Had a wonderful sit down experience with my family. We were treated well by the employees and the food quality was excellent. I didn't enjoy the some of the other customers inability to read the signs or treat the employees like human beings but the employees handled each and every customer with care and respect regardless.

I don’t often write reviews, however this place is awesome!! We’ve gone frequently for years. It’s VERY clean which is the very first thing I always notice. They seem to keep the same staff for a long time and everyone is very friendly. The vibe between the workers is always upbeat and positive each time. I’ve come in a handful of times where they are working on a big online or catering order and they are still quick to get me in and out. The sandwiches and ingredients taste really fresh! My kids love it. Glad to have them in Belterra!

This place never disappoints. As a sandwich lover, I can say that if you want a tasty, classic American-style sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is the best choice. Everything always feels fresh and flavorful.

One of the best managed Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. Food is what it is hard to mess it up. But I go back because of the staff and the Managers. I went kind of frequently for a short bit and now I'm back to cooking at home. During that time a couple of people there got know my name and remember me and my order when I come. Even though I know I'm a number the staff doesn't make you feel that way. The restaurant is always clean and staff is always willing to help.

Got there after the lunch, and service was really fast. Guy serving me was really efficient and polite, he told me his name was David so kudos 👍 sandwich was 10/10 will definitely be coming back

I have celiac and they were very accommodating. They made my sandwich in a separate area to avoid cross contamination and the GF bread tasted great too! Definitely coming here again

Stopped in here yesterday evening between 5:00 - 5:30pm, the staff did such a great job, they helped to navigate the menu, the dinning room was clean and organized. The staff also showed great care as they prepared our sandwiches,and cleaned the work station right after they had made the sandwiches.

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the mobile app. Picked them up and it look like they put the 2 sandwiches in a blender. He had my top bread and I has his. He had my peppers and pickles on his sandwich. We really like JM when they get it right.

We bought three subs. Two were different types of chick cheese steak. Both tasted the same and were edible at best. Chicken bacon sub didn’t even have bacon on it. Bread was dry and tasted old. I’ve had better subs at Subway.

What a mess. I ordered 1 sandwich online before my COVID test, went to the clinic, waited for my results (negative), walked 0.6 miles to Jersey Mike’s, and the sandwich still isn’t ready. They have lots of people working, but it’s super disorganized and nobody seems to know what’s going on. The online confirmation said it would be ready by 12:23, and it’s still not ready at 12:50.

This is the only Jersey Mike's that consistently screws up my order every single time. It has become a joke in my family. The last five times they messed up my sandwich, adding things I did not ask for on it. Imagine if I was allergic to something they keep adding, I would have been dead five times over. I understand the food industry is unforgiving but I gave this Jersey Mike's five chances. Too bad I won't be going back.

Ordered 2nd out of 4 and my sandwich was at leaste 10 minutes behind my friends, smallest sandwich I had ever seen hardly anything on it and overpriced. Look for this location to close soon due to incompetence!
