This is my favorite Dutch Bros in Redding CA. The staff is also so friendly and helpful. I know they are know for their coffee but you have to check out their lemonade. this is the vampire Slayer and it's amazeballs!

I was on the road for 12 hours at this point and super thirsty. Chris was super friendly and also refilled my huge hydro flask with some ice water! He was super kind and offered extra napkins because the water overfilled. This town has really friendly people! :)

I have never been more satisfied with service in my life. Not only did these kind people let us try our drink before leaving but were patient with us while we decided what we wanted. These employees deserve a raise and lots of props for their positive attitude and kindness. A+ effort.

Dutch Bros is always the best great service the employees are always really nice big smile and quick and the caffeinated for a cause was great I'm an employee of RANCHERIA and wanna say thanks the drinks and service is always over the top!!!!

I enjoy taking my daughter and friends here for an occasional treat. Everything is way too sweet for my taste and I prefer organic products, so I never get anything for myself. But the kids love it . The staff is always upbeat. Fast service.

Wasn't impressed with this dutch brothers. Gave us the wrong drink then charged us another dollar to add more coffee but still tasted like milk with no coffee.

Everything went well until they forgot our order. We watched them clear the drive up line we stood there about 10-15 minutes to get our order. Done until they realized they didn't have our drinks, but everyone else is around us. They apologize but still we have Frozen food and stuff in the back of our trunk for mother's Day dinner. Kind of disappointing doesn't take that long to make medium rebel drinks. I can make them myself but I figure a little treat never hurt nobody.

I asked for extra extra hot and it was not. So then I asked for 180°. When I got my coffee, it was acknowledged 180°. It was not. Please do better because I’m about to give up on Dutch Bros, my favorite coffee.

This specific stand has the least friendly staff of any Dutch Bros. I have ever been to. I am from out of town and visit family in the area. We typically visit a different stand, but sometimes we are closer to this one and stop in. It is very infrequent that we visit, but each time we do staff is snobby, rude, and seemingly inconvenienced by doing their job. Today I simply asked for clarification on a drink as they did not label anything and I was met with attitude and a response that was less than satisfactory. I implore the management at this specific stand to train your employees in customer service better. No customer should ever leave an establishment feeling hurt by staff for asking a simple question.

4 cars in line. 3 employees working. No one is taking preorders. Also why are drinks at this Dutch $2 more expensive than in Sacramento?

Don't waste your time coming here after 6:00 p.m. . The women here are lazy rude and extremely stuck up they made my order wrong this morning and when I called they said just to come back and they would fix it so when I showed up back up there the lady wanted to tell me that they don't have a phone there's no way I called when you can clearly see in the picture I'm going to show you that they definitely do have a phone and it's a link on their Google so I definitely called and talked to someone she refused to fix my drink and told me I needed to go scam somebody else so completely disgusted with the way these women handle themselves

They are rude lazy and just playing out makes me sick. I will never come back here again. I have two small grandchildren. I had a small smoothie that I asked him. Can you please just put up in those little tiny cups that they have but no they said no I had to put it up in my car. I just have no patience for people that are So unprofessional, disappointing Dutch Brothers

NOT - "Not -so-hot" kids Cocoa. Its the 1st and the kids love Dutch Bros no matter what day, but its sticker day! So we went to get their "Not-so-hot" cocoa and WOW! It was sooo hot it could of melted their cups! Needless to say disappointment no cocoa before school today .. Staff today wasn't the regulars maybe more training needed ?
