Food is great. Service is even better. They always have ample supplies. Their dining room is always open. And I always seem to have more than enough help with employees that seem to be happy with their job. I can’t say the same for other restaurants close by. Obviously the key difference here is good management.

In my opinion, Pizza Hut is the best restaurant in Azle simply because they have the best service. Everyone that works there is very nice, they act like they care about their jobs, the food is always great, they are very efficient, and it’s always just a really pleasant experience.

This Pizza Hut sets the standard that ALL Pizza Hut's should follow. Hostess opened the door so we could enter. I'm a disabled Veteran that can barely walk. She seated us closest to the door to make it easier for me. Was prompt on getting our drinks and taking our order. We ordered a pizza and wings. Both were made to perfection! She kept our drinks full and was willing to be of service for anything that we may need. She noticed that I was a disabled Veteran and gave us a discount on what we had ordered making our perfect dinner very affordable for the little income I have. It's been a few months since my family and I have been to this pizza hut. I have to say they went above and beyond our expectations. The server was Awesome, food was great. And the music set the mood. Thank you all for a great night. We will definitely be back. Excellent!!!

Guys I want ya'll to know how good the Azle location is. I ordered my pizza for carry out but thought it was going to be delivered. After about 40 minutes I called and after we figured out what happened not only did they deliver it to me but because it had been sitting for almost an hour they remade my food at no cost! I cant say thank you enough. We usually order from who ever has the best deals going on but I will stick with Pizza Hut from now on. Not only is the food delicious but the customer service rocks!

Its a great place to eat and order take out. By far, the best pizza we’ve had since moving to Azle in April. We’ve probably eaten from here 3-5 times a month. I’ve only had one “less than perfect” visit with this establishment.

Love the pizza at this location. Have been two other Pizza Huts in the past that the the pizza didn't taste as good. The service when we call to order or order online is always spot-on. We always have it delivered and the delivery drivers are always on time and never forget anything.

Red beared waiter probably best server I've ever had at any restaurant. Very polite, and I never had to hunt him down to ask for anything. Oh yeah and the pizza is pretty darn good as well. Definitely going back!

Been to this location a few time and my wife and I Love it. We've been to the buffet a few times and just ordered pizza. The staff are busy, but very attentive and nice and respectful. This Pizza Hit has become a regular spot for us.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat for my grandbabies. The place was empty, and my grandbabies were starving. I asked to be seated near window so I could keep an eye on my truck n trailer and had picked a small table since it was just me and my 2 grandbabies but quickly told that I had to sit a larger table. Why? I have no idea. We were seated and brought our drinks and then nothing. I had to get up and ask if I needed to order my food at the bar area? Finally, a completely different waitress came and took our order. She was great. The kidos loved her, and she was very attentive to all of our needs. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name, but I know she works during the day. We were there on a Weds, and it was right after having their buffet. She is young with long blonde hair. I really hope she, this sweet girl, gets recognized for her amazing job.

Ordered the holiday box, the staff was really nice. Didn't have to wait in line and my pizza was exactly how I remembered it to be and those cinnamon rolls that came with it are definitely a game changer, will order again. Be advised I'd recommend adding some extra marinara to your order because the one cup that comes with the bread sticks won't be enough, other than that definitely worth it.

I love pizza. I love good pizza. The two pizzas I had delivered had nothing wrong with them. The thin crust was cooked to crispy perfection without being overcooked. The topping were in just the right amount. And the delivery person was smiling, friendly, and energetic. On top of all that, the pizza arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected. Can't say enough good about the Azle pizza hut. They will get my business again.

I walked in on a Friday night with a hankering for a premium, customized pie. People smiling, families enjoying their time together, the pies baking and beer flowing. The customer service was more than great 😸 The girl that took our order even brought the pie to us while we waited in the parking lot smoking a cigarette 🚬 What a place. Do yourself a favor; make it a Pizza Hut night in Azle. You'll be glad you did.

I've only been to this location once as dine in, but was pleasantly surprised. I think a young blonde lady named Morgan was our server and she was very nice and a good server. Food was super fresh and really good. I wish they delivered to Pelican Bay. Nice dining area.

I would like to compliment Mat at the Azle, TX Pizza Hut. Mat was our server and was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, proactive, and fast. He checked on us often, but not too often. He went out of his way to make sure our booth was comfortable for us. He informed us of cooking times. Just an overall great experience. May certainly adds value to Pizza Hut and sets a great example for friendly and competent service. Great job Mat and thanks for contributing to a nice evening after a long day.

