Had a great visit here with my boyfriend and his grandparents last week! Our table was comfortable and tucked in the corner (though the throw pillows were a bit too puffy for a corner table and made my boyfriend and I a bit squished). Ben was a great server and happy to answer any questions or dietary accommodations we had, and our water cups were never empty. Everyone enjoyed their food and I loved the pad Thai I ordered, and the portions are big enough to bring some home! A great spot for a date night or an elevated dinner.

My wife and I agree, this is one of our favorite places in Palm Springs! We had the crispy egg rolls, Tiger Shrimp Vermicelli and shared a decadent Lemongrass Coconut Bommba for dessert! Wow! Everything was great! Our server, Bronson, was attentive and super fun! We will definitely be back!

Firstly, their Blood Orange Margarita is SUPER STRONG. It’s a small drink but is packs a BIG PUNCH. It was good though. The food tasted very fresh and clean. The service was top notch. The staff was inviting and helpful. I totally appreciated the rounds of water, after being out in the Palm Springs heat. I’d definitely eat here again. I’m coming for you Blood Orange Margarita, and next time I’ll be prepared.

Our server was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and attentive without being overly watchful. Food arrived hot and delicious. We started with the Crisy Egg Rolls with fish sauce (one of my favorite foods). I ordered a Vietnamese style deep-fried chicken coated with spices that were phenomenal in flavor. It came with a Vietnamese style coleslaw that was nothing like any other type that I have ever had. Make no mistake, I didn't leave any behind. My wife ordered salmon with rice noodles and said that the meal was not disappointing in the least. Dessert was a coconut flan. I had never had it before, but I was more than pleasantly surprised as to how delicious it was. The meal was set in a relaxed atmosphere that was somewhat romantic. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if I travel to Palm Springs again, it will be on my list to eat at.

We’re here from Canada for a few days. We had a great visit here. Nice zen feel. It’s nice to wipe your mouth with an actual cloth napkin as well. My wife had the veggie pho. And I had the beef pho. Both large portions. Both broths were in house home made with super fresh greens added on the side. The price point was fair for what you get. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. For you veg heads and vegans. They have great options for your diet worth checking out. I’d for sure go here again. I saw some people eating some of the sushi it looks top notch. I didn’t have any room left to try. I’m only in town for 4-5 days. And I may need to hit this place again it was that good. Thanks for the great experience

For the past five years, 533 Fusion has been my go-to spot. Whether I'm dining in or grabbing takeout, the staff always remembers me, adding a personal touch to their exceptional hospitality. The consistency in the quality of their dishes is remarkable, with the shrimp, yellow curry, and chicken curry standing out as my favorites. Their standard has made every visit a delight. I have been to 533 Viet Fusion several times and every time everything has been delicious. On my most recent visit, I got the Yellow Curry Chicken dish - it is the best I have ever had. Their sushi rolls are also creative and delicious. If there is anything I would ask the chef to add, it would be broccoli. When I asked my server to add broccoli to my curry, he told me that they don't use broccoli. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice addition/option.

My son is a very picky eater and he devoured their pad thai. The chicken over the rissoto was delicious as were the drinks but the server ramiro was great. Very attentive and hard working staff made the experience extremely enjoyable but the food speaks for itself. Must try.

The food was ok not awesome. We had the cold vermicelli salads. Pork and egg rolls combo and shrimp and fried shrimp wontons. I had an old fashion and my wife had a lemon drop martini. The service and drinks were awesome. I have had many of these cold salads. I missed the chopped peanuts. I would also Julian the cucumbers so they can easily be handled with a bite of other ingredients

One person had the tamarind glazed salmon and the others had the protein bowl. Everyone was pleased with their entrees. We also ordered the calamari as an appetizer... It was perfectly prepared.

Recommend as a curry noodle dish if you're into that Overall it was an enjoyable meal, a bit on the pricey side for Pho but probably on-par for fusion cuisine. Great choice with the right expectation!

Too heavy not well balanced and the propane gas flavor from the grilled shrimps infused into the curry. The fried rice was much better and the summer hand roll was fresh and good. Dipping sauce could use some citrus.

Food is good but the rolls are overpriced. My recommendation is to not order them and get something else since they basically taste like lettuce. Pho was good! My husband ordered venicelli and it was basically a salad (no pasta) but the flavor was good.

Nothing got cooked into the shell to be part of it. The drink menu was good and had lots of options.

The food is really good! The problem was making a reservation for 9 people, which the only time was 8:15pm, and they close at 9pm. Reservation was made @ 3pm. We seated outside with heaters, but that was not enough, it was too cold. They ran out of some of the food. Make sure not to make reservations at 8pm, if you have a party of 8 or more.

In 50 years of going to a restaurant I never experienced such bad customer service than at 533 Viet Fusion. We arrived at 4:20p and sat at a table and ordered drinks and appetizers. We were waiting for another person to join us at 5:30 and at that time we ordered, the other person had not gotten there yet, but the waiter insisted we order for them and we couldn't so they cancelled all the orders and they said they did that because there was another party coming in at 6:30. At this point our other party arrived, however one person in our party was so angry he walked out, the rest of us thought we could speak to a manager and the manager came over to the table, took the bill and told us to leave. There's nothing more to say except I will never go there again and I'll share my experience with my friends as this was an unbelievable. In your reply you said we left without paying, YOU TOOK THE BILL AND TOLD US TO LEAVE!
