Opinions de School House Pub Austin
My new fav bar. Their cocktails are delciious and beer selection is perfect for their food. Incredible vibes all around
I love this place. Juicy white meat turkey burgers----best in town. People are awesome. I always end up hearing 90's hip hop on the Playlist! Bomb ass drink specials. Just a nice place to chill!
With a friendly staff and a good playlist, this pub made me feel right at home. The Nashville hot tenders they had on special were amazing.
Schoolhouse is an unassuming, easy going fun spot nestled in the Manor/Cherrywood area. The owners are easily approachable and cool, while the staff is very friendly, beer knowledgeable and well versed in the art of crafting great cocktails! The happy hour M-F 3-7 is always a good deal for any budget and all the food selections are quite tasty any day of the week with daily specials most everyday...cheers and enjoy!
Great cocktails, a nice selection of rotating beers on tap and surprisingly good food, friendly staff and rarely overcrowded. Good outdoor seating where some even bring their dogs. The mescal bar nextdoor above Mi Madres is also recommended.
We came here after the Austin Outlaws game. This is a nice place with outside seating and seating inside. The only bad thing is the bar you order at is close to the entrance, and it gets very congested with people in that area. The food is amazing! Great place. Check them out you will be glad you did.
This place has great cocktails and makes a mean mojito! Great location with both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has fun plates for sharing and the best (truffle bacon) popcorn in Austin, as well as delicious specials. Great place for a date night or to meet up with a group.
Nice location to sit outside and the happy hour prices are really good. $6 fish and chips are a great backup plan for when we're too tired to cook. Good patio and inside is well designed as well.
This is such a great place. I think maybe some people were scared away by the parking situation because it's not terrifically crowded anymore and is just so great. I love all the careful attention they put into the decor and menu offerings, and the food is so much more delicious than any normal pub. I LOVE the Earth burger--surprising vegan option that is absolutely delicious. Non-vegan options are amazing, too.
Went here for the first time last night. Really nice place. Love the local vibe it has. Staff was really nice and fast. A lot of beer to choose from for a smaller place! I had the turkey burger that was very good. I will be back!
I'm lucky to have this bar a block from my house. Fun bar with great bartenders. Brian is particularly awesome! They have a good number of beers on tap and killer cocktails. My favorite cocktail is the Teacher's Pet. If you like rye whiskey then you don't want to miss out on it. They also have some good food options. The fish and chips are great, and the fries are amazing. Also check out the Poutin (they call it Montreal Fries).
The brunch is phenomenal. They could give you more OJ upfront when you get the bottle of champagne for mimosas instead of making you go back and forth to fill up the orange juice jug. But other than that the place was down to earth, clean, the theme was cute and the food was amazing!
Talk about a hole in one! What a gem. This is our favorite hangout in Austin. Amazing food and atmosphere, mezcal bar, and excellent Mexican food next door at Mi Madres (family business). Please support local businesses and enjoy this place frequently! Montreal fries are always on point. Wife loves the turkey burger. Best fish and chips this side of 35!
Great beer selection. Quality pub style food. The happy hour was a great value. Had their fish and chips and fried chirizo devilled eggs. Fun atmosphere! Go there and LEARN!!!
What a fun place. Celebrated a friend's birthday with a happy hour. The service was amazing. The food even better. Lots of fun drinks to choose from. Will definitely be going back.
I fell in love the minute I walked into School House Pub! The decor was approachable and friendly, with beautiful lace curtains in the front windows. There were plenty of options for seating: Outdoor, indoor, a cute nook in the very front, benches, stools, and lots of standing room. I would compare the layout of the pub to feeling like I was at a good friend's house for a chill summertime cook-out. The staff was welcoming and approachable. Started off with a cocktail that tasted like dark chocolate. SCORE. Afterward, I indulged in the mac & cheese (divine!) and the pickled veggies with homemade sausage–watch out though, it's hot!
BEST BURGER FRIES AND ONION RINGS!! I live nearby, and this is my go-to when I want a great burger and fries. The orange marmalade/ carmelized onion / homemade pickle combo is so good. It's my fave burger in Austin. And solid cocktails.
All around an amazing bar with killer food. The price point is beyond reasonable and I always leave feeling like I had an incredible experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. Everything on the menu is delicious. You can't go wrong here.
