This was a great experience. Lorenz was amazing. I’ve never had such a friendly cashier. I wanted a different sauce and a custom made item and I saw he actually went and made it himself to ensure it was done as I requested. He went above and beyond! Thank you!

I don't review too much but today was incredible. The quesadilla had the perfect amount of chicken, and the taco was really juicy and flavorful. I was amazed with the food quality today. The workers there seem to enjoy their job too they were really chill. 10/10 will be going more often.

EDITED - Was at half star with my previous visit as it was horrible. Now, they must have listened or knew and finally did something! This recent experience was finally great. Whatever night crew is working during the midnight shift on 10/10/20 all deserve a raise. This was the best Taco Bell I've ever eaten. Reminded me of childhood days when mom would take me. Everything tasted fresh and there was above average amount of beef in each taco item! I even stay away from fast food, usually once maybe twice a month at most. Thank you for finally serving the meal as you would want to eat it! Great job!

Updated review after so long! Each time I have gone here to this location recently, they have had my order READY literally by the time I pull up. I spend ZERO waiting time, outside of them grabbing it and handing it to me! Absolutely impressed and blown away by how fast it has been consistently! 🔥 Plus it has been hot and fresh each time. Even in the winter when I head home, and it's cold outside. By the time I make it back to my apartment, the food is still very hot and fresh. I have been loving Tbell so much lately and this location has treated me so well. Staff is always with smiles here. Haven't been inside just drive thru only! ✌️ Also the AI order taker at the post is pretty slick/smart. I enjoy the breakfast burritos (grande) and the grilled cheese burrito. Nacho fries plz never go away I love them so much 💗🥹

I like to stop at this Taco Bell in Apple Valley Minnesota not only because its close to my real estate office. They are all very nice people working there and my order is always correct. The food actually looks like the photos and I have never had a bad experience. This corner in Apple Valley on Cedar Avenue and County Road 42 have lots of food choices that are quick and convenient.

Late Night Lifesavers! Shoutout to the Apple Valley Night Crew! I stopped by the Taco Bell on County Road 42 in Apple Valley, MN, incredibly late—right around 1:10 AM—after what had been an exhausting, extremely long day. I was honestly just hoping for a quick, accurate order, but the service I received was outstanding. The night crew working that late shift deserves massive praise. They were seriously one of the nicest, friendliest, and most welcoming groups of employees I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Despite the late hour, their positive energy was infectious. On top of the truly exceptional service, my entire order was perfectly correct. Their kindness and great attitude genuinely made my evening and gave a much-needed positive finish to an otherwise draining day. Thank you to the dedicated team at this location. If you need late-night food and service with a genuine smile, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants and this Apple Valley location is spectacular. We were greeted with a friendly staff that made the drive thru feel like home. Plus, they were incredibly fast. We were in and out in minutes and now have more time to enjoy this delicious feast. I ordered the nacho bel grande, a beef chalupa, a crunchwrap supreme, and a soft shell taco. It seriously was the best, and I mean THE BEST, dinner I’ve had all month. I will be returning. Pro tip: order extras just in case if your kitty wants some. My kitty loves the nacho bel grande as much as I do 😹.

Ok. It's Taco Bell. You know what to expect when you come here. The food was standard tbell fare, which is to say not gourmet but perfectly good given my expectations. The main issue was with the automated ordering machine. There are too many menus so it takes forever to make selections and then once completed it completely froze up when I ran my card. Luckily it didn't charge me and I was able to go to the counter immediately and redo the order, but the whole thing took 10 minutes longer than it should have. Automation should decrease time spent, not increase it! When they fix this it will be very convenient however.

I had an okay experience but pickup and delivery instructions are very unclear ...also not helpful when the person who brings the order up literally whispers the name when they put it on the counter. The bags have no type of identification so there’s no way to tell who’s food is who’s. I was standing right in front of the counter and still didn’t know what the guy said......poor communication and timing with paying customers

This is one of the better Taco Bells. They did a complete remodel in the last couple years and it is a lot nicer than it used to be. The food has always been hot, and the staff has always been friendly! The drive through line after 11pm is always very long, but most of the fast food places in Apple Valley are busy at that time. Great for a midnight snack.

