It's not so busy which is a very good place. When I noticed that you cannot eat inside the restaurant. We have to place our order to go. The people are very gently and very friendly.

I can't speak for all Pizza Huts, but I started using the Palm Springs location during 2020 Covid due to convenience and to this day, I honestly still find it to be my fav go to choice for pizza take out!! Always delish and just as ordered! 😋

We were in Palm Springs for a few days and my son wanted to stop at Pizza Hut. I said OK but was not expecting too much. To my surprise we had a great lunch. They have a good selection of pre-made food, pasta, salad and lots more. I ordered pizza- 3 kinds of meat and a pitcher of beer. My adult son and had a really good lunch. I was very pleased that he suggested Pizza Hut

I always enjoy Pizza Hut pizza. The app is easy to place an order. The location in So PS is very easy to get into the parking lot and store. The location in Cathedral City is great w a drive thru. I prefer their style of pepperoni to any other out there.

My order is always correct and it is delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery drivers are always excellent and friendly. Mr. Doyle Jacob was present and had wonderful customer service.

My cousin and I have ordered from here a few times. It’s great to eat for an at home movie and also very tasty! I used to Pizza Hut as a kid and missed the experience. It’s so easy to order o line and pickup as well! The people are very helpful and great! The combination of legal weed and Pizza Hut pizza make living here a dream! Not sure how our local store does it! We always get our pizza and wings quickly, super hot and never soggy. The delivery drivers are always pleasant and actually read and observe our delivery instructions. This store has it all figured out. Kudos for doing the right things and doing it right.

Caught me off guard just how nice this Pizzahut was. Food was also perfectly prepared, with this probably being the best pizzahut I've been to.

I left my glasses behind and picked them up a few weeks ago. I had previously dropped them which made them loose. When I picked them up, they were tightened. I greatly appreciate this! Went late on a Saturday evening in May to look for some heavy food after a long day of hiking. Picked up a large pizza, half and half, and by some promotion, it was actually cheaper than a medium pizza. Also had the cheese sticks with blue ranch dip. Order was ready in 15 minutes, and all the food was pretty good!

Great service. Friendly and quick. Corrected a mistake with an online order with no fuss and included the original pizza with the order. I was also not quite in-line with the online order cash payment rules and this was no problem. Next time am in Palm Springs and hungry will be ordering from here again.

This Pizza Hut happens to be near our home in Palm Springs. Honestly I thought they had gone out of business. But I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is like a throwback to my childhood! The pizza was really really good and I absolutely love the Brownie dessert tray

So the reason why I am giving a 4-star review on this location is because the staff was very friendly, the outside of the store seem to clean I did not go inside cuz I did curbside order but the pizza I ordered the crust was very thin it hardly had any cheese on it and it was super dry. I have always ordered from Pizza Hut that is the only pizza place we order from but this location was the worst pizza I've ever had. Now my said he did like his boneless wings that those were really good.

The seats are all right, the atmosphere is kind of mid, but the season is decent enough, though nothing special. The food itself is OK, certainly pretty good for the first hour or so after it comes out of the oven. I was surprised by how good the pasta was. But after about an hour, the flavors kind of congeal and don’t taste very fresh, making everything kind of ‘meh.’ Pound for pound, I’ll give this Pizza Hut 3.69/5 stars. They're a really good pizza place but they take FOREVER to actually take your payment and I feel like half the staff is just dawdling around taking their sweet time, even when the place is totally empty. Additionally, this Pizza Hut charges more than the deals on the website, and more than other Pizza Huts I've been to and that's kind of annoying.

Parking lot needs better lighting at night. The Parking lot needs repair. Restaurant is clean, staff is almost always accommodating

Not worth the delivery cost. Pizza is good but not 55$ with tip ,delivery, California fee ,taxes , and the pizza. I spent 30$ including all the above @ panda xpress for meal, 3 people.

The most expensive pizze which I ever had. I had no idea the plate is so hot - it really was hot. I felt it on my fingers. It was like 9pm and we were alone there. No other guests. Nothing special to recommend.

Employees should read the ticket. We opted for contactless pick up. food was supposed to be left in the trunk of the jeep and the guy walked up to the window and HANDED us the order. also there was too much sauce on the pizza. there needs to be options for that.

Pizza is great, my favorite. The online ordering experience is a nightmare. Pages that don't load or load slowing due to programing issues with the webpage and various tracking scripts that crash the pages.

The person who answered the phone and took the order tried to rip me off! The total was $40 something! I asked about the price and took out the $7.95 brownie...he applied a coupon all of the sudden for $10 off...and the order came to 20.96. Wow! What? Where? Um...Something is very wrong here...