How had I never come here? Great food. Chill vibe. Indoor and outdoor space. Avery (spelling?) behind the bar is super awesome. And it is in my neighborhood. Winning.
Great happy hour deals on Sunday with a banging $7 fish'n'chips. The cheese board was just okay. The cocktails were all amazing. The pretzel, I liked, but was extremely doughy/pretty undercooked. I was into it but my pals were not
We love coming here. Great drinks, great food, great service. The last few times we have ordered what’s on special (they had a fried chicken and mashed potato thing that was so freaking good) and then a shrimp dish more recently that my husband had and he loved it. Otherwise, the burger is our go-to here. I think this place doesn’t get the attention it deserves.
This was once our home away from home. We’ve moved farther away, so it’s hard to get there as often. But we still love it when we can. Owners Christina and Edgar are amazing. The staff are also fabulous. The regular crowed is just great people. The drinks are great. The food is great. Indoor and outdoor seating. Some parking around back. It’s got it all.
Cool spot. The drink selection is great & the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Definitely coming back to try more.
What an amazing bar! It may be my new favorite! Great smash burger, great drinks, not crowded, and a cozy, positive vibe. I will definitely be back!
I've been going to school house pub off and on when in the area, but recently have been going more because it's just a great atmosphere. Also their a/c is legit on these stupid hot days. Bar staff is also amazing with suggestions and drinks. And if you're hungry for a snack the popcorn is legit and my friends and I have to order it every time we're there.
The buildinging itself is a jewel. The bar is reclaimed wood and there lots of specialty cocktails. I stick to beer which includes a good selection of local and national craft brews. They just revamped their menu and I look forward to checking out the new vegetarian options like Buffalo cauliflower. The simplified should help the consistency of the food you. Not cheap though.
Staff was friendly. Order at the bar and find your own seat at this place. Parking out back or on the side streets. We made it for happy hour and ate the $7 fish and chips for dinner. The garlic fries that came with it were amazing.
Marvelous spot for a pub session, inside or out, with a serious food program. They cut their own potatoes for fries, and patrons praise the Mac & cheese, which I’ve yet to try. Place is now on on my rotation, and I’m eager to show off my good taste by bringing — & recommending to — others. Chef Sheridan is a gregarious, witty soul who checks on the diners, and barman Jacob orchestrates a fun house.
Great happy hour! I'm a big fan of their house made limeade... and the goat cheese tarter sauce for the fish and chips is amazing! Staff are super friendly and helpful too!
Amazing food, drinks, and service. Everything in the kitchen is done from scratch with incredible veggitarian/vegan options. The owners are very fun and hire great staff! 10/10
Brittany as bartender was great. Very helpful and conversational, she’s a great addition to the restaurant.
Place is very cozy, they have indoor and outdoor seating great cocktails I tried marshmallow with coffe also tried the Montreal fries it comes with brisket and cheese and tried the Mac and cheese it was good too. They Also gave a miscall and taquila bar upstairs but I didn’t try I will next time
Such a cool, fun place! Christina and Edgar definitely got it down. Super fun selection of quality cocktails and the food is great! Those fried Deviled Eggs are everything! The burger and fries are A+ in my book. Definitely a good place to come and chill w friends, spend some time, and have fun.
Great place to hang out and have some tasty snacks. Montreal fries were delicious and disappeared quick! I loved the cheese and meat board, very unique! Pop corn was fantastic and the pretzel was perfect with their delicious homemade mustard!!! The smokey rye specialty drink was superb especially with the garnish ❤️
Mar 2025: Great fish and chips, very themed. I've been coming this place a long time, it's a great neighborhood bar, you can bring your dog there outside, the food is consistently pretty good. Note: there is no wait service, but still a pretty nice environment. People there tend to be friendlier than your average bar, thus the neighborhood bar vibe.
Architecturally charming little school themed bar with happy hour Monday-Friday 5pm-7pm and all day Sunday featuring $6 mules, $4 drafts, $6 rose, and $7 fish and chips (one fish fillet and some fries). Wednesdays they have a steak and fries special for $25. They have several tables inside, and under shade surrounding the building. There is free street parking nearby, as well as several other fun restaurants and bars to visit.
Was a life saver during the ice storm, the food was good and the happy hour prices are unbeatable!
Monday night is their Geeks Who Drink trivia night. You should get their Mac&Cheese and add chicken.
