My wife and I had two “build your own” 11 inch pizzas tonight. Absolutely delicious and Ray and his staff were very professional and courteous. We’ve been visiting this AV mall location for years; every time we get a taste for delicious pizza we drop by. The toppings are superb with plenty of variety and with the available individual pizzas everyone can customize their pizza for their desired tastes. One example is that their meats and sausages are quality not the small pellets you get at most the franchise chain pizza parlors. With “build your own pizzas” you can literally select more than twenty toppings on each pizza at their standard price.

Issac is a great employee. He is very helpful and greeting us when we walked in. Very respectful and communicative love the service he is the best

This is the 3rd time in 10 days that they make our order wrong. Today the Cheese Bread is undercooked, and no flavor. It seems your cook is not doing his job!! I rather drive a bit to go to the Lancaster location where they have never ruined an order! Poor managed location!!!

I was so grossed out. Employees wear the same gloves while touching everything (phones, register, food). I work in food service. Gloves don’t replace handwashing and the oven only kills so much bacteria. Please take your servsafe again before someone gets sick.

Management must be lacking since these workers seem to always be under staffed and struggling to keep up. The line is always disgusting, so many sauces in one bin. The lobby is either not stocked, trash overflowing, and tables dirty.

third time my pizza was bad i go back before i personally like blaze but they stay being lazy and not giving enough toppings when i order online OR as for today i asked it to be made cause it was dry so as they would they now didnt cook it all the way but put enough toppings so disgusting that the topping were falling off as i ate it im disgusted.

Ordered a veggie pizza that was supposed to have no cheese, with mushrooms, onions, basil & arugula. The pizza showed up and it was a semi raw piece of dough with 4 splotches of red sauce not even covering the crust. No veggies. It was inedible. I called and spoke with the manager, Jackson and was told they were busy and he couldn’t get me another one as they were busy nor give me a refund. He was rude and dismissive. Not only was the quality of food horrible but the manager was also. Won’t be ordering from there again as they didn’t care about making this right.Being “busy” is no excuse for poor quality food or for being rude. As a manager it’s his job to make sure things are done right.

One employee pulling pizzas and one other was taking orders in between trips to the back. Service and hustle used to be top quality at this location. Where is the management? A longer than typical wait is understandable when short staffed (they are hiring) but if the employees are dragging their feet, and there doesn't seem to be any management of those employees, its a bigger problem.

Everything felt off. Messy setup, low/ missing toppings (at 6pm), and unwelcoming staff. Tables were dirty too. Lancaster location is much better. Won’t be returning.
