Noe was a very welcoming when we arrived. We came near closing time and he accomidated us with ease and allowed us to still have pizzas made and didn't make us feel rushed in any way. Thank you Noe got a great visit! We will definitely come back again!!!!

The games were not the best. There isn't a big selection. And many are all a little expensive. However... The food is amazing. There is such a great selection, and everything tasted wonderful. Plus, the people working there are so friendly and helpful. As soon as you're finished with a plate, there is someone offering to take it off the table. Everything is also so clean. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to take a break somewhere with a great atmosphere and food.

The buffet was very good, especially for the price. They kept a variety of pizzas and other options well stocked. The salad bar was good, but the lettuce seemed a bit on the bitter side this time. The dining room was separated and therefore a little quieter, so you can eat without too much disturbance. The games worked well, and while the selection isn't huge, it was enough to enjoy our time.

Busy busy, they try to keep up with everyone but do occasionally run out of pizza for the buffet from time to time. Kids have fun and plenty of games. Lost my wallet here once and never seen again, cards were used but blocked. Decent place, decent price.

It's just as I remember it from when I was his age, with selections of cartoons/movies playing in each of the dining rooms and tons of different games. We just wanted a place to eat and have a little fun, so Gattitown was perfect for us. We even got a face painting! Also, we liked the prizes better than Epic Fun, and it seemed like the games were cheaper, too. 2 adults and 1 child all-you-can-eat buffet with drinks plus a $40 game card cost us $67, and we won about 300 tickets and were able to get some of the small prizes. Whereas at epic fun, we often leave empty-handed because either their prizes were stupid or we just didn't win enough tickets.

People really need to calm down with how harshly they review this place. It's a Mr Gatti's. The place was clean and pizza was as good as I always remember from Mr Gatti's. Salad bar was nice and well stocked. Loved that they had booths. Same TV rooms that I always remember from back in the day at the old school Mr. Gatti's. Very friendly to families having parties as well. I don't know what people expect from a pizza buffet with an arcade for kids these days, but it was perfectly fine and we went on a Saturday at lunchtime. Would happily go again.

We've never been to GattiTown. Now, the big "no guns" sign on both doors before you walk in was a little unnerving and the place seemed a little sketchy from the parking lot. Once inside, everyone that worked there was so nice and we had a great time. I can't speak for the food, because we didn't eat anything- we ate before we came- but I highly recommend for a day of fun with the kids!

this review is late. i visited dec 21, 2024. i am very allergic to eggs and i looked at the allergen menu and thought the pizza crust would be ok to eat. i double checked with the chefs and they were honest (which I appreciate a lot) that they could not say for sure if the pizza did not have eggs. they then made a custom crustless pizza just for me-- they went above and beyond. and although i do wonder if they had a good laugh about making a crustless pizza, i appreciate a lot that they went out of their way to make it. it was still pretty delicious. thank you!

Sometimes you get lucky and the pizza is hot and fresh. Sometimes you don't get lucky and a thousand unsupervised kids cut in front of you and there's no clean spot to sit making you wish you didn't waste your money. Employees are always super nice and friendly. Added a star because now they offer delivery/pick up.

Good prices. hot buffet pizza with salads and sweets. 4 rating is because of the cleanliness. They are always picking up and cleaning but they use wet rags and just kinda smear/wipe tables and seats.

We had a wonderful time at Gattitown in SouthPark Meadows. They always have some kind of special going on for families like the $40 family fun pack that includes 4 buffets and 4 $5 game cards. The place is mostly clean (I'm sure it's hard to keep those floors and things from getting sticky with all the foot traffic) and the pizza is hot and fresh and plentiful. The kids had a wonderful time. Thank you!

I love taking my boys here, the pizza is always great & we have fun as a family. I dont like that the prices are so expensive(requires so many points) for the quality of the prize. And the games got more expensive to play….. But the buffet pizza makes up for it 😁

Went with my almost 3yo princess, she loved it, but they should have more toddler friendly and interactive games, and also machines that give more tickets, the kids go there for the prizes. The photo booth wasn't working, none of them. My baby was happy so I was happy.

