This is our favorite sushi spot near us! The spicy tuna roll, you can never go wrong with. The tiger milk boba is sooo good! Staff is super polite and friendly. It was busy, which was a good sign. We normally DoorDash our order, but dined in today. We were not disappointed!

My partner and I love sushi and we just ate here for the first time. The flavor combinations are unexpected yet AMAZING! The interior feels a bit cramped, but it is not something that would prevent me from returning. Can’t wait to come back and try some more rolls!

We walked in for the first time the place was very clean. All of the tables were clean, and it was easy for us to sit down. I really like that at the tables they have a QR code that you can order with, so you’re not waiting on any waiter and nobody is rushing you you just order on your own time, we ordered the meals that we were going to get and I ordered a drink asking for no sugar I really like the way that the staff came and told me that they can try something different for me to accommodate what I was wanting over all the food was very good, very fresh and tasty andworth every penny, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something new

I go to Muse all the time and decided to use them for catering for a family party. Wow it was awesome! We got so many compliments on the food!! For 14 people we ordered fried rice, noodles, tuna sando tray, and 3 trays of sushi and it was A TON of food! More than we needed but happy to have left overs :)

We started off with the Spicy Tuna Sando and our minds were blown. Each subsequent dish was just as amazing down to the side stir-fried veggies in the Bento Box. The Crunchy Roll was delicious and all the flavors were perfect. The salmon sushi was incredibly fresh. The portions and quality justify the price just the Tuna Sando could be enough for two. The Birds Nest was delicious and the avocado base was incredibly ripe. The last thing we got was the Dubai Chocolate Cream Sandwich which was creamy pistachioy perfection. The fried bread on the outside was crunchy enough to complement the creamy filling. The service was also amazing with the food coming out quickly and everyone being very friendly. We’ll definitely be telling people about this place! One of our favorite recent restaurant finds!! Let’s keep this place in business!

I’ve come here time to time since they opened, and they have gotten better and better over time. The food is always consistent fresh, and delicious. The staff is very nice, especially the Asian man who is very smiley and friendly at the counter. The drinks are yummy, I really enjoy the cucumber mint drink, and the strawberry limeade. They have a Tuna sando and it is pretty tasty and the portions match the price. I always enjoy my meals here. Also glad to have a quick not over crowded sushi place close to home.

Came here for a quick dinner while charging my car at the Tesla Supercharger station in the same parking lot. Walked in and was immediately greeted by all the staff in the open kitchen. There are about 10 tables and 10 seats around the sushi bar. You order at the register and pick whatever table you prefer. Ordered the Buddha Roll, Dragon Roll, Potstickers, and some teas. It wasn't crowded, so everything was ready in less than 10 minutes. Rolls were carefully made and plated nicely. Fish was fresh and of good quality. Potstickers were freshly made and had a nice crisp. What started as a convenient location for dinner turned out to be a good find.

Loved the sushi at Muse and really liked the options. The rolls are very good portions and worth the price. Would definitely recommend to other sushi lovers. The only thing was that the staff was a bit awkward and told us to order at the table with QR code but that didn’t work and they kept on telling us to do so.

Bomb Japanese fried sandwiches! Had the mango cream. Will be back just for those. Enjoyed all of the sushi we tried— Krispy Kreme, tempura roll and dragon roll as well as the unagi nigiri.

This place is easy to overlook since it's right next to target and a ton of other businesses. But the food is actually really good, it comes out quickly, and the staff is pretty friendly. If you want good Japanese food with a bit of a southern twist, this place is solid.

