We usually stop at Arby's Lost Hills when catching I-5. Have gotten the roast beef sandwiches to take with us. Several months ago on our way home, we wanted one to bring back with us and couldn't believe they were out of roast beef!! This past week we also were on our way to southern Calif and wanted one to eat while driving. That worked out good and we enjoyed them. On our way home (Dec 29), we again stopped to get one to take with us. Again they were out of roast beef. Very disappointing. We like the sandwiches but won't just drive out to Lost Hills from Atascadero to get one so look forward to having one when we are traveling that way. Need more beef later in day.

Thank you Arby's for preparing my Reuben sandwich right. Not all Arby's serve them, so when I see it on the menu, I gotta get one. I crave the generous amount of corned beef, good sauerkraut balance, and decent rye bread.

I love Arby’s, I just wish one was closer to where I live. So now every time I travel, I have to stop at one. Today I tried, finally the Diablo roast beef sandwich and the loaded Diablo fries. The sandwich was ok, it packed a little heat but overall a good sandwich, however I think I’ll just stick to my all time favorite the beef and cheddar with Arby’s sauce added to it. Still #1 sandwich in my book. The fries were fire, loaded nicely and packed that same heat. I wonder if I can get that with the curtly fries…now that would be fire.

Good restroom/food stop off I-5. The only Arby’s on I-5 between San Jose and Los Angeles. 2 for $6 special ongoing. Staff is quite pleasant and helpful. Reasonably clean

The location is what it is, a large truck stop area with no soul, a lot of noise, etc. The Arby's here falls in the same category - food is OK (like what you can find in most Arby's) but the location makes you want to eat it as quickly as possible, maybe visit the restroom, then drive away as fast as you can. Speaking of the restaurant itself, it's pretty noisy and it is actually hard to understand the staff taking you order0

I had the brisket sandwich which is their number one combo , it was pretty good I enjoyed it. The fries, come on now, really does anybody like the fries? I just don’t care for those fries at all. The restaurant is very clean and the employee Yasmin was very nice and helpful.

Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of lunch meat on a bun, BUT this (Traditional) Gyro from Arby's is AMAZING... Then they went and created the Bourbon BBQ Brisket... I had to order both. They seem to be pretty clean, quick with the service and getting the food out. I went mid-day and they worked through the lines of customers pretty competently. Some people may be sticklers for above average customer service. I'm not--but it could definitely be better here at this Arby's. I'm more of a stickler for competency in your job. They've got it. They've got it down pat.

I had the chicken tenders and they were good, the curly fries not so much though. my husband had the roast beef sandwich and it was no good. The meats color was off and dry. My nephew had the Philly and is was decent, but again the taste no so good.

I've stopped here twice now because I normally like Arby's. But on both occasions the food was thrown together messily and the quality wasn't there. The sandwich looked ok but after opening it up the meat was just one lump in center and a sigle half slice of tomato, no onion, no bacon , slice of cheese the size of my little finger ans way too much mayo. Both times, my order was wrong, and I had to go back. The fries were old on both visits. Im not giving up on Arby's but I am on this one. I won't be trying a 3rd time. 😐

To start off. I love Arby's but the last couple of Arby's I went to including this one I feel like they're losing their touch. I ordered the number one doubled large. I got old burnt wavy fries and old burnt nuggets. Not sure if you can see in the pictures but it tasted terribly. Now the beef and cheddar that came out with perfection and the lobby was very very clean. There was a bunch of kids running the Arby's and a manager I felt that was too busy joking and messing around with the Love's employees to even know what his team was doing. If you want fast reliable good tasting food I would definitely recommend the other alternative that are in a 5 minute or less radius. You're letting me down Arby's

TERRIBLE LOOKING FOOD. Not what you expect when you open your sandwich. Ham and Swiss croissant. PATHETIC!!

Don't usually leave reviews, garbage-tier customer service from the front lady (last name Munoz). Made snide remarks to my grandparents for asking IF a sandwich could be cut in half, and then responded to an order mix-up as though her personal character had been called into question. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would rather have interacted with the kiosk in hindsight.

This place used to have such friendly people. Now they have a cranky old lady that snaps at you and gives you attitude. Like, dang, lady chill, and her excuse was, “it's my 5th day working here”. It should not matter how many days you have at the job. It is a common courtesy to treat customers with politeness. Then they got our order completely wrong. And when my husband went to inform her of it. She stated it was his fault, but after checking the receipt, she backed off. And that wasn't the worst part. She got an attitude with another customer and started talking smack in Spanish so he wouldn't understand her. We will stick to the ones in Bakersfield. Thank you very much!