I’ve been coming to this Gattitown since I was a child, now I bring my own children to play. I’m in awe how this Gattis after almost 20 years is still standing and running smoothly. This establishment has its ups and downs but can’t beat the family pack discount 60 dollars for a 40 dollar game card and 4 buffets. The arcade isn’t the best but it’s till great for a kid who wants to pass the time. All in all it’s great for families. Clean establishment and good buffet selections.

Food was fresh and affordable, service was really good- only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t “pre” order until full party arrived to avoid a refund if needed, I wanted to pay and find somewhere to sit. Atmosphere- it’s what you make of it, not a whole lot of games but as a family of 4 we still had a great time- games are reasonable priced, the ones they have are super fun. Thank you.

We attend this place every year to celebrate our students accomplishments and reward them for their hard work. From Pre-K to high school, it’s a wonderful place to unwind and celebrate! You can also host private parties, reserve seating for gatherings, and plan business meetings here. Everyone needs a place to be a kid and this is a great option. The front area and sitting area hosts large tvs that play different kids shows for entertainment as well. So all bases are covered to give adults a breather. Why not 5 stars? Well, the temperature can be vast from the front to the back of the building. Not sure if ventilation problem or it’s just always hot in the gaming area with all the carpet. We usually go during brunch time so there’s no crowd. Other than that, it’s nice.

The arcade area smelled like dead animals and the food wasn’t that great. Younger kids would love it but it’s a pass if you expect to take teenagers somewhere like this.

There should be a better variety of pizza rotation other than the four types they continually got going. Us as customers shouldn't be viewed in an ugly manner when we grab a slice or two. Also, when cleaning something, say excuse me or just wait for the customers to be done with what they are doing. It is so rude to just cut in front or over them while they are getting their food they paid for. Chances are they are going to make the same mess as well. Don't get me wrong, you, as the workers, are fully appreciated, but if it weren't for customers, there would be no place to work. So mutual respect all around is the way to go and have customers and workers wanting to come back. Also, I don't know anyone who thinks it's appealing to sweat while eating, so the temperature down a few degrees than it is outside would be a happier place to sit for a spell. One last thing if you close at 9, don't break down the buffet at 8 because you want to get out at 9:05. That is incredibly rude and makes you feel like you just took the money and said, "Get out already." Other than that, the salad bar is amazing and very well stocked.

We got there at 7 pm. The girl informed us they would be closing at 8 pm. For our family, we paid about 90.00. (6 of us) We were disappointed that when we got to the buffet, there was little to choose from. The few slices that were there were cold. After a while, they did put some out. They were good when hot. There was not many customers yet they couldn't keep up. The floor in the dining room was really sticky and the tables were very dirty. No napkins. When we went to play in the game room, the games were on average 1.00 per game. These were very expensive! We decided the next time we will go get pizza somewhere else and we found a game place with a reasonable price with unlimited games. You feel that when you spend almost 100 dollars you expect to be well served. The employees were nice, but unfortunately they have lost us as a customer.

Here for a child's birthday party. It was ok. I did purchase a buffet and the selection that was out was very limited and not much out. Tried the apple desert which used to be my fave but the crust was not cooked very well. A few of the main attractions in the game room were broken. Over all ok. I think everyone in the service industry is still struggling with understaffing so feel like I can't be too critical.

Today me and family went to celebrate a birthday party and when we started eating the lights went out/ lost power and were told we had to leave, I suppose the manager or whoever started yelling saying she could sign receipts for a possible refund or for us to come back after 7pm.

