Hey hey good early morning all. I just wanted give a huge shout out to Norms Restaurant on N. Euclid in Anaheim. This Norms spot is mine and my family's go to restaurant for after our knotts berry farm trips. Thank you night crew for always making delicious food and keeping our drinks topped off. My friend and I had another great evening at Norm's. Anik, our server was very attentive and catered to all our needs, Carla and Dorothy were friendly and helpful, and Chef Evan did a good job creating our meals. The food is very good, varied, and great price deals are available. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the Christmas tree and seasonal balloons are a delight to behold.

I hadn’t visited Norms in a long time, so dropping in again was a great choice. The breakfast hit the spot, the prices are still surprisingly reasonable for the area, plus the team was welcoming. Everything from the dining area to the restroom looked spotless. The claw machines are fun for kids, though at $5 each try, they can add up fast. Still, the cute prizes make them hard for little ones to resist. A wonderful visit overall!

Want to add that a waiter by the name of Juan was such a awesome waiter... he noticed our original waiter left on ther lunch without telling anyone and we where sitting for quit some time and he took action and greeted us and assisted us to ordering our food which was amazing by the way. But wanted to give great gratitude and most appreciation to sir Juan the waiter. Please give him a raise he was really awesome and even ppl leave at his other tables also felt the same for him so thank you for having Juan on your team his a great asset. 👍

Haven’t been back to Norms in years but wow I’m so pleased we stopped by! The breakfast was really good and it’s still pretty low prices next to most breakfast places around. The staff was friendly and the restaurant and bathroom were both really clean. The claw machine’s are great for kids but at $5 a pop it’s pricey! So if you bring kids be ready for them to ask for a try the toys are very cute.

Great family place. Very busy but all staff move quickly and efficiently. All staff were nice We were seated immediately as we literally walked in the door. Lots of parking. Food came out in a good amount of time Good portion sizes. Big menu. Seemed like and tasted like vegetables in omelet were freshly cut. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty. Hash browns just slightly burnt on top ( in my opinion) but inside was fine.

Ok overall. Beware if you are with children..on the tables they have game console Ziosk. If kids start playing it'll be added to your tab at $3.99 We assumed it was complimentary. Sadly not. It allows you to pay at the table as well...but at $3.99 🤔 I rather order another hot chocolate instead.

My dad brought me here years ago. They remodeled the place. Doesn't even look like the same place. I ordered fish and chips, which came with soup AND salad, a huge plus! The soup tasted good but was a little thin being it was clam chowder. Cream soups are supposed to be thick, and the chef added too much liquid. The salad was fresh and crispy with tasty salad dressing. It took forever for our food to come. I started to go back there and ask the chef if he needed my help! Finally, it came. I was pleased with my meal. Apparently, their specialty is steak since there are many steak items on the menu. I'll have to try it next time. I like this place. I'd go back

Do NOT go here late at night. My group stopped here after a long day at Disneyland. We were a group of 7 and there was only one other guest in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow. It took about an hour to get our food. The waiter and waitress went back to our table at least 3 times so we could tell them what we ordered again. They brought out the wrong dish so my sister had to wait an extra 30 minutes for her food. My mom said the open faced turkey sandwich was cold and too salty. My grilled cheese was just ok. A bit greasy but not too bad. It's NOT the WORST restaurant I've been to but I would not return. It was very frustrating to wait so long and watch them mess up our order multiple times since it was late and we had plans the next day.

Our sever was attentive to our group and was great. Ordered the 1/2 lbs steak medium and shrimp but the steak was cooked well done. And was offered a replacement and that was cooked closer to rare. Not sure what "beef" they are using but would not recommend the New York steak. Great jalapeño burger with fries

Terrible service one of the people in our group couldn’t fit in one of the booths in the “open section” instead of letting us sit at a table the only option was to sit at the bar in high top stools because the rest of the empty restaurant was as closed. She has mobility issues. So we left. Don’t go here terrible service.

(Fri 12/26/25) The food here was mediocre at best. Our server Lucia was horrid. Before I could even finish my sentence, she rudely interrupted "No"... damn, can I finish the words first. My mother couldn't decide on two plates, we ask her "Which one do you recommend, A or B?" "Well... that's up to you whatever you like. I can't tell you what to order." No ho, but you can recommend one over the other. "Plate A has such n such, it's really good. Place B is really good too." Whatever. Upsell your plates. "Eh, whatever you want to eat". She annoyed me so much. She also never came to our table to check on us. Sure the place was a bit busy, but attend to your table. I asked for NO chicken on my plate... I got chicken 🤢 They have an overwhelmingly huge menu. With such a huge menu notjing at all caught my eye. So I settled and that was very bland. Thank goodness I'll never be back here again! If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, an other thumbs down to our server Lucia! Get a better attitude! Edit: The women's room was disgusting. Y'all should clean them once in awhile.

I came in today with my husband to have ourselves a tasty thanksgiving dinner since this year I decided not to cook. I ordered my blackened salmon as I usually order since I’ve been coming here for years and today I had the worst experience. First off I’m ordering and I asked the waitress about the different soups and she just seemed like she could care less to explain what I asked about the different soups so I went with Gumbo Soup. I also asked about the different types of turkey dinner for my husband and what the difference is. She bluntly responds the yams. I just ignored the fact that she seemed to be in a bad mood. She brings my plate and it came with fries I completely forgot to ask for a baked potato. I called the waitress and asked her if it doesn’t come with baked potato she said only if I ask for it. I told her oh I totally forgot and smile since waitress usually asked me if I want potato or fries. I asked if she can pls exchange it. She said I should’ve asked before and just looked at me. So I asked please bring me a potato instead since fries make my stomach hurt. She said ok I’ll take the fries and puts a plate near so I can add fries myself from my plate to that one. The fries were very hot and I still put them in. Then she said there is still more fries on your plate which it was only 3 more fries .So I added them to the small plate. And I asked why till the last Frie she said because the cook won’t give me anything if I don’t return all of them. As she was about to leave with the fries she tells me again next time ask before. I felt so stupid and embarrassed in front of so many people just staring at me. I’ve been coming here for about 20 years. Never has such a thing happened to me. Then I tried to continue enjoying my meal and started to taste the salmon which was wasn’t cooked properly was raw on the inside. So I told my waitress again which by the way her name is Reina( I did ask manager her name before I left.) She said that’s how it is. First of all it’s blackened salmon and it looked nothing like I usually ordered and my baked potato was cold that the butter didn’t taste ven melt.I finally asked to speak to manager Dorothy she did apologize for the waitresses behavior and asked if want another plate but I could not enjoy it anymore. I understand this isn’t the managers fault for this is so sad that she treated me like this. I will not be coming here again. Service was terrible for us unfortunately.