Moved out here not long ago. We saw a sit down Pizza Hut and were shocked! We are from Downtown FW and this is NOT a thing. Getting served a deep dish still in the pan reminded us of our childhood in the 80's and 90's. Now we go once a week with a group of family. The evening servers are amazing, the night manager is amazing. Appreciate this place while you can non city folks.

We absolutely love it! SARAH is one of the most attentive and friendly waitresses we have come across. She keeps are drinks full and brings out our promptly. When we visit on one of her days off, it’s just not the same. All the waitresses are really good at your restaurant, but Sarah really really shines❤️

The crew here makes it feel like a hometown spot. Between Red's caring attention and sense of humor & the excellent service and friendly banter with Sarah, Morgan, and Cheyenne, it's a warm, welcoming place. The pizza is enjoyable, but tends to lean on the dry side (with full acknowledgement that taste is relative). I often request it be made with extra sauce and that usually balances it out nicely. The atmosphere is pretty chill. Several booths and a few tables, several screens with a variety of offerings, and a good variance in music genres from visit to visit.

We love our hometown Pizza Hut! The food is consistently delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. On the rare instance we’ve had an issue, it is corrected and made right immediately. We usually get delivery, which is always fast and friendly. Occasionally we do pick up; and sometimes go in for the nostalgia of a pizza and a beer. Truly a top notch Pizza Hut!

The staff was great, and the pizza and wings were perfect. Only complaint I can ding the store for was no salad bar. Everything else was wonderful, can't wait to go back.

Typical pizza hut. It was a pick up of a phone in order. Order was correct. No issues. Brief jaunt inside showed it was clean. I have never had any issue here except during the covid lock down where everything was handled via the drive through.

On your special tastemaker, you get THREE TOPPINGS, but after adding double meatball on one HALF & and double bacon on the other HALF, it would not let put double pineapple on the bacon HALF (which equaled only 3 toppings) without charging me a $1.00 (half of the $2 charge for EXTRA toppings the manager explained when I called about the order I had placed online - even though he agreed it was a system error and could not fix it....even manually just adding all the pineapple on one half). Not wanting extra charge I just ordered the pineapple all over. PLEASE NOTE, I do not encounter this problem when I tried placing order in cart for the 3 topping plus cookie deal. Please FIX, thank you. P.S. The manager did finally offer to go check on my pizza about not putting pineapple over all of it, but it was already made. Thank you.

I come into this establishment 2 to 3 times a month & the staff are always so friendly.. I receive great customer service.. but last time I came the pizza was overcooked & had black burned marks on the crust.. the wings were so good... not a complainer but wanted someone to know about this issue..

Usually love the food here. Although they sometimes (quite often actually) have to remake my pizza. But the servers we've had have always been pleasant. Always ask for the specials. Also unfortunately, for my son and I, Pizza Hut has changed their Alfredo sauce and we find it unappetizing now.

(2022) I still enjoy the buffet, large salad, & drink for under $10, and the Sunday buffet remained well stocked right up to 1:30pm closing. Good job! (3 yrs ago) The daily deal was a good price and the pizza was ready quickly. But I still miss the old pizza hut sauce taste from the '70-'80's, though. It changed around 1985 and I've never really liked their basic sauce since.

Could have been way better . My crust was over cooked so it didn’t meet the requirements for cheese stuffed crust . But pasta was good and the pizza its self was alright . Breadsticks came as expected.

Food is consistently good, service is usually good but it's just not a cozy place to chill and eat with family/friends. Like every other place I've eaten, it's about cramming as many people in as possible.

I don't mind pizza hut pizza, just not the price. I do enjoy the buffet when I need quick food. I feel they should be better at keeping our drinks filled. Although the staff has been very friendly to my wife and I. I will add that I am more critical due to the air we express and how DAMN FUNNY we try to be.

The menu downsizing took out things usually ordered. Atmosphere can be hectic at times but its do more so to parents bringing in their kids and not keeping them respectful of the surroundings.

Two months ago we went in and never got waited on and there were only two other families eating, two weeks ago we finally went again and they totally messed up our order and the pizza was burnt too Yesterday afternoon we tried it for the third time and they messed up our order again so they made us another pizza and gave it to us for free. Probably won't go back again because three strikes you're out.