They took 30 minutes to make one chocolate pizza that i ordered they've always been awesome don't know why there was a problem today :(

We went Saturday and when we paid went straight to find a table which we got quickly (around 1230pm) Went to get food and only 3 pans of pizza were out for buffet. People standing in line for pepperoni! Lol never been to a buffet and they didn't have anything available. 🤣 we got what we could and sat down. Tables were super clean and bussers were great at hospitality. Only one game was out of order that we played so that's a win!. We came back to buffet and lots more was available. The salads here are always amazing to me lol so that kinda saved us from a melt down (plus the dessert table, fruit and pasta!) They open at 11 and it wasn't crazy like I've seen before so not sure what was going on for them to not have pizza available an hr and half later but I appreciate the hospitality and all the back of house pushing through to make it better.

When we got to Gattitown around 1 pm the buffet did not have any pizza. All the customers were waiting. Staff looked to me if they didn't care. After 20 minutes, pizza started to come out. Of course, it ran out ever quickly. The sitting room was very dirty, trash on the floor, spilled drinks plates on the tables. This is the funny part STAFF ON THIER PHONES 📱

Pizza was okay. Crust weight and roll very inconsistent ....usually toward overweight (my experience is legit). Sauce too heavy on edge. Toppings distribution and amounts were great. Sports room is a freezer ever time I visit. My plate (with remaining veggies, jalapeños, napkins) gets taken early about half the time Brownies, incredible.

The food was pretty horrific. Even the fresh pizzas. (But I'm not upset) I definitely prefer Cicis, I just FORCED my boyfriend to take me here bc I was famished. Oh but you get to ride bumper cars and get prizes, all for more $$$. It was $21 to get in for two buffets and two drinks and they pull the well known food service trick: use blue plates, people will eat less. You can't hate them for needing to make money though. Check out the awesome wall art, someone actually painted all this. I'm sure kids enjoy this regardless of whether the food tastes good.

We took our grandson to Gattitown to try something new. We normally go to Chuck E Cheese. It is a weekly outing on our school pick-up day. We bought the buffet and he really enjoyed the games. However, the food was not good. The pizza was eatable but not good. My grandson loves Mac & Cheese but wouldn't eat theirs. The attendants were kind and helpful. This week, we went back, but he only wanted to play, not eat there. This is allowed at Chuck E. Cheese. The young man at the door said sure, but then we were stopped by a female worker that I can only assume was a manager. She said that we could do that this time, but it is not allowed. She explained that they are a buffet and the games are just extra. We went in to use the balance on his card and then left. We won't go back because the food isn't worth returning for. The game room is fun but not worth the cost or quality of the food. There is no problem with Chuck E. Cheese and the games are better for his age.

Only leaving a 3 star because of the girl who was at the front desk. Otherwise, Super disappointed with the food today. My kids usually look forward to going to gatti town however, today when we got here there was no pizza and then when we asked for more the lady that was making the pizza made a comment about “I don’t get paid enough for this”. Meanwhile, I only came for the Mac and cheese and to my luck they had no Mac and cheese just potatoes…. The spaghetti sauce was super watery and had slices of carrots… today I remembered why we don’t come to this location often anymore.

