Kincaid’s never lets you down! I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years. Though not my favorite burger in town they’ve been highly consistent, they haven’t price gouged like most everyone else has. and their Burgers are simple made fresh and flat out good! nothing crazy, no wild exotic meats, or overly gourmet craft burgers that look better than they taste. no this is just a Good Ol’ fashioned reliable burger! Their Grilled Chicken Sandwiches as well as the Deli Style Pimento Cheese sandwiches are also great! Along with some Fried okra, crinkle cut fries, deviled eggs, or pimento stuff jalapeños. There’s plenty on the menu to custom build your own combo meal. This place is all around a treat, especially if you’re tired of overly crowded places in the Arlington/Highlands area this place will usually get you eating faster than anywhere else in the area will even get you seated! Great Food, Family Friendly Charm, Respectable Prices in 2024, hardly ever long waiting time or lines. what’s more could you want?

🍔 Kincaid's Hamburgers in Arlington knows how to do hamburgers. They keep it simple - from their burgers to their crinkle-cut fries - and they have a variety of sides that you'll want to come back and try. My personal favorite is their fried okra and stuffed jalapeños. Food: When I go, I usually order the Cowtown Deluxe - it has mayo, bacon, pimento cheese, grilled jalapeños and onions - along with their classic crinkle cut fries or their fried okra served with a side of ranch. I also love their homemade stuffed jalapeños, as well as their homemade banana pudding for dessert. Service: Kincaid's Hamburgers always has a friendly staff. In the many times I've been, I have yet to have a negative encounter. They are not lightning quick in getting the food out, but about average. Nothing to knock them about, just a note. Atmosphere: Kincaid's has a similar feel at each of their locations - the colors of the walls, the artwork, the picnic style tables, the ordering system. It gives you a homey feel when you're there. I know a lot of people who are loyal customers to Kincaid's and have been going for years, and it's not that hard to understand why. Overall, my family loves Kincaid's. Now that we're back in Fort Worth, we'll be by the one over on Hulen a lot more often. Thanks Kincaid's for amazing burgers and sweet memories!

Their pimento cheese is to die for. (Not literally). I love going here for a good burger. The environment is very family friendly with the picnic table style seating. Recommend coming here at least once!!

Good fast food from burgers to corny dogs. Great krinkle cut fries. Seasonal shakes. Service is top-notch considering the amount of people in the restaurant (standing room only).

Nice and juicy homestyle burgers! No fast food vibes or mistakes here. This is pure back yard cookout right down to the picnic tables. They even have deviled eggs made fresh if you want to go full picnic mode! Everything made right in front with a big open kitchen and service with a smile. The location in the Highlands is closest to our house and the one we normally go eat in but when in Ft. Worth we hit the original location as well. Treat yourself if you're near either.

If you want a nice thick and juicy burger, this is the place. Walk up to the counter and place your order. The menu is easy and simple to read. The customer services is great. When your order is ready, make sure to listen for your name. All meals are bagged. There is plenty of seating. There are super long picnic style tables, as well as, small picnic tables; should you decide to dine in. Also, items are sold separately.

Honestly a bit disappointed. First time at this establishment and had a simple order of 2 cheeseburgers with a milkshake. When they called my name for my burgers I had to ask for my milkshake before they got that to me. When I opened up the burger wrapper and found one cheeseburger without cheese, I went up to the guy to state there weren’t any cheese. The guy doesn’t apologize or anything and said I had to lift the bun up to see the cheese. Seriously? I lift up the bun and there’s no cheese. “Okay what do you want me to do?” was his response. I dunno. Maybe a slice of cheese? So he agrees to put a slice of cheese on it. No apologies. No sorry about the inconvenience. The guy didn’t even believe me when I said they had forgotten to put a slice of cheese. How do you mess up an easy order like this and not even own up? Food was fine and decently priced otherwise. But service is pretty garbage. It’s a shame because I work nearby and I love burgers but I don’t see myself returning.

I understand the hype. The onion rings are probably the best I ever had. Evenly coated, well seasoned and the onion doesn't come out after the 1st bite. The burger Cowboy Burger itself was ok. The bbq sauce and onion ring toppings had all the flavor. If I had gotten an og burger I probably would've been very disappointed.

Not much of a reviewer it we really like the burgers here. The only issue in the 20+ times we’ve been here is the lack of customer service. If the employees were to just smile and at the very least say thank you for coming, it would make a huge difference. Local businesses forget that reoccurring customers are the one who make their business. I hope leadership read this and the next time we come if we at the very least get a smile I’ll consider updating my review.

I got the Cow town burger and my wife got a cheese burger. The Cow town came with permento cheese. It was awful and I couldn't finish it. My wife's burger was ok. The fountain drinks were very sweet. The strawberry Fanta was so sweet I couldn't drink it. The homemade banana pudding was not like any homemade banana pudding and tasted like jello pudding mix a bit of banana and mini vanilla wafers. However they are doing good business so they must be doing something right.

The establishment was clean not too many customers at the moment. The employees took safety measures for cova19 by wearing mask. I waited 30 plus minutes for my order. Also they were out of banana pudding so the employee took a little more time to make some more which makes me nervous because banana pudding my way takes time but I noticed its instant whipped pudding. The burgers are small for the price. You will spend around $8.50 for a burger by itself, fries are separate as well as the drinks. It's too overpriced. In reality you'll spend around $16 for one meal which you'll be hungry within the next 2 hours due to the portions being small. I will not give it a go in the future. We love experiencing new food restaurants as we travel
