Dominos wasn't my first pizza choice For many years, I was a die hard pizza hut loyal customer. However had a change of heart and dominos is my pizza go go place. The quality of there pizza has improved totally 360. Crust is on point and not to mention the light sauce is golden. Wish they had more toppings but other than that these guys are A -1in our Familys book! 10 stars for sure...

Can't go wrong with Domino's! This location is close to my home and I'm very thankful for it! The staff are incredibly kind and the pizza is just as incredible! I've never been disappointed. There's also a grocery store nearby that can certainly meet your party needs. Cups, paper towels, pop, beer (there's also a liquor store next door).

This particular Dominoes makes a darn good pizza with ample toppings. I order carryout and they are on track and I have never had to wait. The staff is wonderful and takes pride in their work, often saying, "you are going to like this" Which I do and return when the pizza craving hits.

Pizza here never disappoints me, always go there but sometimes the team could sometimes be a mess, cursing and some sort, but nothing ballistic, most of the time they are polite. Recommend putting a bell or a door alarm for when customers walk in, and if there is one the batteries should be changed. But overall its great

Typical Domino's pizza. Last time I stepped into the store front I felt as if I was bothering them ordering to go instead of placing my order online like everyone else.... I mean it's 2016, right? Otherwise okay pizza at okay prices. If you like the taste, then this place delivers (eh, see what I did there).

I called in 4 delivery.. the female who answered the phone was very patient and quickly competently took my order, confirmed my address and and gave me an efficient time eta.. the over all experience was quick and was very welcoming. Job well done. Thank You.

As far as fast food pizza places, i like Dominoes the most. They're consistent and friendly, with good customer service. This Dominoes, on Ashford st in East Clairemont, is among the best!! Check em out! I know you won't be disappointed.

I had 40 points that were about to expire. So I used them to get a stuffed pepperoni, cheesy bread. I also ordered the crispy bacon and tomato chicken bites without the tomatoes. Both were surprisingly good.

OK. I've been ordering from this same location for maybe 3 years or more. But recently, something's changed. I dunno if it's a new owner, employees, or an overall mandated policy, but the quality has consistently gone downhill for the last at least 4-5 months, now. For instance: every week for the last 4 weeks at least(and you can contact them to verify), I've ordered a the exact same pan-tossed, Salami and parmasan-asiago pizza. And for some reason, its less Salami, each week. Less parmasan-asiago, each week. And even less sauce, each week. I feel like they are trying to save money and are doing it by shorting customers on ingredients. Whatever it is, I LOVE this pizza, but it's getting old - Im even considering going back to Pizza Hut, if it doesnt get better... #FixIt

Actually it wasn't OK. On my last visit, I was offered a deal of large pizza with three topping for $7.99. After I got back in my car in a hot afternoon, I noticed that they gave me a change back of regular price of $9.99 + tax. I just didn't have the right feeling to go back and argue for two extra dollars they changed me. But I know for sure that it will be the last place I ever go to.

The large pizza seems like the size of a small, I guess that's shrinkflation for ya! The flavor is okay, I've had better. The customer service was better than the pizza.

My family and I love the food here and delivery is pretty good most of the time, but I don't feel that training is that great. Too often orders are lacking certain ingredients from special orders and on at least 2 occasions there was no extra sauce included in the pasta orders. My biggest pet peeve is when we order the chocolate half-dipped chocolate chip cookie is tossed in the delivery bag with the hot food. Seriously. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to put the cookies in a bag, especially if you've ordered soda too (which is always delivered in a plastic bag). But the food IS good when properly prepared. Order at least once a week.

I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich twice with double meat, and both times there was hardley any meat in the sandwich! The sandwich was delicious, but would have been even better if it had double meat. I liked the delivery driver, he was very friendly. Sadly, I don't think I will be ordering this again...good sandwich, but not woth the price!!!

I will NEVER order from this Dominos, I ordered hot wings on Thursday Feb. 14 at 11:17, and 1 HOUR later when I called the store and asked for an update, I was told it would be at least over 1 hour more to get my order. That is very unacceptable, how do you not call the customer back and inform them of this situation, Eric the manager was not helpful. As a teacher in the Clairemont area we use Dominos for our school parties, that will definitely stop, I will be telling my colleagues and parents of my experience and inform them that there are other pizza places in Clairemont that do not treat their customers in this manner.

