Fresh food 10/10 we stopped here to and from San Jose and the food was fresh they got all the sauces we asked for. Great service from the employees.

For a roadside, McDonald's, this was very clean and tidy, and service was fast. The bathroom was spotless, and for being at a gas station on the side of the freeway, that is saying something! The food was as good as expected.

This place gets super busy, I recommend placing your order on the kiosk. There can be a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it. This is one of our go-to spots when on a road trip. The food is always piping hot and fresh. Typically, we order the cheeseburger combo plain with large fries and 20-piece nuggets.

The service here was great! Our food came out very quickly - and was extremely fresh and hot (nuggets and fries) - and the person who brought out our order was very friendly. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, aside from receipts on the floor by the kiosk and a number of flies inside (there were lots of flies outside too). But all in all, I'd come here again.

On our way home, our son wanted a happy meal and we were more than ready to oblige as he didn't want Popeyes from the last rest stop. After ordering we were to told to wait, as they delivered to us absolutely freshly cooked hot food. Very satisfying to stop and good to know if you ever have the hunger and in need of some mcds on the way. Plan your trip out for the stops.

as far as McDonald's go, this place was fine. hot food, crispy fries, SELF SERVE SODA, c'mon!! the bathroom in the Mobil is disgusting but that's not their fault.

Super busy McDonalds at times. Especially during holiday travel. But it's McDonalds - so you know the food and the quality of the place. Pretty standard, up to brand standard place. You know what you get here. Service is pretty good and the place is fairly clean. Connected to a gas station as well. We had issues with the mobile pickup because it doesn't honor the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwhich deal, so you have to go in to take care of that - and the connection out there for some cell carriers may not be great. So definitely use the drive through or go in. Mobile experience wasn't great.

Everyone McDonald's. The only difference we find is the customer services and locations. We have work at various locations and it's difficult to go into various places/locations and see the ways the crews and managers handle various tasks. They no longer follow the manuals/handbooks. We understand everything changes over the years and times, but the basics is still important.

Clean, fast, and has powerful air conditioning :) The only thing that isn't great about this location is they have no available power outlets, which is a bummer, since it would have been awesome to recharge my phone on my way home along the 5.

They are super fast, and the food is always great. Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that sometimes they come across a little rude because they are in such hurry. Like for example I ordered 2 drinks and they made a mistake and only charged 1 drink I asked nicely to pay for the second drink and they said to go back around when I’m already there and there is a long line I also heard the manager tell the employee that I needed to go back around. Other than this incident I have not had any problems the food is always on point.

For being on a busy highway changeover, and the temp being in the upper 90'/lower 100's the drive thru was relatively easy and quick, as compared to the interior which was chaotic with guests. The staff did a good job getting our order correct even with the chaos inside the store

I stopped off today to get a late lunch. This McDonald’s is inside a mobile gas station/convenience store. The mobile station has every type of drink you can think of. I ordered a double cheeseburger,A small french fry and a Coke. The burger was fresh and hot and tasted pretty good. The cost was $5.98

t's my 2nd time here. Great road trip pit stop. There's nothing special about it but the dinning room is clean. The staff could be a bit nicer though! The credit card terminal was out of order during both of my visits. Coincidence or not?! It's connected to a convenience store which is perfect to grab a few bags of chips, snacks & drinks before getting back on the road I had a McGriddle which was the most expensive sandwich out of them all. I was not impressed because it was basically a slab of sausage sandwich between 2 blankets of syrup drenched pancakes marked with an M I tried the deluxe breakfast. It came with pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs & hash browns. Eating my pancakes & sausage with syrup tasted just like the McGriddle. You can't go wrong with their hot coffee. It's pretty legit & gets you past that morning coffee cravings.

Great coffee, got a large couldn't drink it till it was almost cold. Where are the coffee sleeves?

This McDonald's is inside a gas station. Average, as far as cleanliness, but a little on the slow side. Be warned the gas was about a dollar more per gallon than anywhere else in town.