It's a Taco Bell, but it's a good location. Generally professional, quick, clean, good staff; occasionally I've had an issue with the staff not listening when I've been giving my order and have had to repeat myself and/or get them to remake an order for accuracy, but they've always taken care of me all said and done. Use the app before visiting to see the full, true menu, as many excellent items that are not listed on the posted menu. Black bean burrito for life!

Ordered through door dash. They did a good job with all of the customizations I asked for but they did forget my chips, even though I still hit the guacamole for them 😅. Overall though the customized food was much more important so I’m happy overall.

I like to grab some nachos or tacos occasionally. They’re open late. Food is sometimes ok and other times seems like they went off book and made it quick.

On a Pass/Fail scale they get a pass. Christopher the cashier was good, somewhat friendly. Seem conscientious as when he had no customer, took a broom and starting on the floor. Little disappointed with the girl who handled me my order. She seemed to be working the drive thru also and got tied up with the side. She didn't bother to mention about where to get a spork for Taco Salad. No salsa for salad, since when? All items present.

A little more care should be taken with the food. Often I get either a soda that had no flavoring, or stuff thrown into my bag and sauce cups opened up. Sometimes my order is wrong. I have filled out the survey on the receipt, but mistakes keep happening. It's hit or miss most of the time.

One time I got rear ended in the drive through, a little sketch but idk. Tonight I got a regular chicken sandwich taco instead of spicy though. I also heard workers laughing through the drive through machine but at least they’re having a good time

I meant to hit up Richfield TACO BELL but due to my overzealous assumption that the Taco Bell app KNEW WHERE I WAS I made an app order which stumped the Richfield location. My order sent me to Burnsville location (down way from Burnsville Center) Taco Discovery Box Tuesday had me TWICE but my waiting out a thunderstorm storm with heavy downpour rain "creeped out" the Burnsville location. No problems with Richfield as I should have just ordered at the kiosk to return to Mall of America.

Above average for a Taco Bell, but it is still just a Taco Bell....

Good food for being 11.30 at night. But the attitude of the workers near closing hours was awful. No eye contact or even recognition for coming in the door. Instead of serving us the employee who was working the register continued to "close up shop". We waited for at least 8 mins until another employee reluctintly came to serve us with a blank/unapologetic attitude. Simply "What can I get you guys". Ordered and during the process he gave snarky responses and was just over all pretty rude. What saved our trip was a great response and attitude from the girl who brought out are food. Asking if we needed a bag, let us know about the ways to open the box if we needed to put our sauce in the box, over all had our best intentions in mind. Great redeeming feature. As we were walking out someone from the back turned on vulgure music and our guy who was "closing up shop" decided to take a nap after his "good work" he put in. The 2 stars are for the food and the great server/prepper.

They refused to do 2 separate orders in the drive thru. Dont know why because every other taco bell location I've visited let's you. In addition, my cruchwrap supreme had almost no beef in it. :/

I got the completely wrong order and I was very disappointed, all I wanted on this late evening was a grilled cheese burrito, and I was left with an impossible crunch wrap with no meat in it. Terrible experience.

If you're out of syrup for pop, just take it off the menu, instead of giving me off-colored sparkling water. I was told at first "can I get you something else? Switching it takes too much time". Why does this happen so often? I've worked in fast food for years and not only does it take 20 seconds at the most to switch syrups, but I could tell when the syrup was empty and wouldn't serve people just water. It's happened to me enough times to finally write this.

In the past 2.5 years I've come here 4 times. 3 of the times they missed an item from my order. Took a chance today and made a fifth visit... they forgot an entire steak power burrito from my order. Other tacobel locations aren't this bad. They're just kind of "out of it" at this location.

Writing this while waiting to be helped. We have been here for ten minutes and no one has helped us. We just want to pay for our food. All the workers are in the back ignoring us. I just want nacho fries.👎🏻(one dude just tried to help us but didn’t speak English that well, leaving now with no food and empty stomachs.)