A nice neighbor bar to have some beers and good food with friends. We love the decor and friendly staff. Will return for sure. Solid Italian Grill Cheese (great job on the goat cheese ranch dip), and surprisingly good fish and chips.
Great spot! Cool little ambience, like an elevated sports bar Very good assorted happy hour deals Thick hamburger that will leave you feeling full Staff was excellent and attentive I got the Montreal fries, but they were kind of soggy under a thick bed of cheese. But no points off for that, because staff took it off the bill. Wish they had more selection of hot sauce! Tabasco is basic, carry some local stuff, please!
Great place and the Steak and garlic fries were amazing!!! This is a cool Austin place. It reminded me the good old day in Austin. Chilled and easy going. I will be back.
Sooo very happy we found the School House Pub!! We were greeted right away, the drinks recommended were spectacular and the food was delicious! As a retired teacher, the theme was just precious. They rang the school bell when they learned I was a teacher. Just such a cool atmosphere! The details throughout were very well thought out! We will be back next time we visit Austin!! Sure would love to have one in or around Midlothian! 🫶🏻
We spotted School House Pub while driving by, and it was an experience worth sharing! The atmosphere was both unique and refreshing, providing a perfect backdrop. We ordered the fish and chips and a burger with fries. The fish was crispy and golden, perfectly paired with the tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon. The fries were fresh, crispy, and seasoned to perfection, making every bite a treat. The burger was equally impressive. It was a classic done right, and the side of fries complemented it wonderfully. Overall, School House Pub delivered not just a meal, but an enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a refreshing setting!
Well, I was in the mood for poutine so on today’s walk I didn’t know where I would end up. I saw School House Pub might have some so I ventured inside. Don’t worry, it’s coming back next week! I was might by the chillest bartender Mauricio & he even gave me a slight “don’t worry, it looks like you’re flustered” talk as I approached the bar. He told me the fish and chips as well as the Crawford Bock were on happy hour. Of course I had to have both. I was also in the mood for cauliflower wings and I hit it big here! The food was incredible despite the French fries being overdone. The vegan ranch was delicious and the tartar sauce was unique but not in left-field. The conversation I had with Mauricio was great—it was nice to exchange similar opinions on how East Austin’s restaurant scene has changed. He poured me some of his favorite mezcal over ice and it was delicious. The atmosphere was great and super laid back. It was cool to see some Día de los Muertos decor and people from Britain in the bar. I can’t wait to go back!
Cutest little themed bar with food! School House Pub boasts themed cocktails such as the “Trapper Keeper” a mescal based drink, the “Burn Book” a vodka based drink, the “Pen15 Club” a rum Based drink, etc. Along with a solid beer and wine selection - this is a great place to grab a drink in East Austin. You hungry? School House Pub has you covered with fresh pasta, a burger to die for, fish n chips, an Italian Grilled Cheese with prosciutto and the works. This is a cute super casual and fun themed bar with a relaxed vibe. Great for neighborhood visits or those from the outter areas looking for a fun East Austin experience. Go check them out!
I used to frequent School House Pub often, I lived away and moved back and I am glad to see that they’re still providing the same type service and quality cocktails/food. Bartenders are new but obviously experienced and friendly. I have been back twice already and will make this a common spot to visit. Will gladly continue to support. Music can be loud at times but I don’t mind it at all.
This has become a go to spot for both before and after dinner drinks. I'm not usually a big cocktail person because I feel like they're often over-priced and not that special, but I've honestly enjoyed every one I've tried here and they're somewhat reasonably priced. My favorite is the Intro to Spanish that has mezcal and st. germaine--really tasty! It seems like they may change occasionally as well, but I could be making that up. They also have an excellent liquor and beer selection for the more traditional folk. The inside is a bit on the small side, but there's seating outside as well that's preferable on a nice Austin evening. It's located on east Manor Rd. so it's a fun place to be at night with all the people out and about doing the same. I haven't had any food there before but it always sounds pretty good, so perhaps one day!
Very hip east side place. Met friends for drinks here on a Friday night. It is small inside so get there early to snag a seat. Good selection of beers and cocktails. The theme inside coincides with the school house name.
