while I was still 15 minutes from my hotel so I can optimize my time while I pack everything. I managed to pack everything into my car before they even started to deliver it. It was more than 45 minutes after it said it was out of the oven before I called and switched it to carry out and drove just right down the street and picked it up myself. By that time, it was cold and the bread was hard as a rock. They didnt even have any cold sodas as a delivery had just filled their cooler. I had pretipped the driver and payed the delivery feeand everyrthing. EASILY the worst experience Ive ever had at any Dominos. I would expect a wait like that during dinner hours or on the weekend or if I was further away, but this was at 1 o'clock on a Tuesday, right down the street. I usually dont like giving bad reviews as it brings nothing but harm, but if I could rate lower than 1 star I would

Waited over an hour for a pizza that never came which we called the location directly over the phone and placed the order. After 1hr and a half we called back to be told that our order was cancelled. Used to be the best dominos. Now they can't get an order right. Employees want to whine and argue about everything, manager here is rude and snappy. I like pineapple on my pizza, sue me. But I don't like hearing the employees say "if I have to make another pineapple pizza I'm going to spit on it". Completely unacceptable.

If you look at the image below you’ll notice there is not dominos pizza box in my lap. For the past week dominos in Alvarado Texas keeps closing 10-15 early and this has never happened before. The old manager would never allow this considering I knew her and she would make sure I got my pizza before work. Starting to loose loyal customers if you guys even care!?

Ordered two pizzas, both "well done" and "square cut". Neither were correct. The boxes seem to have way more grease than usual and are soaked through. Large bubbles covering a big chunk of one of them. Im only writing a review because this is the third time I've had an issue with this location.
