Had an incredible dinner here! The lamb chops were the absolute highlight—perfectly seasoned and honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. We also tried a few of the cocktails, which were expertly crafted and balanced. A huge shoutout to the staff; the service was top-notch. They gave us several recommendations for both food and drinks, and every single one was a hit. Definitely a new favorite spot!

Divan was such a beautiful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is stunning—romantic, cozy, and elegant. What truly elevated our experience was the service. DR. DAVID, our waiter, was absolutely AMAZING, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He explained the menu patiently, gave great recommendations, and checked in on us just the right amount. His service made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening. We’ll definitely be coming back 🥰

Tourist. Really enjoyed the eclectic atmosphere and exquisite food. The music was perfect for the vibe of this place. As an interior designer, I enjoyed to see the amount of concepts and textures and styles all in one same place. Service was incredible.

My boyfriend took me to Divan for my birthday. It was a surprise. I loved the ambience from when we walked in. The host was super amazing. Our server Liz was above and beyond professional, super sweet and friendly. She took time to go through the menu options. I had the shish kabobs and my boyfriend had the sea bass. Liz recommended duck for appetizer which we’ve never had before and it was so good. My boyfriend took me there because of the pics and reviews he saw online especially the “happy birthday” written on the plate. We got all that and more. Liz recommended tiramisu as dessert and it was sooo amazing. We had ice cream too as dessert. Oh, the private dining room was a plus too. The valet guy was super nice too. This place I give it 10/10 and will definitely visit again.

I had Divan Restaurant saved in my Google Maps for over a year, and finally made the time to visit for our anniversary—it was absolutely worth the wait! Born and raised in Detroit, I have a high standard when it comes to Middle Eastern food, and Divan did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal. The lamb chops were tremendous, and the salmon pasta was perfectly executed. What truly elevated the night was the top-tier service. When we were first seated, the location wasn't ideal for our special occasion. Our server, Meek, and the management heard our concern and immediately moved us to a spot that made the night all the more special. Meek went above and beyond, guiding us through the menu and pointing out her personal favorites and customer favorites, since it was our first time. Whether you're looking for a casual night out or celebrating something special, Divan Restaurant is HIGHLY recommended.

Liz was by far an outstanding server! She took care of us like royalty from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made amazing recommendations that did not disappoint. Liz was personable, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing. Her confidence and understanding of the menu helped us, as first-time guests, have an exceptional dining experience. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Liz every time! The food was delicious and worth the hype and every bite. The ambience was by far stellar and a vibe in the dining part of the restaurant.

Dinner at this place is delightful. From the moment we were ushered upstairs to our corner table, it felt special and intimate. The vibe is sophisticated and fits the Persian aesthetic. The drinks were classy, our meal (all starters) was delicious and balanced, and the dessert was the perfect end to the meal. Service (from Maya) was perfectly timed and allowed us to enjoy ourselves the whole time. Really a great experience.

I've been wanting to eat here for awhile but never been in the area while the were open but I finally got the opportunity and it exceeded my expectations. I had Peach Labne to start and loved how rich and complex the flavors were. My server suggested the Bakhtiari kabob and it was delicious. The spices, perfectly cooked rice, picked vegetables and yogurt sauce (I can't remember the exact name of it) were on point. The service and atmosphere were great too and I'll definitely be back.

If you want the absolute BEST lamb chops in the city, Divan is the only place to go. The quality of the cut and the tenderness are unmatched, but that sauce? It will literally have you in a chokehold! It’s worth every penny. I’m happy to pay their prices because the quality is so much higher than other spots overcharging for lamb chops. The staff is attentive, and the food is consistently great. While I do miss the old-school entertainment they used to have, the flavor keeps me coming back. Pair your meal with the Moscato if you love a good dessert wine. You won’t regret it!

If you are lucky enough to have Z as your waiter, take his recommendations!! He was extremely charming, knowledgeable on the menu & didn’t steer us wrong the entire night. everything he suggested was 5 stars. Lamb chops were a little overrated imo but everything else was over the top. Thank you again Z!