School House pub is another neighborhood bar I like to visit from time to time. School House is adorable and they did a great job of sticking to their school house theme. Their staff is always nice and willing answer questions on food and drink choices. Like others have stated the inside is on the smaller side, but I think its great for a small group or a couple. I've only eaten here once or twice but the burger and montreal fries were both very good. The $3 for a side salad or side of fries is a bit much on top of your entree price. They do a good job of picking quality beers for their rotating taps. If your not in the mood for beer then the cocktail menu is sure to please. The teacher's pet is one of my favorite cocktails, with physics being a close second.
Nice place, cozy, I had the fish and chips, while my son had the burger. Both were very good. They had Hops and Grains on tap — River beer. Will go back. Oh yes — lace curtains.
Great people and atmosphere, and I was happy we could order food. But I was disappointed in the fish and chips. Couldn't finish the tasteless fish in a mushy batter. The chips were pretty good,
The food is affordable and delicious. For just 8 bucks we got their Montreal fries which was a BOARD full of fries, braised short ribs, and cheese curds topped with gravy. So tasty. The wine and beer selection is good, and the vibe at the place is even better.
The turkey pot pie special was delicious with a tasty buttery crust. So was the hot toddy, especially on a cold night in Austin. Cozy but energetic place with very friendly service and great craft beer selection on tap.
Love the cute theme of this place! I've stopped by for drinks on a couple occasions and have been meaning to try the food - it always look good on other's plates! The place is a bit small but has nice outdoor seating and long common high bar space in the center inside. It's a fun place for a small group but larger ones may be difficult to accommodate if it's crowded.
Definitely a tiny but fun bar. Note that their drink menu doesn't include their current taps, my rookie mistake. The Montreal fries were amazing and intended for sharing. I look forward to trying the rest of their food menu.
Let me start with this place has a great staff. It's somewhat of a local bar and I love it. The food I've had is better than most bar food but not amazing. The drinks are all well executed and they have a great selection of high quality beers on tap.
The atmosphere is cute with their all in school theme. Some healthy options on the menu but get the feeling the chef is experimenting a lot of the time since some items are a hit while others are a miss. They should stick to four seasons of favorites. Disappointed in the Sunday happy hour as it feels they choose items to get rid of instead of items that would draw someone in. The choices on this particular day were a sour for the beer special and a rose for the wine special. See what I mean?
Great little place, I'll go again sometime for sure. Great selection of beers and spirits. I had the fish and chips and they were great! Good cuts of fish, doesn't appear to be cheap-o.. possibly battered there but I can't tell. The fries were great, they use some kind of parmesan herb shake on them. No mushy peas but there aren't so many Brits in Texas to notice. The staff were friendly, good patter at the bar.
Really nice neighborhood bar. I went on a Wednesday around 10 for a drink. The place was relatively quiet, the staff was really friendly, and the atmosphere nice. I ordered a drink from their wide selection of taps. I would definitely go back and get food here. They had a solid menu, and everything looked really tasty. School House Pub is definitely a nice place if you are looking for a chill environment or even a nice a place to have a drink and read a book.
Cute place but limited seating. Just be prepared to stand in line to order food and drinks. It's really cozy on the inside and the outside patio is nice. Good beer selection and the cocktails are tasty. Recommend the Detention. Bartenders were nice enough. If you're making a craft cocktail for 10 minutes, with a line of people...I get that you don't care to ask how my night is going. Next time I go, would like to try their famous mac and cheese dish.
They have cute school themed names for their cocktails. Since I don't drink the bartender offered to modify their cocktails and I got the detention. It was basically a super refreshing lemonade, it was so good! Their food is pretty good too but I would not say their fish and chips were the best as people have said.
Went for brunch. Drinks were quality and pretty stiff. Prices were reasonable - $10 or so per entree. It is a smallish space inside but lots of outdoor seating. We were struggling to find street parking and then discovered they actually do have a parking lot in the back off the alley.
School House Pub is great for drinks and the service is friendly/attentive. The food was mediocre at best. The fish and chips… oh god the fish and chips… Texas has more seasons than the fish and chips had seasoning. Overcooked and bland. The fish swam its whole life to be turned into that abomination. At least I’ll remember that fish I guess… as the worst fish and chips I’ll probably ever have.
The food was decent. I would not recommend the Mac and cheese. It was very oily but also got the Thai wings which were really good. Service was pretty good even though they were short staffed they did a good job of checking in. Will definitely return.
