Baskin Robbins Ice Cream

Dunkin still has some room to improve on their donuts, but BR ice cream is still great. My 4yo son insisted on a cone, and before I had even pulled my wallet out of my pocket, his scoop was off the cone and on the floor. The clerk graciously offered another scoop, on the house, and in a bowl so the Boy could enjoy the best of both worlds.

Got my little girl an ice cream and was helped by an extremely friendly and helpful person. She let my three year old try several flavors and was pleasant and patient with her. She even put her cone in a cup so as not to be too messy for a toddler. She thoroughly enjoyed her ice cream which in turn made me happy.

Today 10/3/2020 at 8:52 I went through drive true miss Charlotte I believe was the lady who took my order, I was gonna do this by survey but for some reason is not letting me... Anyways... 9 am there was a full selection of donuts. Drive through was backed up to street so I parked and went in. 9:45 am there was no line of cars. Inside was totally empty as well.

Went there today with a few friends, its actually Baskin Robbins with Dunkin Donuts very neat place they have and location is good as well I ordered the flavor of the month which was Gingerbread house it was actually quite good, not too sweet or overpowering of spice and then I had a Caramel Cappuccino Blast very good as well, the staff were ok, but overall good place to go and get a donut and/or ice cream. Update from today, went with a few friends, ordered a Peach Passionfruit refresher with green tea, tasted amazing and ordered 2 donuts glazed and the Buccaneers tribute Raise the flag donut Which is basicalñy a glazed donut with white frosting and red sprinkle its was very delicious. Staff was very nice and kind and it honestlythe place felt very cozy. Overally I love coming to this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts, I highly reccomend.

We had two free scoops on MELT INSURANCE Day on 14th August. They didn’t have all the flavours mentioned on the app but we still enjoyed our free scoops of ice creams 🍦 Thanks Baskin-Robbins ❤️

I love their World Class Chocolate! Best ice cream out there. World Class Chocolate is still hands down the best ice cream out there. But since Baskin Robbins hides inside dunkin doughnuts they don't try very hard to keep up with the Baskin Robbins side. Had a waffle cone today and the cone was stale gummy and if any other ice cream was in it other than world class chocolate, I would have tossed it away after the first bite of the cone! That disgusting cone ruined the whole experience. Nasty, nasty cone. Never going back to that Baskin Robbins.

I love their World Class Chocolate! Best ice cream out there. World Class Chocolate is still hands down the best ice cream out there. Service was great. They where missing staple flavors like chocolate and vanilla. The sign in the drive thru did not have a listing of flavors available.

The young lady who took my order was nice but my food was burnt.

If you buy some icecreme from Wal-Mart it tasts the exact same, it does not taste spacial. Also the waffle cone does not taste good My cone was stale.

Went for some ice cream since I had my coupon from T-Mobile $2 promo. Wanted to splurge and get 3 scoops. When I pull up to the window The cashier drops my and it lands on the ground, no apology doesn't offer me another spoon. I ask him how his he was and he told me " I'm annoyed" oh ok well sorry to hear that. I get it we all have bad days so I didn't take it to heart. He was very transactional. I thanked him and wished him a good day. He didn't look at me or say anything or even offer me a spoon before i left. I saved a few bucks on a large ice cream so its whatever. I normally have good people at the window

Always have to wait because the Dunkin portion seems to take precedence or something is broken and the selection is super poor. It really should be home of 6 flavors instead of 31 because they're spread across 5 categories. I'm willing to drive the extra 20 minutes in the opposite direction for the next closest one and will from now on.

When we entered, there were at least 4-5 employees working behind the counter but only one was helping the customers so there was already a wait to get ice-cream. Their ice-cream selection is VERY limited and I was surprised that they didn't have Cookies and Cream. That was a huge disappointment on my end. I wanted to sample the chocolate but the lady ended up just giving it to me on a cone so if it was good or not, I had to no choice and thankfully it was delish. I also ordered a donut and that was good but the customer service was lacking and I mean I wasn't expecting 5 star service but at least, some basic customer service. Definitely not returning to this location.

My experience at this baskin robbins was absolutely horrible. Not only did google say they were open 24/7 but their SIGN...their OWN sign said they were open. Me and my boyfriend pulled in and as we are pulling in i see an employee pulling out of the parking lot. We checked the hours posted on THEIR own door and it says 5 am- 5am. Absolutely ridiculous.

First they didn’t have the flavor I wanted then I asked for a different flavor they ended up still giving me a flavor I DID NOT ASK FOR! the lady took it back & still didn’t give me the flavor I asked for instead of saying they didn’t any of the flavors I asked for they gave me a flavor that I did not want. will not be returning back you guys need to restock and do better

Worst Baskin Robbins!!! They never have bananas for banana splits when i come in and don't have brownies for there sundaes. I came in 525pm 6/23 and no management or anyone with authority there was a girl that had one week and another who had a couple weeks experience

I've never been ignored by 3 people simultaneously before... Standing directly in front of the ice cream counter for 10 minutes while my PRE SCOOPED pint melts... No one in front of or behind me, no one at the drive through window. Wow.

Don’t bother coming here if it’s after 10-11pm. No one will even answer you at the drive thru and if you drive up to the window there will either be no one there or the person inside will pretend they don’t see you and won’t acknowledge you. Absolutely horrible customer service. Maybe a better experience would be provided during the day, but it’s supposed to be a 24 hour location.