The setup inside is simple, and both food and drinks came out quickly. Love Potion Refresher ($8): Super refreshing on a hot day. It's not overly sweet and has strawberry and mango bits that add a nice texture. The hint of lime gives it a pleasant tartness. A7 Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken ($10): The chicken was cooked fine, but the Taiwanese flavors didn't really come through. It was served with a side of house buttermilk ranch, which didn't pair well. Chili powder would've been a better match, and if they wanted to stay true to Taiwanese style, adding fried basil would've elevated the dish. A12 Viet Smoked Wings ($14): Five post oak-smoked wings tossed in a Vietnamese "sticky icky" sauce, served with blue ranch and pickled cauliflower. The wings were dry, and the sauce wasn't sticky or caramelized enough to bring out its flavor--or even cling to the wings. The blue ranch had a blue cheese flavor and some chunky bits that resembled cottage cheese--an odd choice. The pickled cauliflower, however, was nicely done and lightly pickled. C9 Dragon Roll ($17): Nori with protein, kanikama mix, cucumbers, masago, scallions, and sesame seeds. They offer more protein choices on Postmates, so my husband chose BBQ eel. This had a more cohesive flavor than the Happy Roll, but still nothing special. M10 Happy Roll ($18 | $19.50): Nori with BBQ eel, cucumbers, kanikama, fresh salmon, lemon, crunchy topping, unagi sauce, sriracha, masago, sesame seeds, and scallions. I didn’t realize it had eel until checking the menu—mostly tasted the salmon. Wasn’t a fan of the overall flavor, and the texture leaned too slimy for my taste. A1 Bird Nest ($15 l $15.95): Baked avocado stuffed with kanikama mix, spicy mayo, snow sauce, and sesame seeds. This was the highlight of the meal—delicious and much better than the sushi. It was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced. Highly recommend! Pistachio Berry Sandwich ($9.50): Fried Japanese shokupan milk bread filled with pistachio whipped cream, topped with pistachios and strawberry jam. This was so good and easily the best part of the meal. The crispy bread was amazing! There was a bit too much cream left over, but it wasn’t overly sweet. They also forgot our tiger milk with honey boba, but we got a refund. Would I come back for the sushi? No.

Total bill with drinks was $78 😮 Drinks alone we paid $19. Maybe try their specials on Tuesday to start (:

I'm a fan of salmon sushi as a bang for the buck dish, no eel so went with Salmon. I was impressed with the flavor. The rice was nice and fluffy, a bit different than typical but good. The overall flavors were good a bit strong in the cream cheese department but good. One of the best I've had for the money. The spicy mayo is good. Also tried the crawfish roll, but wasn't too impressed, but not bad. The salmon stole the show. I also enjoyed the leeche slushi I originally came to try. Note, even though it's a cute little restaurant, it's a dine and dash fare. They have the uncomfortable metal chairs that I have grown to despise. They are designed to encourage people to move on. They aren't the only ones employing them, but I'm not a fan of this trend.

It's kind of a cross between self-service and a dine-in restaurant. I like that it's very low stress, in that I can drop in and get my sushi fix, without the whole sushi restaurant mess. Whereas, before the only option was grocery store sushi... and this tastes much better. If you don't get anything else, you have to try the Strawberry/Lychee drink. It's so good, I get this every time. The fried rice has been inconsistent. Once it was amazing, just like from a hibachi place, and another time it was dry and meh... I don't really understand the whole sauce concept. Probably because there are so many, and it's not really clear what each one tastes like. You should just give these away for free... The sushi has been mostly good, although once when I ordered the spicy tuna sandwich it was, uh... off, I decided to give it another chance, and everything has been good in my subsequent visits.

Honestly this sushi is mid at best. Almost all the rolls have crab and shrimp in them which is not my thing. The vibe in the restaurant is all pickup orders. Prices are okay but quality is not fully there. For mediocre sushi it is probably reliable, but know what you are getting into…

Horrible horrible sushi and desserts! Just puttiing fish inside rolled rice with some sauce doesn’t make something sushi. And i tried the dubai chocolate sandos and that was horrible too unfortunately. The staffs were friendly so i feel bad leaving this review but had to let the management know that they need to either improve their food quality or stop calling their food sushi. Also, this was a learning experience for me too to not trust the food influencers blindly. I cannot imagine how could someone recommend this place to their audience! Shame on the food influencers who recommend this place on their insta profiles.

Ordered takeout. Sushi was aggressively mediocre. Had salmon nigiri and every kind of Tekkamaki roll. Sushi rice was not good. Fish was not good. It looked nice though.
