Customer Service was good. I asked for mayo only and it looked like a pinch of mayo was put on the burger. Whataburger just not the same anymore. I grew up with eating Whataburger and never had the issues that is going on now. True Texan.

The pretty lady with the black shirt did an amazing job with the remake of my order. She even did an amazing job job the last time I returned something on the day shift that the night shift did horribly on. So to you maam I want to say thank you and I truly appreciate your hospitality and service. This place is ridiculous. I have been here several times and the wait time seems like it keeps getting longer. I'm not talking about because it's busy. I go there around 3 in the morning when no customers are in the drive thru. You will sit there for at least 5 or more minutes before they will even acknowledge your there and then ask you to hold on a minute. This time when I went I actually had to drive around to the drive thru window after waiting for more than five minutes and sit there for another minute or two before they realized I was sitting there even though I had honked my horn.

I really hate to do this the food was overall good but the service was terrible. The lady at the drive-thru took my order. Ask for a chicken wrap combo large unsweet tea and one buffalo sauce package. Got to the window had to repeat myself four times which is not a big deal it's loud maybe she couldn't hear me. Pull up to get my order the young lady's very rude very disrespectful. She hands me my bag when she opens the window to hand me my food turns to someone in the background. Carrying on some attitude of conversation with someone else. Looks at me with an attitude I simply asked I got a buffalo package with my order. She tells me no you have to pay for that I said I ordered it at the window she walks away without even giving me enough time to figure out what we need to do. Comes back with an attitude. I pay 55 cents again for the buffalo sauce which no big deal. Then she slams the window in my face before I could even say thank you never once did I give her attitude. Get a minute down the road to eat my food and guess what it's wrong. The food really did not make me mad being wrong it was the overall experience with the lady at the window.

The food is so Good in here but the workers should be paying attention on the orders they are giving since we are paying to get the food that we want not what the workers want to be giving.I got all orders wrong plus they missed a burger (which they are not a dollar )on the last time I went there.Managers please do your Job and check on what the workers are doing otherwise poor restaurant.

I came in tonight for an Uber delivery order and decided I would order myself some fries as well. Came in to no greeting, since no one was at the counter. Waited about three minutes before a frustrated woman came out and barked that she'd be with me when she could. Proceeded to stand with her back to me while on her phone. Waited another five minutes before she rudely asked me what I wanted. If I wasn't actually hungry right now, I would have just not ordered because she made me feel like I was a hindrance to her and the entire experience was very uncomfortable. I didn't want to make her mad, even though I was simply trying to place an order. Once I finished with my order, she said "That's it? 🙄" in an annoyed manner and gestured toward the card reader and began to walk away again. I asked for my total and she yanked at the reader and said "it says it there, don't it?" Vanea T, (what it says on my reciept) I understand that y'all were understaffed tonight and I was not tripping about a wait at all. Please have a blessed week and remember not to project your frustrations onto guests. I appreciate you for serving me, god bless you and the boys on your night crew.

The late night workers are so horrible. Go up to the speaker and the worker talking so unprofessional. Like I’m from his hood, I’m guessing because I’m black. Literally sat in line for 30 minutes if not longer. On top of that, forgot two items in my bag and told me, they didn’t have no shake mix. Had to pull up an extra 30 minutes just to receive a cinnamon roll and chicken biscuit. I also ordered two kids meals. Cars behind us were leaving. Like the night management is so horrible. The worst whataburger I ever been to. This will be my last visit.

I ordered the Whataburger for $0.75 and a small fry through the app estimated pick up time 3-6 minutes. Waited for a hour in the the drive through (after not being able to pick up inside) but never received my order, because of a “system issue” i was told to cancel my order online because I couldn’t come inside due to the long line and no parking available. I never received my order nor was I able to cancel my order.

I would never recommend going into this restaurant to anyone. The food very under cooked, the wait absolutely ridiculous, and for me to have wait almost 30 minutes for food my fries were cold my burger horrible quality with how much money I spent I promise this Whataburger will never see my business ever again.

I went through the drive thru at 445am. The voice on the speaker was friendly enough but the girl at the window looked and acted like she would rather be doing anything other than working the drive thru window at 445am. She started to hand me my drinks and I noticed only 1 was a large when I ordered 2 large drinks. So I said, "I think they were both large weren't they?". She didn't say a word. She only shook her head side to side as if to say no. I apologized for the confusion and asked for 2 large drinks. She shut the window and never said a word. A few minutes later she brought my 2 LARGE drinks to me. 6 more minutes pass and my food was given to me. The girl thanked me and told me to have a good night. I get home and my food was room temperature and my hash browns looked like they had been dropped in the grease one too many times. They were almost hollow they had been cooked too long. And my large coke was watered down and the sweet tea tasted sour. Absolutely nothing about this trip to Whataburger was pleasing. I spent $22.30 for overcooked hash browns, biscuits and gravy that were room temperature and watered down, sour drinks.