It is a combination Mobile Mart fuel station/ convience store and McDonalds. Some what off the highway and less convienient to get to than the surrounding stops in the immidiate area. The McDonalds service was friendly and the area fairly clean. They had a regular McDonalds menue; the seating is kind of limited, maybe 12 tables and 8 counter seats, and three outdoor tables. The restroom was in the convience store area and looked cleaner than it smelled. There were plenty of drinks, snacks, and trinkets that you would expect from a highway stop.

Food was decent as usual for McDonald's, but there was no AC or even fans on in the dining room. It was almost 90° inside which made it very uncomfortable to sit and try to eat.

Not the best experience! The employees were slow & did not give the feeling that they knew their jobs all that well. Didn't answer questions correctly, filled orders out of order, gave wrong sizing info. This is location is inside a gas station market, so possibly not trained by McDonald's. Also, ice cream for Fluries was runny, almost like milk.

We had to ask for the sauces that we had requested for our order and we had to go into a pick up for half of our order.

There was a man baby talking very loudly, to his little dog on a leash. He was right in the front where you order and pick up your food, very unsanitary. But my Quarter Pounder was great. My husband's chicken sandwich was not. It was too thin, overcooked and dry

Food is good, but it made me super sad. Five kittens living out of their dumpster. Good fries but homeless animals is a no. They should find those cats a shelter to be taken care of at.

Not very clean for a truck stop. Not well stocked, had to ask for lids , napkins, ketchup to be filled. Food tasted great, but staff seems overwhelmed, like more help is needed. They can do better.

TLDR small McDonald's connected to the Mobile Gas station. Includes a drive thru and dining room. Service was good but food was not hot. First, this location is not next to the freeway but down the road. You may have to make a U turn to get there. Be sure to go to the McDonald's side of the building, although there is a pass thru between the stores. The food was thrown together in the box (quarter pounder with cheese) and lukewarm. It was served quickly. Used the app and curbside pick up.

Overall the place was ok. Staff was nice. However, we had missing or mixed items in our mobile order which was not delivered to the table. The burger had a unique charcoal taste as the patty was burnt. One of the drinking fountain's cooling didn't work but the place was clean, service was fast.

Food was typical for McDonald's. Front line cashier was polite he and only one other employee were working. The rest were standing around talking.

Well, it was a $1, so the expectations aren't high. Was grateful for the break from driving, but the tea made me miss Chic Fil A's sweet tea. I'd say brew your own.

There is no way for the workers to keep their hands sanitary after using the restroom, assuming they use the public restroom. No paper towels, blow dryer only, which means anyone who does wash their hands after, will grab hold of the door handle with dirty hands (the door doesn’t push open. What’s the point of even washing your hands in a place like this? The workers that handle the food may as well not even wash their hands. Disgusting place!

The sound system in the drive-thru is terrible. We had to repeat ourselves many times in a very loud voice. The breakfast burrito my granddaughter ordered was much worse than expected. Gummy. Otherwise, it's a typical MacDonald's as far as i could see.

This is our closest McDonalds and almost every time they forget something even receipts. It’s annoying to have to call or go back in there especially when it’s a mobile order and it’s a little convoluted to go back to look at the order. And they don’t believe you as well.

Okay I did promise I won't do reviews for chain stores unless it's really bad. Well my dear friends .... Not very well organized, really dirty bathrooms, dirty tables, oh well you get the picture. Do your self a favor and try some other place.

Smashed in with a gas station, not uncommon for business on the 5. Was there the weekend before Christmas. It was crowded, had a dirty floor, overflowing trash cans, and long line to bathrooms. I suspect they were short staffed and overwhelmed by families on vacation. Food was a less than average from McD's, but I suspect that was because of the volume. Having said that, the staff was very kind and polite.

