August 2025 Returned to have the Cioppino again and to try their pizza. Pizza was quite good (mushroom) but the Cioppino wasn't as good as the last time - quite salty and less spicy. It was quite good that they volunteered to make it again for us. The repeat was a bit less salty but... Service was still very good. Keeping the 5-star rating for consideration of a potential offninght on the Cioppino... July 2025 Comfortable ambiance - not fancy, not casual, just right for us! Excellent service, very caring of the customers: our Japanese American server (Ruka) brought us a slice of lemon, carbonated water, and extra linen naplin to clean off after my wife's mishap with Cioppino sauce! Quite impressed. Oh, yes, about the food... both of our dishes were quite pleasing, especially the Cioppino which my wife loved! Chicken Parmagiano was good also... on par with what's expected! Also, the amount of food was just right... just enough to satisfy without overeating. We will definitely come again! Good job everone!

We loved this place!! The food was 🤩 amazing! It's a perfect spot for a date. Our server (Titi) was so kind! Please make yourself a favor and order the caprese salad with shrimps! Also, the pizza and pasta were delicious!

I had the literal best drink from the wonderful mixologist Titi. This place has amazing ambience and the leadership always makes you feel welcome and at home. So thankful for this location and its incredible team!

Love this place! The Eggplant Parmigiana Melanzane Calamari Fritti were perfectly fried. The Cioppino has a nice kick of spice and is packed with fresh seafood. The Margherita Carnevale Pizza looks beautiful with its star shape and tastes authentically delicious. The Chicken Piccata was juicy with a bright lemon-caper sauce. The Hibiscus Fiore cocktail was very refreshing. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and solid Italian food. I’ll definitely be back!

Ruka our server was fantastic! Enjoyed our tasty pasta and Ruka helped us pair it with a great wine. Ruka conversed with us and we enjoyed our conversation very much! Felt very cared for.

We were sitting across the street at Hard Rock cafe and saw people in and out of this restaurant. We decided to just have drinks at Hard Rock cafe and eat dinner at Amalfi. What a disappointment. Our waitress was absolutely clueless. Every table in our area was frustrated. Our drinks were brought to the table and never filled up again. We were not impressed with our food at all. Im sure this is a great place to eat but we had a terrible experience. Maybe next time.

The food was delicious! Everything is made from scratch. The caprese salad is so good! I also got spaghetti with meatballs and it was really good! The atmosphere was elegant. I think I was a little under dressed with jeans and tennis shoes. The manager was so nice and kept checking on us. When I left, I accidentally left my purse and she came running out as I was driving away to get it back to me! 5 stars for food, atmosphere and service!

I had a wonderful night at Amalfi. The veal was spectacular and the atmosphere was awesome. I was helped by Titi and she was always very attentive, checking in when possible, and always being kind and amicable. I’d definitely recommend this Italian restaurant Buckhead for a casual dinner, a brunch or a private event.

Visited Amalfi Cucina Mercato for an Italian dinner in Buckhead recently, The intimate setting and soft lighting created a perfect atmosphere. I had the spaghetti and meatball pasta dish and it was great, along with a wonderful selection of wines, and the staff were attentive and friendly! Our server Ms. Ruka was friendly, attentive, and great overall! Highly recommend for a nice night out.

During a recent visit to Atlanta, either twice. I was first drawn by the convenience to the hotel, then to the Neapolitan pizzeria menu, then to the wonderful service. TiTi was my server and she was absolutely delightful. The pizza was excellent.

Amalfi Cucina and Mercato was wonderful! Since Baronda near the Fox closed, we have struggle to find a replacement with good food and nice cozy (not stuffy) atmosphere that will not break the bank.we finally found it in Amalfi! Our server, Titi, was very helpful and guided us to meal choices which we were both very happy with. We will definitely be back!

Jon was great!! I’m absolutely delighted with my visit to Amalfi Cucina Mercato in Buckhead – the best Italian restaurant Buckhead has to offer. The upscale setting, fresh homemade pasta and amazing Neapolitan pizza made the night unforgettable, and the private dining space was elegant and perfect for a small celebration. The staff were friendly, attentive and truly made us feel welcome. If happiness had a location on Google Maps, it would be here. I’ll definitely be back for another Italian brunch experience.

I had a wonderful visit to Amalfi Cucina and Mercato and especially loved the Cocktail and Wine Bar Buckhead. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly and attentive staff at the bar, 2) Cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind, 3) Well crafted drinks and small plates that paired perfectly with the menu. It is a great Italian restaurant in Buckhead and the bar is definitely a highlight.

I had a wonderful dinner at Amalfi Cucina Mercato. The wood‑fired Neapolitan pizza was the best I’ve had in Buckhead and the fresh pasta was delicious. The private dining area made our celebration feel special and the cocktail and wine bar had a great selection. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere – definitely the best Italian restaurant in Buckhead. The waitress Misruka did an excellent job and made the experience extremely enjoyable.