Please get someone that knows the basics of ASL for ordering food You may not have many Deaf customers coming in . Trust me it will help . We did have a hard time getting a order 😕 it was the manger that helped us we believe. She seems rude at times and extremely impatient 😔. It did take to long to make a order. Plus the wait was bad. The food is good but not good enough to put with the two heavy girls who work in the evenings. The one who makes the pizzas is this rule zealot who enforces rules that don't even exist. Two examples: 1. I may not hold an unlit cigarette in my hand inside of the Pizza Hut. 2. I may not organize the little triangle plastic signs into a satisfying numerical order to make use of my OCD while I wait for the cashier to return after she scoffed at my EBT card and said "you'll need to wait," and disappeared into the back.

So I ordered online one large pizza and one medium pizza. I paid for my food and realized they gave me two medium pizzas. I went back in and she said it’s not her fault that’s just the way it is that prices are different ordering online than in the store so that is what I got. Pizza sometimes not cut prices are fine..no delivery in North palm springs, but they located in palm springs and the only pizza hut around in ps.. so yeah figure that one out pizza hut get it together, your company can benefit from more deliveries around palm springs area.. not just south palm canyon seems a little onesided or biased on your deliveries.

I don't know why this always happens when I order. They either forget something or they mess up my order or can't make it because they don't have the utensils to make it. This time I ordered the big dinner box and yet again they forgot the sauce for the bread sticks, mess up on both pizza crust, and didn't give me cheese on the side.

We go in and order carry out, so they tell us it will be ready in 15 min. At 15- 20 min waiting there the lady tells us your order is ready and she shows us but its the wrong order. So they go back and check and notice that our order was never made so here we are now waiting another 10 min For our order.

The personalpan pizza i ordered was not done. It was half baked and had no flavor. For a sausage, pineapple you know there should be some taste.

So I call this restaurant and the manager tells me I have to order online to use the coupon code. I tell him I’ve tried the web and the app and can’t get it to work. He says he can’t help me repeatedly. I gave this location a great review last order I take it back. What good is a useless coupon and a manger who can’t help?

Unable to place a delivery order while visiting palm springs. I'm from Canada and don't have a zip code to link to my credit card. Sad in this day and age that usa credit card companies are unable recognize that other countries don't use zip codes!!!

Was very disappointed with my recent online order. I ordered a large Supreme pan pizza and considering that it came to 22.22 without tip, I feel ripped off. Delivery takes painfully long. What happened to the good old days of 30 minutes or less? Orders here take about an hour to show (they are 1 block down the road from me) and the store still has an attitude when you bring it up to their attention.

Delivery driver walked into our hotel lobby and sat food down and walked out without saying anything to anyone! Food had sat for an hour before someone said pizza hut food was in the lobby. My husband went to see, and sure enough, it was our order sitting there!

Placed an online order at 5:30pm received online confirmation that it would be ready by 5:50pm. Got a call from an employee stating my order would be cancelled if I didn’t go and pick it up immediately. It was only 6pm. They stated it was their policy. Terrible customer service.

When you go to order online, they don't show a price or size of pizza. I refuse to order when the don't show you basic information.

Ordering from this Pizza Hut felt like a scam. When I asked for pricing in-store, I was told to look online but no one could actually tell me what my order would cost until after I paid. It seemed expensive, so I double-checked the online pricing and sure enough, I had been charged $16 more than what the same order cost online. When I brought this up, I was told “that’s online pricing.” But if that’s the case, why direct customers to check online for pricing while in-store, only to then charge them more? That’s misleading. I ended up getting a refund and just reordered online for pickup. Also worth noting associate Kevin could really use some customer service training. Misinforming customers and being dismissive when concerns are raised is not a good look. Pricing should be clearly visible in-store, not a mystery you solve after being overcharged. Attached are the menus, no prices listed on them and none visible in-store. My advice: just order online, even if you’re standing inside or sitting in your car. The staff simply isn’t equipped to handle basic questions.

One of the worst pizzas ive ever had. I ordered the Meat lovers pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to have extra pepperoni, it didnt. The sauce was bland, the dough tasted like paste. Disappointed only in myself for making the mistake to order from here.

