Absolutely scrumptious!! Hits every mark. Every dish is made with high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere and ambience is great and the service is very friendly and personable. Good value for what you pay for as well. As a Colombian, I highly recommend Arepa Lady for authentic Colombian street food or just a great delicious meal! The mixed queso arepa is my personal favorite :)

Food, service, and ambience was great! The staff made us feel as if we were home. I will definitely return to try the Rey of the menu. I enjoyed the street corn and the bandeja lady. The maracuya dessert was so delicious

Honestly five stars could be based only the service that was extremely accommodating. We were a larger party of 5 and had someone with crutches needing an extra chair and late to our reservation, yet they found us a table and never rushed us. The hot coco was just amazing!! And the drinks were strong for happy hour. Would deff come back.

It’s been ages since my last Colombian restaurant so decided to give this place a try. It was about 2pm and rajny so the place was a bit quiet but. Love the decor. The server was friendly and helpful on what to order - they have a number of different types of arepas and it’s not very clear from the menu what the differences are. But I ended up with one with cheese and Chicharrón and it was delicious nice crispy pork belly and flavorful arepa. I also got a Colombian beer and meat skewer to round things out. Wonderful!

Highly recommend! The service is great, everyone is helpful and attentive. Food is beyond delicious!! I’m a saucey person and love their 4 sauces: pineapple, pink, green and hot. Can’t wait to come back here! - Arepa de Queso (Carne Asada - Steak) - Colombian Burger (try with pineapple sauce) Order to go (didn’t take pics) - Mango juice with water - Sweet Plantain (Pollo Desmechado - Shredded chicken) - Empanada de Pollo Btw they have 4 different types of arepa, make sure you ask them the difference between them all.

Chicharron is my favorite. Arepa and chicharron were tasty but too salty. I wish they were a little less salty. Empanada was great. I especially liked the taste of cheese and beef. I found another good restaurant in the neighborhood.

a good place to socialize! the staff was also very friendly. one of them noticed our table was a bit wobbly and came by to adjust it. there is a 20% gratuity for every dine in party regardless of size. as for the food.. maybe it wasn’t for our palettes? it was a little too sweet for us and we had ask the waiter what they recommended and he did mention one of them was on the sweeter side but we didn’t expect it to taste THAT sweet. empanadas were a bit on the drier side as well but we did love the crispy pork. wouldn’t come back but overall it was a nice experience!

Heard a ton through Instagram and friends who have visited. We were the first ones here on a Sunday. The place was still setting up. The food was relatively good, they had bottomless drink option. Once it got a little busy the server forgot about refilling. Took going up to the bar and getting the bar tenders attention. After that he was consistent and super pleasant. Peak time seems to be between 12-3pm. Unlimited is good for two hours. Recommended to sit closer to the bar for the best experience. Had the calentado, the chorizo was pretty good. The beef was well done instead of medium and the rice was also a little dry. The guacamole and crispy tostones excellent. Not a fan of frozen fries. Tried the Sangria’s, good taste and nice amount of liquor.

The original Arepa Lady is still so good since the last time I visited it in 2016. Not as good, but a better selection now. Great Arepas at really honest prices. Great selection, beers and service. Atmosphere was really helped with great music. Arepa Rellena was the stand out for me.

Great service (our waiter was super helpful), decent but not amazing food, not great ambiance (mainly due to blasting loud music). We expected more from the food: the street corn was just ok, the arepas decent but the fillings (meat) overcooked, dry & hard, everything arrived lukewarm, and some of the squeeze bottle sauces were meh (sickly sweet gloopy pineapple and another that tasted like Russian dressing). Loved our waiter but overall this was pretty mid.

Great and ample location. As a colombian I was expecting more of this location. I Went there for brunch /lunch . The have happy hour starting at opening. I Had a passion fruit mojito that had great flavor but no so much liquor taste. but it had great flavor so a 4 on that. We ordered guacamole and tostones.Tostones were good they gave u about 4. w a small plate of guacamole .The guac was ok not so much flavor or spices, this was 18 dollars. My friend ordered #chicharon . She loved it with the arepa. She also had the sangria, it was pretty tasty at a price of 14 per glass. I also ordered a chicken chuzo with papa criolla. chicken again a bit hard and not that tasty. Also ordered a street corn. That did not seem to be grilled , Just had cheese on top and I guess butter. Not the best I had. there was only 1 server slash everything. I guess because it was monday and early lunch time. So he did the orders, did the drinks and pretty much everything. He did pretty good for been there by himself and got a few more tables to attend. I was expecting more flavors on the food. The place is wheelchair friendly including the bathrooms.

Today February 3rd at night was my first time in this place, for so long I really wanted to go and try my favorite food as a Colombian. The food was good, the place is relaxing to sit in, not loud music, but there were two waiters tonight and the younger one was extremely rude, it was like talking to no one, never replay to our requests with good attitude and his face looked like he was forcing to work in that place and made our visit uncomfortable, he seems to be very mad for something but that’s not the point, he accepted the job as a service person so should be act like one, I think the boy is too young and doesn’t have much experience how to be a waiter. There was another waiter, the older one, brown skin, very professional, I seem him working very hard and doing his best, like he really cares about his job, I want to say thank you so much for your attention, your attitude was the best.🫶🏻 (There is a study that you need 20 years to visit each restaurant in New York eating everyday in one different, so why to visit again a place where someone made it unpleasant. NO THANK YOU) All the best for the restaurant but try to improve the attitude service.