Easy and casual. Very 'Austin' vibe. Some limits on Happy Hour and drink specials, so not the biggest bar. But a very good neighborhood bar. Fish and Chips on Sunday are a great deal, the fries were especially good. Plenty of tables outside, some indoor seating.
Really great ambiance and selection of beers. Taking off a star because the burger came with cinnamon and sugar onions that we couldn't get past and had to scrape off & the girl next to us bit into a cinnamon stick in her burger - feel like we might have come on an off night food wise, but other than that service was great!
Nice local bar with friendly staff. We started with the ginger wings and they were crispy, tasty and served hot. Then we got the Montreal fries, aka poutine. Very disappointing... the fries, sauce and meat on top were barely warm. The cheese was one big disc on top. The fries need to be a thicker cut for that plate. Then we got the Mac and cheese... although over-salted, it was really good. Kudos to Hanna and Jacob working their butts off behind the bar.
I was pretty disappointed by the food, especailly considering the pricing. My burger patty was way over peppered or something and everything else was just kind of ok. The theme is fun but not really some place I would go to often as a drinking spot either. The staff was freindly and pretty attentive and the clientele was alright but I probably wont be returning any time soon.
It's OK. I mean it's a bourgeois bar on a gentrified street, so what would you expect? The school theme is a bit weird for a 21 and up place, but I forget about it once I'm there. They have drinks and they're all good. The food is good but always a little on the salty side. Outside is nice but you have to work to get a spot on busy nights. I never sit inside though because the music is always too loud (so everyone is shouting to be heard) and off-brand (more like what you'd expect at a sixth street bar with sharks beneath the dancefloor). I secretly suspect the staff does this to discourage people from sitting inside (it's almost always empty, even on busy nights)... it's weird.
One of my favorite burgers in town and fantastic drinks, but they have been struggling post-pandemic. Their burgers have been... raw... recently. Also super long lines for ordering anything (1 barback/server for the entire place). I'd suggest going to Techo instead and ordering 'to-go' food which they will deliver to you.
Nice little neighborhood bar to pass time with friends. Only problem is that there is hardly any parking. Although it is nestled in the developing area on Manor Rd, it doesn't allow for much room to have friends meet up unless they already are parked and in the vicinity. The bar does provide a good variety of beer, with good selection on different beers from different places to try. The bartenders are nice, but I didn't see anything special to make this a worthy repeat.
So the decor is pretty kitchy and they take their whole school theme a bit too seriously, but it's a pretty decent bar. The food is just okay--there was four of us who went, and we felt like the sandwiches were lackluster and the burgers over seasoned. Not bad by any means and I'm sure would taste good with a few beers, but not the type of place you go to eat. I would go there again to grab drinks, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to people.
The food was good, but extremely overpriced. The deviled eggs with chorizo were tasty and the pepper aioli on their burger was exceptional. Their signature mixed drinks and beers on tap were extensive and varied. But it's difficult to recommend given the high prices of everything. My only other note is that the seating inside is limited, and smoking is allowed outside, so plan accordingly, especially during busy times.
Dig the atmosphere, music is always on point. Nice and chill spot on a Sunday, and rockin during the week. The drinks are good and the bartenders are always nice. Food was blech...ordered the fish n chips, looked good, but practically no fish and all batter, maybe two ounces total of fish in there. Came with a handful of fries, as if they forgot and threw on all they had left. Tarter was gross, sad, sad day for fish n chips. Not the best, by a long shot. Very sad because it looked so good, a big old fried thing, but all batter and no fish what a letdown.
Pros: vegan and gluten-free options Cons: the Internet glitched, so our 15-min take out order of a burger, fries, and deviled eggs took 45 minutes, and they didn’t offer anything to fix the situation, even though they only had less than 15 people in the place. They also didn’t give me ketchup for the fries, and the fries you see in the photos are $3 extra.
We showed up at 10 pm and I was overly nice to the bartenders. They were super cute and I was asking what kind of beers they had and if they had any seasonal beers. They said no and looked at me like I was disgusting. I asked again and they continued to say no as I was staring at the pumpkin beer that was on tap. My husband eventually got us the pumpkin beer I was wanting and they continued to judge us. Basically a place we loved and just wanted to grab a cocktail and socialize made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Bright side.. a guy that used to work there made us feel extremely welcome and taught us about all the beers the offered and we made friends in the long run.
