FusionATX was playing when we were there. My husband ordered an old-fashioned and was not disappointed! I had your typical Deep Eddy Cranberry vodka and soda. Drinks were great and pool was pretty cheap ($1.00/game). The atmosphere was laid back and everyone was pretty friendly. All in all, this may be our new go-to spot for a fun night out!

Hey, not every place needs a gimmick or cliched ambience to succeed! Parmer Lane Tavern does what it says on the tin: quiet local place to soak in a few suds and chill on the back patio listening to the vets tell their war stories. Nice bartender, too. In general, 99 out of the, what must've been, *100 times* I visited, it was fun and friendly. Good place. Very good place.

Pretty nice bar, we have never been there. Me my girlfriend and her sister went in and they had a band and the waitress was good, the band was good too we had fun. They have four pool tables and video games. Everyone there seemed to be nice and there was no trouble. We will come back next time we are in Austin. Are waitresses name was Kaylie I think, she did a good job.

Right off Parmer you can find a good, cheap place to sit down and grab a beer, play cards, or even some slots. Parmer Lane Tavern is a solid bar boasting cheap drink specials including $3 beers and shots on Tuesdays. It’s very accessible since it’s just off Parmer and there’s plenty of parking out front. It was clean and the service is friendly which for some bars is a premium. One thing that stands out is there’s more to do than most bars here in terms of activities. As mentioned before, there’s a poker table and slot machines but they also have darts and pool as well. Definitely a spot you can kill a few hours at without realizing. They also have a good amount of TVs so catching a game here doesn’t seem like it should be much of an issue. Between that and the cheap drinks there is more than enough entertainment to go around. One thing to be aware of is that they don’t have beer on tap (bottles only) and they don’t have any food to serve. They did mention you can bring in outside food or order it to the bar but just being able to order something small can be nice sometimes. Look, Parmer Lane Tavern isn’t a Domain bar, and that’s okay. It’s a good, friendly, and very cheap neighborhood bar that is more suited for a casual weekday night or game day. If you want a bar with a more local or down to earth feel then this is definitely the spot for you.

I mean it's a bar. It's not a bad spot. They got pool tables. Some slots darts got a stage sometimes live bands. They have an outdoor patio section in the bag with a little run down but it's not overly crowded usually. And you know on the weekends and night sometimes it's popping down there.

Slipped in the bathroom on a soaking wet floor. I landed on my ass. Then I fell again! The lady at bar says yeah I was working on that but then I had to come out here. No apology, no concern what so ever if I was ok or not. Then while I'm sitting with my friend while he played slot game comes up and said, Are these yours and tosses my glasses at me. I found them on the bathroom floor and walks away!!!! Rude rude and my wrist is still messed up thanks for asking.

1. Needs a jukebox. 2. No microwave food, I'd rather bring my own food. 3. New pool tables . And sticks 4. Fix the iron door that leads to the smoking area. The back. Door is not people friendly. 5. Bathrooms need to be demolished. 6. Uniformed employees, especially for Managers. Clean cut and respectable .

As the previous poker dealer for over 10 years, I have finally a perfect way to describe this bar. Antique. Where the woman gets automatically the upper hand, even when you ask the bar staff for help. They delay until you have an issue, then kick you out as well. A veteran. On memorial day weekend. Without so much as an apology. I will never support this pathetic excuse of a bar again. My biggest regret is trying to be friends with Anthony and Danny, only to get stabbed in the back. Shame on both of you. Drinks are okay.

Girl bartender says they have the cheapest drinks here. So I asked her to make a Martin and wife asked for a vodka and club. After tasting our drinks we can see why they are cheap, it’s because they don’t hardly put any alcohol in the drinks. We had one and done. She had no clue on how to make a simple Martini as it was horrible and wife said all she tasted was club soda in her drink. Won’t see us Bach there.

A guess it's a private club? No one greets you or wants to get you a drink. They just stand and talk to the 3 regulars. Finally got a beer... couldn't get a 2nd one. Like I said.....3 people in the bar. 2 workers. One is the owner. I feel sorry for the other person that thinks this is how you act to get tips. Those 3 customers must be good tippers!
