This is a chill coffee shop w a good snack and sandwich selection. Plants everywhere makes the environment. And you can buy house plants while here. They have a big back porch w more plants! And a good place to relax w doggies in the off porch area w picnic tables. The small beer selection is impressive, i found a beer called Hawaii Five ale to be very pleasant for the scene. They also have natural wines, seltzers and other mixed cocktail type drinks that looked interesting. Oh try a shaken chilled espresso. Its a nice change from hot coffee.

Home Run!...Jay, one of the owners, gave us the scoop about this cool coffee and plant haven where as much is locally sourced as possible. My Friend enjoyed a lovely cup of hot coffee $3 and a sweet apple cinnamon bakery treat $4. I had the Quiche with bacon, onion, and cheese $12 which was delicious. The entire shop inside and out is filled with lush green plants for sale... The extra Oxygen is complimentary! ; ) There is indoor and outdoor seating. The back patio is a great place to hang out; and, I hear they sometimes have entertainment so check out their website for dates.

I love this place! I was first introduced to this cute plant and coffee shop in January while supporting a good friend of mine at her monthly swaps. I’ve had a couple of things off the menu here, just recently I tried the Turkey croissant sandwich which is now my favorite and I also tried the pistachio rose latte and let me tell you, the best latte I’ve ever had! So so good. They have a great selection of coffee drinks and food including vegan options. They sell plants and a small array of canned mixed drinks such as seltzer. I love this place and recommend it. I will be back next month and a few times the year to come. I got to try a dill pickle beer they will start to carry in November, i haven’t been able to find it so I am excited to go back and have it. If you like pickles this beer if for you!

Came to this place with my bestie. She recommended them for a quick bite to eat. Plus she knows I’m a proud plant momma 🥰 🪴 so she knew I would enjoy the atmosphere. The plant collection is very eclectic and I really loved that. They also sell some of the babies. It’s a cute little spot. Very cozy and comfy. They have out door seating as well. It was a little chilly so we ended up eating inside.i ordered a BLT on sour bread with a white chocolate latte. The latte was delicious. The BLT was decent, I’m from NY and they make them with more bacon 🥓. That would be my only complaint. They need to use more bacon lol. Other than that it was good. We also got one of there cookies. I believe it was the Frankenstein Midnight Snack. The cookie was delicious. Not too sweet and it was moist. Over all I enjoyed the experience.

It’s so cozy and comfy here I love love the vibe and it’s so mesmerizing from the outside to the inside the small details are so considerate. Not to mention the plants hello? Sign me up. My new hangout and study spot for sure. Not to mention the staff I was fortunate enough to get the amazing help of Aubrey she led me in the right direction and nailed it. Overall and all 10/10 experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic local coffee shop with a wonderful line up of innovative drinks, including teas and specialty lattes. I ordered the Lavender-Rose Iced Latte which I highly recommend. It was perfectly balanced with strong and distinct flavors. I ordered the Salmon Lox from the breakfast menu which was delightful. The interior and exterior are very well designed and thought and drew me right in with an inviting and comfortable seating area inside and back patio. I look forward to returning and exploring the menu further.

The coffee and staff were amazing! I lost my cat, and they were so kind about it. They let me leave a trap for her, but thankfully I didn’t need it. I did indeed find her!

It was a pleasure visiting and trying out this coffee shop this past weekend and I must say I definitely love the outdoor ambiance of this place. The live music hosted Sunday was a treat and the vegan tofu sandwich + dirty chai was just amazing. Looking forward to visiting more often 🙏🏼

Great place for a well crafted drink and good environment. *Edit* After spending much time in the apopka community, I reccomend Propogate Social house AND the Apopka food hall. Every single staff is wonderful and kind. Their prices reflect the quality of service and integrity.

Great spot, and good drinks, but Jackson especially made our experience the best! He was so kind and friendly. Made conversation with us, and even recommended a couple of drink options.

We had a very nice Sunday brunch with delicious food. I had lox on a bagel 🥯. Everything was fresh with a niceserving of lox. My companion had a BLT on sourdough, very hearty with no skimping on the bacon.🥓 The bar was open for drinks 🍸

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop! The staff is incredibly friendly. The service is wonderful even when the place is busy. The indoor seating gives out cozy, friendly vibes. The outdoor deck seating takes full advantage of the nice FL weather. It is very relaxing place to sit while doing work. They have seasonal menu rotations that are always delicious! If you like plants there are plant clipping you can take to grow your own plants!

If you're in the Apopka area and looking for a quick bite and good coffee you have to try the propagate social house! I dropped by here after visiting a state park in the area because it was dog friendly. The Bourbon latte was amazing and the bacon, egg and cheese was perfect. It's all fairly customizable as well with non dairy options. They have a really cute patio area to eat with your dog which was great because I always feel bad when I being my dog inside places. The pup cups are adorable and it came out a slice of bacon ! - which got no complaints for the pup at all! The staff was cheerful and friendly even showing me a few things around the area to do for fun. The only "critique" I would give this place is that it hard to identify off of the street so more signage would be amazing, but overall I would recommend going out of your way to try Propagate Social House! 🙂

Very cute place. We got pistachio iced lattes with oat milk, sausage egg and cheese on a Portuguese roll, and salmon handheld on a bagel. Everything was delicious. The young lady with the green glasses was excellent and it was her recommendation I get the sausage sandwich on the Portuguese roll and I have to say she was right. It does go well together! I noticed vegan options on the menu as well. The whole place has nonpretentious hipster plant mom vibes and honestly it works.