The drinks are good the atmosphere is good but wow the food is not it. It has so much potential but it’s overcooked and flavorless. Our pretzel tasted like a month old bagel and we got the bottom of the fries so basically straight crumbs. My chicken sandwich was so burnt there was no meat?
Atmosphere is more laid back casual. Place overpriced for what it is. Drinks are alright, went here later in the night and ordered a Turkey burger. Waitress came back saying they ran out, so I ordered a steak wrap. Food took forever to come out and the wrap had two tiny pieces of burnt steak tips. I also asked for no bacon because I don’t eat pork and there was bacon in my wrap. My friend who got the chicken gyro said his stomach hurt the next day.
Didn’t even get my food. Had to leave. It’s one thing to be “friendly” and smooching over dogs. But people expect to get the items they order. Don’t make amateur excuses of “people changed shift” hence my order was lost. Shame on you. Was looking forward to the creme brûlée too. Completely ruined
I'm looking to try this place when I visit Austin in September based on the reviews, however, after reading some of the reviews I'm concerned with how the owner used inappropriate language when replying to a review. My concern is, will the owner / staff act this way in person. Here is the comment the owner left to Mark Parson, concerning... "Is that why you threw your food on the floor like a 2 year old child? Uneducated douche!" My thought, regardless of bad service or good service review, an owner of an establishment should never call one of its the patrons an "Uneducated douche!". That's wrong, shows no customer service, no class, or thought. After seeing this I will have to reconsider whether I should visit this place or not. Because of your rude response, I'm forced to give you 1 star, just for being nasty.
If you are reading this, I sincerely hope that you never go to School House Pub. They treated my wife and me terribly. We got married in April and were supposed to host our Friday welcome drinks here. We reached out to them in September of last year and ended up booking the place in December. We signed a credit card authorization form with all the details. Everything was set for months. Four weeks before the wedding, we reach out to them to them to check in. They told us that in order to proceed with our event, they would have to charge us TWICE the amount that we had agreed upon. We tried to reason with them and find a middle ground to no avail. We had already invited everyone in our wedding to join us at the School House Pub! Three weeks before the wedding they fully canceled on us. Not only was it rude but extremely unprofessional. When were they going to tell us they wanted to charge us double the price?? When we showed up for our event? Fortunately we found a better place to host our drinks very last minute. Needless to say that we will never be returning to the School House Pub and hope that neither do you.
I live nearby to school house pub so I find myself there on occasion. I've been a handful of times and have never been blown away but also never been completely disappointed like the visit I had today. First of all a big chalkboard sign greeted me on my walk in that read "happy hour: select drafts $3" I arrived around 5:00pm when there are probably 100 other happy hours in town I could have gone to and I wish I had. Once I walked in an inquired which drafts were on happy hour the bartender responded "that one is the only one". I did a double take. One draft?? That's not a happy hour that's barely even a special. To make it worse it was some foofoo raspberry fruity beer that they probably couldn't give away and the keg was probably a year old. I ended up ordering a pale ale that also tasted like it was from a year old keg. I didn't even finish it. My friend had ordered a dirty martini, probably one of the most simple classic drinks on any bars menu. She winced when she took a drink and said "it's awful it tastes like they forgot something" I had to see what she meant so I took a sip. I practically spewed it back out. It tasted like poison. I told her she should definitely take it back and tell them but at this point there was a long line at the bar, not because they were super busy just because the bartender was slow. She eventually decided it wasn't worth the trouble to take it back. Not to mention there were more flies buzzing around us than if we'd been sitting in a barn filled with cow manure. We got up and walked to salty sow and made the last 30 min of their happy hour. I paid $6 for one of the best whiskey sours I've ever had at salty sow. When I closed my tab at school house I was shocked to see they charged me $6.50 for a pint of beer. During happy hour!!! My friend paid almost $10 for a glass of poison. As we sat and drank at salty sow, huge upgrade, we kept repeating how much school house pub had gone downhill.
I am not a fan of this type of food. I was immediately turned off by the parking lot due to the lack of parking spaces. The restaurant was almost empty during lunch. The only decent looking item on the menu was the Montreal fries and I thought it was disgusting. Very hippyish vibe. Food was overpriced. I will never return.
