Hubby and I dined at KaProw Thai & Sushi Bistro and everything was delicious! 💕 We started with the spicy bacon-wrapped scallops — so flavorful with just the right heat. The Ka Prow pork fried rice was savory and comforting, while the salmon curry was rich and creamy, served with steamed white rice and a fresh green salad. And of course, a Thai iced tea to round it all out — sweet and refreshing. Such a cozy date night spot with amazing flavors we’ll definitely come back for.

I’ve been coming here for years. Their dishes and services are excellent. Red curry and Khao Soi are the best in my opinion. Additionally, Their tiramisu is so yummy🤤

Staff were really nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The food arrived quickly and it was nice to receive a complimentary salad. My pad see ew was good but it was on the salty side and didn’t have the sweetness I expect from Thai food. The salad didn’t taste very fresh but it was free. The portions were generous and I overall enjoyed my meal.

From customer service to the food, this place was absolutely amazing. The menu was plentiful! I tried the drunken noodles (Pad Kee Mao) with a spice level 2 and it was delicious. The smoked salmon was a 10/10 alone, it had zero fish taste and the perfect texture. Will return over and over again, 10/10 for me.

This is the first time we tried this place and we are really happy. Our waitress was really good. I wish I had asked her name so I could mention here. She was so sweet, helped pick us right dish and also helped us with our choices. Even though we had so many questions she was polite and kind. For appetizer we had the Vegetarian Egg rolls. It was so yummy and I found it really creative to add thin rice noodles into the roll. For mains I had the Khao Soi. It’s like a curry with noodles and for protein I chose tofu. My husband had the Ka-Prow Chicken. Both the dishes were really good. My curry smelled amazing. The presentation was so beautiful too. My husband said his Kaprow was super tasty and healthy and not very oily. We also had hot tea along with our meal. I had jasmine tea and my husband had green tea. It was a really good place with warm and cozy meals. A definite must try place if you like good Asian food.

Amazing! Tried this restaurant for the first time and I truly enjoyed it all. The Thai iced coffee was soooo good! I had curry and fried rice with shrimp! Turned out to be delicious! My sister ordered duck and it also was so flavorful! I recommend this place and I would definitely come back. I would love to try other foods from the menu. Our server Woody was so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Simply great!

This place is incredible!! Went here for dinner last night on a whim and it was so amazing we ended up coming back today for more! Service is awesome, all the servers are super nice and helpful with recommendations, very attentive to allergies and food preferences. The atmosphere was wonderful, tonight they even had live music (a guy playing piano)! All the food we’ve gotten has been so super flavorful and perfect portions. We’re not from Austin but definitely will stop here whenever we are in the area in the future because this was just phenomenal. (They also have a fish tank and the fish are so pretty and make me happy.)

Best Thai food I've ever had in Austin. You can't go wrong with this restaurant. Everything is great, from the food, the servers, to the atmosphere. Food comes in big portions too. Some food is really spicy (of course I know Thai food is spicy but I didn't expect to be that spicy) so make sure to check with servers before ordering.

Very pleased with the food and service at Ka Prow. We went for an early dinner and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. Kind staff, food came quickly, and everything was delicious. We ordered a mix of Thai dishes and some sushi rolls, and I was impressed with the quality and flavor. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were great! Definitely will be back again soon.

I would definitely go back. I had Pad Ped and was very good. One issue, they forgot my chicken in it. So I ended up having only veggies. Was still good. Also, it was level 3 spicy. Pretty hot, so be careful if you’re not a real spicy lover. I’m sure you can adjust the spicy level on many of the dishes.

curry "5/5" spice level was mild and overly sweet. rice smelled old. included salad was lettuce with mayo(?) on top...

Most importantly the food was meh and it made me sick. All I had was the chicken spring rolls. The spring rolls at Trader Joe’s are better but it’s hard to have a terrible spring roll so it tasted just ok. But I got sick within an hour of leaving and that’s all I had for a few hours. I was sick for two days. The outside of the spring rolls was greasy for some reason and the restaurant wasn’t very clean so I’m not sure how clean the kitchen was. The light fixtures had tons of dust on them, the walls were splattered with who knows what, and the tables were wiped with rags that smelled. Should have left before I ate it. But the server was really nice and the food came quickly.

This is our go-to for crab fried rice and egg rolls.. we love their food, but a situation has happened 2 too many times, and it must be addressed.. First time, ordered crab and shrimp fried rice for pick up.. wasn't told that they didn't have crab until food was picked up.. no worries.. paid what was charged originally for both crab and shrimp, even though we got shrimp only.. food was still good.. Second time.. ordered crab fried rice once again for pick up.. along with beef fried rice and 2 orders of veggie/meat spring rolls.. they called to let us know they didn't have crab once again and if shrimp would be ok instead.. we said yes.. the phone call was appreciated this time around, but no further discussionwas had.. cool.. went to pick it up and noticed that our total was the same from what was said on the phone when we called it in.. questioned why because we know shrimp fried rice is cheaper than crab fried rice.. chef said he put extra shrimp to make up for it.. but why?? This was never discussed and what makes you think that we wanted extra shrimp?? What makes you think it's ok to make up our minds for us? What makes you think it's ok to do this sneaky stuff to your customers?? Food is good but ethics.. not so much.. sad to say that is all it takes to not come back because we have been customers for years..

The worst green curry I've ever had and my husbands fried rice was mush :( We also asked to substitute fried rice instead of white rice and were told it's a $4 fee even though to buy an extra side on their menu it's $3.50