On Sunday 12/14/25 at 6:30pm I walked in with my wife and granddaughter for dinner, the place was not too busy so we joint the pizza line. There was a decent selection of pizzas for the guests but I normally go to this place for one bbq chicken so I asked the young man behind the pizza bar for a bbq pizza, there’s was another guests next to me while I was asking for a pizza request, the young men probably don’t hear me asking for the pizza so I asked him back saying excuse me, excuse me 2 time and he looked at me like lost so I asked him again, he’s reaction was a little weird but I don’t want to make a big deal on this. Right after our meals we went to play area with our granddaughter for a bit. Game area was nice and clean but not many choices for kids between 3-4 years old. One more thing, the food price was a little higher $43.99 for 2 adults and one kid. The price for my 3 year old was $11.99 / right after paying almost $45 + $20 dollars for a game card I was like why I did not choose that family pack for $58.99 that comes with 4 meals and some game cards? But sadly it was too late when I realized that. I went to asked to one of the ladies at the register and she said that it was too late. Other than that game manager at the playground seems to be a little serious just walking around the games but not friendly at all. Jacky one of the person around the soda station was nice and friendly. This especial shout out goes to the best Person at this location named Emilio, my wife was walking around the buffet looking for some food, but there was only a few slices of dried pizzas on each plate, I was next to my wife’s and I heard someone saying to my wife that there will be more fresh pizzas available in a moment. I want to say this to Emilio, My friend You are an example of the real hospitality here at this location, I don’t know if you are the manager or a supervisor but let me tell you this, there was a bunch of other employees that looks like they are more than just the staff members and they were just looking around not paying attention to the clients around the food station. Emilio, keep up the good work , ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️five stars to you. Also the ladies at the prize room were very friendly and helpful especially with my granddaughter who was exchanging the points for the prices. This is my second time at this location and my first time was almost the same experience especially when I went to ask for my bbq chicken pizza to the person behind the pizza bar. The atmosphere is atrocious. There are 3 places to eat except 1 is always always closed so more like 2. Theres the sports section where the TV is so loud you can't hear the person sitting directly in front of you so thats awesome. And you have the kids section that is filthy and the only cartoon/kids program is the show "big city greens" which is a good kids show for like 1 episode but not when its all they play 24/7 365, like jesus christ. Also half the games are broken so it isnt even a halfway decent arcade. The food was way understocked or it looked like it was left out for hours which is disgusting. Absolutely horrible, management was a sad, sad, sad joke. I will never return. Check in staff was ok until the manager set the tone that her time was more Important than customer experience.

This place has gone completely downhill. Used to love this place as a kid and now it’s just trash I mean pizza is decent. The floors are always slippery or sticky. Last Wednesday my family and I went and they weren’t polite about a pizza request and some items were cold and hard. As I walked to the drink area floor was very sticky. Think next time we will just take out or something. Thank you for the decency though.

The place was dirty. Floors, tables, chairs, buffet areas and drink machines were just filthy. Even in the game room the carpet looked like it had not been swept or vacuumed in months. Few employees were very nice and tried to be as courteous as they could. But the rest were either on their phones or just not willing to make contact with the customers. The salad bar was so dirty that I refused to eat a salad from it. The pizza was usually cold on the buffet because it seemed that the heat lamps or the heated tables were not on or functioning. This place is trash, pizza is cold and been sitting under the lamps for way to long. The heat lamps are not heating anything. Employees just huddled around every corner or even by the buffet talking and cussing at each other without any mind to customers around them. There are visible fly strips hanging all in the kitchen. Came to pick my child up from a birthday party and was harassed by the employees. The woman at the front said if I was going to be longer than a second picking her up that I would need to pay. Okay, sure, that’s fine. So I go to quickly pick her up and am approached by another employee who told me that I had an attitude and needed to pay even though we were obviously leaving. We asked to talk to the manager who also harassed us as well as the parents whom had paid for birthday party. It seemed like the employees were bored and wanted to rile up drama with someone to entertain themselves. The whole interaction was just insane and put a huge damper on a little girl’s birthday celebration, 0/10 do not recommend. 👎 Update: Sent an email to the marketing department as requested with their generic corporate reply to this review and never received a reply. Go figure.

The young people working there are working good but I don’t understand we’re the money went because we went after COVID and they are still using the paper towels for for cleaning windows they don’t make enough money to buy napkins? And to make it worse the floor is extremely sticky and dirty.

Gattitown is HUUUURTING! Plastic forks, bins of parmesan and red pepper flakes instead of the small shakers, the busboy having phlegm and spitting it out in front of guests, and the manager doing anything but manage. He stood here the whole time we ate, talking about everything from basketball to credit cards, and with these girls guessing their ages. We had enough when F Bombs started getting thrown around. Meanwhile, the buffet is half empty and the restrooms look like trash.

went recently; food was good- but the workers clearly don’t care to be professional around children. cussing, throwing chairs they have to rearrange, not cleaning the tables, and the theatre room high chairs are filthy and stayed filthy the entire time. poor babies. would not go back.