It was the worst experience ever at this location. The manager was YELLING at all of her employees in front of customers. Belittling them, making the environment hostile. No TVs we on and I sat at the counter for 20 min watching, no one greeted me or my 8 yr old son. The manager walked by me twice and never asked me what I needed. I wanted to have a beer and my son wanted a coke, but no one ever asked us if they could help us. The other employees were so confused as to why the manager was telling like she was, keeping them from doing there job properly. Giving a 2 just cause the employees were great when you could finally get them pulled away from the constant belittling

Been here a few times. Service is hit or miss, more often miss though. Tonight we ordered a lg pep lovers w/extra cheese and an appetizer. The pizza came before the appetizer, the pizza crust was still raw (usually is) we had asked that they bake it longer for a crisp crust. I haven’t been here for 3-4 months hoping things would improve. Only thing that has changed is the servers. Food is still not prepared correctly and the service has not improved at all. Highly recommend making the drive to joes in lakeside 😉

Purchased a large three topping pizza. The price was good but the toppings were very skimpy. It looked like about six small pieces of ham on the entire pie. Service was also good and the pizza was almost hot.

Second time my pizza was wrong. This $94 order was supposed to have bbq sauce... what I got was only a squirt of bbq on top of the cheese. This place is getting worse and its time to find another pizza vendor for my family!

Shame on you Pizza Hut. I ordered two large pizzas that came out to be almost $20.00 The lady tells me that will be $28.00. Then she asked would I like to leave a tip for the driver I said yes give him $5. Mind you this delivery was on the same block as the Pizza Hut less than 100 yd away. When I get home I realized I have been overcharged. I called Pizza Hut they informed me that they charge a fee of almost $6 for delivery. I asked if the driver get this $6 she said no it goes to Pizza Hut. When I asked her why it went to Pizza Hut she informed me that mileage and other things is what prompts this charge. If mileage is part of what prompted the charge why does it not go to the driver. So two pizzas on sale for $20 cost me $33 total. For a 300-ft delivery.. As a disabled veteran I have one thing to say to you Pizza Hut. It's a sad day in America with greed that's taken over these big companies.⭐️⭐️

I've been coming to this pizza hut for a number of years and they are generally great. However when there was a mistake with an order the service was TERRIBLE. I placed an order online and used some of my rewards points to feed me and my kids along with another item in order to qualify for the miminum delivery fee. After two hours I looked and it showed my order had been cancelled. I called to find out why and they sound their power had gone out. No big deal, they said I could reorder and the previous order would be refunded. When I logged back on to check, no refund had been given and my points remained used. I now no longer have the points balance in my account. I called back and asked them to reorder what I had originally sent and add on what I had used my points for, which I though was not an unreasonable request. I was told by the manager "We don't have anything to do with the points and we cant offer a discount because we have already lost money because of the power outage." I understand it wasn't their fault the power went out but the amount of business I have given them over the years should have at least earned a little customer loyalty discount. Anyways, they have lost a customer for life now. I hope the medium pizza and 8 wings was worth it.

Ordered a medium pizza for delivery. SAUSAGE, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Could barely find any sausage on it. So terrible pizza. What a way to waste $30!

I won’t be coming back. Second time I’ve eaten the buffet and not had a server come by my table once while I was eating. Couldn’t get ranch or a refill because I didn’t know who it was because they never spoke a word to me. No one even offered an apology. I’m not hard to please but if I’m invisible in a restaurant, I’m not coming back.

Just went, and I'm furious. Not only did my double order of bread sticks not come with any sauce, THE SAUCE I PAID FOR MIND YOU, but the bread sticks were over cooked to the point of them being hard and stale, and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I've gone here multiple times for the buffet, and on average, I can't get drinks for like 30 minutes. Literally sad.

This review is not about Pizza hut in general because their food is consistent always. Today our server was very ignorant as far as how to work the payment machine where are card and when we asked what type of beer she had on draft she asked is that a keg...we smiled and said yes....we asked if they had Bud light on draft and she said no only in a bottle. Then we asked what they did have on draft and she said bud light, Coors light etc... Not trained whatsoever. Pizza hut is usually way better than this. As far as payment, we gave her our card. She came back saying It would only allow her to charge 17$ because that's all I have in my account. I automatically checked my account....plenty of $ and no charge was made. We walked out to the car and discussed how no money was taken out so hubby walked back in to make sure all was well....her manager told my husband she was wondering why we walked the bill...I mean really? Took 15 minutes to pay a 17$ bill with an ignorant in trained employee.