My girlfriend ordered four tacos and all four of them were ice cold. They weren’t cooked, had no flavoring or sauce, and tasted like rubber. She doesn’t like to complain so she ate them anyways. Do better, this isn’t the first time something has happened.

I've been going to this store for a long time now. But as of mid year 2024 they have introduced LLM / AI to ordering in the drive through. Until October you could bypass this and talk with a person. No longer. You HAVE to use this crap. I urge folks to vote with your wallet and support companies that aren't looking to kneecap basic customer service jobs all in the same of providing more ROI to their shareholders or franchise owner.

Taco Bell isn't for me anymore. The catina chicken bowl was okay but I don't know if they changed their nacho cheese because it tasted disgusting. The service was awesome! They got my food within three minutes. The food was not good.

This place is poorly managed. Make sure you check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru. Chances are you did not get the sauces you ask for and never any napkins or utensils. My taco supremes are almost an empty shell. Absolutely pathetic.

This place is notorious for poorly executed food. I'm finally fed up enough to write a review as the service has gone so far downhill that I'm done eating here for good. What you can expect on a regular basis if you choose this location: inconsistency (depends on the time of day and staff as to what you will get), old, hard tortillas, old, thick, needed to be changed out an hour ago- refried beans, missing sour cream or guacamole or not a full serving, items that are supposed to be melted...not melted, luke-warm food and last but certainly not least, missing napkins, hot sauce (or wrong sauce) and no flatware when it's obviously needed (cheesy fiesta potatoes eaten with fingers anyone??)

This location has messed up my orders a few times, always when going through the drive through. I'm not one to complain, but the last time I was missing the half my order on o family pack of tacos. I called to notify the restuarant and they had the rest of my order waiting after driving 10 minutes back to them. They gave me a card with two complementary combo meals to help remedy the error. I go to use the card next visit, and was told after ordering that they could only partially discount my combo meals. I argued a little with the drive through guy and female Mgr. a bit and then finally just gave them my credit card. After pulling away I noticed my order again was incorrect and also didnt give me any straws. Highly dissatisfied with this location. I will say the black guy at the front counter if you go inside is the nicest guy ever and has the best customer service. Unfortunately I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Tried to go through drive through at midnight and sat there for 20 minutes and no one answered. drove around and saw your workers in the parking lot. Never ended up ordering. Absolutely disappointed.

White lady with the dark hair working at the drive thru was EXTREMELY rude. I politely asked her how many hot sauce she gave me and she gave me attitude. This taco bell needs to train their employees on customer service. This will be my first and last time ordering from Apple Valleys taco bell. Even the taco bells in St Paul have better customer service. What a disapointment.

The worse CUSTOMER service EVER!!!!!! I went to this place after work around 4pm with my 2 teens. I had my son doing the ordering for all of us. The guys at the register was basically showing that he hates his job according to his attitude. This guy asked my son for his name to put in the order. My son told him his name and this guy paused like he didn't understand, then my son trying to help out started spelling his first name for this guy and the guy RUDELY interrupted my son and with attitude said "I know how to spell your name " looking at him like my son was an idiot. My son has a disability and I saw him putting his head down for how poorly this cashier African American guy at Taco bell in Apple Valley MN make him feel. I approached and said to this gentleman "not Everyone knows how to spell his name" and he rolled his eyes to me showing how bothered he was because I was talking to him. I proceeded to say that he was being rude and he looked at me and said "huh" I repeated myself and he said again "huh" making a face like I stink. I told him that he has No customer service skills at all and he responded " don't I?" In a sarcastic way. I replied saying that it was no need for him to treat us like that, and he made a baby face and said " oooh I'm soooorryyyy " etc..... When we moved to wait for our food, an older guy from the kitchen asked him what happened and cowardly he responded *I don't know, they started going off on me* I will never go back to that place again, I live in Apple Valley but I rather drive farther to another location before I expose my kid to this kind a people. And cuddles to the smart manager that let this person be the face of this place "greeting their customers " Way to go!!!