We rarely get happy meals for the kids but since Beenie boos are the toy why not... at the drive through we put in our order including the added beanie babies which was included on the receipt. Low and behold no Bernie babies.. it was a yoshi toy. I went inside to complain they said they didnt have any more Bernie babies. I complained to the manager that their receipt should reflect that so customers would be notified...

This place is anyways messing up on our others. We paid for the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and they ran out of tomatoes but if course they don't mention it. Adjust the price of you can't make it happen.

Passing through. We were the only ones in drive thru. Took long to get our 4 meals. Food was satisfying. Manager almost gave our food to someone inside. Only stopped because its a tradition to get Mickey D's. Overall the place needs energy.

Good food, bad service, irresponsible staff. Placed a table service order in the McD App. Food wasn't brought to the table. Number wasn't called. After 10 mins waiting, I went to the counter to check. Cashier told me she thought it was a different, unoccupied table. Then a person who seemed like the manager walked up and when I inquired with her, I was told they don't do table service "because regulations have changed." Yet the option is still offered in the mobile app for this location... Sounds like excuses to me...

We came through here on our trip down to So Cal and thought, we'd go through the drive thru and get back on the road. Instead we were given our drinks then told to park in #1 spot for drive thru. There was already a car there and they had been waiting for 10 minutes. So we parked next to them, then car after car came to park next to me and get their food before me, they were also told to park in spot #1. The gentlemen who was there before me had to go in and get his food once his wait reached the 30 minute mark. We still waited while another car came and got their food before us. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food!! If the server wasn't so cordial with us, I'd have given this a one star rating.

Just stopped for some egg and sausage biscuits. Ordered 2 , and when the order came on the screen , only one was being rung up. Repeated our order to please have 2. Waited a fair amount of time, when we opened them it was only a sausage patty and the biscuit, no egg or cheese. The receipt on the bag says no folded egg?? We never mentioned anything like that only that we wanted 2 , not one. Needed to get on the road, the licker is that the sticker on the bag says double checked for accuracy? Not a big order, but we didn't ask for anything special.

I was disappointed by a hygiene issue during my visit. A dog (not a service dog) was allowed to sit on the bench and lick the table, and no staff came to clean or sanitize it afterward. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I hope management addresses this, as basic sanitation is essential in a restaurant.

Dropped by on a road trip, nuggets were luke warm and so was burgers, had the worst stomach pain afterwards. Seems they left them out a long time before giving them to us. Was right after we ate we got pains, all very healthy so this was odd.

My egg mcmuffin had egg shell in it and they got order completely wrong. Went back to fix it, walked back , and took 10 min to get someone to help. They gave me a small caramel coffee and I ordered a med. Terrible staff terrible service terrible food

Absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the first time I visited this store they overcharged me and on top of that left a hair in my McMuffin. I decided to visit this location again and was met again with terrible service, wrong orders, and overall a bad experience. I'm a fan of the McDonald's food chain but this one deserves a zero for sure.

I was sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes and decided to go inside. The counter for drinks and coffee prep was a mess. I stood at the front counter waiting to be greeted for several minutes before I decided to just walk out.

Didn't see even *ONE* employee wearing a mask/face covering (I saw at least four staff). Walked straight out the door. You're serving food... to travellers... over a month into a worldwide pandemic! I won't be eating at a McDonald's for the foreseeable future.

Me and my fmaily stopped by on our way back to la from Oakland California and it took to long for my order. I ordered a Strawberry Smoothie and 10 minutes later they claim they dont have Strawberry Smoothies and then they said they could give me a mango so i saif ya then when my food was given to me they gave me a Strawberry Smoothie! The working area is straight up dirty. Fries all over the floor water dripping off everything, workers arguing over orders. Workers have no customer servicr skills and disrespect towards every customer. Great food just bot great service.

@McDonalds placed an order for a Big Mac on your App @1030. Walked in to pick up order. They said they are serving breakfast until 11. Fix your hours in the app. So I’m just sitting in my car for 30 minutes.