None of the team members were attentive and the guy who was supposed to be cleaning and making room for more guests was just talking and people had to ask for them to clear a spot. The pizza was hardly out and they were no attendants in the game room. Horrible place to take a family

I didn’t get the value I paid for.. 15 bucks for an adult buffet and a drink and get cold pizza.. most of the employees are on their phone not wanting to work hard for the customer

Today was our first visit in some time. Just wanted to have dinner with the family and watch them enjoy some game time. We arrived at 7:20PM, no one was at the entrance to take our payment. We waited there 10 minutes til someone acknowledged us. We then went to look for seating, but there were no clear tables; they were full of plates and trash, so we had to seek out an employee to clear space. After obtaining seating, we went to go get food, however, there was barely ANY pizza or food at the buffet tables, so we got what we could and went for drinks. Only ONE drink machine of 4 stations, had ice. We then waited and waited for more food to come out, but nothing came, so around 8:20 we got tired of waiting and decided to go to the game room. Half of the game machines were not working, there was NO employee to be found to operate the group games, and the games were shut off in the middle of us playing because they were closing in 10 minutes. As we made our way to collect prizes, we had an employee constantly rolling her eyes at the children in line. It was DEFINITELY a waste of money. What an awful and rude experience. I doubt I'll ever go back.

Not at all staffed for large crowds. Ran out of plates & cups of all things! Napkin dispensers consistently empty also. Almost all the tables were dirty and took forever to be wiped clear. I can't say cleaned because they were still sticky as were the floors. Maybe if they served alcohol people wouldn't remember their bad experience. Ran out of everything and pizzas that were there was cold...

We came to enjoy some pizza and celebrate my granddaughter birthday there was no pizza when we got there around 6pm the salad bar was out of items they had about 10 bottles of ranch that we’re all empty one of the fountain drink machine had no ice at one time we had to wait for plates this is the worse place I ever have been too we were a party of 12 adults and 2 children so we spent a very large amount to eat here and no food on counters

My son and I are avid arcade enthusiasts. We spend a couple hours a week at one - Evo, Kalahari, Austin's, Pinballz, etc. This was our first time here. I can safely say Gattitown is the worst quality and worst value arcade in all of Austin. I'll get the food out of the way first. I cannot believe how bad it was. It was embarrassing compared to even other cheap buffets. The pizza reminded me of the $3 frozen Tombstone pizzas, but not quite that good. It only went downhill from there with the other options. I would have killed for even Little Caesar quality. I was most disappointed by the arcade itself. There were virtually no popular, modern games I recognized. The few familiar games they did have were setup to provide less play time per credit than I've ever seen elsewhere. The ticket payouts were what makes this place a legitimate scam. There are multiple games that advertise a specific ticket payout. They all paid out a fraction of the promised number. We also noticed games that would say you won a certain number of tickets, only to have the card reader display a lower number being credited to you. By comparison, we'd usually spend $100 to win 5000+ tickets at most arcades in town. Here we won 700 tickets. At Evo we'd have left with a giant stuffed animal plus some other prizes for my son. Here we got a container of slime. That was it. I cannot say enough how much this place is a ripoff.

Had the worst experience. We went to celebrate my nieces birthday and we got there at 7:14pm. The pizza was old, cold, and the cook was cleaning and touching the pizza without no gloves on. The cook was scratching his head and beard. Nasty!!!! We went to play games after and the games were messed up that took $10 and we couldn’t even get a refund. The girl looked mad because we wanted to play the games the guy as well. Worst place ever. After we left me, my husband and nephew were outside talking and some old guy came and took a picture of my truck and plates. They were harassing us because we were just talking to each other. I had my toddler with me. I will never again come to this lame place. The smell was bad as well. It smelled like dirty mop in there.