Guy in drivethru seriously had his back to us talking to his co workers while out drinks sat in view. We asked for a second bag to split the meal up before going our separate ways and got a rude "do you NEED one?" ...Yeah why would I ask if I didn't but what a rude reaction!

Usually pretty good but this time my soft taco was barely filled with meat and old lettuce. No cheese or tomatoes and no sour cream . This was supposed to be a taco supreme. Also I ordered a chili cheese burrito with sour cream. I got one spoonful of sour cream right at the end. I think I will pass on this place for awhile.

Worst drive thru in the area! My husband and I went to order breakfast and the guy working had zero patience and kept rushing us to order asking us several times if we knew what we wanted yet even though I had already asked him three times if we could please have a minute. It’s literally 9:30 am with no cars in the parking lot! We ended up just leaving and our our way through he yelled to have a nice day😒major lack of customer service here!

We ordered four items not only was each item sub par but none of them was what we ordered. We will never go back to that taco bell. It wasn't just this time the order is ALWAYS wrong!! As a former T bell employee I know it is not hard to do a good correct job but this T bell is the worst I have ever been to.

I placed an online order at 10:15 to 10:20. Got to the store at 10:40 to pick up my order. They told me that they can't do my order at this time even though the sign on the menu board say breakfast served till 11am. Then told me they don't have any more eggs, sausage and bacon left. After asking if they don't have any in the store at all they told me it would be 30 minutes to make or it would be raw and didn't offer to make it.

I have never had such bad service at any place I have shopped or stopped for food. These employees only cared about the drive thru and all the customers in the lobby had been waiting for there food for at least 15-20 min. It wasn't until I asked for a refund then I got my food in about 3min later. This place doesn't get any star rating due to not going low enough. I will also be calling the corporate office and express my opinion. I have no choice but to give one star so I may post this. By no means do I think it is worth even one star.

Just went through the drive through to come get a Mexican pizza and it was poorly executed. Cut so unevenly it was hard to eat without it falling apart and just looked sloppy. The shell tastes a bit different so I’m curious if the recipe changed with the comeback as well. They should really start paying wages based on performance. This Taco Bell consistently will screw up your order. I also ordered a taco supreme with extra lettuce and a bean burrito. What I got was a plain taco with an almost empty shell and the beans on both the Mexican pizza and the burrito tasted old and they had thickened up to the point of needing to be changed out. I asked for napkins and got none.

5/22/21 we did a DoorDash order. Keep in mind this is the 4th order in a row that they keep messing up. A couple of the girls have gone back and got the missing items. I’m extremely disappointed. My coworker talked to a woman with brown hair and she was super super rude to my associate. No apologies, no anything. And they even questioned my associate on what we were missing. The last time I went, the manager Tracy was really nice. He apologized and gave me our missing items no problem. HAVE THE STAFF READ THE ITEMS IN THE ORDER. The whole purpose of DoorDash is that we are stuck at our jobs/offices and we cannot leave to get food!

When I went through the drive thru and got to the window all i could see and hear is a girl with black eye makeup going on and on about her political views on touchy topics. Stating that “we’re not in the 60s any more” everyone should be fine with this and that. It was a very uncomfortable situation to put into as I am a person who stays out of politics all together. I don’t understand why it’s ok to be talking about stuff like that at a work environment it puts not only customers but coworkers in a difficult and uncomfortable position.

They recently were short staffed at this location. They had a line full of cars sitting in the drive thru. I was one of them. Every car had to find out for themselves that the store was not open. I also drove to the front of the store hoping to find a sign saying they were closed, and nothing. I had to call the next closest Taco Bell to find out that this location was closed. A sign saying, Not open till 11:00 would have been nice instead of reading they served breakfast!!

