Opinions de Redwood Sandwich Aptos
4.5/5 for their cranberry turkey sandwich. Got it on toasted whole wheat without pickles and it was amazing. Flavor was great and the thick cut turkey didn’t feel like the sandwich was just made from grocery store ingredients. It was also perfectly toasted. Can’t wait to comeback to this place again.
They make a good sandwich. Not the cheapest, but they don't skimp on the meat at least. Beer selection was from a local brewery, which I appreciated.
Where do I start! What a cute place to get a sandwich and chill with friends. That atmosphere here is relaxed, refreshing and cool. I highly enjoyed my sandwich (California Club) and received the best customer service. The ingredients used to make the sandwiches are from local shops! The food is very fresh and well prepared, I will definalty make this a stop each time I'm in the area. Very highly recommend!
If you haven’t tried the famous Thanksgiving Sandwich it’s absolutely incredible. Succulent turkey slabs topped with cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes all on toasted sourdough bread and it comes with a side of gravy. Incredible and only for a limited time during the autumn season.
A really good sandwich shop is hard to find, but this one hits the mark. There is a great selection of house sandwiches, plus a build-your-own option in case you have specific needs/preferences. There are also sufficient bread choices and a soup of the day. I ordered the Turkey Cranberry and was very pleased - highly recommended! Everyone in our party of five was happy with the food (we each ordered a different sandwich). The tab for 5 sammies with chips came to sixty bucks. I can’t wait to go back!
I stopped here with a friend the other day to grab a sandwich. The interior was a little fall so we were in about assigned seating inside. But were able to find a spot outside. The sandwiches were super good. I think I got the number one on sourdough. I would highly recommend grabbing a sandwich here.
We were just looking for a quick bite while travelling. Our entire group of 7 appreciated the super quick lunch service and were blown away at the delicious and affordable healthy food. The vegetarian option didn’t sound that exciting on the menu, but it was really extraordinary (I’ve had a lot of sandwiches and this one is now at the top)! The bread and sauce was carefully selected. They also added avocado for free when I requested this! Would love to come back when I’m in town.
I think the photo speaks for itself… The tri-tip with blue cheese is ridiculous. The greens are very fresh. The blue cheese is not too strong perfect.
Really good Italian sandwich! Plenty of bread options and great portions on the sandwich.
Such delicious sandwiches in Scott's Valley. I had the chicken caprese sandwich on grilled rye and my partner had the California club on toasted ciabatta. Both sandwiches were delicious and tasted so fresh.
The sandwiches are made fresh to order. They give you options for bread and will toast it if you like !!! They are nice tobdesl with, give great portions and the pricing is reasonable. I would suggest ordering and picking up and there's NO secret that this place is incredible.

Visiting my son and had lunch here. Best BLT I’ve had! His sandwich was also good (Chipotle Chicken)
california club is a banger. one of the best sandwiches i've had in the county. stacked turkey bacon jack avocado. well composed. the only one in the area that comes close is picnic basket, but I think redwood sandwich might have the edge with their (housemade???) roast turkey. other items i've gotten are just as good, just let them make them as they come and you'll not be disappointed. bravo.
Fantastic sandwich shop! I had the blue cheese tri tip sandwich. Highly recommend this place. The chocolate chip cookies were great too! He even gave it to us for free which was nice.
The TV was loud and they have no fountain drinks. The sandwiches and their house made mayonnaise is just amazing. BLTA with turkey and the traditional BLT. Yum. Nice people too. Tip though... for 20% tip walk the sandwiches to the table. I want this place to succeed. So customer first folks! You're already nice, so just a bit further for the extra 5% you want. Tip is for SERVICE.

Solid vegetarian option for a sandwich. You can get their veggie or make your own with a decent selection. I recommend the sourdough toast, delicious.

Okay, I'm a little bummed out right now. I came to this place before quite often, haven't been in a while. Apparently, a lot of things have changed. First things first. I ordered all of the sandwiches on sourdough rolls which the girl assured me they had, and then when we opened up the sandwiches there on sliced bread. Which means they're now soggy, because this was a to-go order. We ordered them toasted it feels like they let the toaster look at the bread, bully it a little, and then that was it. The tri-tip. Used to be great now it's bland. Its moist it's tender, but it's tasteless. They put a tiny scrape of barbecue sauce on the sandwich which makes no sense, when you order a BBQ tri-tip sandwich you expect it to be smothered in sauce. Which in the case of this sandwich, is the only place the flavor is coming from, so that's not good. The grilled onions had the butt of an onion with the root still attached and they were undercooked. She also asked for mozzarella instead of cheddar, and instead of shredding it they put it on in a giant cold slab on the sandwich, which was rather unfortunate decision. I ordered the number 13, and as usual, I substituted the turkey for the meatloaf. They had a great homemade meatloaf here. They used to put it on the sandwiches in big thick slices and it was amazing... Not anymore. What I got was more like a very thin hockey puck. It was almost like a hamburger patty but broken. I ordered my husband a cold sandwich but I'm pretty sure it's on bread as well instead of a role which means it'll be soggy and he'll complain. What happened to you Redwood Sandwich Co.? I'm really bummed out because this was a great healthy alternatives for my kids in Scotts Valley. I used to stop here on the way home to Bonny Doon. Maybe I should just drive up to Masood's. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, I'm just trying to give you valuable feedback, not criticism. Good luck in all your endeavors.

I’m not sure if it was just an off day at Redwood Sandwiches or the quality has gone down. We definitely did not feel that the $48.97 we paid today for 2 flavorless and subpar sandwiches (one was 1/2 size), 1 small macaroni salad and 2 drinks. We couldn’t even finish any of the food items - they were the bad! We will not be visiting this establishment again.
Ordered a build your own sandwich to be made cold. Sliced sourdough, roast beef, tomato, onion, lettuce, peppers. What I got was a hot roast beef on a roll, no tomato. By the time I got home it had soaked through the bag onto my car seats and jacket. Not happy. Oh and the maccoroni salad was the worst I've ever had. Threw it in the trash

Incompetence is an understatement. We explicitly asked multiple times if the sandwich had eggs in it and the person working couldn't care less. (I have a severe egg allergy) When we got home I opened the sandwich and it had mayonnaise on it. This incompetence and ignorance could have killed me if I didn't check before I took a bite. The rest of my family was able to eat however the sandwiches were small and overpriced. I wouldn't ever recommend going here find a better place.