After a 3 hour drive.. stopped by for breakfast ordered me a sausage mcmuffin breakfast, when I got on the freeway, I got a muffin with egg and cheese only, they forgot to put sausage on my order. I didnt go back, cuz I was already 5 miles out on freeway.

Super slow in the menu is not consistent. Prices change when you order I do not recommend. They get the order wrong as well complete disaster.

We waited about 30 mins to place our order. Then the cashier said that the people in the back are sick. Let's pray he didn't mean that. Then the same man who took the cash checked my bag and didn't wash his hands. Let's just say... never again.

The McDonald's/Mobil was disgusting. The has pumps didn't work, the cashier was incredibly rude, the bathrooms were discussing and the McDonald's drive thru was infested with bugs so much that when I opened my window I had to sway away that's just to give them my card. Just an absolutely disgusting sh!thole.

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited we Stopped by at around 8:30 PM Right away noticed how empty the place was not good if you see an empty McDonald's anyways we should have seen the red flag when the manager and the cashier Had an attitude not only that But manager was upset when we asked her to repeat the order we asked for a filet o fish with extra tartar sauce the filet fish was raw and did not have tartar sauce at all my husband's double quarter pounder was raw my granddaughters We're supposed to get double fries with their happy meals since they did not want the Apple slices and did not get them either there was 6 of us eating spent about $80 or more on our order we had to request ketchup and they were so tight with the ketchup they only gave us 6 packets who in the world eats just one packet of ketchup anyways as I stood up to complain all the manager had to say it was Sorry but didn't even attempt to fix our order or give us a reimbursement for the extra stuff that we paid for very disappointed would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone I would not recommend the manager in the staff to work at McDonald's if they do not enjoy their job which they obviously don't since they're not doing it right!! Attitude like theirs gives McDonald's a very bad Reputation

Waited 45 min to order and receive my food. So came here in the morning like around 830 am waited to place my order (ps if u want an ice caramel mocha its discontinue at this store) but for $1.75 more they will make it for you) and if you need extra syrup make sure u bring your change because at $.60 each for that little scoop of syrup good knows how many you will need. Overall place was a little dirty i spend $5 dollars more then what i spend at others stores and keep in mind i always order the same thing. I sure wont be going here again thats for sure. So much for customers satisfaction.

Incredibly rude manageable! They moved to an order system by app or the self served kiosk and won't talk to people at the counter. We tried to ask a question and the staff ignored us and everyone who tried to talk to them. They said we should just use the kiosk or app because they are not taking orders from the counter.

With only two order kiosk panels available and a totally overwhelmed counter person, this location is a disaster as a fast food option. The wait was ridiculous and the order was incorrect when it finally did come. I cannot believe how far things have slipped since the Governor's overbearing regulation changes have come into effect. I can't blame the owner/operator or even the staff of this location. Senseless and unwise governmental policies are ruining the fast food dining industry in California. I said what I said.

This is what Californias $20 an hour gets you…….3 people working. One to take drive through orders, one to “make” the food, and another to put said food into bags. Only saw food for drive through going out. Waited over 15 minutes for two small burgers and finally left without food. Drove across the street to Jack Box and saw 5 people we saw in McDonalds. Guess they didn’t want to wait either.

Drive-thru hours are misleading. I went during posted open hours, and although staff were inside, no one was taking orders. Please update your hours or ensure service is actually available.

I did ordered on the mobile app and it took over 20 minutes to get it to me and to top it off they forgot my fries I had a small order kids meal with nuggets double cheeseburger and medium fries lg coke and a bottle water there is no reason anything should have been forgotten especially when this establishment is on a major highway. I did call and the lady said they would replace my fries seriously. I’m not going to drive approximately 3 hours for fries come on guys double check your orders every time I have stopped at this McDonald’s it’s always either they don’t have it,broken equipment or forget stuff. Won’t go back