I have been going to this Taco Bell location for 20+ years and have seen the service slowly deteriorate the last year. Yes, it is Taco Bell and a fast food restaurant (emphasize on fast) so I don't expect a gourmet meal and superior service for $5. Maybe a thank you and a half smile or polite conversation - you get none of that here. When you combine the poor customer service with the notoriously long wait times experienced over the last few year at this location, it makes the experience almost unbearable. The food they serve is typical Taco Bell food, so only you will know if that is a good or bad thing for you. Just expect to wait forever to get the food - forever plus a minute if going through the drive thru. For example, I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru tonight and finally had to bail on my order as they were going to make me late for work - there were still three cars ahead of me after waiting over 20 minutes. Also, I order my Mountain Dew with no ice and they have failed to get that correct numerous times over the last year. It's too bad because for years this location gave me fast, courteous service and fresh Taco Bell food. You could even get to know the employees here by name because they would have a conversation with you - not anymore, those days are long gone.

Horrible service. I went inside since the drive-thru was really full and ordered using one of the kiosks. I ordered the Grande Nachos Box with shredded chicken which includes a drink. When I heard my name being called, I went to grab my order and noticed that they didn't give me a cup for my drink. Since the employees were busy with other orders, I decided to wait until one of the employees comes to the front to give another customer their order. I told an employee that my order came with a drink and I didn't get a cup. He gave me a rude stare and sighed rudely saying "You need to ask to get it." Um, actually I DON'T need to ask for it because my order clearly states that it included with a drink. Another thing is that another employee was making burritos and she placed them on the metal table WITHOUT the parchment paper. She literally put them there, grabbed parchment paper, and wrapped them. I find that as a health hazard because we don't know what's been on those metal tables and they could have chemicals on them since they would have to disinfect the table. Worst service ever.

I walked 20 minutes while it is cold and icy to find out your lobby is closed? I even checked Google first to make sure your lobby hours were still active. Maybe you should start paying a livable wage and you won't be so short staffed?

95% of the time you get the wrong items or items are missing when going through drive-thru. This is not an exaggeration - we used to bet on it but stopped because they consistently screw it up. So terrible we drive 8 miles to the Lakeville store even though we live 4 blocks from this one. Breakfast crew does a great job, but lunch, dinner, late-night they are awful. Just awful.

Normally this Taco Bell was a fairly good experience, but seeing staff through the drive thru this last time, I would not recommend going here if you are remotely concerned about Covid. A food prep staff member had their mask on their chin and the one handling money had it below their nose. So as long as this is a concern, we won't be back to this location.

NO STARS WHAT SO EVER! HORRIBLE MANAGE NAMED MICHELLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager Michelle was no help! I spent $35.00 on the food. My crunchwrap supreme with beef and steak had no beef or no steak on the crunchwrap! Literally lettuce, tamato and sour cream. I’ve had problems with this Taco Bell off of county road 42 and cedar ave multiple times and every time it’s been a horrible manager who doesn’t help and or make excuses. The place was dirty. Food and wrappers on the ground behind the counter, very unsanitary and No gloves being used at all when I went in to talk to her. The apple valley Taco Bell should be closed down and the manager Michelle should be fired ASAP! Horrible look for apple valley Taco Bell being that they have already been on the news for osha violations and customer safety

If you enjoy your order to be consistently messed up, feel free to come here. I don't think I've come here a single time where they haven't missed a single item, and most recently they somehow managed to miss 3 of the 4 items I'd ordered. Now, I don't typically bother with writing reviews much less writing negative ones but you guys truly do have a terrible franchise and I will from now on make sure to drive out of my way to Lakeville or the other Apple Valley location just to not deal with employees who seem to have less than 2 brain cells combined

I’m not a complainer at all, rarely leave bad reviews but my god. I don’t think this store has added the sauce for my to go order ONCE in like 6 times of ordering here. Quit being so lazy. I work in a restaurant too, you see the sauce on the order ticket and it’s not that hard to walk 5 feet to the sauces and help a bother out. Get it together u bums.

they gave me the wrong food and then when i went to get the right food it took them 5 minutes to serve me at the desk

got two deluxe grilled cheese boxes and an extra grilled cheese burrito on the side. they forgot the extra grilled cheese burrito and a hard taco supreme, no big deal. called the taco bell, was connected to a lady who immediately called me a liar because apparently she made the order herself and that she couldn't possibly be wrong. she argued with me over the phone and told me that it's impossible that she missed anything, before hanging up after i read her my receipt. went in the next day, brought my receipt and there was a man at the front who was extremely helpful, and made up for the food i missed. all in all, horrible experience, always check your food bags before you leave this place!

