We wanted real Tacos on our way home from from up North. Google directed us here and we were pleasantly surprised. Good authentic tacos with homemade tortillas and really hot habanero sauce!

I'm a picky Mexican food eater for one. This place was acctually pretty good with their asada tacos. The salsa is a bit watery but still in good taste. Will try their seafood next time I pass through here. My son was lucky to have his fish tacos with fresh made tortillas. I thought tacos were all included with fresh tortillas. Its okay next time I will ask for it even if I pay extra.

Driving along I-5 and wanted to stop for NOT fast food. This is a great but unpretentious place. You order from pictures above the counter. The food is divine—sauces are from roasted ingredients with a depth of flavor rarely found. Don’t pass this up.

Food is made with love. Most of it is handmade, from tortillas to mexican salsas from Sopes to Enchilada sauce. Habanero sauce is a MUST! Hibiscus fresh water is made perfectly! Both owners Lulú and Alberto have made this place a nice restaurant with very very very homemade taste dishes. Hard to miss, just take David or Mettler exit. Domestic and imported beer is also served here.

I stopped by on my way through the grapevine. To my surprise their food was exceptionally delicious. I had their camarones a la diabla, my fiancé had their carne asada supreme burrito, both were flavorful meals!! They also had really friendly workers so that was a plus! I would stop by again on my travels!

Hole in the wall type restaurant off I-5 in Mettler CA has some big rig parking. Really good fried fish (mojarra) the burritos were really BIG so you better be hungry, pretty good salsas too. They also have fresh tamarindo and jamica waters (aguas) and horchata, over all not a bad change of pace from truckstop food.

Truck Stop Taco’s. These asada tacos were just ok. The corn tortilla is home made though. Don’t order tap water. It was an ok experience.

Food was ok.. The salsa seemed watered down and it took the lady 20 min to bring my daughter Her food Poor Service and poor salsa

mehhh... The only thing that was good was the home mead tortillas and the cold beer. I ordered a chili reinno plate. The rice was hard and literally uneatable. My husband ordered asada fries and a couple soft tacos. tacos were good fries, he said were disgusting. tasted like they reheated yesterday's fries. This place is in the middle of nowhere, but it looks like they have unhonest reviews. I stopped here only because they had decent stars. Now I realize it must be fake reviews or maybe very old.

paper says opens at 9 on easter but the lady seen us and didn’t open at 9am waiting till 910 n just left was expecting a nice meal coming from Los Angeles. lost out on 2 cars waiting for doors to open.

Worst i've ever been to. Wish I could give it 0 stars. They didn't have shredded beef, the ground beef was a little green, and there was a hair in my chips. The soda from the fountain was flat, there was a little boy in the bathroom peeking under the stall when my grandmother was in there. My sister ordered a plain burger and it came with every topping there was. Absolutely terrible place, it should be shut down quite frankly.
