Capital One Café

For a weird bank lobby/coffee shop, this place greatly exceeded my expectations. Bright modern space, lots of seating, quite good coffee. Drink prices are a little less expensive than most other cafes if you use a Capital One card and get the 50% discount (would not recommend coming here if you don’t have one as the full price is very expensive)

Friendly staff and baristas. I always feel welcomed here including my cat. It is a nice and cozy place to chill and grab some coffee here.

What a great idea. I look forward to going to the bank. Peet's coffee has one of the best latte drinks in town and I can get help with banking at the same time. Also free parking at garage right next door and close to Whole Foods.

Like pretty much all coffee places you should bring noise cancelling headphones for when it gets crowded.

I have yet to go inside to conduct any banking, the 2 ATM machines have always been enough and they're open 24/7

Great place to have a coffee with a friend or a client. Highly recommend over any other coffee place. Way better than Starbucks

I came looking for a traditional bank. Oh boy and I was in for a surprise..it's really cool cafe style DIY Banking. You walk in, and it gives you a warm welcoming feeling of a cafe. There are several bank employees hanging out at different spots to help out lost and confused customers like me. Great experience, great service. I love it how retail store banking is being disrupted by Capital one.

I tried the cafe yesterday. They open at 10 and it was pretty full by 11-1130. I tried the honey lavender latter and breakfast croissant. Both were pretty good. There’s a lot of space to spread out to do work. There was some sort of event happening in the back as well. I’m sure I’ll be back here soon!

Service kind of depends on the day. Some of the staff there are nice and have a friendly smile, but others don't look so happy to be there. The space is great for studying though. Discover and Capital One holders get their drinks half off.

Got a soy milk latte to go, it was very good. The space seems like a great place to work or study. If you have a capital one card I hear the drinks are half off (?)

You do have to mention that you’ll be using Capital One card and therefore when the Capital One discount before they actually bill you for the order. Just paying for the order with your Capital One card will not automatically apply a discount. I got a lavender oat milk latte and we also got a strawberry foam Matcha latte. Both were pretty good. There’s a lot of space to sit around, work or read as well. It is pretty out of the way for me so not really a regular café but I’m glad I tried it.

Stopped by on a Sunday and ordered the seasonal cherry vanilla matcha, extra hot, lightly sweetened. The sweetness level was just right, but the drink was definitely not extra hot as I had requested. I may try it iced next time instead. There’s plenty of seating available, which makes it a comfortable place to sit and stay awhile. Overall, a decent stop — just a few small details that could make the experience better.

I am here for the first time on free drink Monday. There are many customers, but there is ONE (1) person on bar!!! If you’re gonna do these types of high-volume promotions, you need to have more baristas. It’s not fair to the workers and it makes my wait as a customer longer.

It’s a nice space however there is a woeful lack of signage. There’s a lot going on in there and if you walk in and have never been there, it’s completely unclear where to go to receive assistance or to bank. I inadvertently cut a lot of people off because I didn’t realize there was even a queue. 😬

Just say its a branded cafe w an atm. Much easier their own description lies by saying they can help with banking. they can’t help you with any personal banking documents so im not sure why they market it incorrectly. Im probably not the first confused customer who went in because their description online states “a banking professional is on site to assist you” and assumed that to be true.

Way too loud to get any real work done. First you could go into a small rooms for quiet, it was first come first served. Today I just got asked to leave because they have a new reservations policy. So now you cant use the rooms that MY capital one tax dollars allow you to “Reserve” such Bs.

I would expect my bank to be a bank first over a cafe...you can't get proper checks at this location...fails at being a banking location...focus on banking first then on cafe

After 18 years of being with this bank, I had a employee cash a previous stopped check that was written 8 years ago. There frod department told me that you have to continue to put a stop on checks every 6 months or the check is good again. So Capital One would rather help people who are trying to commit fraud then customers. I will be finding a new bank immediately.

This is the worse experience that I ever had I my life with a bank company overall , Costner service the worse ever and security service the most inefficient and badly of the all company’s as banks possibles , they are taking my money and don’t let me use it at all for some ridiculous arguments ever and they treat you like a criminal at all basics !!! Review on 360 Checking: Do not recommend if you are expecting banking service compared to major banking institutions. What do I mean: Many ATMs in your area, working ATMs, access to your payroll deposits one day before a holiday. I opened my 360 checking account last month. Set up my direct deposit on December 12, because the 1st was a holiday, my deposit was available January 4th. Not even pending on the 31st or a portion of my money available. Two ATMs in my area inside Target were not working. The one in Pflugerville was out of order and the one in Round Rock was not processing withdrawals. Customer Service is okay; however, they are limited based on the institutions abilities. Would not recommend this account to working families. Might be okay for students who are not conducting major financial transactions on a daily basis. Cap One can and SHOULD do SO much better! Fix your ATMs promptly (Target in Pflugerville indicated your ATM has been down for days). Stock your ATMs with money to withdraw - access to our money. Give customers a reason to stay. Update 01-16-2021.... A week later the Pflugerville ATM is 'still' down. Now Pflugerville residents will need to travel to Round Rock or The Domain to access a Cap One ATM. This fact smmarizes my review.

After two years of being welcomed, suddenly I’m not. Zero stars for changing the rules on a loyal customer.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! What a way expensive, if you think Starbucks is expensive, don’t come here!!! The “Americano” Coffee, is literally WATER WITH A PINCH OF COFFEE and that says it has 2 espresso shots 🤣. Croissant is disgusting, they spread like a ton of orange jam on it, every bite taste like you’re biting the fruit (with 4 pounds of sugar added), it should be called “Orange Jam Croissant”, and off course, it cost $10. First and last time here… SCAMMERS

First visit yesterday was good, staff was super nice but unfortunately this morning around 10 am was a different experience. Cashier was rushing and rude and missed my request for oatmilk because by time I got to drinking my coffee on the way home which is 40 min away I tasted whole milk and I cant have dairy. Barista also had an attitude when I asked to get a new lid because it was not fitting properly on my cup.
