Me and my friend went to Canes for lunch and we had an amazing experience! It wasn’t too full and we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Cenaya (we hope that’s the right spelling). All the seats were clean and we quickly got our order. The chicken was really crispy and hot and Cenaya came by to check on us to double check if we needed anything else. Amazing customer service and a great place to grab a quick meal :)

SOOOO YUMMY AND DELICIOUS 10/10
I just want to give them 5 stars because their cleanness and special their restrooms as fast food. It is great clean restroom. Thanks for respecting customers and staff was nice.
I eat here at least once a week just found out about the cainiac thing wish it had more rewards bummer about the box combo thing being discontinued since Aug. 2024 lol anyways place is awesome lots of police presence, helpful staff clean inside ans out lots of parking .. I could go on and on. But yea its cains ...
The music inside was much louder than we needed. However, the food was great and service was excellent.
Romeo was incredibly helpful when my children, sister, nieces, and nephews came to dine in. There were nine of us, and I was ordering individual meals for everyone—seven kids' meals and two adult meals. While I was ordering, Romeo advised me that if I ordered the party pack with 25 strips, a pan of fries, seven sauces, and seven coleslaws, it would save money and be plentiful for everyone. I can tell you that was the most helpful thing he could have done at that moment. We had just come from a fun-filled day, and everyone was hungry, so his suggestion to get the party pack not only satisfied our appetites but also helped me save money. I truly appreciate employees who go the extra mile to serve their customers. Thank you, Romeo.
Fast, clean, good food, great atmosphere. A nice place for people to enjoy eating out.
Unfortunately… this location wasn’t the greatest tonight. The bread was quite salty from over spread butter, and the fries were stale as if they had been sitting (not to mention the salt as well). I love Canes and was really craving it tonight after my workout… Ugh next time ig.
Went for a late dinner (after 9pm), fantastic food as always. One of the ladies running the register didn't really seem like she wanted to be there but I don't know what her day was like, she was professionally courteous nonetheless and I didn't order with her, just overhead her from our booth with other customers. I will always recommend Raising Cane's for the food, and the atmosphere at least, late night staff can be kinda grumpy, but daytime and lunch staff are always really cool.

Family favorite, for sure!!! Love the sauce, bread, and coleslaw! The only downfall is the prices!!! With a family of 5 and ordering for take out at restaurant prices, eeekkkk!!! I gave it 4 stars because the last 2 times we did order it seemed the chicken strips were quite a bit smaller than the last few times, sadly! Also they always forget my coleslaw!!! My family always opts out on the coleslaw and gets extra toast but I enjoy it. So check your boxes, because the last 3 times they forgot mine and after dropping $100 it's saddening!!! Will give it one more try, but if the quality and size of chicken continues to go down, I cannot afford to spend our money here!!!
Chicken not too salty and had some juiciness, better than what I expected for fast food. Fries a bit dry and not plump. Cole slaw was good. Wish there was more of it in the plastic tub. Still more than what I’d get from KFC. Bread was ok. Got free ketchup but dunno about paying for sauce. Easy to order on the app and just came to get the order hot and ready. Liked the local decor like the dairy valley sign. Got the box combo from a gift card. Would I get this over the chick fil a deluxe meal?
The food was good. Chicken was hot and fresh. But the restaurant was dirty and they have hard time cleaning the tables so customers can have a seat. Definitely need some improvements.

I love their tenders the best. But you have to order them extra crispy (the fries as well). They double coat the chicken so the crust doesn't fall off as easy. They're still juicy and tender though. And the extra crispy fries are HOT and stay hot. Ask for double-coated Texas Toast as well. It's garlic buttered and grilled on both sides. Delicious. They also have the best iced and sweet tea of any fast food chain by far. I wish their music wasn't BLARING though. But that's their "tradmark."

I love this place. Food is great and service is fantastic. However, while I was waiting for food, I saw one of the worker dropped a piece is chicken tender on the floor, but he just put it back in the bin. Not a good thing. Otherwise, this place is fantastic.

I recently tried Raising Cane’s for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed with my order. The chicken pieces were very small, and most of what I tasted was just the fried coating rather than actual chicken. It felt misleading compared to the photos and descriptions — almost like false advertising. The meal was not enjoyable, and I couldn’t even finish it. I expected much better quality from such a well-known chain. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in Raising Cane’s, and I will not be returning. I would also like to request a refund for this meal given the poor quality and misleading presentation.
I was expecting good on point service and sad to say I don’t even wanna drive back here anymore because I didn’t receive what I ordered. Missing drinks, part of the meal(toasts) and receipt. I even asked for the people’s names of the guy employees in the drive thru on Sunday 10/15 @ 4pm. They’re not wearing any name tags. It sucks because this order was for someone else.

Always have to throw away atleast 2 wings because it is overly chewy and undercooked. If this isn’t the problem most of the order will be overcooked and burnt. Idk if they are in a rush to get orders out or what but a 20$ meal shouldn’t be bad to where you have to throw away a portion each time.
Every time I go to Raising Cane's, I’m met with staff who seem angry and irritated to serve customers. No smiles, no courtesy—just bad energy all around. The food is even worse. The chicken is way too oily, and the fries are always cold, like they’ve been sitting out forever. I tried to ask for a refund because the meal was basically inedible, but the manager, Alyssa, never even bothered to come speak to me. I don’t feel like I was treated with any respect at all. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Definitely not coming back.
Ordered the caniac combo and the sandwich combo, first they forgot about our order, went up to the counter and asked about my order they were acting dumb saying I already got it but ended up giving me my order. As my kids were eating their food I see the chicken tender being raw super red inside, and they minimize the issue and they couldn’t even give me my refund. Now gotta go online and do it my self.
I was robbed!! I was relaxing on a casual Sunday, when suddenly I suffered from the most desirable craving for fried chicken. Although Chick-fil-A was not available, my only option was this. My experience was ruined from the very beginning as soon as I entered the parking lot. There was no spaces left and the drive through snaked around the building, obscuring my view. Finally as I entered the building, the blasting music pained my ears as my eyes were blinded by the LED TV menus. Don't they know that the aggressive TV brightness can hurt their customers eyes? I couldn't believe how lazy the workers were, and forced my to touch the infectious tablet to place my order. My food took 5 years to arrive not only cold, but the smallest serving size. I was trying to get my money's worth but clearly I was mistaken. The chicken was too dry and too crunchy for anyone to enjoy. I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
I was there on drive through and at the moment I was ordering 3 finger combo the cashier said that with the combo I have to buy large drink because they didn't have regular cup I was trying to get a positive answer to my question asking I don't have to pay for a large drink she desired to removed the drink without asking me the worst thing when I got to my home and opened the trade it was only to small pieces but not three and the amount of fries it eas counting them only 11pieces horrible service they can not continued abusing customers just because we ask questions no wander they where empty no customers around

2:15 am food was ordered and we ask for the rules of the snoop dog combo thru drive thru window the lady assisting was nice and said let me ask, however the guy with the head set on was like I’m tired of people asking me about this shit, we can hear him cursing thru the window, not great customer service when it was just a simple question, please believe you lost a customer for poor service over a simple question
