DQ Grill & Chill

Very impressive! You never know what you'll get at a small town DQ. This one is very clean, parking is plentiful (even for trucks and trailers), and the staff is genuinely friendly. I will say that the menu isn't fully displayed, but fear not, they still have Dilly Bars!!! Highly recommend this place for a sweet treat!

Really nice staff working the drive thru today. I'm not sure if i ever had a more pleasant drive thru speaker person take my order. Great energy and in this grouchy heat and busy day! Fast, customer service oriented (they made me a new blizzard after I made a mistake), and delicious. Thanks DQ at this location! I hope you all get rewarded somehow.

The girl America, who works here, is very sweet and helped me with my order. She was kind and understanding and patient with me. America is definitely the best worker here! They need to give her a raise!

It's definitely a great Oasis in the middle of nothing. Surprisingly, we had some pretty abnormal we made some great suggestions, we're really great to my daughter,and went well beyond what I would have expected from just a regular Dairy Queen.

Note the visual display on the wall shelf....that makes it so much easier for those of us visually dependent. And BONUS, you can get an original Orange Julius! The parking lot is adjacent to plenty of open land so your doggie pal will love you while you love the ice cream. Service dogs are always welcome anywhere, just be respectful and be sure your animal has a service jacket on and they are controlled at all times. Be cool at D.Q.! At the intersection of no where and every where, stop and chill for a while.

Dairy Queen is a place I love! Great dessert choices as well as fast food. The service is fast, efficient and with a smile. The blizzard is simply a must have no matter what flavor you pick. 4 different sizes too. If you have never been to a Dairy Queen.... consider yourself deprived. Just go already!

Flamethrower burger is my go-to for the last 15 years! Can't go wrong, I'm so glad I was able to find a DQ that serves food in socal, the memories came rushing back to me as I bit into that burger, still tastes the same all these years later!

A fast food place 😋 that I always crave regularly but couldn't have any because we don't have one in the city where I live. So whenever I see one every time we travel, that's where I go to get food. This location seemed shut down for a while due to covid. I live in San Diego, but ride my motorcycle up here. Was always closed. But last time I came into town it was open. Location was clean, associates were courteous, and service was fast. Glad they're back to normal. Always a welcome stop after a long ride in hit weather.

Best Cheesecake Blizzard/ice cream I have had in a really long time. Chicken strip basket was delicious and large enough for 2 since you can choose how many strips you want.

Food could of been better but im sure most of us come here for the blizzards lol. I did enjoy the hammer but definitely wasn't the best ove had. The workers were very friendly and nice. The restaurant was clean and quiet .

Question is how much tip you are leaving, my fries were too crispy, the tasted double fried, the hamburger had cold cheese the meat lukewarm, tasty? Yes but not appealing, I asked to please cut in half, heard the girl tell the cook, what did I get? Yes a burger not cut, I could not share with my wife

When I first start going here the food was never fresh but now they have gotten better and I haven’t had that problem again. BUT why do I have to 35 mins in the drive way to get my food like it’s ridiculous, the local restaurants doesn’t even take that long . I literally had to call them and let them know that were people waiting in the drive way to have their orders taken. Some days I am really craving Dairy Queen and it sucks because i have to just leave before getting my order taken because my lunch time is up.

I have been 3 times. Twice my order has been very wrong and had to drive back. Manager was nice both times. However since this is the ONLY fast food restaurant in 30 miles why the heck would it shut at 6.30 PM nightly?

This photo shows the large fry as well..which is essentially a small fry masquerading as a large. Pretty unfair to customers to do this and charge so much for food when they have to wait 20 minutes to get it. P.S - You heard that right, expect to wait 15-20min on average for even a simple Hamburger combo.

Yesterday they forgot my sundae and today they forgot my ranch but ask for tips ?? I think the staff should remember what the customer ask for instead of asking for a tip.

This is the DQ at the end of the world, up in the mountains on the back route to the palm springs area. I've been stopping here once every couple years for 15 years or so, I swear to God they have never put a dime into updating the place. They have one outdoor table. The view of the high plain is beautiful from the parking lot. My recommendation is stick to the ice cream treats and skip the food.

