Our go to spot especially during nice weather. I recommend sitting outside with some nice sunnies. The food is delicious, flavorful and plated nicely. During the summer we love getting the oysters and shrimp cocktail. Service is always on point. Be mindful the free parking spots are limited, you'll have to park near the metro north entrance if they are packed

The food and ambience make it worth a trip. It was easy to make a reservation online. This was my second time visiting and I felt compelled to write a review this time because the staff is so friendly. Dee was an absolute pleasure to have as a server! She made it such a nice experience.

I came with my wife for my birthday. They were very accommodating eventhough it was late on a Sunday. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was romantic. The service was helpful and knowledgeable about the wine selections. When our dinner order came it was excellent. Thank you 3 waterly bar and grill for making my birthday perfect

Visited recently for daughter's birthday. Atmosphere was awesome a quiet place with a scenic view especially at sundown by the Hudson. Good wine selection and a good variety of food types made the experience among family with different tastes able to enjoy the diverse menu. Definitely going back.

Everything was wonderful. The food was incredible! And the personal was so attentive. They have great chefs as well. We order a French toast which was so delicious. Also, octopus, pepperoni pizza, watermelon salad (the best I ever had) and lava cake. Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend!!

Everything is really good. Nothing blew my mind but the tuna tartare was excellent. It’s expensive because you pay for the views. Which are fantastic.

Excellent food & the outdoor patio has great views of the Hudson! Staff are cordial & friendly as well. But...the portions are STINGY. For the super-high priced food, I expected larger portions.

Hard to beat for its view and cocktails. Food generally good but can be inconsistent. Surprisingly good sushi and great tuna tartar. Pizza can range from good to great depending upon when you go. Great atmosphere and beautiful views, especially in the summer

It’s been very long since I have been back to 3 westerly. The interior has a cool vibe with booths, tables and lots of seating at the bar, the outdoor area has great views of the water and the signature arch. The main reason why I returned was because of the views and outdoor atmosphere. We ordered the calamari, hot lobster rolls and margaritas and I was unfortunately not wowed by anything. The lobster roll had lots of good sized pieces of lobster and the bread was very good but could have been warmer for a “hot” lobster roll. I definitely want to return and try more things on the menu.

As nice as this restaurant looks, it’s really more about the Hudson River view than the food. It feels like another spot designed to draw in crowds rather than deliver an authentic dining experience. If you’re after great food with genuine riverfront charm, head up the road to The Boathouse—especially in the summer when their outdoor area and docked boat make for a much better vibe.

Nice view from the outdoor seating. The service was friendly. Pretty vibrant place. The food was not the best. The mussels were okay and the pizzas was good but I would recommend the wagyu sushi or the octopus. For the price I thought it was not great. Come for the view and drinks. This place has to be the worst place to eat is Ossining, One plate was tasteless one was so salty I called them after my first bite.They barely had any customer n they completely forgot two other things I ordered. This place sucks. Every time I come here the order is wrong. It’s so dark I feel Like I’m in a coffin. The food is subpar at best. I will not be coming back anymore. And the pizza is gone from the menu until The spring. Really? That’s the only good thing on the menu.