Says they’re supposed to be open till midnight, came in about 15 minutes before to no answer in drive thru and a locked door. An employee came out saying they were closed and it literally says on the door due to Covid-19 they were no longer open 24 hours but open until 12. Apparently they have lazy employees who lock up early. I just wanted a fudge Sunday 😑

STAY AWAY. I would give zero stars if possible. Not one, but two EXTREMELY rude workers that I dealt with. One walked up to my boyfriend and I and just looked at us. No greeting, smile, NOTHING. Finally my boyfriend just stated what he wanted. She clearly was not listening because she asked what size even though he already said it. Then just walked away. Someone else came over and literally the SAME EXACT THING. Stared at us, did not listen to what was ordered and asked questions that we already told her the answer to. Except this girl was obnoxiously chewing gum. I ordered something and she said I'd need to order something else because "the only person that knows how to make that is about to leave." I asked for a banana royale, which is just a small banana split. WHY DON'T YOU LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB? I left without ordering and my boyfriend's chocolate peanut butter shake tasted disgusting. I was so appalled I couldn't even be there any longer to get their names.

Has nothing that a real Baskin Robbins carries, or at least we were told they had none of the items we tried to order even though the website said they would have it. Instead of saying "we don't have those items," the kid went with "we can't do that" which made for a nice awkward silence each time we tried to order something. Don't go here for ice cream.

Always come to this location never had a problem until tonight pull up to the drive thru no one ask to take my order. I blow the horn a couple times still no one pull round to the window no one in sight so I googled they phone number and call... hello....ummm is this baskin&robin yes, but I can't take your order...REALLY 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Tge worst dunking donuts and Baskin Roberts ever last week I went for a dozen donuts they had only 2 flavors today I went for some munchkins they only had 3 flavors people hardly eat ask for a banana split ask to pick my flovors they only had one the staff was terrible the lil dark cashier who served me look like that's the place she want to be no one was to the counter when I came in had to call for service no other customer wad in the store sad people l e who want jobs can't get them because if rude staff like these please restaff

Poorest service I have ever received. They would have more than 3 employees and only 1 serves the customers. Others are busy in cleaning or doing their own stuff.

This place needs to shut down. They never have stock of anything. They close down whenever they feel like and they are clueless because they never have enough staff and always new people so they can't keep people. Was never like this. I use to love going there all hours of the night.

Ordered banana split and they didn’t have chocolate ice cream, strawberry sauce or pineapple sauce. Also, no hot fudge and I asked for chopped peanuts and they put chopped chopped almonds. And as if that wasn’t enough, 1/2 their freezers weren’t working apparently and we got melted ice cream. Absolutely worst experience ever.

Never never have something in stock. They are not able to make milkshakes they never have rocky road never never. I always goes and asked for the same thing. Worst Baskin robbin . Went on Friday, Saturday and Monday three days in a row around 9-10pm. Why they open 24 hours if they don't have ice cream

If you come i hope you’re not actually looking for ice cream. been here multiple times and always get told they’re out of simple things like vanilla chocolate or strawberry ice cream. once purchased brownie sundaes with no brownie in it. might as well just give up the idea of selling ice cream since you wait in line just to get told “i don’t have that”

Just left there, tried to order a milkshake but wasn't able to because they were cleaning the machines. This isn't the first time this has happened. I understand that you are open 24 hours and have to have a cleaning time but maybe you should try 3 or 4 in the morning

I have lived in the area for 25+ years. This Baskin-Robbins never has bananas for their bananas splits or any of the toppings for their ice cream sundaes. They barely have the full menu. It's an embarrassment. When my people look up the nearest Baskin-Robbins in the area, I always direct them to Campbell's Dairyland down the street. They have everything offered on their menu.

I then called the store and when I asked if they were open and stated I was in the drive thru waiting-- the lady hung up on me abruptly and rudely. I pulled to the window and asked her what was going on, she was very rude to me and told me they had nothing ready, that they had  just arrived. I wanted ice cream after a long hard day at work and this is one of the only places open that time of day. She told me ice cream wasn't even ready, I did not believe her lack of truthfulness and sincerity. If there is a chance I will be treated that same way I won't be going there again. It is worth mentioning the employees were not wearing masks inside while working, and that I was not the only customer waiting who was neglected (Before and after me, lost business and future business), if this problem has been ongoing.

One of the most terrible Baskin Robbins I’ve been to. Customer Service is not there at all. The staff doesn’t greet customers nor do the managers. Today they had 3 employees and a manager walking around. It took them 5-7 minutes to greet me, with only one customer in the store. When I was helped, they had no waffle cones at 5:00 pm? I asked about making more and the employee acted as if it was a chore….” It would take about 15 minutes for us to make a WHOLE batch of waffle cones”…. Terrible! Go elsewhere.

Terrible Service!! They let a new employee (first time working) was working unsupervised. She didn't know from Coffee ice cream from Chocolate ice cream! Told they didn't have cones but there was a display box of them. Gave a small milk shake when I asked for a medium. When I tasted it if tasted like milk with a slight coffee. In my 72 yrs I never had such terrible Service from a totally untrained employee. In her defense she should have been being trained!!!

I went here and waited a long time no one greated me. All employees looked at me and my family but no one ever said be right with you. Upon minutes later she didn’t greet us. She pointed at us, to take our order, When my children were speaking their ice cream orders she stayed at the counter? My youngest daughter was given a broken display cone, that broke when we exited the door. The customer is front of us received a free order and was greated when he walked to the counter, because he knew the employee. The female employee who made our order roled her eyes the whole entire time while preparing our order. I’m not sure what is going on here, but no one seems happy.

Which she did, only thing was it was the wrong receipt. It was somebody else's receipt. So again RUDE! When all was said and done I was the last one in the restaurant waiting for my order. Because nobody knew what it was, so I ended up repeating my order to the lady making the ice creams and when I told me order she walked away saying "I don't make coffee drinks!" I finally got my order and got the **** out of there. What should have been be a quick stop for ice cream ended up being a 45 min. Of bad customer service. Worst experience ever.