Scumbags. We ate and I had to leave to go take care of some stuff. So I paid and left. The girls that were with me were finishing up and cleaning up the kids. So I left before them. The waitress harassed them for more money!! I will never eat at Pizza Hut again

They barely put any cheese or toppings on the supreme personal pan pizza and the girl that took my money took almost 10 minutes to figure out how to put 25 cents in my debit card because I lost a quarter under my seat and couldn't find it. She was also rude, telling me if I can't afford it, don't buy it.

Major disappointment. The waitress had us waiting 24 minutes before ever even taking our drink orders. Then we ordered wings, salads, and a pizza for our party of 4. We asked for the salads first. They never came. Then after we got the wings, we had to go get our drinks, straws, and plates from another staff member. The manager finally fixed our salads and when we asked him where our pizza was, he wasn't aware we even ordered one because the waitress never put it in. What a HUGE disappointment. Although he gave us the pizza for free, I do not think I will go back. Two hours of our time wasted.

Service is horrible during the buffet time. Servers walk by and look at you several times without saying anything. After setting being seated we got to the buffet and back to our table only to wait another 10 min. Without drinks and going to the front to ask the manger for a drink. Multiple tables came in after us and we're walked by waiting to be seated. The food was great and alway is, the service is beyond horrible and tables are left dirty long after guests leave. Serving during buffet time shouldn't be so difficult but I guess some folks just can't keep up with drink refills and cleaning tables.

This place is horrible. My husband and I went there on a friday. They are not organized at all. I got my spaghetti and meatballs and they were cold. My husbands pizza was so sloppy that it completely fell apart when you tried to get It out of the pan. He asked for extra cheese and didnt get it! I will never go back to this place ever!!!!!!. The only thing that was good was the nacho fries. One of the waitresses was flirting with some kid at the counter and not paying attention to anything around her. If I could give a zero I would!!!!

Can here to have lunch with my adult children visiting from out of town. When we walked in about 1:30pm on Friday. There was only two booth tables that were being used at the time, every other table in the restaurant was filthy. We were standing at the entrance for what seemed like a very long time before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. By the time the waitress decided to clean off a table, we decided to go eat somewhere else and walked out. We were very disappointed in the pizza hut employees.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, all because of the manager. She kicked us out after we asked when we could be seated after waiting 30 minutes already. From the start, we did not get a welcoming "hello" like every other family was getting. All we got was a "how many?!" in a nasty voice from the manager. We were told to wait 30 minutes for a larger table, and so we did. After waiting over 40 minutes, I politely asked if we could be seated at one of the other empty tables instead of the largest table there. Immediately the manager came out and raised her voice at me saying. "I told you to wait 30 minutes and you keep asking. I don't have another table for you, and if you ask someone else they're all going to say the same thing!" I was completely shocked because I had only asked once after waiting 40 minutes. I told her that she did not have to be rude because I was asking nicely, and I had only asked once. She proceeded to talk over me and say to wait, or that we could leave. My husband expressed to her that there was no need to be disrespectful if we are only asking a fair question. She ignored him and then began to take another customer's order. Then she turned around and raised her voice once more and said, "yall can leave this establishment." We were in complete disbelief as well as the other customers. Why treat us this way? Just because we were a different color than everyone else coming through the door? This town will always have people who cannot get over race. There, I said it. This manager is racist. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ate from. The people are nice but the food is horrible. The boneless wings were uneatable and the hand toss is apparently thin crust now. The veggies were not cooked and it was overall not good I don't want to say anything else bad

I had a friend who use to dine here a lot and one day she was waiting for her wings to get cooked and some teenagers came in started to say all kinds of rude things about the employees of the place so she said very calmly "would you please show some respect to the employees they are trying to work" when her food was delivered the employees told her to never come back the manager called her the next day and told her that they would appreciate if she never came back and she got banned from this restaurant because she was trying to do the right thing and be a good citizen so my advice is no one go to this restaurant otherwise if you try to tell some teenagers or any kids to stop talking trash about the employees you'll get banned also which is not fair,what does that tell you about their type of business?

We were ignored from the moment we enetered the store.. No one bothered to come talk to us, ask what we wanted to drink or bring silverware, until we were done with lunch from the buffet. Then they wanted to give us drinks to go to make up for the mishap. The manager didn't even approach us, it was the main waitress. She was nice and apologetic of the situation. My husband even pointed at the manager while talking to the waitress and she kept walking.

Apparently this is TWO orders of Cajun fries that look sad. I’d recommend any other pizza place in Azle other than Pizza Hut. And what’s worse is we paid $70 for this sad mess.