Taco Bell in Apple Valley, MN: 1. They continually get orders incorrect. 2. Customer Service definitely needs improvement! 3. Drinks are always watered down and taste awful! Even when you specifically ask for a fresh drink when ordering on-line!

Don't get Fresca I found out it's no dairy and I almost snapped out. Fresca doesn't say anything about no dairy etc on the kiosks until u get a receipt and u see that. Why spend 50 cent on a side of jalapeños and you only get like 3-4 when other locations give you enough to fill up a 2oz cup for 50 cent. WORSE PLACE.. IM BETTER OFF GOING TO NORTH MINNEAPOLIS TB.. its in the hood & you get your money's worth

They messed up my order and put onions on it when I did not ask for them. when I brought it to the attention of the manager she opened up my food on the counter in front of everybody as if to prove me wrong or something. I really believe that energy could been better spent just trying to remake my food and make sure I'm happy. but instead of doing that she just gave me my money back and pretty much told me to go pack sand. I will never return it as place again. this manager is clearly under qualified and overworked for her position. The kitchen look like complete chaos and it wasn't even during lunch. It was like at 2:00 and they weren't even busy, just behind.

Taste so Gross 🤢. Burnt so bad the cheese left my steak quesadilla 🥺. I attempted to take a bite but had to spit it out. I’m not happy I loved there steak quesadillas. I’m really disappointed. They also don’t know how to pack their food. We got a lot of food and it was jammed into 2 bags, and before we got home the bag broke. Not to happy😡

I went to relieve my self in the bathroom with my potty training toddler as well and came across both bathrooms being covered in poop. In BOTH bathrooms. That’s nasty.

The chalupas are not cooked as they are supposed to be, I asked the cook to give it more time, but they said that it was already done.

Gave me the wrong order (there was literally only me and another guy in the drive thru how do you mess that up) which I only noticed once I got home. The food (not my order) gave me a terrible stomach ache that lasted a couple days, had to use the restroom every 3 hours. Would not recommend.

Horrible, horrible customer service! I work as a server at a restaurant, and have been in customer service for thirty five years. I am utterly appalled by the service we received tonight THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! It doesn't take much to be courteous through a microphone. From the first moment, we were accused of being rude to the robot that first answered our order. Like literally, as soon as the automated thing came on and we answered that we would like to order, the customer service representative came on and said, " Why are you being rude to the AI?" When, in fact, we weren't being rude, my son was telling them he just got engaged. But to even be accused of being rude to a robot, with nothing but attitude from not only that customer service representative but also the manager after the customer service representative didn't know how to split a payment between a credit card and cash. If you don't like your job and customer service, get a new job. Gross.

I generally don't complain but this is the third time the Apple Valley Taco Bell has failed to but the tortilla chips in my Lux Box. It's becoming more than obvious they don't want or need my business. I worked in fast food growing up. It's not rocket science to get an order correct and it's thievery not to.

Always double check your order here. It is almost always wrong in my experience. This is the only Taco Bell where I’ve had issues like this. Once or twice is an honest mistake, but they have a consistent pattern of giving me less food or the wrong drinks

Worst Taco Bell location I have experienced. I ordered online and when to pick up through the drive thru and I sat in line for over half an hour and when we finally got to the speaker they had somehow ran out of everything? The only decent part was that we ended up getting a refund. Definitely do not recommend this location unless you want to waste your time.

