My wife and I were driving an electric car to Lake George from Syracuse in the middle of a snowstorm. After our GPS directed us to Amsterdam, NY, for a charging station, we decided to look for a place to eat and possibly use the restroom. Despite searching for 30 minutes and walking in circles through the downtown area, we couldn’t find anything open that met our needs. Just as we were about to give up, we bumped into a couple and asked if they knew of any open restaurants. It was around 6:30 or 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night, and they pointed right in front of us. Due to the snowstorm, we hadn’t noticed the open sign! When we stepped inside, we found everything we were looking for: a warm, cozy atmosphere, a great food selection, and incredibly friendly staff. Julia, the person taking our order, was especially helpful and welcoming. She recommended a 14-inch personal pizza with chicken and BBQ sauce, which turned out to be my favorite item on the menu—I’m a huge fan of pizza, and this one was absolutely savory and irresistible. My wife ordered the chicken cordon bleu, which I also got a taste of, and it was phenomenal. The portion was so large that we had leftovers for three days! Not only was the food fantastic, but Julia also went above and beyond by sharing helpful insights about upstate New York, as we recently moved to the area. Her genuine friendliness and helpfulness made our experience even more memorable. This restaurant is a hidden gem with affordable prices, a homey vibe, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back again and again. If you’re ever in the area, especially during less-than-ideal weather, we highly recommend stopping by this warm and welcoming spot!

We ordered two personal pan pizzas and a large salad. Everything was fantastic! The house Italian dressing is perfect 🤩 the both pizzas were fresh and hot, so much flavor, great amount of topping portions. The salad had plenty of veggies, meat, and cheese. Portion sizes and prices are great! 😊 and the lady that cashed us out was pleasant and actually smiled 😊 thank you so much 😊

New to the area. We've tried a couple of places. This one by far is the best. We also like that you can order from the app. Just place order a little in advance. Sometimes (peak hours) it takes about an hour. Other times it only takes a half. Never had an issue. Delivery driver is always nice. With all these not so nice reviews we took a chance, and we are very happy we did ! Thank you Basil for working hard to provide dinner for us when we work to late to cook!! Keep up the great work.

Stopped by for the lunch special (2 slices of pizza and a drink). Pizza was already on display and reheated to order. A decent selection of about 10 types. Pretty busy so good turnover. For the price and speed can't be beaten.

Normally I have a great experience with this restaurant until tonight. I normally order buffalo pizza which is normally made how it is stated in the menu (breaded chicken dipped in buffalo sauce) but tonight I received buffalo soup. How can I even eat this. I called and explained what I received and she stated yup that’s how we make it. Well lesson learned if you want a buffalo sauce bread bowl get it here.

I ordered the baked ziti dinner. It came with a house salad and garlic bread. The ziti definitely needed more sauce but It was loaded with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. The salad was fresh and crisp and had a good variety of stuff. Overall everything was fresh and the portion sizes were good. No way i could finish in one sitting and could definitely get two meals out of it. They Delivered to me and it took just over an hour and 20 min. I would order from here again.

I tried to order online at first but got an error message saying I was out of delivery area. I found that to be odd cause I was literally 8 mins away from the restaurant. After placing my order it took over an hour to arrive. You know everyone just loves cold pizza & wings. Smh.. I could've just saved my twenty dollars to be honest. I just don't get how the place is 8 minutes from here but it took so long.🤯

Just Ordered the combo meal on Doordash was supposed to come with a large pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings and a salad and forgot the fries I ordered and I had have them delivered Spend 50$ bucks on it all and they gave me plan wings and a plan cheese pizza called them and told them they messed up my order they where very rude on the phone and didn't give me a refund or fix it we will be not ordering from them again!

I love ❤️ your food, however, I was very nice about getting sick off your cx Alfredo. What upset me was I was speaking to rudely this time when I tried to tell you this. I missed 2 days off work. Whomever I talked to was very nice, however, this gentleman was not tonight, I really don't care anymore I bought 2 subs, you did tell me you'd take care of me, guess you don't

Ordered a pizza with grilled chicken and extra cheese only to get a pizza with store bought dried out chicken tenders on it. They were afraid to put sauce on it. At the price of $19.00 for food that was worth may $8.00. Awful pizza and then when I called the manager/boss acted like he couldn't hear me. No paper towels in the men's room and not very friendly people. Not to mention the online ordering menu says grilled chicken. Either keep your money or order from a deserving establishment because it's not this place.

Should have read the reviews first. For the money I would expect more. Barely any meat or lettuce on my sub. We asked for jalapeno peppers on our sandwiches. Instead we got sauteed diced, oily and burnt green peppers on our sandwiches and now my cheese is oily as a result. Roast beef was was scarce and burnt on one sandwich. Sauce was watery for our mozzarella sticks. This is the most disgusting and disappointing meal I have ever had. Honestly, I feel like I've been robbed.
