Food and service were great today. However, an alarming Mexican female long hair slaps young boy side of head by fountain drink area. Not exactly the most well composed with class disruption, Amarillo, TX.

It's everything you want a Gatti's to be! We don't have them anymore in our neck of the woods, so we made the effort to hit this one up while passing through. It's exactly the same as it was the last time we had Gatti's. Great, full buffet and the salad bar was GIANT and full of choices. Games ranged from $0.75-$3.50 or so? My kids are younger so didn't check some of the crazier VR games. Bumper Cars were only $2.50 or something and the lady running them was super nice, and found a 3rd rider so my kids could go (3 rider minimum). Other staff was friendly also.

The food was decent...great value for all you can eat and a pretty good selection! The arcade was pricey but decent since for $20 per kid they were entertained for about 2 hours. The vr games and the bumper cars were a huge hit! Recommend for families visiting the area who need to eat and entertain kiddos indoors for a stretch of time

Establishment was clean. There is a pizza bar, pasta buffet, salad bar and a dessert area. Any type of pizza can be made if it's not already on the line. There is a theatre with the Disney Chanel streaming, a decent sized arcade, and even a sports center streaming live sports games. For this visit, we sat in the Fun Flix seating so due to lighting issues was not able to get pictures of my actual meal. The pasta was delicious. The salad bar was amazing with many options. The pizza was okay. We will most definitely return soon. The price is a little on the higher end for a family of 5, but well worth the money if celebrating something. There is also a party room available for birthdays.

Its a kids game place wirh food. Its eatable but that's the best I can say. It's pretty bland, basic and boring. The kids have movie rooms and theres a huge game room where they can win prizes and such. Its a fun place to take kids but it's not cheap and the food isn't great.

I think I prefer Chucky Cheese better. They don't serve beer at Mr. Gatti's and the food isn't even as good as it is at Chucky Cheese. They have a large buffet style setup with several different types of pizza, sides such as mac & cheese and an expansive salad bar. They also have desserts and an ice cream machine. The game room is pretty nice and they even have bumper cars. You have to have at least 3 people in your party to go on the bumper cars. We went recently and the employees were still all wearing masks. They try to keep up with keeping the dining rooms clean but it is tough with all those kids and all the different ages, they tend to make a huge mess. Kids really seem to enjoy it here but I'm not really a fan.

I brought my children to Mr gattis today, big mistake, their pizza was burnt and crippled. Their lettuce looked like snot and the taste lived up to the appearance, the fruits and ham juice were mixed and the ham also tasted like I was chewing on rubber. 1 STAR

I normally don’t post reviews, but after my recent visit, I felt it was important to share my experience. I’ve been to this location twice before and it was fine, but this last visit was extremely disappointing. The pizza tasted old and cold, and even my son—who usually enjoys everything—didn’t want to eat. The plates and cup we were given were still wet and had leftover food on them, which was very unpleasant. We decided to leave without eating. The only reason we went was because my son wanted to play, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness made us very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, I stepped on a dead mouse right by the exit door. I’m almost certain it came from inside the restaurant. That was the final straw. I didn’t make a scene or complain at the moment, but this experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

None of the games work an they won't refund. Flamboyant Hispanic/foreign Manager was saying inappropriate things to teenage staff. Felt weird an not nostolgic. Too expensive to get a headache.