I always been this store. I like the pizza from there and customer service is good for northern employees. The guy he worked over there his name is Kevin I ordered the pizza and then I go pick up. He doesn’t take two payment cash and card. I have the cash and I was paying rent two dollars in my car and he said he can’t take it and also, I tell him that I’m gonna eat here he say last time I left my plate on the dining he said he cleaning and he threw it away. He was complaining about OK, what is his job to do over there? He’s not gonna be work. He’s gonna be just being lazy over there and he have arguing with me right now so I canceled the pizza and walk away from the store. I hope nobody go back over there with that time when that guy work. And don’t don’t go anybody over there because he’s not taking cash and card payment. He’s being too lazy.

This visit was Sentimental- i took my partner to celebrate a special occasion. The manager and a female staff member with a loud voice that yelled across the full restaurant from kitchen made this an issue that didn’t need to be. I always visit here to watch friends and buy crushed red peppers for my home. Sad to say I’ll never be back. The employee that answered my call understood. She’s def experienced that manager’s ridiculousness but i took my food and left after hoping for a romantic and cute dinner in our usual booth.

My family visited this place on January 1st around 11:00 AM. There was only one staff member working, and it seemed like they were very busy with a large group order. We were asked to wait, which we understood. Even though we hadn’t placed an order yet, we waited about 30 minutes patiently. After finally ordering, we waited another 30 minutes for our pizza. However, what we received was not the pizza we ordered. What upset me the most was the staff’s attitude. The staff member clearly knew that the pizza was not what we ordered, but instead of apologizing, they simply told us to eat it. It felt more like an instruction than a request. After waiting for over an hour, this response made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. At one point, we even wondered if we were treated this way because we are Asian. We asked for a refund, but again, there was no apology. The staff member also didn’t know how to process the refund, so we had to wait even longer in the store. This was a very unpleasant experience during what was supposed to be a happy family trip. We will not return to this place, and I hope other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Manager couldn’t accomplish simple requests, staff was apologetic on his disrespectful behavior, very rude. To make it worse, our order was incorrect, ironically it was handled by that “manager “

Delivery driver told me I had to address it in the app, they're nothing relevant in the mobile browser that I saw. So I called the store 2x only to be on machine hold for several minutes. I called back two hours later and a guy named redacted I think finally answered after a hold, listened to my complaint, and told me he needed to get a manager. Back on hold for several minutes. Remember this is California, everyone is making at least $20/hr to fail this bad. Still no answer.

I ordered a personal meat lover pizza, thinking a medium would be too much. When I saw what I got, I thought I was being punked and I had to laugh. $11.25+tips Pizza Hit, get a grip on it.

Ordering from this Pizza Hut felt like a scam. When I asked for pricing in-store, I was told to look online but no one could actually tell me what my order would cost until after I paid. It seemed expensive, so I double-checked the online pricing and sure enough, I had been charged $16 more than what the same order cost online. When I brought this up, I was told “that’s online pricing.” But if that’s the case, why direct customers to check online for pricing while in-store, only to then charge them more? That’s misleading. I ended up getting a refund and just reordered online for pickup. Also worth noting associate Kevin could really use some customer service training. Misinforming customers and being dismissive when concerns are raised is not a good look. Pricing should be clearly visible in-store, not a mystery you solve after being overcharged. Attached are the menus, no prices listed on them and none visible in-store. My advice: just order online, even if you’re standing inside or sitting in your car. The staff simply isn’t equipped to handle basic questions.

When you go to order online, they don't show a price or size of pizza. I refuse to order when the don't show you basic information.

My bad experience at this Pizza Hut the store manager Hispanic lady refuse to give me her name because I wanted to make a complaint about her bad attitude and not using gloves she was very rude towards me when I ask her to wash her hands after leaving the restroom before she prepared my pizza i got attitude and she didnt use gloves then I asked for a refund she made a racial remark . I come to visit Palm Springs often I always stop here It was a shock that I was being treated very rudely I will never come back to this Pizza Hut and I will let other people know the customer seevice is terrible the Health Department need to be called at this location ASAP and shut down.

One of the worst pizzas ive ever had. I ordered the Meat lovers pepperoni pizza. It was supposed to have extra pepperoni, it didnt. The sauce was bland, the dough tasted like paste. Disappointed only in myself for making the mistake to order from here.

The manager needs to do better and hire good genuine people. The staff are very rude. They hang up in your face when you try to explain things. And they act like they don’t want to be at work please do better and hire better people. No one deserves to get cursed out or hung up on for trying to make an order or ask simple questions.

The pizza was awful. Most ingredients had No or little flavor. Cheaper quality than in the past. Resturant was filthy inside and outside. Front door glass was disgusting. Staff were not friendly. Perhaps overworked with no time to clean the restaurant. Very disappointed. PIZZA HUT has gone down. Not worth $20 for a BAD medium pizza.