The atmosphere isn't was amazing!!! It was very elegant and welcoming. Everything was amazing from the welcome host to the manager Jennifer (who by the way offered to take our picture) Our server Anthia was absolutely lovely and sweet. She was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. We didn't have to ask for anything she was on her job and I loved. She didn't mind helping where she could. My girlfriend's phone was about to die and our server offered to charge her phone a lil bit for her and we have NEVER had that happen before. The food was amazing; I ordered the the spaghetti and meatballs and omg I love Italian food and that was indescribable 🥰 I never had veal before and the meatballs were made of veal and now I love veal 😂

Went here for date night and liked the romantic but relaxed vibe of this restaurant—not too stuffy and not too dark lol you can see your food! Our waitress was also really nice and let us know that we can have mushroom pizza carnevale style, and it was soooo good. The mushroom pizza was probably the best I’ve ever had in the city and the carnevale style was fun (the crust was stuffed with ricotta if i remember correctly). We’d love to come back for future date nights!

We had a great experience. They were available for a last minute Friday night reservation. The food was phenomenal and our server was great. The pizza with the ricotta crust was the star of the show. The only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5 star is because there is a smoky smell that lingers in the restaurant. I think it’s from the speak easy next door.

Amalfi Cucina is a real place for an evening. The ambience inside, the beautifully lit and well laid restaurant with its light music playing. Very nostalgic to back to my visit. The service is good. The food is good too. I loved the peppadews they serve. One can spend time looking around at the beautiful collection displayed on the walls, the decorations and artifacts and your orders arrive. The crowd is good and decent. It's a place to dress up in your formals and go for a weekend dinner. All this adds to the feel. Nice place, good food, good service.

BEWARE! When bill comes, there is 2.5% credit card charge they automatically add to it! If it is on the menu it is very well hidden. In this day and age where cash payment is disappearing quickly, this is unconscionable. Leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth after a nice pizza dinner. Why is this restaurant doing this when vast majority of other restaurants all with the same merchant agreements aren't? Not a good look.

It is a nice date location because you can converse and hear one another easily. We had the spaghetti with meatballs and steak salad, which were both good, but not great. They were what I would call inoffensive. They are seasoned well, but not in a memorable way. The pistachio ice cream, tiramisu and chocolate syrup dessert complemented one another perfectly. This dessert was a subtle and great cap on the dining experience. (Seen below) Our server was extremely attentive and catering. Finally, they played all of the stereotypical Italian-American songs at a low level in the background, making conversation very easy at the table.

Ms.Ruka was a personable server, helped our date go super smooth and was very attentive. Food got to the table super fast. Desert was amazing, we also got some information on more things to do around georgia!

Ordered two pizzas (Quaranta Pepperoni and Margherita Carnevale) plus a Caesar salad for pickup. The pizzas were small but decent; however, the crusts were unevenly cooked, with centers that were too thin and ended up soggy. Overall, the value is hard to justify given the other options nearby. It was $55 including a greedy separate credit card surcharge. Further note online ordering adds $5–7 per-pizza markup compared to calling in, which feels deliberately exploitative.

I came in here really excited to enjoy good Italian but there was a consistent, looming cigar smell. I was here with my infant son and I don’t want him to catch second hand smoke. We are living in 2025 we don’t smoke in restaurants I hope the health safety board comes and checks this place out. I wish they would fix it because it would be such a better experience the food is good but I would not say fantastic. They also put a credit card surcharge on your bill without even asking. Overall not worth going trust me.

Birthday reservation and the bday girl was not even offered a happy birthday by the staff. Beautiful ambiance. Very smokey (from the oven or grill?). Temperature of the restaurant was cold. We were told they were "out of bread". Calamari was bland and soggy/greasy instead of crispy and flaky. We asked for parmesan cheese for our pasta dishes and we're given shakers with grated cheese used as pizza toppings. We had to ask another server for fresh grated mozzarella. Portion sizes were laughable. Especially the 4 pieces of Ravioli & 1 slice of eggplant as an entree... The waitress seemed really disinterested. We would never eat here again or recommend.

Second time visiting this restaurant and it will be my last time coming here. First time, service was so-so but I liked my margherita pizza. I come back 2 months later having a taste for pizza and was so disappointed. The waiter was being passive-aggressive and fake nice to me and kept asking me if I had a long day out of the blue. I told him my day was fine and when I tried to inquire why he kept asking about having a long day, he kept saying he wanted to make sure I was having a good day. His tone seemed ingenuine and shady. I felt uncomfortable afterwards and should have walked out then but instead wasted almost $20 on a pizza that tasted like bland cardboard. I don’t know if it was an off day for the chefs or if the waiter told the chef to make my pizza this way but hardly no sauce and cheese. The look and taste of the pizza was unacceptable! I don’t know what the other pizzas and food taste like here, but I would not recommend the margherita pizza from this restaurant.
