We’re visiting from Phoenix Arizona. And I have to say this place is so good. Customer service is great . The place was clean. The salsa bar was clean and everything was fresh. I would definitely recommend it. Hopefully we can visit again someday.

Best tacos in Bakersfield, seriously such high quality and amazing prices. Don’t skip out on the chile verde or the fish or shrimp tacos there’s nothing better! 1000% recommend!

By far some of the best tacos I've ever tried. Great location and atmosphere. I like their patio along with the inside layout. I was there on a Friday during lunch time and the wait was not bad. I would recommend eating at this place if you are visiting through Bakersfield. They also have a bunch of different salsa and condiments at their bar.

I like how clean they are . Just wish they didn’t make their rice too salty and the jalapeño are served cold . You can’t order them cooked and seasoned warm

Pros: Comfortable, outdoor seating a plus, and fast service.Salsa was delicious. Love they have grilled jalapeños and onions.tacos were a solid B+. Cons: You have to prep your own tacos. Smaller tortillas and would be nice if they were a little greasier to add more flavor to the meat. Not the safest area.

Pretty plain and not very much food for the cost. We ordered an asada burrito, two shrimp tacos, a side of rice, a soda and an ice tea. It was $29. The burrito was very small and the asada was mostly fat. Unfortunately I probably won’t be back soon and won’t be recommending it to my friends.

I went in wanting their Menudo. Been craving it. Placed my order only to find out they dont have it anymore. So I settled for a chile verde burrito. It was always delicious. Two bites and threw it away. Nasty!!! I dont know what happened to this place! But I will not be returning.

Not sure why I never posted a review for this place but they have quite possibly the worst customer service of any establishment I've been too. The workers are extremely rude everytime I've ever been there. Haven't been back in years because of it and seeing how they still have bad customer service reviews these days after all these years makes me think it is family run and that nobody gets reprimanded for poor customer service up front. Tacos are trash anyways. Taco Joe's is where its at, you get treated with care and a smile

Flavor of food was good but the quantity was very small from the tacos to the burritos. They don’t give refills on soda, they charge a whole 4 bucks for a drink. Reminds me of tacos they serve outside of the bars. Super Taco around the corner has never been short on their product and they give free refills. They always serve a good portion of of meat.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a burrito with two types of meat and a breakfast sandwich to go. When I got to my destination and started eating the burrito, I discovered that only one type of meat was included, despite being charged nearly $6 for the second meat I didn’t receive. I called the restaurant to let them know, but the lady on the phone insisted they put both meats in the burrito, even though I was clearly eating one with only one meat. She wasn’t very polite about the mistake, and when I explained I was miles away, she told me to bring the burrito back, which was unreasonable. To make matters worse, while waiting for my order, I saw another customer order a shrimp and meat burrito for $17.01. He changed his mind to just an al pastor burrito, which costs $11.99, but they still charged him as if he had ordered two types of meat. This made me question their honesty and fairness with pricing. In the end, I paid $34 for a burrito and a torta, which felt very overpriced for what I received. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Be cautious with your orders, as their service and pricing seem inconsistent and questionable. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS

We are usuals at this specific location foods always great atmosphere is always great fun and attentive. However today we were greeted by the most rude and unprofessional employee she was not helpful and when we sent back a torta with onions when we ordered it without onions she literally just pulled the onions out and handed it back? Working in a food industry I am sure once the food is sent back you must replace the meal with a new one due to health and allergy issues. She refused to make a new torta until we told her our daughter was allergic to onions. Very upsetting being that we really enjoyed this place. 😞 please get better service!