I was told about this cute little place by a friend. My daughter and I decided to drop in for lunch and it was a great decision. I ordered the California Club (pictured) and it came with chips. Both the sandwich and chips were delicious. My daughter had the Turkey Melt (I did not get photo) and it was great. The freshness of the entire sandwich and bread were amazing. They had many varieties of coffees and sodas and a beautiful patio outside. The service was as enjoyable as the meal. I would recommend stopping in for a bite or coffee.

Super cute little coffee shop! Has lots of charm and a nice spacious outdoor area that I will love to come back to in the evening, they have live music too! You scan a QR that takes you to the menu and you can place your order through there as well and they bring it out to you. I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich that was VERY good and not one but two coffees because I just had to try them. My first was the creme brulee coffee and the 2nd was the Tahini biscoff..I'm not sure which one I loved more because they were both very good. I would love to come back again and explore the menu some more. The espresso spritzer my friend got was super unique I had never tasted anything like that before. All the drinks were good. Service was fast. And the price was reasonable.

I love the fact that there is an outside deck with a DJ! Here you have the option of either enjoying your food and drink inside or outside with the beautiful scenery and so many plants! Propagate definitely has a kind staff and talented baristas that make your whole experience great! I highly recommend anyone who reads these reviews to not even hesitate to come and check out Propagate!

The truth is, I don't always give 5 stars, but I really wanted to for this place. Here is why... for the space they have available, they have maximized their business footprint as well as anybody I've seen for a coffeehouse. The food and drinks are fantastic for the size of the kitchen available. The interior is welcoming in a friends back porch, kind of way. They have plants on display and available for sale that gives the place a very homey and familiar feel. I have come here on Saturdays for breakfast with my friends and family and played some of the board games they have available. They also have a fantastic outdoor tiki deck with full bar and live music, which reminds me of a locals meet up over at New Smyrna. Looks like they also have plans for expanding. I have no doubt they're going to become a central part of Apopka's downtown vitalization and community.

Every time I come here, I get a delicious drink. I've only eaten here once, but the food me and my friends got was wonderful too. They have a gorgeous deck outside that is great for sitting and enjoying your food and drink on in good weather. The staff all seem very friendly too.

We moved to the area from down south two months ago and we've already been to Propagate Social House and their Shade House no less than 15 times. This is our safe place. Lox sandwich and coffee? Phenom. Service? The bar at Shade House is filled with the BEST ladies. Vibe? It's vibin. If you're looking for a good craft beer, their selection is always changing and focuses on local brews for about $6 a pop. Propagate itself is home-y, small and unassuming, filled with plants, and filled with the smell of coffee. If you're looking for something a little more upbeat, on the weekends they open up the Shade House on the deck and have live music and FANTASTIC cocktails. 10/10 I live here now.

Love that we have this coffee shop as an option in our hometown. Friendly and welcoming family owned business. Good coffee options. While they have not had soy, they do have almond as a milk alternative. Tasty snacks available. Best part they serve wine! If your into plants they have many options for purchase.

I was told about this cute little place by a friend. My daughter and I decided to drop in for lunch and it was a great decision. I ordered the California Club (pictured) and it came with chips. Both the sandwich and chips were delicious. My daughter had the Turkey Melt (I did not get photo) and it was great. The freshness of the entire sandwich and bread were amazing. The coffee is a bit overpriced even compared to Starbucks. They sell croissants here that are prepackaged and bought from what looks like Costco, not made on site. Didn’t see that any food was made on site. Lots of alcohol options. Seltzers, ciders, etc. large outdoor seating area.

I highly recommend this place. I had a lovely breakfast with a delicious bagel sandwich and a café con leche. Then I just chilled in the back patio and read my book. By the way, if you're like me and like your coffee strong, I suggest you tell the staff to make it with more coffee or just say to not make it with a lot of milk. The coffee had too much milk for me but nothing you can't fix. Absolutely love the plant concept in the place and the cool part is that you can actually buy a plant if you end up liking one. I dig the atmosphere and vibe of the place, keep doing an amazing job guys!

Nice coffee social house in Apopka… very much needed absolutely a plant shop! They are everywhere and it’s very cute. I say it’s a good chill spot with friends but not a good work spot just because it can be distracting and a bit loud. I’ll be back for live music and to catch up with friends! They offer coffee, wins, and can drinks as well. Great snack options!

We almost couldn’t find this place since there wasn’t a clear sign on the outside. Ordered the smoked salmon sandwiches, which were good, except the bread was a little burned and there was a bit too much cream cheese. Otherwise, a nice little place with a cool vibe.

love going here but had an off experience, ordered food and 2 coffees… waited awhile and got the food but no coffees and assumed it was just backed up! went to check and they were surprised to hear that we ordered coffees even though we did pay for them…everyone seemed so confused 😅 after nearly 30 minutes and checking back in we got them!! mind you no customers were inside either when we went to check on them. normally it’s never like this so just to bring awareness!

Love the atmosphere, love the taste, real fresh food available but portions need to be revisited. We have visited plenty of restaurants around the area for lunch and definitely have seen better options. We will think twice before coming back.

No gluten free options which is less than ideal but my real problem is that I ordered a 16 oz chai and it was literally half empty when they handed it to me. On top of that, the chai itself was not very good. Why did I pay more for 16 oz if I got 8 oz worth of chai. Lame.
