Nathaniel was our waiter last night and he took really good care of us! He was very knowledgeable and funny. We had a really good experience. We were celebrating a few birthdays and they ended up giving us some glasses of champagne, which was really unexpected and awesome! I would definitely recommend coming to this location!

This is such a fun experience! The food was delicious, the experience was a blast and our waiter was fantastic. We did the four course package (it was a special occasion) and it was 100% worth the price. We left so stuffed we could barely waddle out of there. Highly recommend doing at least once.

I love going to the melting pot! This was my first time going to this location and they did not disappoint. It was my sister’s birthday and aside from the cute card and birthday treat she got, our waiter, Wade, was awesome and made the evening super entertaining. We left full, happy, and already wanting more.

We go to the Melting Pot every year for our anniversary and it never disappoints! Service is always spot on, and very knowledgeable. Their bar drinks are fabulous. I highly suggest the Raspberry Lemon Drop. So great. We did the 50th Anniversary meal and it was delish!

Fun unique experience for a date night we really enjoyed it. Each food item we tried was delicious. Favorite person as the salmon and the steak. Our waiter was nice and checked in the perfect amount of times and wasn't hovering at all. We were truly able to enjoy our meal and take our time. We did the 4 courses and were there a little over 2 hours.

We always enjoy going here. This is a place we go for to celebrate very special occasions. This time, they went above and beyond. At our table was a happy anniversary card and to cap off a lovely night, champagne was brought out with our dessert. The servers are always super friendly and the management goes above and beyond. Perfect drinks and overall experience. Highly recommend the Bee’s tea! This Melting Pot is worth the 40 minute drive from South Austin!

My wife and I had a memorable dinner at The Melting Pot last night that's worth bragging about. To show how impressed we were, and help you plan your own special time, I'm spreading the word about the amount of effort they put into making our visit meaningful. Because they deserve your business, and you'll come out looking like the hero. The atmosphere and food are always great, that's just a given ...who doesn't like bite size pieces of food covered with hot melted cheese or dipped in warm chocolate?... but here's a little surprise I stumbled onto: When making the reservation, I indicated the occasion was our anniversary and requested a secluded booth. What I didn't know is they have a plan in place for special events. The staff treated us like royalty throughout our visit. We had a handwritten anniversary card and chocolate-covered pretzels waiting in our cozy, private booth in the back corner. When it was time for dessert, they brought us a plate with "happy anniversary!" elegantly written in chocolate and a bite of cake with a lit candle. Then I believe it was the manager who stopped by our table to congratulate us and hand out complimentary drinks. I liked that she had taken the time to see we hadn't ordered alcohol and brought non-alcoholic spritzers instead. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for something cozy and different give it a try, even as a regular meal. Ask for Kirah to be your server. She's attentative and fun.

Food was great. Our server this time was a tad slow. Took way too long for the visit. We spent our first wedding anniversary there. Had the romance package lol It's a little pricey but fun for a special occasion and to mix it up. We may take the kids there just for dessert.

Update- was treated to a late birthday dinner. Love, love, love ❤️ it. One of my favorite places and they did not disappoint. Always enjoy this place. They took every precaution to make sure we felt safe. Social distancing, and mask use enforced. Birthday dinner surprise from the hubby.

We went with a large group for a friend's birthday and it was awesome. Made the staff aware of my shellfish allergy and they took steps to assure I would have an enjoyable experience. The staff are so nice and really made it memorable. Jonnie was our waiter and she is awesome. The food was amazing.

We had a really good time tonight, we had never been before. I had seen an ad to book their “Thursdate” deal so that’s what got us interested in going. All 4 courses were super tasty, I had the house cab it was $14 for 8oz and it was super good for a house wine. Our server Hanna was very nice, she said she had only been there 3 wks but she knew the menu very well, one of the best servers we’ve ever had honestly, very professional and attentive. Overall a 10/10 experience, we’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I had a great time at the melting pot. The atmosphere was romantic and cozy due to the setting, lighting, and somewhat privacy. You can pay for different settings, like the rose petals. The service was excellent as our server was entertaining, personable, and funny. The food was good, but not $50/person worth, honestly. I felt like I was more paying for the experience than anything else.

I feel we must’ve had a bad experience compared to all the great reviews. We were a little underwhelmed with the experience, although I will admit it’s an interesting one, and everyone should at least try it out. I think our experience started with it being our first time and not fully understanding how everything works and how to order. Our server was good and tenured, but I felt treated us like we already knew what to do. We had to ask multiple questions to get information pulled out and a lot wasn’t volunteered upfront. I think if everything was explained first, we would have had a better time. The food was pretty good and we tried steak, fish, chicken and veggies. The best experience was the cheese, and our favorites dipping were the bread pieces in the cheddar and the white asiago. The atmosphere was pretty good, but it felt a little sterile, and I can totally see why. Each table has their own experience, but you’re just cut off from the rest of the atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall the staff was nice and the place was clean and everything ran smoothly. I will probably go back again now knowing what to expect.

It was our first time here after we had so many recommendations. We went for Valentine’s Day which included a special menu. When we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, we didn’t get sat until 30 minutes after our reserved time. Turns out; they never checked us in and we almost lost our table. My husband opted to purchase a rose that was ready when we arrived and it was wilted. Definitely not worth $8. Our waitress was amazing and appreciated her honesty when it came to the cheese section for the 1st course. She mentioned having complaints about the lobster cheese so we opted for the truffle. It was awful. It tasted like straight alcohol. We couldn’t taste any of the truffle and it felt like taking a shot when swallowing. We ended up not eating any of it, just the bread and raw vegetables. When it came to the entree, we opted for the grill method as every single other option included alcohol in the ingredient list and we didn’t want a repeat. The meats were very under seasoned and not very filling. We were disappointed in the portion size. There was a couple next table being extremely loud and excessively using profanity. We were disappointed to see the staff ignore such outburst and their waitress even encouraging their behavior. After spending almost $300, we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience and will most likely not be returning or recommending this restaurant in the future.
