I ordered the Poke Bowl with 3 proteins. I got the salmon, chili crisp shrimp, and lobster surimi with all my favorite toppings. This is easily the best Poke I've ever had. Everything was so fresh and the portions are very generous. It is well worth the price in my opinion. I also got the mago pudding and it was so delicious! I am delighted to have found Pokeworks and plan to order from here again soon.

This is by far my favorite place to eat since moving here to Austin. I eat here at least twice a week. I consider myself a very picky eater, and so far, I’ve yet to try something here I don’t like. Staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful when I’m undecided in trying something new. The place is always super clean which I love as well. I recommend getting the app, too! It really helps with the rewards.

I love how the whole place is always sparkling clean and makes you want to eat here. Today I decided to try the bang bang chicken and everything is definitely fresh and delicious. On the other hand, the staff always brings a smile to my face. I definitely recommend it.

This might be the best poke I have had outside of Hawaii. Spotless restaurant, friendly, and fast service. Oh, and the Poké is very fresh w dozens of items that you can add to customize it. Hard to believe this is a chain restaurant. Please don’t change a thing!!

Not a fan of chains but have to be honest, Pokéworks does it right. The fish is fresh, the service is nice, the location is clean. Love the option of the poke burrito. Sometimes I hate scrapping the bottom of bowls, and this is a nice solution when you’re on the go and can’t eat out of a bowl. I wish they had more options for seafood, however, it’s a chain and I know what i walked into. Check it out if you’re around the area.

Solid Poke Bowl. Reasonable portion size. Super quick on door dash. Not a ton of protein but decent amount. I did the spicy tuna and it was spicy enough but not too spicy.

Super tasty poke with tons of protein, toppings, and sauce options! I got the large bowl with three proteins - salmon, ahi tuna and spicy salmon. The sriracha aioli was a perfect addition, not too spicy. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

I come here once a week and am always impressed with my meals! This is hands down my favorite place to grab a healthy light meal, without all the added sodium (I get my sauce on the side). I’ve ordered pick-up and in person, and have never had any issues. Staff are always friendly and the poke is delicious!

Pokeworks always hits the spot but it’s not going to wow you. It’s consistently good. Nothing really wrong with it but compared to some other places I just feel like it’s pretty much like the Freebirds of poke places. Bathrooms are a little dirty but nothing crazy. Tables were a little dirty so would like to see more frequent wipe downs but they seemed under staffed like more places. I feel like all the online orders are keeping places like this busy so they’re not as capable of attending to the people in the stores. Is what it is.

Good poke fast. Very busy at lunch. The to go orders get priority. Good selection. If your looking for traditional this isn’t it, but it is good for Austin.

I ordered UberEats from here. I did the build your own poke bowl with 2 proteins. I asked for a regular and a spicy protein. Neither came spicy, which literally changed the flavor of my dish. I tried calling to inform them and no answer after 4 calls. Hmm. Guess ill be seeking a new Poke place.

Ordered for delivery for my husband and myself for lunch. We both ordered 2 different sauces and requested a medium amount (out of light, medium, heavy or on the side options). As I was eating my bowl I was very disappointed at how bland and flavorless I found it and then I realized there was not a drop of sauce to be found. I asked my husband if his had sauce and he said no I think it’s just juices from the toppings. So both of us ended up with sauce less bowls. Also found the chicken to be poor quality.

No one was in there. I came up to the counter and tried talking to the staff a couple of times. I got one answer. Both of them otherwise ignored me and focused on the stack of trays with to go orders taped to them. On the bright side by the time I gave up waiting my Starbucks order was done.

Been ordering from this restaurant multiple times and always great sized portions. This time I ordered on Uber eats and got the same order that I always get and it was extremely undersized. Very unhappy. Additionally, they put some incorrect toppings on my bowl.

I've always order at this place but today, August 17, 2023 is the most traumatizing day I've ever experienced. I placed an order on UberEats and when I was half way through my food, I found this huge bug. I am telling you, IT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! I will never order at this place ever again and I will inform all of my family and friends not to order at this dirty place. I don't believe this was an accident as the bug is a size of my thumb. I've also reported this to UberEats, Texas State Department of Health Services and FDA. Just so y'all know, I tried calling the store multiple times to report my experience to warn them to give them a chance to clean and check everything but THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE. I really hope people would never experience this disgusting experience.
