Long time fan of Papa John's. First time customer at this location. Initially I had an issue with my order but the manager Miguel quickly made the situation right. Really satisfied with my experience here and will be back

The food is delicious, but today they didn't put a pepperoncini on the side of the pizza like they usually do. They also only give one small sauce for 8 large breadsticks. Other than that, the service was quick and staff were friendly and the waiting area was clean. I'd recommend this place for yummy pizza.

I called again recently, and they said the same old thing. Little do they know, I called them out on the distance between other Papa Johns. Pizza is good. But customer service is no good. You can tell the guy the guy that takes your money doesn’t like to work there . They close at 9pm . I ordered my pizza at 8 pm . It was ready in 15 min . I get there and I am going to lay with my atm and he tells me we are closed . Only cash after 8. HES like the lady on the phone didn’t tell you and I said no. So I had to go to the bank to take out the money . I asked him when did they start that and he couldn’t answer it. The guy was just lazy straight out .

You ever feel like you're invisible? The staff at this Papa John's will make sure you feel that way. You can stand at their counter for 15 minutes and not a single employee will realize you're there. If you're thinking, "Oh, they're busy, they'll help me eventually when they have time." Don't. Because they will not notice you.

Pizza is good. But customer service is no good. You can tell the guy the guy that takes your money doesn’t like to work there . They close at 9pm . I ordered my pizza at 8 pm . This is what we got for a $30 pizza. We didn’t even get the philly cheesesteak topping (we added mushrooms, pineapple, green pepper & Philly cheesesteak), and can barely see the mushrooms. The store didn’t pick up when we tried to call.

I got a hair in it. I wish I could go back or open it when I was there. I hope they will be more professional in service. I have never given any negative review! But this time I couldn’t stop myself. Please try to pay more attention while making and serving it. I may not go there again. I know it was a mistake but in this competitive food business industry you must have to be more careful about your customer service. They have so many options so customer retention is important.

I kindly mentioned I had placed an order through Uber Eats, provided my order details, and showed him the screen with my name as he requested. Then, he insisted on verifying my phone number, which I knew wasn’t necessary for Uber Eats orders. When I pointed this out, he became visibly annoyed and started making loud, dramatic noises with the pizza boxes. The whole situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and unprofessional. This place isn’t worth the drama. I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I dedicated myself to this specific Papa John's for 15+ years of my life living in Arcadia. Recently, apparently they changed management, and all the changes came with it. The weak flavored battery acid pizza sauce, the sparce amount of Canadian ham and pineapple on my Hawaiian Pizza. I used to look forward to Pizza nights, but now I don't care much for it, because the Pizza just didn't taste as good as before, when it was made by the special needs workers that the local Papa John's hired. I hope the special needs workers weren't fired and instead found a better job, but I will always miss your fantastic pizzas. I will be supporting my local Lil Caesars from now on, RIP Papa John's Arcadia.

Last night I placed an order for (1) eight piece lemon pepper spicy wings. The wings had a very small amount of the sauce across all eight wings. I had to add my own sauce upon arriving home. NOTHING compared as advertised in the current commercial. Not impressed at all by the advertised product or the customer service at this Papa Johns location. I’m not going to give up on Papa Johns just yet. I hope to have better luck at different location.

whoever was on the line, manager or whatever keeps hanging up on me without proper confirmation of what i needed help on. first time hung up on me as i was explaining the situation so i wasn’t sure he heard me. second time, he hung up when i only said i needed to cancel my order. third time, he yelled at me that it was cancelled when i just needed to confirm if he needed an order number. IF HE LISTENED TO ME THE FIRST PHONE CALL WITHOUT ENDING THE CALL AFTER 1 MINUTE, he wouldn’t need to hear me call back. very rude old man and probably miserable. i can’t believe i still said thank you to him. not even a you’re welcome. it could have been in his grumpy crusty tone too. he should at least finish his job. he really chose war in the morning. :P

The store manager "Richard" I believe that's his name. Store number #1829 is one of the nastiest rudest managers I've ever spoken to in my life. I was calling to place a new order, but I also wanted to let him know about a pervious order. He got so rude and disrespectful with me to were I wanted to go to the store and confront him. The say he handle the call was sooooo unprofessional. I need help with this issue!!!

This place’s staff was so rude!!!!! I’m an Uber driver and received two orders from this store this night around 7pm. I went there right away, when I got there the front door was closed but the light was on. I called the store and a staff came to the front of the door. I told him I came for pickup, he look at my phone and said they are closed in a very rude manner and ask me to cancel the orders... then he closed the light..... When I get back to my car and canceled I saw he turn on the light again... I’m like if you don’t want to work just resign please, or close your Uber service. Don’t waste others time............