I wanted my burger you guys. ): when my husband got home with dinner we discovered it had been left out. He should have checked the food (kinda normal ordering fast food logic).. But also I've had food missing in the past here and had to go back in for it before leaving. And this isn't about this specific location I've been to other Dairy Queens and they're alright kinda expensive for fast food. I will say the Blizzard is good if you want ice cream though. They're good at ice cream treats.

I usually go to the one in Temecula, (while we moved here & I still work in Temecula), I’ve never been forced to tip at a drive thru like this Anza location. I will never go here again. All the other locations including Temecula you’ll get better service, more reasonably priced treats & never forced to tip at their drive thru’s. You all should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of the people that choose to live out here far away from the city locations.

Out of everything. They didn't tell us that a portion of each meal was out, charged us full price, didn’t even offer an alternative, and also charged us extra for the sauce packet. The staff was rude when I went in to ask about the missing items. Very disappointed in this location. I get supply chain issues, but normally, this is addressed with communication when placing the order.

Been going here for years, but won't continue. Stood in the lobby being ignored for several minutes, three people working two cars in the drive thru and no acknowledgement. I get it, I've worked retail and fast food and sometimes you are fed up. All we needed was a mere "hey, give us one moment", but every time we caught someone's eye and smiled, they'd look away. We are nice people, we aren't impatient, and we aren't rude. Save the tude for the rude customers, would ya? We won't return. I'm sure they don't care anyway, but that's life. We went to la Cocina across the street- superior food and they smiled at us! Get it together DQ!

Do not bring your kids staff very inappropriate

This place repeatedly wins the slowest service award each time I go. No more awards because I'm never going there again. Food is mediocre but like I wrote already that if you want to sit in your car with two others in front of you for 25 minutes then this place is for you! I think they ought to put a sign out in the drive thru that says patience is a virtue. I was tested today on my patience and today I lost it!

Terrible! I've been here many times in a short period of time and decided not to go again. Every time was different ordering the same food. The first experience I asked about getting a single patty cheeseburger and then asked about the toppings. No toppings are included so I asked what is charged versus free for toppings. She said lettuce, tomato, and onion were free and pickles they charge $0.25. I said to add all the toppings. I got a Dr. Pepper with my order and by the time I got half way home they did not give me my Dr. Pepper and I had to go back. They charge like $0.60 for a side of ranch. The burger patty was like half the size of the bread. (Too small.) For the portions and food you get the prices are not accurate. There was no sincere apology for forgetting my soda, only rushing me out. The regular size soda is really a small size. The fries, too. Next time I went I ordered for my mom as well. They said they don't do lettuce wraps but can take off the bun. I asked about toppings again because every visit has been inconsistent and I expressed this to the drive through person answering the "radio." He said he would ask..when I asked again what is charged versus free toppings wise he pretended like he had asked but then came back on and said he would need to ask [again?!] I got frustrated at this point but still polite. Only this time their rules were opposite! Onions were the only free topping, but lettuce, tomato and pickles were $0.25+ EACH. Umm, are we making rules up as we go? The lady at the window was extremely snarky and smug, I have other words but will keep them to myself. It was too much to ask for ketchup but then it was a task for her to hand over two measly ketchups even though I ordered a bunch of food. I was too scared to order another fries for my son which I had forgotten about over this nightmare experience, for fear my food might turn out more terrible somehow. I thought it over and decided to call and ask for a manager. The first time no one answered. The second time the girl who answered the phone and said she's the manager sounded like the girl at the window, so I hung up, not risking my sanity. Never again.

Came here around 8:50 and they state they weren’t serving food except icecream. I then ask what time do they stop serving food and get told around 8:40 even though the closing hour is at 10:00. Would definitely not recommend coming here.

Aside from the food being indigestible, the staff seem to have a hard time putting lids on blizzards. I can’t be the only person who asks for lids to keep the ice cream from melting all over. Not all of us eat our ice cream that very second. See picture for the mess that I always end up with their lid game is garbage.