I ordered online. Had no clue I had to stop at the ordering window to let them know I was there for my order. THERE WASNT A SINGLE CUSTOMER inside nor outside of the establishment. When I pulled up to the window the female at the window said in a very condescending and absolutely rude way that I needed to check in at the order window. And I said “oh I’m sorry” and she guys “yeah so you need to go back around” so I went back around to the order window thing and they didn’t even let me talk and said “we have it ready for you” got to the window and Anthony who I’m guessing is the manager instantly started treating me like garbage to. I told him it was bs what they just made me do and he said “well we needed to know what you were here for”… again. There wasn’t a single soul there….. when I asked him what the girl and his name was he because even more rude that they both were to begin with. I’ve worked in restaurants for 15 years from host all the way to managing and if I or any other employee treated guests, the way I was treated today, we’d be fired with no hesitation. This was sooo uncalled for. So unfriendly and absolutely disgusting.

Workers too busy worrying about drive thru orders to even start making mine till about 30 minutes after i had it ordered. Not okay. drive thru orders should not be prioritized over people in store!!!

Tonight was our worst service ever, we got burnt food. Missing food. We had to go back and get credit back and when we called them they didn’t let me finish the conversation and hung up.

Tonight was the single worst taco Bell experience of my life at this location. Someone got my order given to them in the drive through (It was dine in/take out), brought it back in, and they didnt remake it. This is a huge safety issue because who is to say it wasn't tampered with? The woman behind the counter spilled a decent amount of my drink as well and also didn't even seem to care?

I ordered the Iced Cinnabon Delights coffee it arrived tasting like plain iced coffee with no cinnamon or sweetness. I returned to the store and staff said that’s how it’s made,” which is incorrect. Disappointing quality and poor customer care.

I’m someone who isn’t even a review leaver… good or bad… BUT the food is ALWAYS inconsistently made at this location. (2 pieces of chicken on one chicken taco and another filled to the brim with no tighter fixings OR quesadillas that are served like a casserole tossed in a bag all in the same order) I can’t tell you how many times my order has been short or not contained multiple tacos/burritos/food items/drinks/sauces included for speciality items. So TAKE THE TIME and check your order. (Even if the employees rush you at the drive through window, happens all the time when I check my order) It’s actually incredible how good they are consistently at “forgetting” items in your order at this SPECIFIC location. Manager didn’t seem to care when I drove there after a delivery and this was brought up, they tried to offer 2 free taco coupons, even though my order was short 4 speciality items and 2 large drinks!? But didnt offer to make the food I payed for because my “hard copy” receipt was left at home…DISTRICT MANAGEMENT needs to take a closer and more in depth look at this locations day to day operations. I know it’s just fast food BUT it’s just fast food… it’s not that hard to get it right.

Horrible drive thru experience. Worker wanted to give me my food but had not given me change. Gave me change which was the incorrect amount. I was so flustered I drove off without my food. Called store and was told, well you off without your food, implying there was nothing to be done. This was the same employee that had "helped" me less than 5 mins. before at the window over the change issue. I identified myself as that person and the only response was well you drove away. Not the first time this summer with a disastrous drive thru experience. Not another dime.

Went through drive thru. At tacobell made it order went to the windows. Wasn't sure what meet i had on my burrito. I did order extra everything on it. I ask the guy at the window to see what kind of meet was in it. I'd they didn't make it yet can the change. Rude guy making the burritos came at the window and said I made it with extra everything. Which it was a chicken burrito. He said you gonna change it now when I made it already. With a angry look which I thought that was rude. What he didn't hear was I said to the first guy that its okay if they made it already if not can they change to beef instead. So rude I almost said just cancel me order but, I was nice enough to let it go. Never going to that tacobell again. Date: 08-19-25 around 11pm

Horrible experience with this tacobell, Many times my wife has come here and they have shoved her food to her. They threw my bag of food at the table to me today… Don’t recommended! stay away from this horrible tacobell! Management better step up their game and fix these issues because these people here are pushing people away…. Horrible customer service and the people at the drive through. They make u wait 3 minute before u can order at 9 am… they don’t appreciate you…. Please go to the other Taco Bell nearby way better customer service.

Well I thought I would treat myself to one of my favorites from TB, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch! Well I took my first bite into it and to my surprise, no spicy ranch sauce! I paid over $5 for one taco and the main ingredient was MISSING!