They didn't cut my pizza and we didn't get utensils to eat the pasta. We couldn't eat our food . I called in & told the manager & he said they don't have knives to cut it & hung up on me. I drove there to get my refund & show him the pizza.

Be very careful ordering food from here. This place is very high risk for spreading COVID 19. I was there to pick up my food last night. One of the employees did not have mask on at all and she was preparing the food. One other customer complained to another employee then she put her mask on. I hope I don't get Covid from this place. All the other employees had their masks on.

Worst ever. We've Been getting Dominos from the Ashford location for more than 10 years. Today was the worst. The guy at the door was rude, the pizza was hours old - like someone else's order old and the cinnamon twists, dry, over cooked and without the icing cup. WORST EVER!!!

So lazy they literally cut the pizza in half. At least we were only two people and pretty hungry so we just picked up each half and ate it. But would it kill you to cut a medium pizza into a standard 6-8 slices???? Sheesh. Oh and I left a special note for cheese and peppers, and I left a phone number to contact me for questions about my order. When the delivery guy showed up, his response to having cheese n peppers is that they charge for this now. Yet nowhere was this offered on Domino's app... they offer you extra chicken wings, desserts, 2 liters of soda, but apparently they charge for cheese and peppers now and dont mention it; true pioneers in nickel and dining delivery customers. #wow #crazybad

Very messy staff. I asked them to do a clean cut and also use a fresh bag of cheese since every time they put a piece of bacon in my pizza and I'm a vegetarian. This is the 4th time they put a piece of bacon in my pizza. This dominos staff are not doing there job as you can see. Don't go to this dominos unless you want to waste your time. I nearly threw up eating there pizza.

Worse pizza we've ever had. Ordered sausage and black olives. Came overcooked and cold. Not Domino's usual quality.

Ordered a medium pizza with onions, jalapeño and pineapple two days ago from the app for carry out. Went to pick up the order after it said Ready, staff said they dropped my pizza and had to make it again. Ask me to wait 10 min, I waited 20 min outside in my car at 1:30 am. I came back and it still wasn’t ready. Finally got my order and took it home. I open the box and it’s wrong toppings. I got pepperoni instead of onions and I am vegetarian so I don’t eat that. I called the store they admit they read onions as pepperoni, I politely asked to deliver the new pizza. They said they can’t since my address was out of their range, they promised me free pizza on my phone number for next time. I accepted it. Today I tried to order another one from my profile and I don’t see the free pizza. I called the store again and some rude guy picks up and tells me he can’t do anything since it was 2 days ago and their system resets everyday. I have been ordering dominos for 11 years now, never experience this level of incompetence and rude behavior from a location. I hope someone takes a notice of this. Absolutely won’t recommend this location to anyone.

Ordering online was easy looked enticing, unfortunately, the service at our local restaurant was mediocre to put it politely. The online service said we should receive our order in 41 minutes on the long end of the time line. It said that Lauren was checking it for perfection at 638 pm and it wasn't delivered until 734 pm. We ordered at 618 pm! Our food LOOKED good, but, as expected, was cold upon delivery. $56 not well spent. I will not likely recommend dominos to anyone, nor will I continue giving my business to dominos.

Scheduled our delivery for 11:45 for our office luncheon. Website said the person delivering left at 11:30. It is now 12:15 and haven't received food yet. When I called the store the woman who answered put me on hold by just setting the phone down. I could hear the two women working and laughing in the background. After holding for five minutes she picked up the phone and hung up on me. Still sitting here waiting for the food and instead of the service being apologetic and understanding they were extremely rude and could of cared less. Very disappointed and will take my services elsewhere.

After repeating my order 3xs to the young man at the counter, order was still incorrect. Ordered (2) 32 piece wings and was given 1 ranch sauce and was told I would have to pay for a second after spending over $100 on pizza & wings. Horrible customer service

When I called in to place an order no coupons or deals were offered so my total for 2 pizza and 8 wings and 2 2liters was $96.... Online my total was $61....I thought employees were suppose to offer u deals right of the bat.....there employees have horrible customer service don't bother to call in ur order just do it online
